Timeline: "R" World Line: .000001%
Location: Akihabara (?)
It was a very strange feeling being here and being nowhere thought one Rintaro Okabe. It was also very lonely being in an entire city with no one else around and it was terrifying.
He had a feeling that it wasn't over, that his nightmares of every other world line that he had ever been to seemed to get more and more real as every second seems to past.
He was referring to the incident in the Future Gadget Laboratory, seemingly reliving Mayuri's many deaths throughout the many different world lines. It was like a vision, is what Okabe thought, or some sort of daydream or delusion. Yet after being thrown into this false Akihabara which seems to be the entire city, it is a lot like the first time when he unknowingly sent the first D-mail. This false city is seemingly the same but yet feels different, as different as an entire city without real people he can feel. All the places are where they should be, the Lab, the MayQueen, the Radio Hall, and even down to the shops aligning the streets that he walked so many times.
When he first showed up here he was severely confused not knowing what had happened, one second he was talking to Kurisu as she was sewing up a tear in his lab coat and then at the next second she's disappeared and he ended up here. From what they first thought up about the sudden visions and memories from the other world lines, Déjà vu was a theory, a form of Reading Steiner. Those visions and memories were as horrible as the reality that he has, had, and will have lived as he watched all the what if's and what not's of the other world lines.
All he knew now was that the real reason he was even here in the first place was that he was seemingly being dropped out of existence from what Kurisu said to him the last time he saw her. He remembers telling her that he had all but given up, tired of all of the struggling and the fighting, while managing to remained satisfied and content at Kurisu and Mayuri being both alive in The Steins Gate World Line of The Beta Attractor Field that he managed to achieved with the help of his past self along with the help of his fellow members of The Future Gadget Laboratory, both past and future, in order to prevent Kurisu's death, the prevention of an arms race between nations regarding time travel and The Beginning of World War III. He told Kurisu to forget him and move on with her life, and he meant it claiming that his job was done. Yet, knowing that stubborn and wonderful girl, she was probably going to try using everything in her power in order to get me back to the Steins;Gate World Line but in a sense he hope she really doesn't. He saved the future where both Suzuha Amane's of The Alpha and Beta World Lines came from yet she suddenly came back again in order to try and save him from his fate. If she listens to what he told her, she should already be back in 2036 and should have destroyed the time machine but knowing her as well he doubts it.
What confuses him even more is the length of time that it took for this to happen for an entire years worth of time leaping in order to saved both Mayuri and Kurisu. Yet, those same years were filled with visions of the other world lines, nightmares, and daydreams all the same while reliving all of those past, present, and future experiences.
Now he was here simply siting in a restaurant, which he would go to often, usually with Daru. He slightly found it amusing how the same " NO PHONES ALLOWED " sign was still hanging on to the same wall. He had gotten tired of wandering around all over the place so he simply go to the places that he used to go all the while noticing that night never came down and that the bright yellow sun was still always in the sky.
He got up from a chair that he was sitting on while muttering to himself.
"I guess I'll just head back to the lab. "
He did this very often, for how long he didn't know, for it was hard of keeping track of time and he didn't really cared and bothered to investigate. He just simply walked out of the restaurant and started walking back towards The Lab. Even though there was always sunlight, the climate never changed, it always stayed constant while never becoming too cold nor to hot and was simply not normal to say the least.
He walked down the road, head down, not bothering with looking towards any of his surroundings while wondering on how all of the members of The Lab were doing right about now. He had been in the middle of a conversation with Mayuri when he came back from here. That was also the last time he had a Dr. Pepper since apparently the only thing that was missing in this false city was missing any food or water and yet he never seems to be actually getting any hungrier or thirstier which was strange to say the least.
Then suddenly he heard a noise that was grinding towards the street where he was located and looked everywhere for the origin of the sound and then he finally noticed a strange blue box that was materializing on the side of the street and then when the noise finally stopped, a group of people managed to came out of it.
"Alright everyone, welcome to Akiha-ba-ra..." The man said to His companions while almost stopping mid-sentence as he began to notice with his eyes in surprise and confusion as to the lack of people on the deserted streets.
Well, all except one.
"What!"
"Ugh, Doctor, did The TARDIS just trolled us again and sent us to the wrong destination." Kyon said sighing while rubbing his eyes with his two fingers as he and his fellow companions were looking around the place with confused and bewildered expressions while also noticing a Certain Man in a Lab Coat right across the streets that was staring at them in utter confusion and surprise.
"To be honest, can you really expect anything less after all these years, Kyon-san, ha ha (exasperated laugh)." Conan said as he was also rather exasperated about The TARDIS's Behavior as it is after all these years of travelling inside of Her and was already expecting this outcome.
"Well, look on the bright side guys." Kamijou said as he tries to alleviate the situation. " At least we get to see new sights and surprises every now and then. Right!"
"Hmph, I suppose so, Touma-kun. " Lelouch said with smirk as he finds the situations that The TARDIS deliberately created and engineered among themselves that is as hilarious as it is downright amusing after all of these years and was considered as a refreshing challenge to him because of the many discoveries that lay ahead of them in the vast and diverse multiverse and how The TARDIS had always managed to surprise them one way or another.
"Wh-Who are you people?" Rintaro began to say after a few minutes of confusion, surprise, and silence.
The Doctor notices him as he begins to introduce himself with energetic excitement as he begins to shake Okabe's hand.
"Oh! A Local! Well Hello There! I'm The Doctor!"
"Doctor Who?"
"Just The Doctor. These on the other hand are my fellow companions. Kamijou Touma, Edogawa Conan, Kyon, Mizushino Souta, and Lelouch Lamperouge."
The Doctor said to him as he sways his left hand pointing towards his companions who greeted him as well with their hands raised as a gesture of a hello while most of them having anime expressions of sweat drop and exasperation on The Doctor's Highly Energetic Behavior considering their current predicament.
"Ni-Nice to meet you." Rintaro said while still in a state of confusion.
