AN: And here we are with chapter three! I have decided to have Izuku do the Entrance Exam. Mainly because I don't know how the story would go If he doesn't save Uraraka from the Zero pointer. My OC however will be put in through recommendation. Why? Cause Reasons! I do hope you're enjoying the story so far. Because it's time to get serious!

MHA: The Emerald Firebender

45 minutes later

"So, if you would accept, I would like to give you the power of One For All." All Might in his skeletal form said.

After All Might's request for Izuku to become his successor, All Might showed them his true form and explained to them the power of One For All. He explained it to both of them because he assumed, rightly so, that the two of them were a package deal.

They were shocked to learn that All Might was basically a walking skeleton, and he had an injury that cost him his stomach. They were even more shocked to learn that his quirk is one that has been passed down from person to person. A quirk that stockpiles energy and passes all of that energy onto another. It sounds overpowered when you think about it. And apparently All Might was the 8th wielder of said power.

Now they were all sitting cross legged 45 minutes later. The two boys were trying to process everything they just heard. What they thought they knew about quirks has now been shattered, the image they each had of the number one hero was now gone, and now Izuku had to decide if he wanted All Might's power or not.

"I know that this is quite the decision to make, so please take your time." All Might said encouragingly. He then turned to Roku as he let Izuku think over his decision. "Although, I am surprised that you have not yet expressed a desire to have my power, young Roku. Normally someone would jump at the chance to become as strong as me."

Roku just shrugged. "It's simple, really. I do not need nor do I want your power. Im strong enough as it is."

All Might looked confused now. "What do you mean?"

Roku looked around for a moment before standing up and walking toward an old fridge. It was just a few inches shorter than himself. He put his hand on the top of it, before pushing down. The fridge started to flatten like a pancake. Roku then picked up the now flattened fridge and tossed it a few hundred meters out into the ocean.

All Might looked at him with wide eyes full of surprise. "I suppose I understand now."

Roku just chuckled. "My quirks give me super strength. My electricity amplifies and strengthens the muscles in my body, while my ice makes me more durable." Roku explained.

All Might raised his brows in surprise. "Two quirks. That is quite rare." All Might said in appreciation. His face then turned serious. "Now, I know this should go without saying, but you two can't tell anyone about this. Not my weaker form, not my injury, and especially not One For All. Can you two do that?" Izuku nodded in understanding.

Roku nodded his head before shaking it. "No."

Izuku snapped his head to look at Roku in surprise. All Might was so surprised that he coughed up a small amount of blood. They both looked at Roku in disbelief.

"Roku-" Izuku started to say, but he was interrupted.

"Don't you 'Roku' me, Deku." Roku said as he got in his brother's face. "I want you to look me dead in the eye and tell me that you think we can keep this a secret from my parents."

Izuku suddenly grimaced as he paled a little bit, making All Might look at him in confusion. Roku continued.

"We might be able to convince Inko, but my parents?" Roku scoffed. "Impossible. They have been training you and me for years, Deku. They personally know your limits, knowing exactly what you're capable of. What do you think they are going to do when you just suddenly have the strength to demolish mountains? That you suddenly match me when it comes to physical strength? That you suddenly have another quirk besides your fire? They're going to be pretty fucking suspicious! And you know my parents. They will start demanding answers until they get them. Plus, they won't like that we have been lying to them. There's trust there, Deku, and I would rather not break it."

Izuku sighed. "Damn it. Your right." He thought for a few moments before deciding. He turned to All Might. "I will accept your power All Might. On one condition." Izuku raised his hand as All Might opened his mouth. "We tell Roku's parents about this."

All Might looked uncertain. "May I ask why?"

"Because Roku is completely right." Izuku said seriously. "His parents know just what I'm capable of. They are going to be more than a little suspicious If I suddenly have super strength. They will start asking questions I can't answer. We have to tell them if you want your secret to be kept safe."

All Might thought it over for a few moments, while at the same time mentally berating himself. He should have thought of this. He never considered the long term problems that giving Izuku his power might yield. And he never thought about what his friends or family might think if he suddenly had another quirk. They could possibly make the argument of a second dormant quirk, but it would be nearly impossible to convince them of that. He had few options.

All Might nodded slowly. "Very well then. We can tell your parents, young Roku."

Roku nodded in thanks. "Good. And don't worry. My parents know how to keep a secret. Especially if I ask them to." Roku turned and started walking. "Come on. Let's tell them now. Today's Saturday so they will be at home today." He said before taking flight.

All Might's eyes widened in shocked surprise. "He can fly?"

Izuku smirked. "He's not the only one."

Before All Might could say anything in response, Izuku suddenly blasted off into the air using his flames.

All Might watched in shock for a second before huffing a laugh. "Well," he said as he buffed up to his muscle form. "That was unexpected." He said before jumping after the two boys.

They soon arrived at Roku's house. Roku had led the way as All Might jumped his way to his home. Upon arrival Roku quickly led All Might into his house before anyone could see him.

"We're home!" Roku and Izuku called out at the same time.

