I wanted... to tell you, no matter where are in time and space. I'll find you again your name is Blaze. it's okay I remember it's Blaze, Blaze your Blaze, your name is-

"Who are you?" Silver mumbled as he sat up brushing some rubble, for once he wasn't crying though he suspected that was due to how dehydrated he was. He tried to stand but he felt his leg give way causing him to fall back down again, he looked down at his leg it looked fine, which meant the problem was internal living in a world like this had many problems one of which was the Lack of healthcare, if you got hurt walk it off, if you can't walk it off wait to get better, if it doesn't get better well...

He couldn't think like that, he had to get back to Tulip he needed to tell her that he was okay, he couldn't walk? that's fine that didn't stop him from levitating, He was shrouded in blue energy as he flew upwards, before heading in the direction he had sent Tulip. He was being reckless, flying this fast, this soon after waking up he was on the verge of passing out again, he didn't stop until he noticed Tulip she was with someone, someone new, someone he didn't recognize he flew down to them and was immediately caught in a hug by Tulip

She felt her tears began to stain the fur on his chest and felt a stab of guilt she had clearly been worried about him poor kid didn't deserve a life like this, he placed a hand on the back of her head and tried to calm her down before looking to the person she was with. An elderly looking Dog when Silver finally managed to sit down she made her way over to him placing a hand on his leg "It is only sprained you should be fine but you should avoid fighting for two weeks"

"but I didn't even say anything... Wait two weeks? I can't do that they need me, they need my power to protect them" he was cut of quite suddenly as he was hit on the forehead by the womans stick "two weeks" she repeated sternly "if they can't last 2 weeks without you then they're becoming too dependent on you, my name is Alaya though most call me the Soothsayer" Silver rubbed the spot she had hit him before shaking her hand "I'm Silver the hedgehog, it's nice to meet you"

"Mr. Silver! Mr. Silver! Mrs. Alaya told me she can know what's going to happen before it happens isn't that amazing?" Tulip let got and flew around him as she spoke Silver never believed in people seeing the future after all the future was constantly changing there couldn't just be one. Alaya seem to notice that Silver hadn't believed Tulip about her powers but she had seen it coming. "It's True I am capable of catching a glimpse of the future it's how I knew to find Tulip here and she led me to you Silver it's amusing what tiny strings connect us all"

Alaya walked away from the pair as Tulip landed next to Silver, Alaya came back with some water for Silver and a some dried fruit "I can't except that it's hard enough to find food I can't take you-" he was interrupted as Alaya shoved the water bottle into his mouth he wanted to turn it down but he hadn't had a proper drink in days the second the water touched his tongue he drank as much as he could which he immediately regretted, drinking it so fast made him feel a little sick he did his best to ignore the look Alaya gave him before starting to eat the dried fruit it wasn't much but he was starving.

"I Sense great conflict within you Silver the hedgehog, tell me, what is troubling you?" Silver finished the last of his food looking back to her, "she'll just think I'm crazy" still she didn't seem like she would accept no. "Well, it's responsibility I guess, I'm the world's best shot against the Ifrit but the most I can do is delay it, I'm not good enough and I never will be everyone thinks I'm this great hero who can save the world but I'm not, I can't save everyone, I can't defeat the Ifrit and I can't keep up this act" he felt tulip take a hold of his hand in an attempt to reassure him, he hadn't told Alaya everything but he hadn't lied, Truth be told he did feel inadequate. "Imposter syndrome then, your afraid that you aren't able to live up to what is expected of you but I don't think that's everything is it?"

Silver didn't really like being questioned like this but talking to someone older and wiser could prove helpful to him. "Well It's this girl, I keep dreaming about her but we have never met, I've never seen anyone like her but in my dreams she speaks to me like we're old friends, I can't explain it but she feels... familiar like someone I know or someone I used to know, I can never remember her name when I wake up, I can barley remember what she looked like, but every time I wake up crying, like I just lost a loved one"

The woman thought for a while, closing her eyes deep in thought for a moment silver thought she had fallen asleep for a moment until she looked over at him "Dreams like that don't sound like dreams, perhaps they are memories from a past life or another timeline, I may be able to help you recover a few of those memories but are you sure you want them? the memories of 2 lives would be too much for most people" Silver was stunned but he nodded he knew what he wanted. "I think... I think I could handle a few memories after all I just wanna know her name"

~3 hours later~

Alaya had been mixing something for a while she claimed the herbs helped clear the mind so it would help him remember, Silver had spent the last few hours playing games with Tulip she kept asking him to teach her to be a hero but he told her it was dangerous, Alaya handed him a cup filled with the herbal tea he took a sip the taste... wasn't great but she said it would help and he trusted her he drank the rest rather quickly trying to ignore the taste.

"So how do I restore my memories?" The woman sat down crossing her legs "You must be empty, let the memories flow now, close your eyes and sit down" Silver sat down trying to copy how Alaya was sat down "Now what do you know about this cat?" Silver didn't really understand how talking about what he knew would help him suddenly remember more, but he went along with it. "She's a little shorter than me, she's purple and white, she seems to be a lot smarter than me if I'm honest and she's got these gorgeous golden eyes" Alaya nodded along with his description smiling a little "You remember quite a lot for someone with memory loss how do you know this?" Silvers head began to hurt as he tried to remember more "I saw her in my dreams the bits I remember at least" His tone was unsure how did he know all this? "Picture her in your mind, do you know her?" Silver began to feel a little light In the head he was starting to regret pushing like this "I don't... i-i mean I do, I know her, her name... her name is-" After that nothing he had passed out when he was so close to the answer but it was like his mind refused to remember.
