AN: Hey peeps welcome to a new chapter and here we have Izuku taking the heroic exam. But before I get to the reviews I want to address somethings. First off, I know about the whole OFA problem when giving to those with quirks and I am going to tell you now that I am not going to do that. That will be the only thing that I will be taking out. The rest will stay, now onto reviews.

A10riddick: I didn't because to me it's not crossover. I crossover to me is combing to worlds and having there characters come together and meet. This isn't like that. Yes there are some Flash characters from the show in this story, but I made them feel like they are part of the story and not some other world. Much like Flash in general. I teased and referenced Jay Garrick as the original flash and how he worked with a pervious user of OFA. I made him part of the world like he was born in it and instead of just dropping in there.

AbyssDragonslayer777: Melissa is not, I was going to do that when I decided to bring this story back, but I changed my mind. I am sticking with Mirio and will build off that.

Yakuza2010: Yes Zoom would outclass anyone in class 1-A and Yes Izuku will learn many of the Flash moves from the comics, games, and show.

Chapter 3: Speed and Power Meet

Izuku has had one weird day, so weird that you would think that it was impossible. Impossible in a world where the impossible is the possible. But what Izuku did...what he can do now should be classified as the impossible. Long story short, Izuku got hit with a bolt lighting that was no ordinary kind of lighting. It was some kind of cosmic power that gave him the abilities to run... really, really fast. When talking the world feels slow just because he is so fast.

Anyway Izuku got hit with the lighting and was put into a coma for seven months. When he wakes up he finds out that he has powers, super speed being one of them. The other is healing, accelerated healing, and a flight of other powers. But there is a cost to all of this.

Izuku is not just some OP hero that just woke up from a coma. No, the emerald speedster has just found out the hard way that the more he uses his speed the more his metabolism burns. Which means the more he runs the more he gets hungry. Oh, and you're probably wondering when he found this out. Well he found out the moment he returned home from rescuing a kid and driver from the broken truck.

Now

Izuku saw that he was coming up on his house, he just came back from running...everywhere. He was testing his powers, seeing how fast he could go and when the sun started to set he made his way home. Izuku zoomed up to the front door with a smile on his face as he brushed himself down and waved a hand through his hair to fix it.

When he saw his dad's mustang on the driveway he knew that he was here, the teen couldn't wait to show off his powers. Naomasa would be shocked and ecstatic, he wonders what he will think of his son being a speedster. Izuku rang the doorbell, but when he did he heard a loud growl coming from his stomach and looked down. The next thing that happened was that Izuku felt the emptiness of his stomach, felt so empty that it hurt him.

"Ooohhhh...Uhhh…" Izuku groaned, his stomach was screaming for food. If it could talk then it would be saying one word so loudly that all of Japan could hear it. Hungry!

Naomasa was at the fridge grabbing the ingredients for a sandwich that he was about to make when heard the doorbell. The man put down the mustard and went to the door to see who it was and when he opened it he widened his eyes when he saw that it was Izuku.

"Izuku?" Izuku was holding his stomach, his teeth biting his lower lip to stop himself from screaming out in pain. He looked up to his adopted father and said one word.

"Food…" Izuku begged with tears coming down his eyes, he was in so much pain. It felt like his stomach was about to come out of his body.

"What happened?" Naomasa asked, trying to understand why his son was like this and why he was asking for food.

"Hungry," Naomasa heard the word from his son and just grabbed him to lift him up. He placed him on his shoulder and began to walk him to the kitchen. He seated Izuku on the chair that was placed near the table and made him the sandwich that he was going to make himself. Just by looking at his son he decided to put extra meat in it and when done he handed it to Izuku.

"Here, eat this." And boy did Izuku ever eat it, in fact he devoured it to the surprise of Naomasa.

"*Burp* You got more." Naomasa chuckled and went back to the fridge to make Izuku a couple more sandwiches and as he made Naomasa asked how his walk was.

"Izuku, how was your walk? Were you able to clear your head?" Naomasa couldn't see it, but Izuku nodded his head and began to tell him what happened, he told him everything, everything that wasn't Deku.

"It's good. I learned more about my powers and what they can do."

"Oh, really. What else can you do then?" Naomasa had finished making the sandwich and as he turned around he saw that Izuku was eating it already. The officer with widened eyes looked at the scene. He then looked down at his hands to see that they were empty and that the sandwich was gone.

"I have super-speed." Izuku told him and proved it again as he zipped to the pantry and took out a bag of chips. He returned to his seat and began to stuff himself with it.

Naomasa was still gobsmacked that his son was moving faster than he could blink. It was faster than anything he has ever seen and he has seen fast in the form All Might in his prime. But the way Izuku was moving it would seem that he was on the same level...if not faster.

"Izuku, how do you feel?" Izuku stopped eating to swallow the mouthful chips in his mouth. He burped again then he answered his father's question.