"Already?" A feminine voice called out. "You guys have barely been gone 3 hours. You usually stay out until 2 or 3. What, did you guys miss me that much?" The last statement was said in a teasing tone. A male voice chuckled at the little joke.

Roku turned to All Might. "I should tell you that you will recognize my parents." He said before walking into the living room, not giving the hero a chance to respond.

Both Roku and Izuku walked into the living room to see Cole and Lucy sitting on a loveseat, relaxing. The two boys could see a movie playing on their large flatscreen.

Roku addressed his parents. "Mom, Dad. We have a guest."

The two elder MacGrath's looked confused and not a little curious. Lucy spoke first. "Who is our guest?"

Roku turned and motioned for All Might to come in. To say that the two elder MacGrath's were surprised to see All Might walk into their living room was an understatement. Both let out gasps of shock.

"All Might?" They asked in shock.

They weren't the only ones that were shocked. All Might looked at the two and immediately recognized them. He should, after all they were his fellow heros and in the top ten. The frozen thunder duo, Zeus and Khione.

"Cole and Lucy MacGrath?" He said in surprise. Then it hit him. 'That's why Roku's name sounded familiar.' He thought in realization.

"Mom, Dad, I believe you know All Might." Roku said as he waved at the tall and muscular man.

"Well, yes. It's been awhile since I've last seen you All Might." Cole said as he stood up and shook All Mights hand. "But I am curious as to why exactly you are here."

"It has indeed been quite some time since I last saw you two." All Might agreed. "As to why I am here now, well that will become clear in a moment."

"You see dad, All Might has made an offer to Izuku. One which we needed to tell you two about, otherwise you would have grown suspicious." Roku explained. At their confusion, he turned to All Might. "The floor is yours All Might."

All Might sighed before taking a deep breath. Not like he had many options. So All Might told the two parents what he told Izuku and Roku.

20 Minutes Later

"So, you want to give Izuku your quirk, One For All, a quirk that stockpiles strength and can be passed on to someone else?" Cole asked in clarification.

All Might nodded. "Yes. He has that heart of a hero that I have been looking for. Someone who moves without thinking to save someone."

Cole didn't say anything for a second before nodding. "Seems reasonable." He said in a carefree voice.

Lucy lightly slapped her husband on the chest before turning to All Might. "Are you certain you want to give him your power? Not that I don't think he cant handle it or doesn't deserve it. But he is just a teenager."

All Might nodded at her concerns. "Yes. I am in need of a successor. I need to find someone worthy to pass One For All to. Ever since I got my injury, I have been searching for someone. And I need to find someone soon. Especially with how low my time limit is." He turned to Izuku. "However, you must know that your body needs to be physically fit in order to inherit the power, otherwise you'll just blow your limbs off."

Cole chuckled. "I don't think that will be a problem. With the training regimen that these two go through, Izuku should be able to handle at least a good amount of your power."

All Might nodded and turned back to Izuku. "So, will you become the successor to my power?" All Might asked, hoping that he would. Otherwise he just told four people his secret for almost nothing.

Izuku thought for a moment before turning to his second family. "What do you guys think I should do?"

The three MacGrath's looked at each other. Lucy spoke for them. "We can't help you with this one Izuku." Lucy said softly.

Roku nodded in agreement. "This one has to be entirely your decision. We cannot influence it by providing any pros or cons we may or may not have."

Cole laid a hand on his honorary son's shoulder. "But know this, we will support whatever decision you make. Take his power or don't. It won't matter to us. We will still love you."

Izuku smiled at them. He nodded and turned to All Might. "I accept."

All Might sighed in relief. "That's good. I will meet you tomorrow at Dagobah. I'm going to give you a new training regimen, if that's alright with you two?" He asked the elder MacGrath's. Cole and Lucy both nodded.

"We do have one more problem." Roku said, gaining everyone's attention. "What are we gonna tell your mom when you suddenly gain strength that rivals and or surpasses mine?"

Izuku answered after a second of thought. "I don't think we should tell her about One For All. Mom can't defend herself like you two can." He said, looking at Cole and Lucy. "She will be in more danger if she knows. We will probably be able to convince her that I just had a second more dormant quirk. I was already a late bloomer, so that might help convince her. Especially if you two help me." He said to the two elder MacGrath's.

Lucy nodded. "Inko is a bit more gullible than most, so if we all say it, she will probably believe it."

"Very well then." All Might said as he stood up. "If you will excuse me, I will take my leave." He said as he showed himself out.

One year later

The next year was complete hell. For both boys. They thought that their training was tough before. But All Might was a damn slave driver.

All Might put him through the most intense training regimen imaginable. All Might had planned out every second of his day meticulously with strength training, endurance runs, a high protein diet, even his sleep was scheduled!

The result was that there was not a moment Izuku's body was not aching, and not a single second that he didn't feel dead on his feet. There were times he was fairly certain he'd fallen asleep with his eyes open, given how hours seemed to disappear with a mere blink.

And on top of that, he gave Izuku a difficult task. Clean Dagobah beach, by himself.

Cleaning the beach wasn't as difficult as he thought however. All Might said that he was allowed to use hands made out of his fire to help him move the larger pieces of trash off the beach, but everything else he had to do by hand, without his quirk. It was more tedious than difficult.