"Not much of a greeter and a talker I take it? Well never mind, We probably shouldn't even be here either anyway given the fact that I remember specifically putting down the right coordinates onto my TARDIS but she still manages to take us to this place which by the way can I ask the name of this deserted city. " The Doctor said while looking at the TARDIS in annoyance and exasperation as he then begins to ask Okabe regarding the location and destination that they ended up on.
Rintaro was just staring at him while questioning to himself on whether he was serious or not due to the fact that he had just mentioned the name of the city and the location that he was looking for while still pondering on the fact that he was exiting a blue police box that he still had no idea how it managed to get here in the first place.
"Akihibara." Rintaro said rather bluntly.
"What!" The man and his companions reacted while beginning to double check and look around the place once again.
"What! What!" The man reacted as he begins to scan the area with his Sonic Screwdriver in order to take note of the surrounding area.
While The Doctor and His Companions were seeing with their own eyes that while there may not be more people around the place as it should have been, it was still undeniable, it truly was Akihabara and for some strange reason the town seems to be deserted which normally doesn't happen because usually there were many people gathering around all over the place.
The reason is because Akihabara was considered by many in the multiverse to be the center of modern Japanese popular culture and a major shopping district for video games, anime, manga, electronics and computer-related goods. Icons from popular anime and manga are displayed prominently on the shops in the area, and numerous maid cafés and some arcades are found throughout the district no matter what universe they went too such as a certain universe (OreEro Verse).
Which brings them back to their current predicament.
"Oi, Oi, That doesn't make any sense, if this were Akihabara there should have been a lot more people walking around here than we should be seeing right about now. Unless this is like that universe where the Japanese government had decided to crack down on any perceived immoral activity from using risqué language to distributing lewd materials in the country, to the point where all citizens are forced to wear high-tech devices called Peace Makers (PM) at all times that analyze every spoken word and hand motions for any action that could break the law." Conan said as he began to think of what scenarios that might have happened that would have made this place of all places deserted while remembering A Certain Universe (Shimoneta Verse) that managed to banned most anime and other similar works of fiction for being too lewd for the general population of Japan along with other things such as sex education which was one of the strangest universes they've ever been to.
"Uh… I don't think its anything that extreme Conan-kun, although you have to admit, this is the first time we actually see a version of Akihabara that is completely deserted." Sota said in a sweatdropped expression while recalling all of the universes that they've been too with a version of an Akihabara on it.
"He has a good point though, there should be a lot more people walking around here doing things like buying anime and selling doujins but this Akihabara seems like an abandoned town that looks like no one has been living here for a while now and what's also weird is that the surroundings are far too clean and neat to be an abandoned town because normally there would be things such as rust and decay from the buildings and the surrounding area." Kamijou said while also beginning to think of possible scenarios as to how this strange predicament has happened.
While all of this was happening, The Doctor was still checking the surrounding area with the sonic screwdriver and scanned the area for any and all traces of known and unknown energy signatures but came up with no life signatures except with a strange amount of temporal energy that is sweeping through this particular timeline.
"Nobody! No one! Nothing! Na da! There are literally no traces of life anywhere in this vicinity although I did detect a strange amount of temporal background energy which was centered on this particular point of this world." The Doctor said while pointing his sonic in the four directions of north, south, west, and east.
Then he was looking back at Rintaro who was still in silence and confusion while asking himself questions such as:
Who were these people?
Where did they come from?
Why did they mentioned that they've been to other universes that he thought was only just a theoretical possibility?
What in Steins;Gate was a TARDIS?
"Oh, I'm so sorry, how rude of me to not notice you there, I was just too busy scanning the area for anyone and anything here but nothing came up so in order to find out what is really going on and solve this mystery, I think introductions are in order and we already introduce ourselves so that just leaves you, so, what's your name?"
Rintaro hesitated on whether to reveal his name or not judging by the fact that they had just met but for some strange reason he felt like he could trust this man as if he would somehow help him in this predicament. Well, that and he wasn't really alone and was with 4 teenagers and one child who seems to act like someone who isn't his age which was a little strange to him if he were to be honest, but then again, he remembered that one world line where Nae Tennouji leaped back over 2000 times or double from 2025 to 2010 in order to have her revenge on him and Moeka while blaming both of them for her father's death and was responsible for Rintaro's death in 2025 through brutal torture. Luckily enough Rintaro managed to reverse that world line by using the D-Mail to undo Moeka's D-Mail.
"Ok-Okabe Rintaro."
When Rintaro began to say his name, The Doctor widen his eyes in recognition, excitement, and respect while doing the pose of Hououin Kyouma when he began to mentioned the name.
"Wait! Your Okabe Rintaro! The Okabe Rintaro! The one who calls himself Hououin Kyouma! The first person in your universe to crack time travel?!"
"How... How did you know that?" Okabe was taken aback by the man's knowledge on him while The Doctor's companions turned towards him with curious looks on their faces as they turn towards Okabe and then right back at The Doctor.
"Doctor, do you know him?" Kamijou asked.
"Know him?! Of course I would know him! I have been reading all about his exploits and was watching his escapades from the shadows for a while now. "
The Doctor begins to explain his knowledge to The Companions on how he knows Rintaro.
"You see everyone, Okabe Rintaro-kun here was the very first person in his universe who has created the first means of time travel, with simply a microwave! Imagine that! A microwave of all things! Oh! and let's not forget about his loyal local lab members from The Future Gadget Laboratory who's name are Shiina Mayuri, Hashida Daru, Makise Kurisu, the mad scientist future w- "
"ENOUGH! I don't know who you all are or how do you know all of that but stop it ! " Rintaro said screaming in outburst in a fit of anger while thinking to himself with thoughts such as:
How dare he says all of their names so casually!
How does he know all of what he did?!
Do they work for SERN or Stratfor?!
Meanwhile, The Doctor and The Companions were taken aback by this man's sudden burst of anger which was then followed by The Doctor's clear and understanding face with regards to where and when they truly are now that he had managed to deduce because of this sudden reaction and on what point in the timeline were they now.
"Oh! Oh! I'm sorry, I'm so sorry, but gentleman, I think I may have an idea as to where and when we are right about now." The Doctor said with a serious voice that Rintaro didn't think he would ever used.