"Fine. I'm just very hungry, I think it has something to do with my quirk's ability to burn my metabolism. It uses it to create energy for me to run. Without enough energy I can't run fast and the faster I run-"

"The more your metabolism burns, bringing you to a state of near starvation." Naomasa finished for the teen and Izuku nodded his head as he went back to eating the bag of chips. While he did so the father began thinking, what Izuku was telling and how he could get his powers was starting to sound familiar to him. He could've swore he heard a person like that, someone with super-speed, beyond like anything that anyone has ever seen.

He can't place his thumb on it, but if there is one person who knows what is happening to his son then it would be a man who has the knowledge and wisdom of many and that person is All Might. Naomasa, being best friends with All Might, knows about his quirk called One For All.

The quirk was passed down to All Might by his former teacher Power Woman and the same could be said to her. Naomasa gets the gifts of what it is, but he also remembers All Might telling that he can communicate and oftentimes hear the voices of the previous users. It actually reminds the detective of the Avatar State from the Avatar the Last Airbender. Izuku and him watched it together.

'It may be time to pay Toshinori a visit.' Naomasa finished thinking as Izuku got up and looked at his father.

"Hey, dad. I'm going to head out early and get started on my work. I need to wake up early tomorrow for my training. I want to make sure that I'm ready for the UA exams in the next three months."

"Alright, but make sure that your homework gets done." Izuku nodded his head and zoomed to his room. Yeah, that will take some time getting used to for the father. Naomasa also realized that Izuku failed to mention that he has the same power of the man that killed his mother.

The detective did his own investigation and came up with nothing. This black speedster and now Izuku are the only ones that can move the way they can. Which begs another question. Does the man in black have a connection to his son? A question that he will need to find an answer too.

Next Day

*VRRM VRRM* The sound of Izuku's phone brought the teen to open his eyes. When he did he groaned and grabbed his phone, he saw the time and saw that it said 4:30 am. He groaned even louder because he wasn't going to wake up for another hour. The teen was not tired, for he got 3 months of work done last night thanks to his new use of his super-speed, but that made him hungry for a midnight snack.

When he got done he went right to bed and slept like a baby until his phone rang and broke that peaceful sleep. "Wha-?" Izuku said aloud as he looked and saw that he had a text message from Deku. How did he know since the man always texts him with an unknown number, well this time his mysterious partner left him a message.

"Get to this airfield for training, D. Also have a big breakfast." Izuku read the message and put his head back on the pillow. He had his own plan for training, but he supposed he should listen to him.

Deku does know more about his powers than he does and he did make a deal with him. With that conclusion Izuku got up from his bed and stretched his arms, when done he zipped to the bathroom to do his morning hygiene and put on his clothes. When Izuku was finished he was now dressed in a black sweat suit with red Nike sneakers. Sneakers that were built and designed for running, but let's hope they can keep up with his speed.

Izuku went to the kitchen and listened to Deku's advice on eating a big breakfast. He ate a whole box of cereal, but there was extra just in case dad wanted some so he wasn't a terrible person. He also left a note for Naomasa saying that he would be training for the day, but unknown Izuku Naomasa had plans on his own.

Today he was going to visit an old friend that could hopefully shed some light on what the hell is happening to his son. With the note placed on the fridge Izuku went outside and when he was he crouched down like a track runner he took a deep breath. Izuku closed his eyes and felt the electricity inside of him, the power of the speed force channeling through his body and when he opened them he took in a large burst of speed.

The force was so powerful that he set off car alarms in the neighborhood and woke up some of their dogs. Izuku began to make his way to the airfield that Deku had chosen for his training location, and the teen followed the coordinates that he had sent to his phone. Izuku saw that it was at least two hours...by car. Walking it would take five hours, but with super-speed, just about 5 minutes...maybe less if he doesn't stop for any snacks along the way.

With Deku

Deku had set up everything for Izuku's training before he even sent that message, he knew it would not take long before his younger self got here. It should take no less than five minutes. This airfield will be the perfect place for Izuku to train his speed, he will leave the body to his soon to be sensei and senpai.

Deku could hear the speed of Izuku closing in, the man was going to watch from afar, but in order to gauge Izuku he would be close. He will be very close, but he was not worried because he had prepared for this. Deku put on a mask that covered his whole face and it would also cover his voice for his modulation device was built into it.

Izuku's feet came to a stop when the man wearing a black hoodie raised an eyebrow at the scene before him. But the voice made him widen his eyes for he did not expect to meet his partner in crime.

"Good morning, Izuku."

"Deku?" Izuku asked with curiosity and shock, after so long he was about to meet this Deku character, a man that helped him get his powers.

"In the flesh." Deku turned around and Izuku widened his eyes to see black spiked mask. Deku's outfit was very punk rock-ish, his clothing consists of a black spiked leather mask with an LED visor, a spiked vest with attached patches and pins, a black hoodie, ripped denim jeans, a red spiked bracelet, black strapped bracelets, and black/white checkered vans.

