Common Lounge Area
Lelouch was reviewing and sorting out documents for the accommodations of his new recruits at a table in the Common Room. He already had labelled the floors when he designed the underground bunker, but it wouldn't hurt to familiarize one's self, right? Multiple shakes and thumps were heard throughout the night before and he just barely got any sleep. This made the task quite difficult.
First Floor: Auditorium/Common Lounge Area/Cafeteria/Subway System
Second Floor: Shooting Range/Gymnasium
Third Floor: Common Living Quarters/Library/Armoury
Fourth Floor: Weapons Factory/Munitions Factory/Supplies Factory
Fifth Floor: Research Facility/Storage Room
Sixth Floor: Testing Chamber/Electric Generators
Seventh Floor: Command Centre/Senior Living Quarters/Senior Lounge Area/Senior Officers' Office
"Herr Marshal Lelouch! The news!" Called Major General of Logistics and Industry Rivalz Cardemonde who was watching TV with other students in the Common Room. The reporter was behind the ruins of what seems to be Ashford.
"This is Diethard Ried reporting on what remains of Ashford Academy. Yesterday, it was reported that hostile foreign elements were seen on school premises and holding students hostage. In response, the military sent out a dispatch of counter-terrorist forces aided by local police. However, when they arrived, the hostiles managed to escape and kill all students and burned them alive, leaving no traces of people left and razing the Academy to the ground. We will now switch to the new Viceroy of Area 11, Cornelia li Britannia."
The scene switched from the man to a purple-haired princess.
"This act of senseless violence will not go unpunished. As a soldier for Britannia, I vow to avenge each and every civilian that was killed in this massacre. I know you are all hearing this, criminals of hell. You will submit yourselves to us, and we will make you pay! All Hail Britannia!"
The scene switched back to Diethard.
"This is Diethard Ried., Hi-TV News."
'So they covered it up?'
"Herr Marshal Lulu, you said it was Britannia that wrecked Ashford. Is the media-" Major General of Propaganda and Espionage Shirley Fenette asked but was interrupted by Lelouch.
"I am certain it was Britannia. I have downloaded the video of the school security system and it showed Britannian soldiers planting bombs." Lelouch said.
"They covered it up. Not a big surprise. I'm just glad the Honourable SS Quadrumvirate and the students are safe."
"The Honourable SS Quadrumvirate?" Questioned Major General of Organization and Communications Milly Ashford.
"That's what the former Knights of Round call themselves. Pretty sure it was Nonette and Gino that came up with the name. They sure are weird people." Lelouch explained with a smile.
"But what does the 'SS' mean?" Asked Major General of Research and Development Nina Einstein.
"Pretty sure it means 'Security Staff'. Like I said, weird people. Nonette is eccentric, Gino is odd, and Anya is strange. I'm pretty sure only Monica is the normal one in the Honourable SS, and I'm pretty sure she's from Poland! POLAND! THE BLOODY NATION THAT GOT WINGED CAVALRY, HAVE CIVILIANS THAT USES HOMEMADE CANNONS, AND PEOPLE THAT SURVIVES FIVE YEARS WITH A BULLET STUCK TO THEIR HEAD! The next thing we know is that she is in love with a prince who is going to rebel against his own nation!" Answered an irritated Lelouch. 'But to be in a relationship with that amazing blonde? Oh no, my hormones are acting up!'
"Ahhh." The rest said when the name is explained to them. They were speechless afterwards when Lelouch finished his rant. 'Pretty sure she is though and she's not the only one...'
Senior Officers' Office
Lieutenant Kallen Stadtfeld was having a rough week. A few days ago, an exiled Britannian prince announced his survival and his plans to rebel against Britannia. When he released the information about the situation regarding the Knights of Rounds and the nation's evil, the entire school jumped into his organization. When registering all students to the organization, she has been appointed the rank of Lieutenant due to her intellect in tactics and combat. Her comrades were surprised to learn that not only did she faked her illness but she also had ties with a Japanese resistance group. When word of this got out, SS Lieutenant General Monica Krushevsky asked to her office.
"Well Lieutenant," Monica started with a smile. "Would you like a shot?"