"Wait really?! You know where and when we are now?!" asked Kyon with his right eyebrow raised out of curiosity.
" Oh yes! This place is deserted because of one simple reason. Because it is not a place. It was never really a place to begin with. If you could even call this place a place. Rather, the proper term would be a space. Its a space. The Space Between The World Lines. The "R" World Line to be precise. The World Line that has a divergence difference of .000001% from The Steins Gate World Line and also the only other world line in The Beta Attractor Field where this man's lab members who are Shiina Mayuri and Makise Kurisu did not die. In other words, we definitely should not be here."
The Doctor explained it all with a serious tone that was still on his voice while Rintaro himself was in utter shock that he had managed to deduced the world line and the divergence difference without a divergence meter on his person.
Then Kamijou, along with the others, began to notice The Doctor's final words and the serious tone that was conveyed on his voice that he had used in his explanation when he begins to mention two names that they have no knowledge of who did not die.
This was accompanied by a growing linger of familiarity on Kamijou's part as he was reminded of his own situation due to him mentioning about world lines and was going to ask The Doctor for further explanation while his face gave a careful expression.
"Doctor, what did you mean when you said "did not die"? Did something happened in his universe?"
The Doctor's face then took a grim level of seriousness that conveyed to The Companions themselves on the level of seriousness that they were about to discuss at this time while Okabe was still in surprise at the man as he was jolly and excited only a few minutes ago.
Now though, he seems far too older than he appears to be.
The look on his face that Okabe began to notice is that this unknown man who calls himself The Doctor has suffered far more than anyone could ever imagine.
That sympathetic and empathetic look of understanding that was directed towards him made him realize that The Doctor knows and understand the sufferings he had been through because he had been through them himself.
That and maybe far more than he could possibly imagine.
It would appear that he may have perhaps misjudged him.
Then The Doctor begins to explain to Touma in a serious tone.
"I'm not sure if I could tell you Touma, but seeing as how the man of honor himself is being discussed here along with information from this universe and also the fact that Okabe Rintarou-kun is one of the main enemies of The Committee of 300, there are certain things that I cannot say in order to maintain Okabe Rintarou-kun's privacy and trying to tamper with that will be both unwise and insensitive and that his many sacrifices in his many years of time leaping are his story to tell and his alone. That and well, his experience is not that different from yours when you think about it along with the fact that you have a common enemy that you both have dealt with in the past."
It was then that Kamijou began to realized that the man known as Okabe Rintarou was involved in a similar situation that involved him repeating time over and over again with so many amounts of time trying that could barely be counted and then shows an understanding and empathetic face towards Okabe who then takes note of it and feels a sort of kinship and camaraderie with this spiky haired teenager for when Okabe looked into his eyes, he saw the same eyes that he had with the years of suffering from multiple time jumps and leaps along with the goal of protecting a Certain Someone (Rika Furude, Kurisu Makise) that was close to both of their hearts and with The Doctor mentioning to the boy that they have a common enemy that was a constant thorn on their side in the past which was The Organization who he once thought was just SERN was actually just a sub-organization for another one to which was now known to him as The Committee of 300 and makes him wonder just how far does this organization spread its influence and what are it's many goals to achieving the total dominion of humanity, the world, and perhaps other universes as well due to these people mentioning them frequently.
The Doctor then began to ask permission from Rintaro himself to start the story.
"I know that you have a lot of questions regarding us, Okabe Rintaro-kun, but with your permission, I would like to start with this discussion by telling your side of the story, for as you may now have realized by now, we all have a common enemy that has been hiding in the shadows in secret throughout the multiverse with multiple agendas and goals that could threaten all of our friends, families, love ones, and the worlds and universes as you, I, and everyone else knows it. So with your permission, I would like to begin with your story so that my companions can see where and when it all comes together and connect the dots as it were along with the context in order to help you, ourselves, and many others out there to fight this organization that seems to act like a three headed HYDRA if you were you to try to cut off one head, then two more shall take it's place."
It was then that Rintaro Okabe realized that these people were not truly his enemies, that they were also wronged by The Organization that he has been fighting for several years worth of time leaping and time travelling and that he may have found allies that could and would help him in his fight against this Committee of 300 as he now knows as the true mastermind behind all of his suffering along with everyone else's and as he had gathered his thoughts, he then gave his permission to The Doctor.
"Alright, you have my permission."
The Doctor smiled at that and with a grateful tone in his voice, he said.
"Thank you."

Then The Doctor inhale and then exhale in a long breath and began his explanation.
"I need you all to pay very close attention to what I am about to tell you all, for I will not be telling you things which are personal and private in and of itself but I can definitely tell you all this, that Okabe Rintaro's experiments regarding time travel through his use of The PhoneWave which was used to send messages from the past via The D-Mail which was later upgraded into The Time Leap Machine have accidentally manage to shift the world lines of this universe from The Beta Attractor Field to The Alpha Attractor Field where our old enemies, The Committee of 300, under one of their many, many sub-organizations of this universe called SERN (Société Européenne de Recherche Nucléaire, the European Society for Nuclear Research), which was a global research organization that has taken part in various clandestine operations, such as assassinations with the ultimate goal of world domination."
"Through the use of Kerr Black Holes and the Large Hadron Collider, they have been conducting various experiments in Time Travel, most notably the attempts at sending living beings, in this case, humans, back in time, though their methods were inefficient and ineffective with the test subjects dying in a gruesome and horrible manner. Their goal was to create a dystopia which to them was a utopia by taking control of time travel which came up with the experiment known as The Z-Program which was a project that was initiated by SERN and was funded by The Committee of 300. It was described as " A top secret project spanning international borders. Like electromagnetic wave research."
"The Program Stages regarding The Z-Program are as follows:"
Stage One: Construction and Implementation of Large Hadron Collider.
Stage Two: Implementation and tuning of the lifter.
Stage Three: Animal experiments.
Stage Four: Human experiments.