"Surprise to see me?" Deku humored his younger self and Izuku nodded his head, his shock now gone as he stared at the man that would assist him in defeating the black speedster.

"A little." Deku chuckled at the honesty of his younger self.

"Well...don't get used to this site. This is only for this time because I need to gauge your speed level. So, enough with the chit chat and let's get to work shall we." Izuku narrowed his eyes and zoomed next to Deku, but the older man was not affected and that move would be a bad mistake for Izuku. Izuku got close to Deku, but he could not move because his body was frozen in a block of ice. Izuku widened his eyes when he felt a chill on his body, he looked down to see that he was frozen in place.

"What the?"

"Yeah, I apologize for that." Deku started as Izuku looked up to see a woman walking next to the spiked masked man. The woman had snow white hair, pale white skin, icy blue eyes, and was wearing a blue trench coat with an icicle on the middle of the belt. The woman carried a cold look and seemed very dangerous.

"Again I apologize for that Izuku. My ward is very protective of me, Frost would you be a dear." Frost aimed her palm at the frozen speedster and fired an icy blast of her power. The blast freed Izuku from his ice prison and the teen instantly felt cold.

"I-I-I thought you said that you would be alone." Deku laughed and shook his head, he told Izuku to meet him here, but he never said that he would be alone.

"Nope, never said that. Now are you done intimidating me?" Deku asked him with humor in his robotic voice. He knew what Izuku tried to do, he was going to his speed to scare him. But the older man knew every trick in the book that Izuku had. Izuku glared at the man, but

"So why did you bring me out here?" Izuku got right to the point and so did Deku, they were not going to waste time and Deku was damn sure not one for wasting time.

"You are going to train your speed. Listen Izuku, just because you have the speed force does not mean that you are fast. Your speed is judged on how often you train it and in order to defeat the man in black you must be faster than him." Deku reached into his pocket and took out an ear piece for Izuku.

"Put this in your ear." Izuku took the piece from Deku and put it in his right ear. "Test, test, test. Sounds good?" Izuku nodded his head and Deku and Frost then moved back, far back as he continued to speak to him.

"Now that you can hear me, you are going to start training. Use this airfield, the runway is your track. Run as fast as you can, back and forth, and don't stop. Keep going and going because we are going to see where your top speed is." Izuku nodded his head as Deku was now gone from him, the man was a good distance away from him.

The teen turned around and crouched down into a runner stance. He closed his eyes and felt the power of the cosmic force, when he opened green lighting was dancing around his body. Deku watched with his mask, its lenses acting as binoculars as he watched the teen and he didn't take his eyes off of him.

Deku saw when Izuku took off in a burst of speed, the older man smiled behind his mask. A nostalgic feeling passed through him as he watched his younger self take off in a burst of speed. He always wondered what he looked like when he ran, but to his younger self. Well, it was just nostalgic, not to mention this is the place that he did his training when he got his speed back in his old timeline.

"How are we looking Cisco?" Deku spoke to the third member of their team that was out on the airfield with them. Cisco in a black van with monitors all around as he tracked the speed of Izuku. The numbers on his screen went up and up with each second as the speedster continued to run.

"Loud and clear, boss. This kid is already breaking records." Cisco is the eccentric member of Team Deku, but he is also the brightest mind that they have in Star Labs. The young Spanish American at the age 16 graduated MIT with honors and at age twenty he was recruited by Deku to join Star Labs and help bring his company to the next level. Cisco technological mind is an invaluable asset to his team and with his help maybe he could get back what he lost.

Deku continued to watch Izuku run and run, the teen was already passing 200mph. He looked at the machine that calculated his speed...and was not impressed. 'Was really that slow when I was younger. We are going to need work on this.' Deku made a face behind his mask, this was not impressive at all. His younger self might disagree, but the reality is that Izuku's current speed is not enough to stop him. He needs to make Izuku truly the fastest man alive by the time they meet.

Izuku continued to run all over the airfield runway, Deku forged plans in his mind for more training for the young teen and while this was all going on Naomasa was having a cup of coffee with an old friend.

With Naomasa

Naomasa was waiting patiently at the table, his seat was near the window so he saw the flow of traffic and the pedestrians walking through the streets to go about their day. The detective's thoughts were on his son, he was still coming to grips on Izuku's new found powers.

The more he thought about his super speed the more he wanted to know about it. He is smart enough to know that no one can just get struck by lighting and come away with super speed, lighting powers maybe, but super speed.

There is something going on, but he doesn't know what. Izuku's powers hold more questions than answers. Question after question flooded his mind and he was hoping that the man that was meeting today would help bring some light to this unusual situation.

"Naomasa," Speak of the devil, here he is now. The friend that Naomasa was meeting had arrived and was looking just the same. Skinny as a wet noodle, baggy clothes, and unkept blond hair with deep blue eyes.