She then walked up to a cabinet to retrieve a bottle of alcohol.
"A shot?" Asked a confused Kallen.
"Vodka."
"I... What?"
Monica chuckled from Kallen's confused face. "I tend to hold my alcohol quite well. My Polish heritage might have helped with that." She poured a shot for herself. "Let's get down to business, shall we?"
"Only if you answer some of my questions." Kallen said. Monica then gave a nod of approval as she took downed her glass. "Why are you rebelling against Britannia despite being a Knight of Round?"
Monica paused for a while and opened her mouth to speak. "I refuse to serve a nation that throws away people to the death penalty like nothing. My belief of 'Justice is given equally' would contradict my loyalty."
"But you became a Knight of Round."
"To find to bodies of the people I love. The vi Britannia siblings, I owed a lot to them. When my father died, they would both visit me almost every day to help me get back up in life. They did so much for me, yet I did nothing for them. Their mother was killed but I failed to be with them. I... I love them..." Monica wiped a tear from her eye.
"I-I'm sorry if I-"
"But that's in the past. I heard that you have contacts with resistance members in Shinjuku." Kallen nodded. "Well, we're looking for ways to extend our area of influence. You see, we have secret subway systems here that connects to areas around the Tokyo Settlement and Shinjuku happens to be one of the places of interest. Its proximity to the Settlement will secure us quite a nice entrance should we mount an attack there."
"I see."
A knock on the door is heard and opened to reveal SS Lieutenant General Nonette Enneagram.
"Well Nonette, what did Dr Teslon say about the NORD-1 Auto-Copter?" Asked Monica.
"He said that the NORD-1 is fully functional and he is currently working on a new weapon that will revolutionize warfare."
"He and General Nunnally created a massive drone that can destroy Sutherlands in two seconds. What more can he do?" Monica questioned.
"LASERS!" Nonette said loudly with a smile.
"Lasers? As in laser rifles?" Asked Kallen.
"Not only laser rifles, but also pistols, swords, and ARTILLERY!"
"..." Goes Kallen.
"Those weapons will kill any infantry and vehicle that stands in our way! Utterly brilliant!" Monica smiled.
'Lelouch was right. They are weird.' Kallen thought as the door opened to reveal SS Lieutenant Generals Anya Alstreim and Gino Weinberg crashing into the room to get some whiskey and tequila.
Command Centre
"Well Nunnally, I'm gonna say it. The lusts of a hormonal teenager who never experienced pleasure are going to overcome me someday." Lelouch said, contemplating deeply into his thoughts.
"Pardon Marshal Le-" Nunnally started only to be interrupted.
"Nunnally, while you are beneath my rank, we are still family. Please call me by my real name."
"Of course Lelouch. Now about those indecent thoughts of yours, I might be having some as well." Nunnally said with a devious smile.
"Oh no! When did my innocent sister start having indecent thoughts as well?" Lelouch said sarcastically.
"When she reached the age of fourteen and decided to pursue the arts of science, including the human anatomy and psychology. She thought love was quite a fun experiment and decided to give some as well. Alas, imagine her sadness when nobody in her school but her brother would return the romantic gestures back. So when some attractive shining knights decided to join her and her brother, imagine her joy when one of them does love her back." Nunnally said dramatically. Like her brother Lelouch, she also had the flair for the dramatic.
"Oh my! And who is this knight in shining armour?" Lelouch asked with great curiosity.
"Monica Krushevsky." Nunnally replied with a grin.
"What a coincidence! I happen to have feelings for her as well along with little Shirley."
"And it turns out that they love both of us. Why don't we give them what they want, shall we? Perhaps make them the bottom?" The Marshal's sister asked.
"Bloody hell yes." Lelouch answered with a toothy smile that Nunnally shared.
Outside the room, General Sayoko, the Honourable SS, and the Major Generals of Ministers were listening quietly to the conversation the siblings were having.
Rivalz, Milly, Nonette, and Gino were having a nosebleed, Nina and Anya wanted to record the 'action' for different purposes, Sayoko immediately rushes to get new bedsheets prepared, while Shirley and Monica were blushing madly and goes to get advice for such 'actions'.
