The akuma

Bridgette felt sad, she had fallen for the akuma's trick and thought he was Felix, she should have known better. She had been asked to lunch by whom she thought was Felix, but she knew him, she should have known he would never do that. Sure, he had said it was an apology from rejecting her the day before, but the moment they sat down at the table; she knew something was off about him. As he went to the bathroom, she had gotten a text from Marinette, telling her that the akuma was still on the loose, and that she should be careful, as the akuma was looking for her apparently. As the imposter had returned, he started to talk about Alya's Ladyblog, something Felix never did, as he did not like it very much. Bridgette felt her heart break, as she asked a question about Felix' favorite book, and the imposter did not know how to answer, revealing himself. Bridgette called him out on it, angering the akuma. The two then began to fight, only for Bridgette to throw him across the café, as Felix Agreste himself walked in. The akuma fled the scene, promising to be back later. Felix turned to look at Bridgette, not even looking twice at his doubleganger leaving the area.

"How did you know it wasn't me?"

She blinks and looks up at him, tears begin to press and burn in her eyes.

"Because you never..."

She turns and runs, ending the sentence in her head. "Because you never cared". Felix blinked, as she stormed past him and out the door. Normally he did not care what she had to say in these kinds of situations, but something was off, and his curiosity got the better of him. He soon found her talking to herself in an alley near the little café, but what he heard made him stop and lean against the wall out of her sight. He gulped, as he knew it wasn't nice to listen in on another person's conversation, but it was about him, and it probably wouldn't hurt.

"How could I be so stupid. As how long I have known Felix, I should have known better. He would never invite me to lunch, let alone talk to me so freely and willingly. He doesn't care at all, maybe I should just give up, I mean it wouldn't change anything, but…"

He heard her sigh, before she let out a gasp. He turned, as she let out a scream. But he was too late, when he looked into the alley, she was gone. He looked up and saw the shadow of the akuma, kidnapping Bridgette. He runs into the alley, gaping up toward where he saw the akuma disappear. A little merlot creature with black stripes flew out of his pocket and hovered in front of his face, a frown on its face.

"Well that is not good"

He smiled at the creature and lifted right his hand.

"No, you are right, we better help her. Roaar stripes on!"

A bright red-violet light engulfed him, as Roaar got sucked into the panjas bracelet on his right hand. As the light died down, it left a figure clad in a merlot and black suit, able to hide in anything. The figure jumped onto the roof and looked around, trying to figure out where the akuma had taken Bridgette. Two other figures soon joined him, one in black leather, another in a red suit with black spots. Chat Noir spoke first.

"Rayures, have you seen the akuma?"

The tiger themed superhero sighed and shook his head.

"No, not since he left with Bridgette Cheng over his shoulder"

Ladybug gasped and shook her head.

"Are you sure?"

Rayures nodded and looked down, something was feeling wrong in the pit of his stomach, he just couldn't explain what it was. The three heroes then started to look around, agreeing that if they saw anything, they would call the other two.