"Toshinori," Naomasa greeted his friend with a smile as Toshinori came to sit in front of the detective. Both men shook each other's hands, they had been through much together and held great respect for each other. Naomasa is honored that Toshinori sees him as a trusted ally, someone that he can keep his secret and Naomasa has. His son has no idea that his dad is best friends with his idol All Might and that he knows what his true quirk is.

"How have you been my friend?"

"Better now that Izuku has awoken from his coma." Toshinori smiled, he was glad that Izuku had awoken. He had visited the young lad when he was asleep and prayed that he awak, he had never seen his friend so defeated before.

One could take a look in Naomasa's eyes and see that his mind was oftentimes on his comatose son. But even with that sentence All Might could sense that something was bothering the father, and he could see it in his eyes as well.

"You sound happy, but your eyes say something else old friend. Is there a problem, Naomasa."

"I wouldn't call it a problem, but there is a unique situation. One that I have never seen before and I was hoping you could share some knowledge that would help me in my quest to find out what has happened to my son." Toshinori was now curious because he raised his eyebrow. Naomasa took a sip of his coffee and then began to tell Toshinori what has plagued his mind.

"When Izuku awoke from his coma I could see that something was off, but I brushed it off thinking that it was just his way of recovering from the long slumber. It was later that day that my hunch was right, Izuku did change. As you know my son was born quirkless, but now after awakening from his coma he now has powers."

"What kind of powers?" All Might asked, he had heard that there were fanatics that tried to get powers by unusual and oftentimes immoral methods. The biggest were implantation, the stupidest was jumping in a vat of radioactive material or allowing oneself to be shot by lighting.

"Super-speed. Izuku is incredibly fast and I mean fast, Toshi. Faster than anyone I ever saw, and I have known you since you were in your prime. Back then you were known and is still known as the fastest human being alive. But after seeing a display of Izuku's speed, I think you may have a challenger."

All Might heard what Naomasa was saying, but he couldn't believe it. He couldn't fathom it, for what the detective was saying was starting to sound like an old story that his former teachers once told them of a man that had super speed. But in order to be sure All Might had to confirm one thing.

"Naomasa, how often is Izuku hungry?'' Naomasa looked at his friend, not sure where he was going with this, but he answered it nonetheless.

"Probably all the time. He believes that his speed runs through his metabolism very quickly hence why he is always hungry." There it was, that was the answer that All Might wanted to hear and now it proves what he was thinking. Izuku doesn't have a quirk, he has the speed force.

"Naomasa, what I am about to tell you is a secret. A big one, as big as mine in fact." Naomasa nodded his head when he saw the look from the hero. He knew how to keep secrets and was not going to say anything to anyone, but he was anxious for an answer because he wanted to know just what the hell is happening to his son.

"A long time ago, before I was me, before even Nana was Nana, the seventh user of my power came across a man that was fast, very fast. Nana was told this story by the sixth and she told me in case I ever ran into another such as himself. This man was called the Flash. He was...they are much like me...us." When Naomasa heard Toshinori tell us he figured that he was talking about One For All users.

"Six and the Flash became good friends and both shared the secrets of their abilities. He learned ours much like you have and Seven learned his. This Flash was struck by lighting much like your son and put into a coma. When he awoke the whole world felt slow to him. He soon realized that he was moving fast, so fast that all people would see is a blur going by them. Flash told Six that he was chosen by a cosmic force called the speed-force. It's a little complicated to understand, but the gist is that this force gives its users super-speed and each speedster is connected. Six is within me as is Nana."

"Which means this Flash is with Izuku." All Might nodded his head and now both men became silent. Not a word was shared as both sat in silence, but after a while All Might was the one to break it.

"Naomasa, what is Izuku doing these next few weeks."

"He has a ton of make-up work to get done, but with his new powers he can most likely get that done in a week. So most of his time will be given to his training for the UA exams. He wants to be like you know." All Might did know, there have been numerous times where Naomasa has mentioned his love and admiration for him. Which makes his next move even better.

"After the exams can you bring Izuku to Dagobah Beach. I want him to meet someone." Naomasa was curious who Toshinori was talking about, but then it hit him.

"You don't mean him?"

"Perhaps it's time strength and speed meet again." All Might finished with a smile, a smile that was fitted for a monk. The successors of strength and speed will meet in the coming weeks, but for now let's get back to Izuku.

With Izuku

Izuku did one final lap up the runaway and then came back to Deku and Frost. He had sweat on his brow and he was breathing heavily, it was bound to happen especially when he was running for the past six hours.

Izuku had his hands on his knees as he tried to calm his raging heart, it felt like it was going to come out of his chest. Deku slowly walked up to the teen with a bottle of water and a protein bar in his hands. He knows for a fact that the teen is hungry.

