Amelia Bones entered the room as did three other auror's as they have been summoned to Gringotts. The brief overview they were given by the goblins left them startled but they were nothing if not professional and quickly focused on the job at hand. They were startled to see whom had accompanied young Mr. Potter, though that was clearly not his legal name. Still, they nodded in greetings to him. "Mr. Weasley," she said seriously. So, he was the one who brought him in. The goblins were very short on details, they were surprised not to see an adult or either of the Weasley parents but that was not important at the moment. "I see you brought him here."

"Yes Auror," Percy said respectfully.

She focused now on the person of the hour. She saw how frightened he looked, much different than the rumors surrounding the boy which painted him larger than life. It was clear, he was just a frightened confused child and her voice lightened losing some of the fierce tone so as not to be too unsettling. "I'm unsure what to call you."

"I don't know either," Harry admitted. "I don't know who I'm supposed to even be."

"Mr. potter, you've been in the papers enough that I know right now you go by Harry Potter."

Harry nodded. "How...I just...this makes no sense," he said. "How can I not be me?"

That was a very good question and one she would get to the bottom of as quickly as possible. "My name is Amelia Bones. I'm head of the DMLE," She said. "Can you both explain to me how this came to be."

"My...My back marking thing. Percy saw it," This got him some looks which Harry did not notice so he just continued. "and I...I didn't know it was normal in the wizarding world. It was considered freaky in the muggle world, but he said it might mean I had more family. I didn't know that apparently I couldn't have one because mom...because Lily Evens was a muggleborn."

"I didn't explain that well," Percy admitted, normally he was better at focusing on explanations but clearly, he had not explained it well enough. "Only certain families have the markings. Ancient and noble families or families like the Weasley's that were once ancient families but that lost the title. You have to be in direct line of inheritance to have it. Potter could because the family had a lordship, lower but still a lordship but muggleborns blank out the marks. Its why older families all intermarry. I saw the mark. His brothers my best friend since I was six or seven. I knew all about Hayden's disappearance. He has the wind sign and the blood mark mixed. I've only seen that mark on one person. It is a mix of two families, a unique mark. Which means he had to be Hayden. But it shouldn't be possible because he is Harry Potter. It is not like he is some muggleborn coming into the wizarding world. He is from a well-known family."

That was very true. This should not have been possible. "The goblins already gave me the test. I'm here to talk to you all and make up a report, then I will go to your parents. You said no one told you yet who you were supposed to be?"

"No."

"Hayden Elijah Meadows Woods," she said since he deserved to know.

"Woods...Oliver," he realized before he understood how Percy knew since he knew they were close. It was also better than he had hoped. He knew the quidditch captain, so it was not completely out of nowhere. He had a brother. "I'm Oliver's brother."

"Yes," Percy said.

Now came more questions that they needed answers to. "Mr. Weasley, how do you know Oliver Woods marking," She asked. "And how did you see Mr... Harry's."

Percy blushed and sputtered. "Harr...Hay...his shirt rode up. It was way too big for him. Right now, he is wearing my old shirt but his other one was way too big and got caught on something and I just saw part of it. I asked him to see it after to confirm because I thought it looked like Oliver's."

"And Oliver's to recognize it instantly." Marks were very private; it was good to have found out but it brought about questions and she was ensuring she had every possible bit of available information. She was not risking having no answers, not with the very powerful individuals who's missing son was before them.

Percy sputtered again. "Its because they are snogging," Harry said causing him to blush and sputter more.

"How did you know that" Percy finally choked out. A few of the aurors let themselves smile slightly at that reaction; it was probably the last bit of enjoyment they would have in awhile once this got out.

"Was I not supposed to," Harry asked worriedly.

"How?"

"I don't like showering with the other boys after quidditch, so I usually stay back a bit and go in late," Harry said. "Sometimes you're in there with him so I wait. The entire team knows you guys are snogging. I thought everyone did."

"Your eleven," Percy said turning even more red. If the quidditch team knew, that meant the twins did. How had they passed over that opportunity to torture him? "What do you even know about snogging and shagging."

Harry blinked, it seemed fairly obvious. "We had sex ed in school. Doesn't magical world do the same."

"Not the point, back on topic," Percy said. The aurors did not need to know what he got up to with Oliver. "I've seen his markings, repeatedly."

Amelia nodded. "Sorry but we did need to ask. Markings are typically private matters, so we had to know how you came about this information. Harry, may I view your marking for confirmation," she asked.

Harry or Hayden hesitated on lifting his shirt. Percy and the twins had already commented on his scars he couldn't help but be unsure how the auror's would react. Percy nudged him seeing the hesitation. They had come this far, he would see it through. The markings needed to be checked in this case. If an ancestry test was confirmed, it would just be another confirmation and not one that could be faked. "You said you would do anything for the chance to have a family, all she needs is visual proof it is a real marking not faked."

"You can fake those.'

"You can get the image not the magic. So, if she looks at it scans it, she will know for sure. It will go in their records so no one can question who you really are. They'll have to do another test later on, a ministry identity test but the marking will confirm it so they can skip all those steps."

"Mr. Weasley is right," Amelia said, he seemed like a smart lad. She guessed he had his father to thank for his knowledge of laws. "Its just for our records. Once we see it, we can go about contacting your parents."

Harry raised his shirt obediently revealing the marking to those who looked on with bated breath. A Gringotts ancestry test was nearly undisputable but to see the proof before them, left no questions in their minds. However, what they weren't expecting was the layers of scars covering his skin. More scars then veteran aurors had, revealing a very dark picture of the child's life.

"I'm just going to give you a quick scan," Amelia said gently. "It will tickle a bit but you won't feel any pain. He nodded and she did the scan. Not only did it confirm the mark, it also showed other injuries the child had, that were not quite so visible.

Remembering mention of being muggle raised Amelia chose to explain things gently to the child whose life was changing rapidly. So, you'll be going to Saint Mungo's, the magical hospital. They'll need to look at you, for our records and it will give you a place to rest while we get ahold o the Meadow-Woods family so you can go home. We just need to know how badly you are injured. I'm sure Mr. Weasley can remain with you as you go, and he will be willing to explain things with the healers, Auror Meare will accompany you. Mr. Weasley."

"I promised I wouldn't leave him but, my parents aren't exactly aware of where we are," Percy admitted.

"I will deal with that," Amelia promised. "Alright Harry, are you okay going with the auror and Mr. Weasley."

"Yes Ma'am," He said following them. Amelia took a breath once they were gone. "Nighton, inform the Weasleys, gently please. Perhaps Arthur Weasley he is the calm one. Coreth, you and I will be going to the Woods family to inform them their missing child has been found. Allow me to do the talking."

"No arguments their ma'am," Coreth said. "I've met that family. While they will be ecstatic, they will not react calmly. Not after so long."

"I'm aware," She said. "So, we had best begin getting answers. Nighton, after you inform the Weasleys, I want every last file on the abduction and the Potter family brought forward. Begin having a team reviewing it. Call in Alistair Moody as well. He will need to be involved. I want answers as soon as possible. Coordinate with Meare at the hospital. You saw the injuries; I have a feeling they will not be the only ones and we are going to be trying to keep the family from going hunting. Work intelligently but keep it contained."

They confirmed the orders, and she took a breath. This had the potential to go very bad, very fast. There would be a lot of anger and a lot of questions.