But Izuku wasn't alone in his training. Roku had wanted the same training that All Might was giving him. He said that he wasn't going to be left in the dust while Izuku gets stronger. So All Might gave him the same training regimen as Izuku. Just like usual, the two brothers in all but name were training alongside each other. Izuku was glad that he was there with him, for it made the intense training just a little bit easier.

And soon, his runs grew easier and his aches grew duller. His body became stronger than what he thought possible. By the time All Might gave him his power, he could now bench twice his body weight. And thanks to his previous training, it took him a lot less time for him to clean the beach than All Might initially expected. 4 months later a surprised All Might was looking at a spotless beach.

He was so impressed that he gave Izuku his power right then and there. By making Izuku eat his hair. Roku had burst out laughing when All Might casually said 'Eat This!' while holding out a single strand of his hair. He laughed even harder when Izuku quickly shoved the thing down his throat and swallowed. A few hours later, they were able to get a glimpse of how much power Izuku could use. And the cost of using too much.

Izuku's first use of One For All was at 100%. And when he went and threw a punch, his entire arm broke from the strain. But thanks to his fire, Izuku was able to heal from his injury. That was a gift in disguise. They had never really seen the true extent that Izuku could heal himself with his fire, so they now knew he could heal his own broken bones. While it was a good thing that he could heal himself, it was heavily inefficient when using One For All. Who wants to throw a punch that can level entire city blocks, but break their arm in the process?

So Izuku, All Might and the MacGrath's all joined together to come up with a way for him to efficiently use One For All. It was Cole who came up with the best idea. He suggested that Izuku channel One For All throughout his entire body instead of just focusing it into one point. The same way that he and Roku used their lightning.

So by doing what Cole suggested, Izuku found that he could use a maximum of 15%. To break through that limit, Lucy suggested that he keep his power on all the time, so that his body would get used to it so that he could grow stronger. When he first spread his new found power throughout the entirety of his body, they discovered that he produced a green lightning like aura. When Roku saw this, he joked that it would be cool if he could use that lightning as an attack of some sort, just like he and his dad. He stopped laughing when Izuku concentrated and shot a small bolt of lightning at the ground.

After seeing that, both Cole and Roku started training Izuku to see how far his lightning went. They quickly found out that it was similar to both male MacGrath's. The only difference was that Izuku couldn't control the weather like Cole or Roku. But other than that, the three boys had similar powers. Roku was extremely excited to know that he had someone else with lightning powers to train with. Plus It opened up a whole lot more ideas for the two boys to combine their powers.

And so for the next 8 months, Roku and Izuku sparred every day, both growing stronger and stronger under the watchful eyes of Cole, Lucy and All Might. By the time he was ready for UA, Izuku was able to use 35% without hurting himself.

During that time, there were very few noteworthy events that happened. The only one that did, happened to Izuku while he was at school. It happened near the start of his school year.

Flashback: 10 months ago

"Ok, you are all in third grade now!" The homeroom teacher said in a strict voice as he looked at everyone. "In other words. It is now or never that you should think of your future!"

Izuku sat near the middle of the class and barely paid attention to the teacher, and instead wrote in his book and thought about what he wanted to do during training today. He mostly recognized everyone in his classroom from last year, but they always stayed away since they still thought he didn't have a quirk, not even giving him the time of day. They treated him as though he was diseased.

Izuku chuckled at that. For the last six years he had been training with his fire. In all that time, no one has ever found out about his quirk. He honestly was slightly surprised that no one had figured it out yet. With the fact that he was almost always happy, that he always appeared to be warm even when it was cold, that Bakugo's bullying and illegal quirk usage didn't phase him in the slightest, and that he had quite the athletic figure, he would have thought someone would have found out by now.

'Then again, the school uniforms are a little baggy, so it does hide my muscles a little. And no one really pays me any close attention, so they probably don't notice the small things. Like Bakugo's quirk not having any effect on me at all.' Izuku thought. 'And people might think my happiness is just as fake as Bakugo's 'friends'. Plus everyone avoids me like the plague. Hmmm, maybe it isn't that surprising that no one has found out about my quirk.'

"I will now distribute the Career Aspiration Document!" The teacher said before he threw the papers on his desk to the side, grabbing Izuku's attention. "But hey, you have, for the most part, the ambition to go to the section of Heroes, no?" He said in a care free voice and in an instant everyone started to use their quirks.

Izuku rolled his eyes at the class's antics. He already knew he would be making it into UA. With how smart he is combined with how much training he has done the last few years, he would be very surprised if he didn't get in. It was quite hard to be excited about something when you already knew that the most likely outcome would happen. He glanced around lazily at the class. He noted maybe four people who had hero worthy quirks. A girl next to him could make fire, but Izuku could sense that it was nowhere near as powerful as his.

'With a little training, she could be pretty strong.' Izuku thought absently. Next was a kid up front who could turn his hands into stone. 'Would make a good brawler.' He thought. Next was a girl who had a telekinesis ability. He saw her levitating a water bottle. 'But then again, her quirk is only slightly more powerful than moms. Perhaps she could grow stronger if she trained her quirk.' He thought. And finally was a girl who could use wind. 'She actually might become powerful. Her wind could be useful in a number of ways.' He thought in amusement.