"How...How was that?" Izuku asked his teacher, but instead of answering Deku tossed him the snack and water bottle. Izuku quickly drowned the water and then ate the protein bar. It wasn't going to stop his hunger, but it would slow it down.

"Slow." Izuku looked at Deku like he was crazy, he felt like he was tearing up the asphalt on his runs, but instead he was slow.

"Your top speed is 210, that is slow and it will not be enough to stop the black speedster. We need to work on your speed and your strength. From now on you are going to spend most days training."

"You'll be there." Deku shook his head, unfortunately he cannot, but that does not mean he will not be watching.

"I am going to have two of my associates assist you in your training, Frost will be one and the other is called Vibe." Izuku nodded his head, but he had a feeling that he was not going to like his training in the future. He moved his emerald eyes to the woman next to Deku and saw that she had a small smirk on her lips. Bad days were coming and Izuku could feel it.

"For now I'll send you a workout plan, now go eat something. There is a diner not far from here, they have good pie." Deku and Frost turned to leave, but Izuku had some questions, in fact he just had one question that has really been on his mind.

"What did the black speedster take from you? I mean you know my reason, but what is yours." Deku stopped moving and Frost looked to her master, wondering what he would say to the teen. She does not know who Deku truly is, but she knows that he wants this black speedster just as much as Izuku. Deku didn't know how to answer that question without giving too much away. So, he answered truthfully and yet cryptically.

"He destroyed my life." Deku told Izuku and as the wind blew between the men started walking again.

"You have a mission, Izuku. Defeat the black speedster and in order to do that you must be faster than him." After that Deku pressed a button on his jacket and Izuku saw a black Lexus LFA appear from out of nowhere. It was invisible, or camouflage is the better word to use.

"Nice ride." Izuku complimented and Deku smiled while getting in the car. He may not have the speed that he used to, but this car makes up for it.

"I'll see you around kid," Deku started the car and the engines came to life, and with a slam of the gas the car took off. The wheels lifted up the crumbs that were on the concrete and soon took off in a burst of speed. Izuku whistled as he saw the car fly off into the distance.

"Deku sure likes speed." *Growl* "Aw, man. I'm hungry. He did say that there was a dinner nearby and that they had good pie." Izuku heard his stomach growl and knew what his next stop was.

"Time for a quick pitstop." Izuku zoomed off to the diner, food the destination for him. But after that he would have to start his makeup work and after that the training began. Izuku got Deku's training schedule and saw that it was intense. It wasn't just his speed that he wanted to work on, it was his body.

Training Montage

Deku sent him weights that he wanted him to lift, and they were not just for arms, but for his legs as well. The weights for his legs were not just for lifting, but also running. Then there was the reaction time, Deku had begun to train Izuku in acting rather than reacting. His mind needed to sharper, faster, and it needed to be ready to perceive things before they happened.

Izuku often can see things slow down before him because he was subconsciously channeling the speed-force to his mind. He needs to learn how to do that consciously. A tough task and technique that took Deku years to master.

Izuku doesn't have years, but he knows that he won't get before the exams. So that is something that they continue to work on. The final thing that Deku had planned for Izuku during his training was the speed force.

Tossing lighting, vibrating molecules, and speed combat. All things Izuku needs to know when he battles the black speedster. Speed combat or Speed-Arts combines martial arts with the powers of the speed-force, it's something that a speedster must learn in order to survive. Teaching that too Izuku won't be difficult, he could get the basics down but reaching the level of a master will take time much like the other two.

Frost did not take it easy as well when Izuku trained with her, let's just say the woman was truly cold. She taught Izuku how to fight, but man was it painful...for Izuku. Frost broke his nose, his arm, his ribs, and punctured his body with her icicles.

During that time Izuku met the third member of Team Deku in Vibe who was...kinda cool. No pun intended Izuku vibes with Vibe, he got along greatly with the young man. He wasn't as mean as Frost, but he was not holding back on the teen either.

Izuku during the months training with Frost and Vibe had learned about their quirks. Frost has a rare and powerful cryokinesis quirk that allows her to create and shape ice into anything that her mind wishes. Vibe quirk was something little different, but cool nonetheless. Cisco calls his power Vibing, Izuku decided to ignore the groan from both Deku and Frost when they heard Cisco talk about his power, but Izuku was very much interested in hearing about it.

Izuku learned that Cisco can create vibrations within his body and fire them off like shockwaves that can level a building. Izuku was greatly impressed, but Cisco told him that that wasn't even the tip of the iceberg. He was holding out more from Izuku and only Deku knew of his true capabilities.

Months passed and Izuku followed everything that Deku wanted him to do and now the exams have come. The day that Izuku has been waiting for has arrived, and he was ready to display his new skill. This morning he woke up and ate a huge breakfast, and he also received a text from Deku saying that he will be watching him.

