The village was different from her memories, but also the same. She recognised places from her childhood, that had been destroyed either by Orochimaru or Pein, and didn't recognise others that were either before her time, or new to this time line. Like that little restaurant that had been on the main street with all the marketplaces, was now three doors further down, with a cloth store where it had been in her memory. And that park that she'd played in as a child was instead an apartment block.

Looking up at the Hokage faces, she remarked, "Well, at least that sight hasn't changed."