He then glanced at everyone else and quietly scoffed. 'They say I can't be a hero for being 'quirkless', yet believe that they will become heroes themselves with such weak quirks?' He thought in slight anger.

Izuku wasn't biased or anything like that. He thought that all quirks could be useful in some way. He was just looking at things realistically. I mean seriously. What use does a person with a head that resembles a cross between pinocchio and an anteater have? Or a kid whose only ability was that his eyes could extend out of their sockets? Or a kid with an abnormally large nose? Useful they might be in certain scenarios, but they would never become heros. And Izuku knew most of the people here. He knew that they didn't have the drive to become heros.

The only person who could actually become a hero was Bakugo. But his quirk is only useful for combat. His quirk is useless for anything else except for destroying stuff. Like saying a bomb can rescue someone. It's just not gonna happen.

"Well, well. Does everyone here have a good quirk?" The teacher asked while looking the class over, bringing Izuku out of his inner musings. "But be aware that the use of it outside the establishment is against the rules."

Suddenly a cocky voice was heard throughout the class. "Teach, don't put me in the same bag as the 'extras'!"

Izuku glanced lazily at his one time friend, Katsuki Bakugo. The most arrogant person in school and the biggest bully. Bakugo bullies just about everyone that he believes to be beneath him. And everyone else he sees as an 'extra'. Izuku sometimes wondered where it all changed for Bakugo. He used to be nice, now he is just an asshole. Izuku sighed. He was glad that he didn't tell the blonde about his quirk, otherwise he would have stuck around the blonde and possibly become just like him. Izuku shuddered at the thought of that.

The arrogant blonde kicked his feet on his desk with a cocky grin on his face. "I really do not intend to make buddy-buddy with those who have weak quirks. You know?"

That seemed to piss off the entire class. "What do you mean by that Katsuki!?"

"Shut up, you secondary characters! Behave as such!" Bakugo yelled with a shit eating grin on his face. Izuku looked at him with a sweat drop. Bakugo said that as though he were the MC in some sort of anime.

"Oh yes, indeed, Bakugo. You want to go to... 'UA Highschool', don't you?" The teacher said in a calm voice, the class however, exploded.

It was no shock that everyone was, well, shocked. UA was literally the best hero high school in all of Japan. It was known as the National Highschool and some of the biggest hero names come from there. You needed a score of 79 just to take the entrance exam, and the entrance exam was also cut throat in it's own right.

Izuku and Roku took the exam a month ago and they got a 95 on the test. He would have gotten more if not for the fact he was focusing on training. He didn't have as much time to study as he liked, but the results were more or less the same. He still passed with flying colors.

"I'm not surprised that secondary characters like you are bitching and moaning." Bakugo said as he jumped onto his desk, the teacher not saying anything, again."I aced the exams, me! I am the only one here that will go to UA!" He shouted before throwing his head up. "I will even surpass All Might! And then, I'll become the highest Ranked hero of all!"

Izuku rolled his eyes when he heard that Bakugo was going to surpass All Might. Izuku himself was around four to five times stronger than Bakugo. And Roku was currently 100x stronger than him strength wise. He and Roku were about as strong as each other quirk wise, with Roku only being a little stronger since he has two quirks. And the two of them have been sparring with All Might. Izuku knew he could easily beat Bakugo right now. And Roku would absolutely slaughter the arrogant blonde. Plus Izuku was soon going to be inheriting the power of All Might himself. Compared to all that, Bakugo was a mere ant trying to fight a tiger.

The problem with Bakugo was that he believed that he was already stronger than everyone else. Only thing is, Bakugo was nowhere near as strong as he believed himself to be.

That was also another thing he hated about Bakugo. He only was concerned about becoming rich, famous and becoming the best. Izuku could respect his ambition to become stronger and Number One. But helping others and working with other people was the last thing on his mind.

Suddenly the teacher had a thoughtful look on his face as he looked through his papers. "Now that I think about it, Midoriya also wishes to enter UA." He said casually making Bakugo freeze.

Izuku kept a calm and bored face on the outside, but on the inside he was smirking. He could feel everyone's eyes turn to him and start laughing. They even started saying insults.

Seriously!? Midoriya!?"

"It's impossible for someone like you!"

"Someone who only knows how to study can't join the hero section!"

"You can't become a hero without a quirk, idiot!"

Izuku internally chuckled. 'That's right. Continue to underestimate me. It will just be a whole lot more hilarious when I get into UA. And that I have the most powerful quirk in this school. Even stronger than Bakugo's.' He thought in amusement.

He let the class insult him. He was used to their own stupidity and he never let it bother him. After he got his quirk, their insults became nothing more than minor annoyances at best. They didn't bother him at all.

Out of the corner of Izuku's eye he saw Bakugo jump from his desk with his arm cocked back, flying right towards him. The green haired teen lazily leaned back as Bakugo slammed his hand down and blasted his desk.

