Hikari and Tairitsu.

If they knew each other's names, if they even knew their own, would that change how they had felt from then until now? "Light" and "Conflict" … Names so lofty, in a world so bizarre, so outlandish... Would they have considered the meanings, and found different paths?

Or would any divergence, any turn or taking of a choice, any circumstance or odd spin of fortune's wheel still have set the two girls into inevitable dissent and discord?

No, it wouldn't matter. Ever since they have met, it was bound to happen sooner or later.
Back then, the girl in white and the girl in black couldn't reconcile.
This is no different…for now

Strike after strike
Lashing at one another
Feelings of Betrayal are being evident from their faces

"We cannot coexist with one another"
"Enough games"
"And enough wasting time. Give up-and Die"

With these thoughts, Hikari fearfully strikes back recklessly. While Tairitsu's attacks are vicious and direct, Hikari's movements are desperate, making reckless counter attacks, parrying every single attack, only to injure herself without care.

Hikari summons a barrage of shards, dangerously aimed at Tairitsu. Tairitsu blocks the attack with her parasol, then swiftly lunges her weapon at her attacker. At a swift movement, Hikari sidesteps her attack.

Hikari gritted. This girl… may have the advantage now. However, she will be victorious. She will defeat her! She has seen and known what should happen. So, there is no way, she could lose this!

"I have to admit, you fight better than what I expected you to do so" Hikari commented. Silence came before Tairitsu charges at her with a shard. Hikari received a slash from that attack.
"But you, you are weaker than what I expected". Tairitsu countered.

Tairitsu continued her assault, wielding her parasol like a sword, she swings it at Hikari. Hikari was quick enough to dodge the attack. But…

She hesitated
Why did she hesitate?
She doesn't even know why.

Instead, she took a full hit. The girl in black is going to pay for that!

Like beasts, these two exchanged strikes with each other. They do not expect a truce anytime soon, or even expect to have one in the first place. If they did, they are worse than fools themselves. They intend to fight until the death of the other.