Present Time

Now Izuku is in front of the exams building with a smile on his face. He was ecstatic for this, plus his dad said that once he passes he will take him to see someone incredible. Izuku liked surprises and now couldn't wait. They say patience is a virtue, but when it comes to speedster patience is their worst enemy. Izuku sped into the exam room, he couldn't wait any longer and just took off. Once he entered he took a seat in the first open seat that he saw.

Everyone felt wind and saw their papers fly all over the place. They looked around and wondered where it came from, but no one could figure it out. Izuku went with the crowd and acted like he didn't know what was happening. Everyone was a blind, Izuku thought, but he was wrong.

"I saw that." Izuku turned his head to look up, his eyes caught the sight of a tall boy wearing glasses. The taller one looked down at Izuku with a stern look, he looked like a tattle teller.

"Whoops, I'm not used to being seen when I run."

"You're very fast." The taller boy stated the obvious and Izuku rubbed his head sheepishly. He was a bit embarrassed, but he just ignored it and replied back.

"Yeah, you can say that. It's all thanks to my quirk. Oh, by the way I'm Izuku, Izuku Midoriya." Izuku offered his hand out to the taller teen and he took a hand shake.

"Tenya, Tenya Ilda." When Izuku heard that last name he knew that he heard it before, so he took another look at Tenya and he started to see a resemblance between Tenya and a pro hero that he follows.

"Hey, did anyone ever tell you look a lot like Ingenium?" Tenya actually smiled when he heard the question.

"It's common especially when Ingenium is my big brother after all." Izuku widened his eyes when heard that. He was about to ask some questions because his mind was blown, but the lights began to dim and smoke came from the stage. Soon the small fireworks appeared in the sky and out came Present Mic.

"Can I get a hell yeah!?" Mic screamed into his mic and there was no answer to his question.

"Sheesh, tough crowd. Anyway, welcome to the UA entrance exams, the first part will be the written exam and the second exam will be the heroic exam where your job is to defeat as many villain bots as you can. Each bot will have a number on it and the ones that you defeat will add to your score, but watch out for zero pointer. The Zero pointer will not give you any points. Now who's ready to take a test?" The tests were handed out to the potential students and once they got them they all began to work on them.

Izuku looked down at his paper and grabbed the pen that was next him. Tenya, who was next to him, began working on his test, but out of curiosity he turned his head and widened his eyes to see Izuku blazing through the test. Izuku's hands were moving at lighting speed as he read, processed, and answered every single question that was on the test.

When done he put the pen down and got up. He saw Tenya's face and smiled at him, after waving at him he walked down..normally for once and handed his test in to Present Mic. "You...You're done already?" Mic asked, shocked was all over tone. Izuku could see that he did not believe him and showed him the test which was indeed complete and right just from what Mic was seeing.

"Yeah...Well what I can say. I'm pretty fast." Izuku then walked off the stage without using his speed and then headed to the locker rooms to change into his training wear. Izuku put on a pair of black sweats, a pair of Nike track shoes, and his green muscle shirt.

When he was done he went to the waiting area to begin the test. Izuku knew that the rest of the students would take some time so he just put his headphones in his ear as he waited for the final test to begin. The music playing through his ears was Hero by Skillet, it was one of his workout songs in his playlist.

"Enjoying yourself." Izuku widened his eyes when heard that voice, it was Deku. He looked around, but could not see his teacher.

"I told you that I would be watching you Izuku."

"So you hacked my phone to speak to me." Izuku countered, making Deku laugh because that was true.

"Yes, but I will not hold you up for long. I can see that the students are starting to come in and you need your entire focus on the exams. Just remember what we trained on and you will be fine." Izuku nodded his head and Deku saw this thanks to the camera. The future self of the speedster was outside the exams watching the teen from his car.

"Thanks, Deku." Deku hung up the phone after that and began to drive away from the exams. He had to be somewhere else, Where? his girlfriend's house of course. It was date night and that meant that they were going to spend a lot of time in bed.

Izuku looked around as his music returned to his ears, he saw the students start to fill the room and soon the lights darken. The monitor came on showing the face of Present Mic. The loud rock hero told the students that the exams were about to begin and when he was done the countdown began.

Everyone got their game faces on and Izuku, he kneeled down like he was about to go off for a run. Looking up at that clock the teen felt like he was in race and when the clock hit zero, when the doors opened, that would be his signal to run. Run faster than he ever has and run like there is no tomorrow. Everything that Deku has trained him for has come to this.

When the clock hit zero the doors opened and they didn't get halfway before Izuku took off in a blast of speed. Everyone in the chamber felt the wind blow at them and look to where it came from. They saw that green-haired teen that was there was no longer there anymore and soon they heard crashes and bangs from outside in the mock city.

"Get moving!" It was Mic's wake up call that got the students moving and so they did, but boy would they have some catching up to do as Izuku was already racking up the points. He was an element and it seemed he was not going to come out anytime soon.