"Deku!" Shouted the blonde, a look of anger on his face.

Izuku merely looked up at him with eyes full of amusement, but a face as expressionless as a sphinx. "Yes? What do you want, Bakugo?" He asked calmly.

Bakugo had an angry grin on his face as he glared at Izuku. "You don't even have a weak quirk. You, have nothing!" He said as his hands sparked. "So why are you trying to enter the same place as me, huh!? Why are you trying to get into UA?"

Izuku's expression didn't change as he gazed up at the arrogant blonde. "Because I want to be a hero, I want to help people." He said simply.

That still seemed to piss Bakugo off quite a bit. "What do you mean by that, a Quirkless nobody can't become a hero!? Say your prayers!" Bakugo said as his right hand made a fist. "What are you capable of anyway?"

The blonde threw his fist aiming for Izuku's head. But Izuku saw the punch coming as if it were in slow motion. He had been fighting people much faster than Bakugo. He casually raised his left hand and swiftly caught the incoming fist, stopping it in an instant.

There was a stunned silence as Bakugo just gaped at Izuku.

"That. I am capable of doing that." Izuku said sternly.

The green hair teen glanced around the blonde and looked to his teacher, who looked just as stunned. "So, you gonna do something?" Izuku asked curiously with a raised eyebrow.

The teacher cleared his throat and slammed his hand on his desk. "Everyone back to their seats, including you Bakugo."

The blond growled like a feral dog before snatching his hand back. Izuku watched him retake his seat in amusement. He turned his eyes forward as class started and ignored Bakugo's constant glares.

Later

The rest of the day was normal, and luckily there were no tests or homework for the day. At the end of the day everyone packed up their things to leave, including Izuku. He was going a little slower than everybody else for Roku was picking him up to go train today.

As the green hair teen packed his bag, he was about to grab his notebook before it was snatched from his desk. Izuku glared when he saw Bakugo looking at his notebook.

"I still have things to settle with you, Deku." Bakugo said while sticking out his lower lip like a thug.

"What is that Katsuki?" One of Bakugo's groupies asked.

"For the future, Quirk analysis vol. 13." Bakugo read with a board look on his face.

Izuku saw the blonde was about to put his book between his hands and he instantly knew what was going to happen. Faster the Bakugo could react Izuku snatched the book from his hands as an explosion went off.

The blond growled at Izuku as he put his book into his shirt. "Is there a reason you're trying to burn my stuff? Or are you just trying to be a bigger asshole than usual?"

Bakugo glared at Izuku as he walked up to the green haired teen. "Some say that it is possible at the start of the year to determine the person who will be the First Ranked Hero." Bakugo then stabbed his finger into Izuku's chest, though the teen didn't budge and looked unimpressed. "I'll be the first! But also the only one of this shabby municipal school! And more, I want those who claim the title of 'one who seeks to continue his studies at UA' to have a certain dignity."

'Arrogant, close minded and egotistical as always.' Izuku thought while rolling his eyes. 'I swear he can't be nice to anybody.'

Bakugo slapped his hand on Izuku's chest, activating his quirk lightly. "For a moment, forget the idea of passing the entrance exam of UA, you dirty nerd." Bakugo said with a smile that seemed too evil for a middle schooler.

Izuku didn't flinch from Bakugo's pitiful attempt at harming him. He has been immune to his little explosions since he got his quirk. 'Still surprising that he hasn't noticed that yet.'

Izuku merely raised his brow at Bakugo as he looked at him with a bored expression. "Are you done with your speech you clearly practiced in the mirror, or do you have something else to say?" He drawled, sounding more annoyed than anything.

The blond growled before he turned around and started to walk away. "You still can't see things in the face." Just as Bakugo was about to walk out of the door with his crew he stopped as he glanced back. "I forgot, There is a method that can be really effective if you want to be a hero so much." He said with a small, evil smile. "Take a swan dive off the roof... and believe with all your heart that you will have a quirk in the next life!" He said before turning around.

That made Izuku's face change from bored, to shocked horror. No way would Bakugo be stupid enough to say something like that. What Bakugo just said was practically pure evil. It was something a villain would say. Izuku suddenly wondered if he was the only one he said it to. Izuku's horror turned into rage at that thought.

"Hey!"

Bakugo turned around at the sound of Izuku's voice, intent on glaring at the green haired teen, only to cry out in pain as Izuku delivered a devastating right hook to his jaw. Bakugo's entire body whipped to the side from the force of the blow. The blonde stumbled back as he clutched his now bleeding face. He didn't have time to react however as Izuku grabbed him by his uniform and slammed his back against the nearest wall, hard, knocking the wind out of him.

Bakugo's face was full of shock at what Izuku just did. Never had he fought back before. Never before had someone been brave enough to actually punch him. Bakugo was in uncharted territory right now. He wasn't the only one who was shocked. His two lackeys were shocked into stillness as well.

Izuku got in Bakugo's face to where their noses were only an inch apart. His eyes blazed with a burning anger. And it honestly scared Bakugo. Izuku spoke in a low voice filled with anger and rage.