"And with time, they had succeeded for they had managed to conquer the world by the year 2036 and it's because of these events that The Valkyrie Resistance which was founded by this man right here have sent one of their operatives by the name of Amane Suzuha who was the daughter of one of this man's lab members who was sent to stop that future from happening by travelling back from 2036 to 2010 by a time machine that was developed by her father who was a member of said Resistance and an old lab member of The Future Gadget Laboratory and an old friend and confidant of Okabe Rintarou who was already dead by that point in time along with Amane's father and her mother through the hands of The Rounders who are another sub-organization of The Committee of 300 and as she went into the past under the alias of "John Titor" in order to prevent The Committee of 300 from creating The Time Machine that will lead to that dystopian nightmarish future and possibly to meet her father's younger self along the way while trying to uncover his identity as she was only little when her father suddenly disappeared from her life with little memories of him and at the same time to complete her mission for which she was being sent for, but their were a few problems involved down the line which manages to cause a lot of headaches and heartaches towards everyone involved especially towards Amane's father who was eventually revealed to be Hashida Daru and to Okabe himself in particular for it wasn't easy with all the many times that he had to time travel by leaping while trying to undo all The D-Mail that he had sent with the help of his fellow members in order to prevent The Death of Shiina Mayuri to which causes him to burn out little by little and as a consequence becoming more and more numb as the years went by from his perspective."
"It took a while but eventually after many, many, many tries with the help of his fellow lab member and assistant Makise Kurisu, he managed to stop all of that from happening and shift the world line back into The Beta Attractor Field but at the very great cost to the life of Makise Kurisu who was dead in the world line Okabe originally came from and although he hesitated to undo The First D-Mail that started this nightmare in the first place due to him "caring" about her, he finally managed to shift the world line with The D-Mail by being convinced by Kurisu which wasn't easy on both of their part, especially towards Kurisu and that was really understating it."

STEINS;GATE 0 – Amadeus
"Okabe thought that it was finally over with the safety of Mayuri assured but it really wasn't, not really, for he may have stopped The Committee of 300 with their plans of gaining control of the world but the switch from The Death of Shiina Mayuri to The Death of Makise Kurisu from The Alpha Attractor Field to The Beta Attractor Field have just caused an unintended side effect which was the devolopment and arms race on time travel of the multiple nations on this earth and also the fact that Amane Suzuha traveled back in time again, only this time it was to prevent The Third World War from coming about in her future to which the cause of this event lies under Kurisu's despicable and deserving of the unworthy father of the year award, Makise Shouichi, who is publicly known throughout the scientific community by the name of Dr. Nakabachi who was a scientist researching in the field of time-travel by managing to get Kurisu's time travel theory papers and steal them while heading towards Russia in order to sell it to the Russian government, but it didn't really end well for him for he was more or less kept prisoner in that country to help with the research and development of a time machine, and that the published version of the paper was actually an inferior copy written by Nakabachi himself to poorly mimic the theory and ridicule it among scientists. This aims to distract the rest of the world from the actual research, but also from the chaos ensuing from various organizations tracking down what remains of Kurisu - the paper's actual author, whose existence became apparent when Nakabachi's lack of actual knowledge shone through - in order to properly reconstruct the time machine."
"And if it wasn't bad enough, now he has to deal with another sub-organization of The Committee of 300 by the name of Strategic Focus or Stratfor for short, which was a private intelligence agency, nicknamed the "Shadow CIA" by conspiracy theorists, who are well-renowned for its crucial and under-documented role in the recent world politics of this world, most notably in the Gulf and Iraq wars, with the aim to reconstruct a working time travel theory and sell it to the governments and nations around the whole world, which eventually results in The Third World War. They were eventually revealed to either be after Shiina Kagari who was Shiina Mayuri's adopted daughter from the year 2036 along with Amane Suzuha as she was a potential receptor of or has already acquired a copy of the deceased Makise Kurisu memories - or after patients of "New Encephalitis" which was actually widespread Reading Steiner, which was the ability to remember switching world lines to which Okabe Rintarou is one of the few who has such an ability due to his constant time leaping. Both operations are shown to be led by Dr. Alexis Leskinen who was a professor and chief reasercher of The Brain Institute at Viktor Chondria University which has close ties to The Committee of 300 with most of it's scientific research to further The Committee's various projects, although only a select few professors and administrators are aware of this fact for it was not something that most students would know about with a few minor exceptions here and there and was a mentor to Makise Kurisu and to Hiyajo Maho who was Kurisu's senpai (senior) and old friend."
"Both Dr. Alexis Leskinen and Hiyajo Maho were one of the leading minds behind the project known as "Amadeus" which was a memory storage and artificial intelligence system that was developed through the use of Makise Kurisu-san's Thesis on Visual Rebuilding Theory. By using her thesis to convert human memory into digital data, Amadeus was capable of creating a fully functional artificial intelligence with all the capabilities and memories of the person whose data is using. As such, it's capabilities of storing memory data make it possible to back-up the data of a person's memories even if the person in question is dead. This could be useful, for example, to fight against memory loss."
"It was at this point in time that Okabe Rintarou had finally given up on the name of Hououin Kyouma due to reasons that I cannot disclose as a way of protecting his privacy and was living his life as an ordinary university student within the next following six months due to his failed attempt to save Makise Kurisu. However, while he may have given up on the name and lived an ordinary life, his past eventually comes back to haunt him due to meeting Hiyajo Majo and Professor Leskinen when he attends a seminar that presents the artificial intelligence program based on Kurisu's research before her untimely death which was Amadeus. After getting acquainted with them by revealing that he was Makise Kurisu's old friend, he was invited by them in order to converse with an Amadeus AI formed from Kurisu's memories of eight months ago prior to her death. Coming to Maho's Lab, Okabe is greeted by the Amadeus version of Kurisu, while becoming surprised to find out that her thoughts on time machines differ from what the original Kurisu had told him. Afterwards, Leskinen and Maho recruit Okabe as a temporary tester, installing an app on his phone allowing him to converse with Amadeus Kurisu and provide data."
