A/N- Hello! I'm back. I'm still getting a hang of publishing and updating the chapters. I'll try to keep everyone in character. It's harder than it looks! All you authors out there make it seem so easy! Anyway please review! I'm open to suggestions too.
ON WITH THE SHOW! :D
Tony's POV.
The hum of the jet buzzes constantly, setting his nerves on edge. Oh boy. Kidnapped twice in one month. He wondered if his dad has even noticed yet. The woman,Pepper, had not seemed like the malicious kidnapper type. She had tried to explain that they hadn't kidnapped them, but that they were going to reverse the "sorcery". Whatever that meant. As far as Tony was concerned, another week, another kidnapping. The sickly boy and the hot red headed chick had gotten loaded into a different jet, so that left Tony, a very large blonde, a nerd, an average blonde, and a black boy. None of them talked, or even looked at each other. Tony didn't care. He was just fascinated by the jet. It was so quiet. And fast. Very fast. He glanced to the nerdy kid sitting to his right. He looked like he was on the verge of tears. Tony rolled his eyes. He thrust his hand in front of the kid's face. "Tony Stark."
The kid just stared at the hand in front of him. Tony rolled his eyes again.
"I'm asking your name, moron."
The blonde boy in the seat across from him raised his eyebrows.
"Oh, uh. Bruce. Bruce Banner."
"Alright that's a start." Tony grabs the kid's hand, and shakes it roughly. "So, Bruce Bruce Banner. First time getting kidnapped?"
The boy's head jerks up. "The lady said they didn't kidnap us."
"Doesn't that sound like something a kidnapper would say?"
His eyes widen. Tony sighs.
"Geez, this is your first time." He mutters. He claps a hand on his back. "Hey, look, don't worry okay? I gotcha. I'm kind of an expert on this kind of stuff. I got kidnapped last month." He pauses to think. "And the one before that."
Seeing Bruce's even more pale face, Tony quickly retraces his steps. "Hey, but listen. I escaped. No harm, no foul. I'm fine. And you will be too. We'll be fine. All of us."
The blonde kid rolls his eyes. "I didn't really ask for a pep talk."
"Well maybe just not him."
A smile quirks up in the corner of the blonde's mouth. "Clint Barton."
They all look at the large blonde next. "Thor. Son of Odin."
"Sam Wilson." Says the dark boy.
"Alright, that's good. We're all friends here now."
"So." Clint says. "What's the plan?"
Sam's POV
The seven boys walk down the corridor led by Pepper, someone named Maria, and about ten guards. They were a precaution because of the boys' earlier, and very nearly successful, escape attempt. Sam stares in awe, and slight contempt, at the gray walls of the hall. First of all, they were on a boat. A giant boat. A giant flying boat. He's allowed to be a little impressed.
"Where are the other two?" Tony speaks up.
"The infirmary. They'll join you shortly." Maria replies.
"Where are we going?" Clint asks.
"To your rooms. You will stay in them until we figure out how to reverse this."
"Are we going to get to eat, or are you the kind of kidnappers that starve us?"
"Dinner is at 5:30 p.m. I will come take you to the dining hall. And if you keep calling us kidnappers, you might just wake up to find you're as bald as an eagle."
Clint grins, and laughs.
"What-"
"I swear, if you ask another question, I'll hit you over the head."
They stop at a silver door, as Maria pulls out a keycard and swipes it across a keypad. A screen slides out of the wall.
"Put your hand here." She orders.
Once they all put their handprints into the computer, the door slides open.
"Now each of you will have access to this room, and a few others."
The room is good sized, with 4 beds on one wall, 3 on the other. It's metal walls give a cold feeling.
There are silver chests at the end of each bed. The boys wander in, slowly taking in the room. Sam crosses to one bed, and sits down. It's firm, and molds around him.
"Dinner is at 5:30. Don't forget. There will be guards posted outside your door. And don't even try the window. It's built to withstand a missile. You teenage boys can do your worst. Won't budge."
"For someone that hasn't kidnapped us, it sure feels like we're prisoners."
"You'll be debriefed at dinner. Everything will make sense in a few hours." Maria clips. "The other two will join you shortly. If you need something, D.E.U.S is here to assist you."
She turns on her heel, and exits the room, the guards following in suit. The door slides shut, and suddenly it's just Pepper, and the boys in the room. Clint stands in front of the closed door, with a smirk on his face. "I like her." He says.
Sam rolls his eyes, and flops down onto the bed.
It's going to be a long day.
Sorry for the short chapter. :( I'll post again soon. Expect some more stories from me soon. They're coming! Plz review. Plz tell me if it sucks, because I can take it.