"If I find out you actually drove someone to suicide, I swear to God, I will beat you so bad you won't be able to walk again. You will wish you never were born when I get through with you. What you just said is not something a hero would say, Bakugo." Izuku said as he let the blonde go and turned to leave. "I suggest that you stop pretending that you're a hero, Katsuki. Because you're not. You're a villain. And if you don't clear your act up soon, you will most certainly become one."

Izuku didn't look back as Bakugo called out 'Deku' over and over again in an angry rant.

End Flashback

Izuku let out his anger by sparring with Roku, more ferociously than he normally did. Something that didn't go unnoticed by the MacGrath's and All Might. When they asked him what had made him so angry, Izuku explained what happened at school. Needless to say they were furious. Lightning started dancing across Coles skin, frost started emanating from Lucy, and both effects happened to Roku. A storm had also formed overhead, showing just how angry Roku was. Lucy had to hold Roku for the next ten minutes to fully calm him down. Roku vowed then and there that he would get vengeance on Bakugo. No one messes with his friends and gets away with it.

Even All Might was angry. Sure some heroes were not the best and some were bitter. But not even his unofficial rival, Endeavor, said something like that to him. What Bakugo said was one serious thing indeed. If he had said it at UA, he most likely would have been expelled on the spot by a certain black haired teacher.

But they moved on from it and continued their lives as normal. Well, normal for them.

Soon came the day of the entrance exam. Which unfortunately, Izuku would be taking alone. The two MacGrath's were putting Roku up for recommendation. And they sadly could only put up one person per year. Izuku was fine with it however, saying that he wanted to take the exam anyway. That was a relief to the two pros.

So here Izuku stood, looking at the giant H shaped building of UA. He had a small smile on his face as he admired the building.

'I'm finally here!' He thought in excitement. 'After seven long years of intense training, its finally time to show the world what i'm made of. Look out UA, Deku is here.' He thought as she started to make his way inside…

…only for Izuku to trip all of a sudden. But before the boy could throw his arms out to catch himself, he found himself…floating?

"You all right?"

Izuku turned to see a girl his age standing next to him. She had brown hair in a long bob cut and rosy cheeks on her face.

"Yes...?" Izuku said with some confusion as the girl grabbed him and placed him on the ground.

"Sorry for going crazy with my quirk there. I saw you starting to fall and I thought that was a bad omen, you know." She said with a bubbly smile.

'She's kinda cute.' Izuku thought before shoving that thought away for the time being. Izuku smiled back and waved his hand. "No, it's fine. You were trying to help me and I really appreciate it, given how stressful today is." He said before sticking out his hand. "I'm Izuku Midoriya."

The girl gave a big smile as she shook all his hand. "Ochako Uraraka! Good luck on the exam!" She said as she started to make her way into the building. "Later!"

Izuku felt himself smile as he saw the girl leave, she had a bubbly air around her that just seemed to make people happy. He looked back at the large building and nodded. "Let's do this!"

MHA: The Emerald Firebender

Izuku stood outside at block C. In front of him was a fake life-like city that the practical exam would be held in. Everyone had just finished with the written one. Izuku finished in no time at all and he only had trouble with one or two questions.

There was a slight hurdle that happened when a boy with glasses had tried to make a scene during the explanations of the exam. He had said that his muttering was distracting and that he shouldn't be taking this lightly. And nothing pissed Izuku off more than someone insulting his training. Especially when he has worked so hard to get here. So Izuku rather coldly pointed out that he was quite a few rows away, so if he couldn't ignore his quiet mutterings, then he wouldn't do well as a hero if he is so easily distracted.

He also pointed out that he was in fact distracting everyone by standing up and delaying the exam. The glasses teen turned as red as a tomato before sitting back down as people laughed at him.

Izuku looked around to see who he was up against. The exam was basically destroying a bunch of robots to earn villain points. That was something that stood out to Izuku. They said villain points, not just points in general. Making Izuku believe that there may be some sort of secondary point system. He thought since there were villain points, maybe there are hero points. The opposite of villain points. So he was going to do what heros do and help out his fellow examinees when needed.

He saw a few people who looked strong, but not as strong as him. He saw that he was in the same block as the glasses teen. He ignored him however. He then turned and saw Ochako not far from where he was.The girl was taking deep breaths and trying to calm herself down, but Izuku could feel the worry on her. With a small smile on his face Izuku started to make his way over to her.

Izuku tapped her shoulder nearly making her jump out of her skin.

Ochako turned around and was surprised at who she saw. "Izuku, you're here too!?" She shouted with a smile on her face.

Izuku gave her a smile and nodded. "It looks like it, I wanted to wish you good luck on the exam."

That seemed to make Ochako smile brightly as she took a deep breath. "Thanks, good luck to you too!" She said while giving him a thumbs up.

Izuku smiled before making his way back to the front. He stood in front of the giant entrance to the city and took a deep breath. He had trained for the last 7 years to get here. His fire was powerful and his control of One For All was going great. He was more than ready for this.

"AAAAND START!"

Without even thinking, Izuku reacted. He dashed into the city, activating One For All at 5% to give him some extra speed. He was already three blocks ahead when the other examinees started moving.