Izuku saw his first bot and without even stopping he continued to charge at it. The teen was moving at such high speed that when he crashed into it the metal tore off the machine. Izuku smiled when he saw the pieces of metal on the ground and turned his head forward. There was still much work to be done.

He made a left turn and came to a skidding stop when he saw a three pointer and two of the two pointers. Izuku smiled and with their weapons locked onto him the teen waited for the right moment to move. When the bots fired their weapons Izuku felt time slow down as the paintballs came towards him.

The teen moved out of the way by going forward, he zigzagged the shots and charged right through the three pointer ripping the metal to shreds. He then moved to the two pointer and made a chop with his right hand. Izuku channeled the power of his speed and stuck the vibrating chop into the head of the villain, thus destroying it.

Two were down, but one two pointer was still standing. Izuku sped over to it and jumped on top of it, he put both his hands on the metal and began vibrating them. The machine began to shake and the circuits inside began to be ripped apart. With the bot destroyed Izuku came to the ground and looked up with a smile on his face. There were more bots to destroy and that means more moves that can try on them.

Observation Deck

In the observation the teachers and staff of UA were all watching their potential students on various monitors. All of them were impressed by what they saw, but as much as they were impressed with the others, their eyes were stunned by the talent that is Izuku.

"Wow, he's fast." Midnight said with shock and surprise, she had never seen a teen as fast as Izuku, let alone a man.

"Yeah, you have no idea."

"What do you mean, Mic?" The question was asked by none other than Vlad King, he wanted to know what Present Mic truly meant as he watched speed past another camera to destroy a villain bot.

"The kid finished his test in like five seconds and got every answer right." Many of the staff eyes widened, but there were three where eyes stayed the same. One because he already knew about the talent of the boy and the second was curious because the lighting that surrounded Izuku was very familiar to him, he just couldn't place it. And the third did not care, all he cared about was the final test. The test to see if any of these kids have what it takes to become heroes.

"Aizawa, you can begin the final phase." Aizawa nodded his head to the strange animal that was his boss and imputed the commands on the keyboard to start the phase.

Izuku was on top of a building stretching his arms, he had been running for a while and he was starting to get a little hungry. Lucky for him he packed some of the snacks that Deku gave him when they first met.

They taste very good and unknown to the teen they kept his speed up, it seems there are some kind of chemicals inside of the food that boost his energy the more he eats it. Izuku is going to run some tests on it when he gets a chance, he wants to know what Deku is putting inside of him.

Izuku had gotten enough points and was ready to call it day, as he finished his snack he heard a loud rumble coming from below. He looked down and saw that the ground was shaking and when he turned his head he got his answer when he saw the large zero pointer.

"Whoa, that's pretty big." Izuku commented as he swallowed the last bit of his snack and crumbled the paper bag. He tossed it and disappeared in a flash, his destination was the entrance. He had no business picking a fight with the zero pointer, besides he had gotten enough points to pass anyway. He figured that it was best for him to just head to the entrance and wait it out.

Izuku was not going his fastest, so that's probably why he heard a cry for help that made him stop in his tracks. "Help!" Izuku planted his feet and stopped running, he looked to where the call came from and saw a girl that was trapped by the metal debris. Izuku got his game face on, he didn't waste any time and zoomed over to her side.

"Help! Someone hel-"

"I got you." The brown haired that was calling for help stopped mid sentence when Izuku appeared out of nowhere. She didn't even hear him coming, it was like he just appeared out of thin air. Izuku looked at the debris and saw that it was trapped under leg. He lifted it so that she could get free, luckily for him she did. But there was bad news.

"My ankle, I think it's broken." The words ran true for Izuku who looked at the bruised ankle and it did indeed look damaged. Since she was down a leg, Izuku decided to use his own and carried the girl's bridal style...but before going, the green haired teen gave the girl some words of advice.

"This might feel weird." The girl didn't know what he was talking about and as soon as she opened her mouth to ask what he meant Izuku took off to the entrance.

"Wh-"

"Where here." Izuku told her and Ochako didn't even process that they were no longer in the mock city. Her eyes were wide and her mind couldn't even comprehend what just happened to her. All she knows is that she was back at the entrance and now being put to the ground thanks to Izuku.

After putting on the ground Izuku turned back to the zero pointer, the girl was safe, but he was not done. Originally he had no plans to deal with the zero pointer, but if he doesn't how will he know how strong he is. How will he know his limits? How will he know if he has come far to face him? The answer is he wouldn't, not unless he did battle with the zero pointer.

Izuku narrowed his emerald at the machine and got in a runner stance, but before taking off he closed his eyes. He had to concentrate, he had to feel the speed in him, the force that has given him his power. He needed to feel it all in order to pull this off. Izuku searched and searched and when he found what he was looking for he opened his.

When he did Izuku opened his green eyes now as the lighting was dancing around his body. The teen had a smile on his face as he was about to take off, but before he did he had to hear one thing.

