Chapter III

"That's enough, Vincent!" Throttle growled as they entered the Chicago Midway airport and checked into their flight. "I told you we cannot get to New Jersey with our motorcycles."

"Man, this stinks." Vinnie sulked as they sat near the gate. "First, no date. Now, no motorcycles. I can't look studly in an airplane."

Modo shook his head, while Charley rolled her eyes. Stoker covered his face with his hand. Melissa and Miles walked over to a large window and glanced out to look at the large airplanes taking off and landing, as well as a control tower.

"Typical Vinnie." Melissa groaned while Sara grabbed Vinnie by his bandana he wore around his neck and pulled him over to a private area.

"Listen, you egotistical jackass." Sara spat, "I have been looking forward to this trip ever since Charlie announced it. You are not gonna ruin it. If you do ruin it, I swear on my dear mother's soul I WILL BASH YOU IN THE HEAD SO MUCH YOUR TEETH AND PEA-SIZED BRAIN WILL POP OUT!"

She sealed that promise by slamming her fist hard into her other hand directly in Vinnie's face.

"GOT IT?" Sara asked

"A-absolutely, S-sara." Vinnie said nervously as he gulped, "Anything you say."

Sara suddenly smiled at him.

"Good." She said to him just as a voice annouced over a PA system, "Dammit. I'm bad."

"Ladies and gentlemen," The voice said, "US Airways flight 3245 to Atlantic City, New Jersey is now boarding at Gate 9."

Both Vinnie and Sara rejoined their group at the gate, then they all boarded the plane. Both Sara and Miles sat beside each other (With Sara forcing Vinnie to carry her carry-on bag). Miles looked over at Vinnie and noticed a little fear on his face. He turned his attention to Sara.

"Mommy," He asked, "Why is Uncle Vinnie looking scared?"

Sara looked at Vinnie, then back at Miles and smiled at him.

"Let's just say mommy gave him a warning he won't forget." Sara replied as soon as the plane took off.

"Man," Vinnie said, "How long is this flight?"

"Five hours." Charley replied, "Think you can handle that?"

"Man!" Vinnie groaned, "Five hours without action."

"Oh, mamma." Modo said, shaking his head with Throttle beside him, "We gotta listen to him during the whole flight?"

"Seeing Sara beat the hell out of him will be entertaining enough." Throttle reminded him with a devious

"Amen to that, bro." Melissa added while sitting in the row in front of them.

Throttle nodded in agreement, then glanced out of the window, wondering what would his marriage would be when married to Sara.

Behind him, Sara and Miles were playing a small boardgame, while Vinnie tried to flirt with the flight attendant.

A few hours later, their flight arrived at the Atlantic City Airport and began to look for Charlie's cousin. They spotted Charlie's cousin and his family, waiting for them in the luggage claim area. Her cousin was a young tall, slim man who had short, brown hair. After they grabbed their bags, Charley ran up to him and threw her arms around his neck.

"Hey, Mark." Charlie greeted him

"Hey, Charley." Mark Stanford replied, "Glad you could make it."

"Well, it was difficult getting here." Charlie added, remembering Vinnie's behavior on the plane

So, who are these friends you brought with you?" Mark's wife named Amanda Stevens asked

Charley was about to ask, when Sara and the rest of the martian mice walked up to Charley.

"Mark? Amanda?" She looked down at the little kid standing before her, who was Mark and Amanda's son, "Ryan? Meet my friends from Mars. This is Throttle, Stoker, Modo, Melissa, Vinnie,"

"The incredible Vinnie Van Wham!" Vinnie bragged as he cutted in, "The greatest biker mice in the universe! See me next Saturday for autograph signing."

Sara looked as though she wanted to kick Vinnie hard in the crotch. She lifted Miles up and carried her in her arms.

"Sorry, bud." Mark said, "Never heard of you."

"Nobody has." Sara added as she extended her hand out to both Mark and Amanda, "I'm Cella, and this little guy is my son, Miles Goldstone."

The group exchanged handshakes with each other, then headed out to Marks's family limo, much to Vinnie's humiliation.

"Man," Vinnie said as he climbed into the limo, "I cannot look good inside a limo."