"And that's when things started going downhill from there, for Okabe himself briefly had a vision of a world line where he was caught up in the middle of a war to which he eventually comes to realize that it was his Reading Steiner taking into effect and if it wasn't bad enough already, A group of armed men unexpectedly stormed the laboratory and attempted to abduct Shiina Kagari, who one of the lab members found with the only clue being her memory lying in a rusted opa and was confirmed by Suzuha herself to be her after seeing her along with Mayuri but are forced to flee empty-handed when Tennouji Yugo arrives and disarms them to which concludes that the group that attacked them was not the same as The Rounders that Okabe had previously encountered in The Alpha World Lines which was why Okabe had approached Tennouji and by using his knowledge over him from other world lines with him being a member of The Rounders has managed to acquire his help in protecting Kagari."
"Later Okabe suddenly receives a distress call from Amadeus due to it being taken over by outside forces, at which point his Reading Steiner activates and he is sent to another world line where Makise Kurisu was still alive which was The Alpha World Line. Realising that Okabe came from another world line, Kurisu reveals that she has rebuilt The Phone Microwave, asking him to use it to return to his world line to which as expected, Okabe struggles with this decision to which Kurisu takes him to Mayuri's grave while urging him to wake up from his dream. After advising Okabe not to interact so much with Amadeus, Kurisu then sent a D-Mail to her past self, delaying her long enough to prevent Okabe from deleting their data from SERN and returning to The Beta World Line."
"As Okabe arrives back in The Beta World Line, where Amadeus' takeover has been prevented, he discovers Mayuri's friend Katsumi " Fubuki " Nakase, who was hospitalized after she suddenly collapsed, has memories of The Alpha World Line that he was just sent from. After arranging for Maho to stay with Faris after her hotel was burgled, Okabe was questioned by Suzuha about the shift in the world line, revealing that it was caused by time machine experiments by both America and Russia. Fearing that she is running out of time, Suzuha tries to force Rintaro at gunpoint to go back in time with her, but he father steps in and manages to convince her to stop and lower her gun. Later, Tennouji informs Okabe about an organisation known as DURPA, leading him to suspect that they may be targeting Amadeus in order to obtain Kurisu's time machine theory. Okabe asks Hiyajo if she possesses any of Kurisu's research, but she lies and keeps it secret from him because of the fact that she has Kurisu's personal laptop."
"As life continues on with Hiyajo hiring Moeka as a bodyguard and gets Amadeus running again and resumes testing. Okabe, Hiyajo, and Amadeus spend the day going around Akihabara, ending up at the Radio Building where Kurisu was killed. After Hiyajo reveals to him that she possesses Kurisu's laptop, Okabe warns her that the data on it is what will spark World War III. Meeting up with Hashida, who had been hired by Maho to analyze Kurisu's laptop, Okabe decided to tell Hiyajo the truth about time machines, warning her that she mustn't attempt to use one herself to save Kurisu when suddenly the group became surrounded by another unknown hostile group who takes Hiyajo hostage, demanding the laptop in exchange. However, another unknown group appears and destroys the laptop, leaving Hiyajo upset that she couldn't protect Kurisu's legacy. Later, Maho and Alexis return to America, bringing Rintaro's time with Amadeus to an end. But it wasn't over yet."
"Kagari collapses again after hearing Mayuri singing a song, to which Okabe believes it may be a hint to regaining her memories. He finds that Mayuri had learned the song from Suzuha, who herself had learned it from Yuki in the future. Yuki then reveals she had learned the song from Okabe's mother, who claims he was the one who sang it to her back then when he first started his mad scientist phase. While visiting Mayuri's grandmother's grave for any clues, Kagari goes into a daze upon hearing a song on the radio and almost gets hit by a truck, after which she regains her memories of Mayuri being her mother. It is then revealed that Rintaro had learned the song from Kagari herself years ago, when a mysterious organization was spotting her from the shadows."
"Despite Kagari regaining her childhood memories of Mayuri, who is informed about her future relationship with her, Okabe and Daru remain curious about what happened during the past twelve years that she still doesn't remember. During an argument with her, Suzuha notices a contradiction in Kagari's recollection of their separation, with Tennouji suggesting to Okabe that it may be the result of brainwashing by an unknown third party. The next day, Okabe goes with Moeka to investigate an abandoned building located near where Kagari was found, discovering it to be a secret facility where Kagari was being held captive. Meanwhile, as Kagari heads towards a party held by Mayuri, she hears a song that causes more memories to resurface, at which point she starts hearing a voice and disappears somewhere."
"As the months pass with no sign of Kagari, Daru and Suzuha try to ask for Maho's help in building a time leap machine. Back at the lab, Suzuha, who had picked up Kagari's Oopa toy, is attacked by a brainwashed Kagari as she comes to reclaim it when she began to realizing that Kagari was already brainwashed before travelling to the past, Suzuha and hashida once again ask Hiyajo, who was encouraged by Amadeus Kurisu to return to Japan and help them with the time machine."
"Meanwhile, Hashida and Hiyajo continued to develop the Time Leap Machine with little success when Okabe arrives and discovers it to which he then angrily rants about how it is impossible to save both Mayuri and Kurisu, and that he chose to sacrifice Kurisu in order to protect Shiina Mayuri and The Beta Worldline. Maho counters that Steins Gate must exist, and they must merely discover the "formula" that will lead them there. With neither side backing down, Okabe takes his leave and encounters Mayuri, who reveals that she had heard his argument with Hiyajo and Hashida and tells Okabe that she regrets convincing him not to continue to try and save Kurisu, as she can tell that he was still suffering and not truly happy in this worldline."
"After that conversation, Mayuri asks Suzuha to tell her everything she knows about the future and what Okabe has been through while learning that Suzuha has plans to travel back to the past later that day. Wishing to see Kyouma Hououin again, Mayuri decides to go with Suzuha to the past in order to convince the Okabe of the past to not give up on saving Kurisu. At that moment, however, Okabe learns from Hiyajo that someone has managed to access Kurisu's knowledge of time machines from Amadeus' data, while trying but failing to convince Suzuha and Mayuri not to travel back to the past. As Suzuha heads for the time machine, she receives a D-Mail from Hashida in 2025, telling her that her actions have changed the worldline, and gives her the details of "Operation Arclight". At that moment, armed soldiers arrive to seize the time machine when Suzuha battles the soldiers to give Mayuri a chance to escape, but Mayuri was then shot in the crossfire but wasn't badly hurt to the point of her being killed."