"What's the matter!? There's no such thing as a countdown in real battles! Run! Ruuuun! Consider the baton tossed! That one kid is already way ahead of you all!"

Izuku quickly came upon a large group of robots. He did a quick count. Three 3 pointers, five 2 pointers and six 1 pointers. 25 points laid right in front of him. He smiled.

"This is gonna be fun." He said as he cracked his knuckles. He then charged at the mass of robots.

He spun and sent a diagonal blade of fire at the first few robots, cutting them in half at the waist. A few one pointers tried to rush him, but Izuku merely used his newfound strength and punched holes in their chests. He then sent a few fireballs at the approaching 2 pointers. The fire balls exploded on impact, causing small fiery explosions. Once they were destroyed, the three pointers charged him. He raised his hand and let loose a large, but controlled, explosion, turning all three into scrap metal.

With a fresh 25 points under his belt, Izuki smiled and ran off in search of more robots to destroy.

Elsewhere

In an observation room not too far from the testing grounds, the teachers of UA sat and observed the students taking the entrance exam. The watched as some combated the robots with ease, while others struggled to take down even one.

"There seems to be a lot of promising students!" Present Mic yelled as he saw a bunch of students destroy robots with near ease.

"I feel like we have more troublesome students." A man with scarves around his neck groaned as he saw a blond student with an explosion quirk go crazy on the robots, almost like a wild animal. "Very troublesome." His eyes then landed on a screen that showed a green haired boy. The scarf man had initially thought that he had a similar quirk to the blonde boy he saw earlier. But it turned out that the kid had a powerful fire quirk, which he used to decimate the oncoming robots. But the scarf man noticed that the boy also appeared to have some sort of strength quirk as well, for he was able to easily lift a 3 pointer and throw it into a group of 2 pointers. But he was confused about the green lightning around his body. Perhaps the kid had two quirks? "Though, there are a few interesting ones."

All Might was watching only one of the screens. He would occasionally glance at a few others from time to time, but he mostly kept his focus on one. This one held his successor, Izuku Midoriya. He watched his successor take down robots with ease, his score outpacing the competition by a very wide margin. From what he was seeing and what he knew about his young successor, Izuku was barely even trying. He watched as he not only took down robots, but also helped others when they appeared to be in trouble, going out of his way to help them with little to no hesitation.

All Might's ever present grin widened with pride.

'You are doing very well, young Midoriya. Better than I could've hoped. You will definitely go far.' His smile dimmed slightly. 'I'm just sad you and Roku couldn't take the exam together. It would have been quite the show. Oh well. Recommendation is quite the honor when it comes to UA.' All Might thought, thinking about the recommendation test that would be held tomorrow.

The other teachers had started noticing Izuku's amazing battle prowess. They each were giving high praise and complementing his skills and saying he would make quite the hero. All Might smiled even wider as he heard what his fellow teachers had to say about his successor.

The exam continued on for a couple of minutes, with Izuku's score still steadily climbing. Then Vlad king spoke up.

"Let's give them a real test." He reached forward and pressed a big red button on one of the consoles.

All Might's grin lessened slightly, but never left.

'All right, Izuku. Let's see how you handle a force of true danger.'

Back at Block C

Izuku stood in the middle of a street around 8-10 minutes later. He had already accumulated a vast amount of points. He stopped counting after he hit around 75. So he decided to stop and let some of the other examinees have a chance at making it into UA. With how high his score is, he would most definitely be making it into UA.

He even helped some of the students during the exam, so he assumed he got a lot of 'hero points' as well. If they exist. He looked around only to see mechanical carnage. Training bots littered the ground, examinees taking them down by the second. He could see the glasses boy from before annihilating a couple One-pointers with some rapid kicks, while a few Two-pointers rained down around Ochako. He heard them call out their scores to themselves.

"Fifty-two and twenty-eight. Not bad." Izuku said in admiration.

"Two minutes remaining!" The voice of Present Mic rang out through the fake city.

Izuku smiled as the test was finally coming to an end…

… And then the street exploded.

Izuku was almost thrown to the ground by the sudden tremor, but managed to stay upright. He looked up as a massive shadow fell over him and the battlefield.

'Th-That's the Zero-pointer!?' Was the thought that went through everyone's heads. They didn't expect it to be so big!

The robot was so massive that it towered over most of the buildings. With a massive punch, the street in front of it was obliterated, sending dirt and debris flying into the air.

The other examinees panicked, rushing away from the massive mech as fast as they could. They didn't pay Izuku any attention, save the glasses-boy, but he kept going after a momentary glance.

Izuku stared at the giant robot, contemplating on what to do. He could destroy it, but it was worth zero points. Plus Present Mic said to just avoid it. So, Izuku started to turn around and join the other examinees…

"Oww..."

Izuku froze. He looked back down the street, towards the approaching Zero-pointer. In the rubble at its feet, he could see someone pinned under the debris, struggling to get out.

It was Ochako Uraraka.

Her feet were trapped underneath a few large chunks of rubble and she was struggling to escape. The Zero-pointer suddenly looked down and he assumed it saw Uraraka. Because it suddenly raised its fist and aimed it at the downed girl.