"Go!" Izuku heard the voice, the same voice that told him to run when he first got his powers. When he heard the word go Izuku took off running, his speed was at its fastest for not even the students that were at the entrance could not see him.

All they saw was green lighting moving forward fast...very fast. Izuku kept moving forward, his target was right in front and as he got close he made a fist. Zero pointer was not going to move and even if it did there was no stopping what was coming. Izuku was coming right for it.

Izuku kept going until he jumped, his speed carried him forward still even while in the air. The teen cocked his fist back, lighting danced all over this fist, the teen channeling the lighting powers of the speed force.

"Lighting punch!" Izuku screamed as the speed force was flowing through his fist as it made contact with the armor of the zero pointer. The punch made contact and stopped the zero pointer from moving, but that was not all. The punch carried the power of the electricity that a speedster carries when they run. The lighting traveled through the circuits of the machine and made it go haywire and eventually lead to it exploding. Izuku meanwhile was now falling to the ground and had to think fast.

He processed as single though a millisecond and had an idea on what he could do to stop himself from becoming best friends with the pavement. Izuku aimed his hands downward at the ground and began to spin them...very, very, very quickly. This action may look ridiculous, but what people didn't realize was that the constant rotation of Izuku arms was starting to generate wind...a whirlwind to be precise.

"Yes!" Izuku screamed because he succeeded in generating a whirlwind with his hands and now was able to slow his descent. It worked because Izuku landed on the ground safely, but there was one problem.

The problem came in the sound of growling and it came from his stomach. When Izuku felt his stomach growl he grabbed and held it tightly. His stomach was beyond empty, it felt like it was going to eat him just to satisfy its hunger.

"Uhhhhhhhh," Izuku groaned, he may have saved the girl and destroyed a giant robot, but at what cost. His stomach was killing him and it may be too late to save it.

"Well, we know who is getting a perfect score don't we." The strange animal spoke aloud as everyone replayed the scene before them. All Might who was in the observation room smiled and pulled out his phone. He sent a text message to his best friend and another to another individual stating that they need to meet.

Hours Later

"Dad, I don't see why I couldn't just run us to the beach." Izuku asked the question for what seemed like a thousand times to Naomasa. The man shook his head, there were many reasons why he could not do that. The main reason is that Naomasa does not want whiplash.

"Because Izuku, using your powers in public is illegal. Something that you need to stop doing. Don't rely too much on your speed. I know moving fast can be very cool and good, but it's ok to slow down from time to time." Naomasa smiled once he finished, he was passing some words of advice to his son. Advice that was given to him by his old teacher.

Yes, just like Izuku Naomasa wanted to move up the ranks and become a great detective, but he realized that moving fast means that you will miss out on a lot of stuff. He just hopes that Izuku realizes that as well. The car came to stop and when Naomasa took off his seatbelt he looked to see that Izuku was gone. The man sighed, he was used to it.

Naomasa got out of the car and walked onto the beach where he saw Izuku's jaw on the ground because he could not believe the person that was in front. A man with blonde hair with a smile on his face, a man that has become quite famous and will be even bigger than his teacher.

"Y-Y-Y-You're Lemillion. Iamabigfanofyourwork." Izuku was geeking out because he said the entire last sentence so fast that no one could understand him.

"Thanks, I've been told good things about you as well." Mirio Togata, Lemillion, the successor to All Might, and the apprentice to Sir Nighteye. Izuku was geeking out, super geeking out, but it was not over.

"Where one short." Naomasa started and then looked up, Izuku and Mirio did the same and soon all three on the beach saw a figure crash land onto the sand. Izuku covered his eyes and when the dust settled he widened his eyes even more.

They were so big that they would have fallen out of his sockets and he wouldn't care. Why may you ask? Why Izuku for the first time? Him being his idol, him being the one that made him want to be a hero. Him, being the one, the only, the number one hero, All Might.

"Izuku Midoriya, it's an honor to meet you. We have much to talk about...Flash." Speed and Power have finally met. Lemillon and Izuku Midoriya, successors to two great powers, chosen for great futures. What will happen next, who knows? But one thing is for sure, the future is never certain.

"Shit" Deku whispered from afar as he watched the scene before him, the sun now going down and tomorrow would lead to new problems for the man. What is happening now never happened in his timeline, this meeting between him and Mirio.

They were not supposed to meet till the festival and now since things are different he doesn't know what their meeting will bring. How many more changes can he expect? And how long does he have till he makes his moves again? How long does Izuku have before the black speedster appears again?

Chapter 4: First Day are always the longest

AN: Now Deku has faced his first major change of this new timeline. Mirio has OFA and he and Izuku had meeting much earlier than expected. Now what will come of this meeting and how will this affect the future as Deku prepares Izuku for the coming battle. Will Deku one day share his future knowledge to prevent past events and death of pro heroes, or will he allow them to happen to let time flow.