"Meanwhile in the ensuing chaos, Okabe was confronted by Leskinen, who reveals himself to be a member of Stratfor who obtained knowledge of the future from Kagari herself. Taking Hiyajo and Hashida hostage, Leskinen reveals that his future self had brainwashed Kagari and arranged for her to go back to the past as a messenger to his younger self, leading him to create Amadeus as a means to preserve Kurisu's time travel theory and just as Leskinen attempts to take the time machine for himself, Kagari uses the last of her strength to give Suzuha a chance to save everyone and knock Leskinen out. Then Mayuri and Suzuha attempted to use the time machine but are hit by a DURPA helicopter missile, resulting in the time machine being destroyed and their fate becoming unknown. As Okabe himself is left distraught by this event, he receives a text from Mayuri who had survived while explaining her reasons from wanting to go back in time."
"With the destruction of the time machine signalling the start of World War III, Okabe gives Hiyajo and Hashida the knowledge that they need in order to complete The Time Leap Machine. With some encouragement from Amadeus Kurisu, Hiyajo manages to complete the time leap machine to which Okabe then uses it to leap back in time to before the incident. After urging Hiyajo and Hashida to hack into Leskinen's computer and retrieve Amadeus' data, Okabe rushes to Mayuri and Suzuha to warn them of what's about to happen, learning of their plan to convince his past self to pursue Steins;Gate again. Just as Okabe urges them to go, he is attacked by another soldier who is then shot by Leskinen. This ultimately leads to the time machine getting destroyed again, prompting Okabe to once again keep time leaping until he can save Mayuri and Suzuha."
"Following Okabe's previous time leap attempt, he woke up to discover he has suddenly ended up in the year 2036, where Akihabara has been devastated by World War 3 and Hashida, Suzuha, and the others have formed a resistance. Hashida explains that he was able to use the recently recovered time leap machine to implant Okabe's 2011 memories into his current body and recounts the events that occurred in Okabe's mental absence: in 2011, the time leap machine malfunctioned and they missed the 48 hour window to save Mayuri so they decided to try and build a new time machine. In 2025, Rintaro was captured and tortured by Stratfor. When Daru rescued him, he was brain-dead, but alive. For the next 11 years, Okabe's survival was kept secret between a select few resistance members who cared for him. As Daru finishes his explanation, Luka and Faris are caught up in an enemy trap, with Luka sacrificing himself to protect the other members before dying in Rintaro's arms. Realising the truth he had refused to face, Rintaro asks to use the time leap machine to return to 2011."
"With help from Amadeus Kurisu, Okabe begins a grueling journey to return to the past by performing consecutive time leaps. After reaching 2025, the day where he is supposed to be captured, Okabe receives help from Amadeus and the others to evade capture and reach Akiba, allowing him to make the complete journey to 2011. Reawakening his old mad scientist persona and taking the name of Hououin Kyouma, Okabe has everyone else recover Amadeus' data while he enlists Tennouji's help in subduing Kagari, allowing him and Moeka to stop Leskinen and help send Mayuri and Suzuha safely into the past. However, the attack helicopters show up earlier than usual, launching another missile at the time machine as it activates."
"With each attempt at saving Mayuri and Suzuha ending in failure, Okabe deduces that they need to stop the Russians from interfering with the time machine's departure. Finding that Russia's ability to make a time machine lies with Kurisu's memory data, Amadeus Kurisu proposes that the only way to stop Russia is to use Daru's D-RINE to send a message to himself in the past to delete Amadeus. Speaking with a hesitant Okabe through the night, Amadeus Kurisu tells him that she would be glad to sacrifice herself if it means finding Steins;Gate. After Amadeus Kurisu says her goodbyes to everyone, the D-RINE is sent, erasing Amadeus and sending Rintaro to a new world line."
"Arriving in a world line where Amadeus doesn't exist, Okabe heads towards the roof, receiving help from Moeka in getting past Leskinen. As Rintaro urges Mayuri and Suzuha to head to the past, Kagari, who decides to place her faith in Okabe, helps him to hold back the enemy just long enough for the time machine to successfully leave before the helicopter attacks. Arriving just before Rintaro returns from his failed rescue attempt, Mayuri calls her past self and encourages her to set Okabe on the right path, after which she and Suzuha are forced to jump into a random time period to avoid causing a time paradox. The past Mayuri slaps the past Okabe to knock him back to his senses, and then receives a D-mail from Rintaro. In the year 2025, Okabe sends his past self a video instructing him on how to save both Mayuri and Kurisu and reach Steins;Gate before setting off in a time machine in order to find Mayuri and Suzuha. with them being trapped somewhere at an unknown barren land in the year 18,000 BC when they saw Okabe arrive in his time machine to rescue them."
"Picking up a light up sword in order to use its liquid as a substitute for Kurisu's blood, Past Okabe and Suzuha return to the day of Kurisu's death. In order to prevent a Metal Upa toy that would prevent Nakabachi's paper from being destroyed by an on-board fire, Past Okabe obtains it himself so that Mayuri ends up with a plastic one, which would later make its way to Kurisu and Nakabachi. Finding that the liquid in the gadget has dried up, Past Okabe provokes Nakabachi into stabbing him, leading him to run off in fear with Kurisu's theory. After knocking Kurisu out with a taser, Okabe uses his own blood from his stab wound to recreate the scene he originally saw, fooling his past self and sending him on his time-hopping journey. As Past Okabe returns to the present, Suzuha gives her thanks before she disappears, as she does not exist yet in The Steins Gate World Line."
"After Okabe from the Past recovers from his wounds, Okabe from the Future has achieved The Steins Gate World Line along with gaining all of the memories from both the past, the present, and the future of the many world lines that he had lived through and was now in the body of his past self who he had leapt into due to Reading Steiner and then he starts giving out badges to the lab members he recruited in other World Lines, saving two for Suzuha and Kagari, who will be born in a few years down the line and saving one for Hiyajo Maho who was still in America."