Izuku reacted instantly. He immediately powered up to 20% and darted forward. He appeared right in front of Ochako and caught the massive fist with both hands just before it hit her, stopping it instantly.

Ochako saw the giant robot rear back its fist, ready to take her out. She tried to free herself from the rubble but it wouldn't budge. She saw the giant metal monstrosity throw its fist. She raised her arm and closed her eyes as she waited for death. But it never came.

Tang!

A sound like metal meeting metal was suddenly heard. Ochako looked up and was shocked at what she saw. Standing before her was Izuku Midoriya, his body covered in green lightning. She looked a little further and saw something even more shocking. Izuku had caught the Zero-pointer's fist!

"Have no fear, Uraraka." Izuku said as he glanced at her with a wide grin on his face. "I am here!"

Izuku pulled back his right hand and punched the Zero pointers arm. The effect was immediate. Izuku's punch was so powerful that the giant arm was smashed into thousands of pieces. Ochako's jaw dropped at the display of power, watching in amazement as pieces of metal rained downward. But it seemed the Zero-pointer wasn't out of the fight just yet. It raised its other arm and threw another punch, this time aiming at Izuku.

Izuku drew back his fist again and met the oncoming punch. The same thing happened when his fist connected with the metal. The giant arm shattered into pieces.

Ochako was amazed. With only one punch, Izuku destroyed each of the giant robot's arms. It was amazing to say the least. 'And hot.'

Ochako blushed as that stray thought entered her mind. She was brought out of her thoughts when she saw Izuku's hand suddenly catch fire. But these flames were emerald green instead of orange. He raised his hand and shot a large cone of his emerald flames at the robots 'head'. The large stream of fire completely encompassed the robot's head.

Izuku held the stream for a few moments before cutting it off. Ochako was once again shocked at what she saw. The robot's head was completely melted. Molten metal was dripping down its body as its head slowly dripped away. She realized that his flames had to be extremely hot for him to melt that much metal in such a short amount of time.

Izuku turned to her and looked her over, assessing her situation. He then walked the short distance and grabbed the large stones that were trapping her legs and threw them out of the way with ease.

He held his hand out. "Are you okay?" He asked in a concerned voice as he powered down.

Ochako looked at him in amazement for a second before coming back to herself. She took his hand as he pulled her to her feet… only for her to immediately fall back down as she clutched her right leg. She shook her head. "No. M-My ankle hurts." She said, pain evident in her voice.

Izuku crouched down and examined her leg. "Hmm. It's just a sprain. It'll be a simple fix." He said before his hands caught fire and he started to reach for her ankle. Ochako, having just seen his flames melt a giant robot, instinctively flinched away from his hands. Izuku just smiled softly at her. "It's ok. I won't hurt you." Izuku said softly. Ochako hesitated for a moment before nodding.

Izuku gently ran his hands over her ankle, his touch as light as a feather and as soft as a cloud. The fire wasn't hot, but warm, almost comforting. Ochako was also amazed at what happened as soon as his hands touched her injury. The pain immediately started to fade away. Izuku ran his hands back and forth a couple times. After a few seconds, the pain disappeared completely.

"That should do it." Izuku said as his flames went out. He then held his hand out to Ochako once again. She took it and he easily helped her to her feet.

Ochako cautiously moved her legs, test to see if they hurt. A wide grin bloomed on her face as she realized that she was completely. "Im all better!" Ochako said as she jumped up. Izuku chuckled at her antics. She went up and gave him a bright smile. "Thank you!" She said cheerfully.

Izuku smiled at her. "No problem."

"Aaaand, that's it, Listeners! The UA Practical Exam is officially OVER!"

Izuku and Ochako both looked up in surprise. Izuku chuckled. He had forgotten about the exam for a moment. He looked passed Ochako and saw that the other examinees were staring at him with wide eyes. A few had even fallen over in shock, including the glasses teen, from seeing him destroy the Zero-pointer so easily. He then noticed an elderly woman walking towards the grouped up examinees. Izuku immediately recognized her as the famous Recovery Girl. Recovery Girl went around, asking if anyone was injured and healing those that were.

Everyone filed out of the fake city a few minutes later and were told that they would receive their results in about a week. Izuku changed back into more comfortable clothes and went to leave. He took flight once outside of UA and headed for Roku's house.

As he flew through the air, he wondered how he did. He knew he got a lot of points, and hopefully a lot of hero points as well. He would be shocked if he didn't get in. His thoughts then turned towards the school itself. He smiled as he realized something.

'This is going to be a fresh start. No one will know me in UA.' He smiled. 'I can show my quirk, without having to worry about people liking me for how cool or powerful it is. I can finally make real friends!' He thought in excitement. He couldn't wait to go to UA!

AN: I think that's a good place to leave off. Next chapter will be our boys hitting UA. What will be in store for them? What friends are they going to make? Will UA be able to handle them? And will I keep Mineta? Find out next time! Hope you all enjoy the chapter today and please, leave a review. It helps with my writing capabilities. Thanks! See you all later!