"And after all of this, while walking in the streets of Akihabara, Okabe has a chance random encounter with Kurisu which leads us into the next year of the events of today."
Insert Song: End
"Did I get all of that or did I missed a few?" The Doctor asked with a serious tone towards Rintaro while he shakes his head on the question while still wondering on how he knew all of that when he and everyone else never saw him in those world lines.
"No, You pretty much have it all fleshed out. But I've got a question. How do you know all of that ? I never saw you and yet you speak as if you were there to witness those events from those other world lines from happening."
"That's because I was there, although I was hidden enough that no one could possibly notice me due to the fact that most of the time I was in the TARDIS. I was just travelling along the timeline throughout the multiverse as I search for where and when I could gather for any information regarding The Committee of 300 when I began to notice this universe along with your timeline with all of it's wibbly wobbly ness by being able to just switch between world lines like your just going out of style. And so I took the liberty of watching over you and making sure to help you from the shadows with the little things while not interfering too much in order to prevent a paradox in your timeline while also making sure that history stays on track to which by the way, your not the only one who has a time machine that can travel through time."
Then Rintaro was surprised and somewhat terrified with his eyes widened because of the ramifications of such a possibility.
"Now before you start to say things like I would endanger everything by having a time machine as my personal transport while technically also happening to be a space ship that can travel through space as well and not just through time and can also travel to other universes and dimensions as well with no issues, barring a few exceptions, as well as the fact that my time machine is alive and a living creature and it's not an A.I. like Amadeus, allow me to personally remind you that you may have been the first person to invent a time machine in your universe, but my people and several others did it first and my people made it their solemn duty to protect, uphold, and establish The Laws of Time and the very concept of Time itself along with their Policy of Non-Intervention. So you don't have to worry about me mucking around the fabric of space-time for I have been trained through skill and personal experience through all my 900 years worth of life. So to put it simply, I've been dealing with these problems long before you and your universe even came along and existed."
Then Rintaro became even more surprised and a little interested in that statement due to the fact that he thought that he was the only one who could have invented a time machine which started the whole damn mess in the first place and the existence of a time machine was a curse and therefore should never be invented and used by anyone, but as it turns out, he wasn't the only one and a lot of people have been time travelling before him first and the man said that his time machine was also a ship and that it could travel to space, time, and other universes and dimensions and was also to Rintaro's disbelief, alive and an actual living creature.
"Yo-Your Time Machine is alive?! How is that possible?! And your people?!"
"Oh! Just the beauty of Block Transfer Computations which are a mathematical process that was needed in order to create one and she's called the TARDIS which is that blue phone booth right over there " The Doctor said while pointing towards the ship as Rintaro looked at it with both interest and disbelief due to the size of the ship in question at first appearance's glance.
"It's a lot smaller then I thought it would be."
"Oh! about that, its actually bigger on the inside than it is on the outside. The process on how that works is called Dimensional Transcendentalism."
"Dimensional Transcendetalism?" Rintaro asked while The Doctor began to explain the idea and the concept.
"Dimensional Transcendentalism is the state wherein an object's interior was bigger than its exterior, an effect made possible by transdimensional engineering. It is in opposition to being dimensionally immanent, where something's interior is smaller than its exterior."
"Properly speaking TARDISes are best described as "spaces," rather than "objects." Most TARDISes are Dimensionally Transcendental, meaning that they are bigger on the inside than the outside. This effect is achieved by making a TARDIS's interior a quasi-dimensional continuum located outside of Time in a different dimension then the exterior. This Micro-Universe is created using Transcendental Block-Transfer Equations that don't interface with Normal Space in a traditional way. A Time Lord, which is my species by the way since I am not really human even though I look like one, can tell when one is in a dimensionally transcendental chamber by looking for a slight warping on the edge of his field of vision. Crew members will find that for every month they spend inside a TARDIS they will age slightly less then a week."
"Dimensional Transcendentalism is achieved by using the Relative Dimensional Stabilizer, which time maps the para-dimensional interior through null-space and The Time Vortex and onto the Exo-Shell's exterior outlet. This Time Mapping forms the Dimensional Gateway. The dimensionally transcendental nature of a TARDIS can be thought of as a hypercube i.e. a 4 dimensional square."
"A TARDIS's interior is composed of a complex web of bio-mathematics and exitonics with a finite multi-dimensional mass, which usually totals about 68 thousand metric tonnes. The size can be altered using the dimension scale control on the console. While a TARDIS's minimum interior volume is about the size of an atom, its maximum volume is about one trillion cubic kilometres"
"The interior of a TARDIS is incapable of holding an object that is several miles across without extensive block-transfer modifications. In such a state one could walk for 10,000 years with only a few hours of rest a day and never reach the end. The great size of a TARDIS interior is also rumored to be linked to the vast depths and capabilities of a Time Lord's mind."
"During The Time War, the matter used for the internal structure of a TARDIS can withstand a full-on thermonuclear blast. It is theoretically impossible for there to be a breach between the TARDIS's micro-universe and The Time Vortex. This is because the Internal Dimensional Units act to prevent internal trans-dimensional breaches. Nevertheless such breaches have been known to occur under extreme circumstances, and there is a high-pitched alarm designed to alert the crew if the structural integrity has been breached. While a TARDIS interior can't be breached by a Vortex Infarction or a Time Scoop, it is possible for a charged vacuum embodiment to cause a wormhole that could penetrate the interior. Such a breach in the endo-shell of a TARDIS could (among other things) allow all the air to leak out."
"You got all that?" The Doctor asked while Rintaro said.
"Some of it, basically what's inside the ship is bigger than the outside and that the process on how that works is called dimensional transcendentalism along with the fact that the ship itself is a Micro-Universe. That and the fact that your not Human but an alien called a Time Lord."
Rintaro said this while trying to wrapped his head around the concepts that were explained to him by The Doctor while being surprised that there was an alien species out there that called themselves The Time Lords.
"That's right, I couldn't have said it better myself." The Doctor said who was pleased that someone finally got the concept while The Companions sweatdropped due to the long exposition The Doctor gave to Rintaro regarding the state and size of the TARDIS while Kyon who was sighing and facepalming said to The Doctor.
"Doctor, couldn't you have just said that The TARDIS was just bigger on the inside than it is on the outside and vice versa and that we didn't need to hear another History Lesson regarding The Basics of Dimensional Transcendentalism."
"Now were would be the fun in that Kyon. One needs to be reminded constantly of the many grey areas that could leave a blank spot in the area of their knowledge and application of their skill in order to rectify it with the correct information that could potentially help people save so many lives down the line along with being able to solved problems here and there when you least expect it as you begin to take in the leadership role in the necessary situations."
"Yeah, we get all that Doctor, what I'm trying to say is that it was just more exposition that wasn't really needed at this point."
"Well, fair enough."
And with that conversation ended and The Doctor then looked back towards Rintaro.
"Well since we have finished this conversation and have a general understanding with regards to this situation, allow me to take your phone so that we can send you our contact numbers in the event that you be able to contact us and vice versa as we gather all the allies that we need in order to fight The Committee of 300 and cut off all of it's tentacles throughout the multiverse for we're going to need all the help we can get at this point."
And with that, Rintaro agreed wholeheartedly as he gave his phone to the Doctor in order to place the contact numbers of himself and his companions as a way of making contact while also helping each other out in the fight against The Committee of 300.
"Well now that that's done, what's left for us now is planning on how we can finally manage to leave this world line."
"Doctor, I hate to interrupt, but couldn't we just used The TARDIS in order for us to leave this world line seeing as how she's the one who brought us here in the first place?" Lelouch asked as The Doctor confirms his answer.
"Well yes, Lelouch, we can do that, but the main problem that we have right about now is that we cannot just take Okabe Rintaro-kun with us."
The Companions reacted at that, with Lelouch asking The Doctor again on why that was so.
"WHAT!"
"Why not?"
Then The Doctor answered them with a knowing smile that was directed towards Okabe as he begins his explanation in order for The Companions to be relieved from their worries on the possible fate of the man in question.
"Because their just so happens to be a Certain Someone (Kurisu Makise) who is doing everything in her power to get him back to The Steins Gate World Line as we are speaking right this very instant and that she will succeed as it is written in history."
Rintaro thought about what The Doctor meant regarding a Certain Someone (Kurisu Makise) that was trying to fetch him.
"That girl, she never listens to anything I have to say on the matter"
"Okabe-kun, listen, a Certain Someone (Kurisu Makise) that you know all to well will be coming soon, so I advise you to sit down where you are right now while taking your phone and wait while looking at the screen for a few minutes, for you will have a surprise coming very soon and that you shouldn't keep a woman waiting."
Rintaro then heeded The Doctor's advice while beginning to sit on the ground as The Doctor turned towards The Companions.
"Well then gentleman, we best be off, best we leave now before things get really awkward considering the private intimacy of this meeting."
After that, he walked towards the TARDIS with the five companions looking a little hesitant with leaving Rintaro behind to which he alleviates their worries.
"Go! I'll be fine. Like The Doctor said, a Certain Someone (Kurisu Makise) will be coming to get me in the next few minutes, and besides, I have a strange feeling that we will be seeing each other again sometime soon."
And with that, The Companions were then relieved of their worries as they begin to walk back towards The TARDIS ancient doors, but not before Touma looks back at Rintaro with a look of understanding and camaraderie that was directed back towards him by Rintaro himself in relation to the similarities of their experiences and with regards to their common enemies as they gave each other a look and a nod of respect.
In the next few minutes, Touma then enters The TARDIS as she begins to dematerialize with its ancient engines being heard as the sound grows more and more faint as she finally disappears, leaving Rintaro all by himself just like before.
With that, Rintaro begins to look at the screen of his phone in accordance with The Doctor's Instuctions.
As he was sitting on the floor waiting for The Guest Of Honor to arrive, he began to recall certain memories from his own past with it's multiple timelines worth of tries where he somehow manage to meet Kurisu very much earlier than their first official meeting along with him receiving a surprising kiss from her as she manage to influence him enough to get him to become the man who would one day be known as.
Hououin Kyouma.
And as he was about to ponder on these sudden surprising memories that he had received in his own past, he began to recall The Doctor's words to him as he say.
"Because their just so happens to be a Certain Someone (Kurisu Makise) who is doing everything in her power to get him back to The Steins Gate World Line as we are speaking right this very instant and that she will succeed as it is written in history."
"It can't be? Did Kurisu went back into the past?"
As he begins to ask these question to himself, suddenly he heard static coming from the phone that was getting louder and louder and in that moment he saw Kurisu's image while starting a video to which Rintaro reacts in surprise as a voice was suddenly heard from behind him.
" What are you gawking at? Hentai! (Pervert!)"
Rintaro turns around with his eyes widened as he saw the woman that he loves in all her glory.
"You? Why are you here?"
Then with a serious expression along with a serious tone, Kurisu began to say.
"I wasn't trying to get you out, you are just trying to leave by yourself."
He couldn't helped but smile at the words that she had uttered for he remembered The Doctor telling him that he won't be stuck forever in The "R" World Line as he then begins to stand up and begins to walk past her as he said these words.
"If that's The Steins Gate's Choice." He told her as he smiled.

Then he began to hear chattering and walking as he notices that more and more people have appeared and manages to conclude that he has now officially returned to The Steins Gate World Line.
"So Cristina care to return it to me? My first kiss?" He asked as his back was turned towards her but he knew that she was smiling as he began to hear the words coming from her mouth.
"Never."
After this, He felt relieved as he guessed that he won't disappear after all while remembering the conversation that he had with The Doctor and his Companions as he had gained trusted allies in the fight against The Organization that has plagued their lives and countless others and the fact that he has their contact numbers just in case if he were to ask for their help while having the feeling that they will see each other soon enough.
With that said, all that matters now is that he has made it back and can finally be with his friends and the woman he loved.
