Chapter 3: Welcome to WBMA Area 0
Somewhere in a secluded place ryuga appeared on his hologram there were at least 3 more people present
"So did you retrieve dracyan?" The one boy that acts like the leader said
"No need.. I've found out that he already had a partner separating them now would severe their bond and he is the boy his name is Riki Ryugasaki." Ryuga said
"Hmm that boy huh the boy that defeats dragold." Another one with a girl voice said beside the leader
"Hmm fine… then the plan didn't change." Their leader said
"Here is the stats of Riki Ryugasaki so far." The girl gives the data to the leader
"Hmm I see… he might be a good candidate the more innocent the heart is the more it will sink." Their leader smiled
"So what is our move next?" Ryuga asked
"Invite him to our sector…" The leader looked calm
"About the tournament?" Ryuga asked
"I don't approve it we'll discuss it later… For now recruiting him will be our priority You and Tiamat will have the spot you want now go to this designated place.." The leader said
"Heh… Very well as you wish…" The boy is revealed to be someone with green short hair
Meanwhile back with Riki
"what is it you want to talk with me dad?" Riki wondered he is getting anxious
"I want you to investigate WBMA Sector 0 could you do it son?" His dad asked
"Hmm sure Dad…" Riki smiled
"Are you gonna go away again?" He asked
"No… This time I will stay here it was my bad for leaving you alone like this and not be by your side." His dad looked genuinely at Riki
"This is the happiest day finally we can be…" Riki shed a bit of tear
"Okay dad I'll go check the Sector 0…" He said cheerfully as he goes back to his room but he comes back with a confused look
"Wait how can I reach the Sector 0 again?" Riki asked
"Hmm this was sent to me as I went researching on Kamon's problem far back…" His dad gives him a special pass that was an I.D.
"That card will glow when an event that is held on Sector 0 is live…" His dad continued
"Okay dad hmm mystery…" Riki said in excitement
That night Riki just can't sleep he is excited about the thing thathis dad gave to him
"Riki why did you get so excited?" Dracyan asked
"Because it is one of my wish… Dad has always been busy with his work… This is in a long time that he asked for favors so I don't want to let him down." Riki said seriously
"Your kinds are a bit weird but I get it before we are pure b-animals I only recovered some of my memory."
"Dracyan can I ask why did you do what you did?" Riki asked
"I didn't know on why I did it maybe on what you humans call curiosity." Dracyan answered as he looked Riki
"Hoam I'm getting a bit sleepy now good night." Riki yawns and he went to sleep for real
Morning came as Riki wakes up and gets ready he was greeted by his mom making breakfast and his dad watching the news
"Mom I'll be heading to school now…" Riki smiled as he held his morning toast and eats it in a hurry
"Oh you forgot about something.." His dad shouted
"Oh yeah love you too dad." Riki shouted
As the school begins he was met by inaba the long haired girl that is one of riki's classmate and the first one that support riki
"Morning sleepy head…" Inaba smiled
"Morning Inaba.." Riki yawns
"Are you returning the report on the summer exchange program?" Inaba asked
"Yes…" Riki smiled
"I thought you are going back for the awaited of the Kamon Cup?" Inaba asked
"About that…." Riki said as he explain his circumstance
"So you won't go back to crestland in a while huh… Wait… your dad is staying back here?" Inaba asked as she gasped but Riki shut her mouth
"No word to the others get it…" Riki said seriously
"You can count on me…" Inaba smiled
The bell rings as Riki goes to the faculty to report in his findings an essay and other things that needed on the exchange program
"Very Well Ryugasaki-san if this is all you have I'll check at it again and it's nice to have you back." The hteacher said to him
"Thank you miss.." Riki bowed as he went out of the faculty office
The day went on normal as he meets with Inaba after school
"Are you ready to go back part timing at the store?" Inaba asked
"I'm quite busy today sorry inaba and tell him sorry that I can't come today…" Riki apologized
"Sheesh he is always busy these days…" Inaba sighed
Riki runs a bit far from Inaba and opens his bag which the I.D. Card shined and points to somewhere
It led him into somewhere of an abandoned building as there are holographic I.D. recognition
It identifies the I.D. as himself Ryugasaki Riki as the door to the abandoned building opens and Riki steps inside and the door closes returning to it's original form
Sector 0: Unknown
"Woah this looks legit…" Riki looked around as there are buildings but there aren't that many b-daman fighters
"Riki just be cautious we are in the unknown territory…" Dracyan talks to his partner as he is in full alert
As Riki looked around he saw a building that is in the height of a tall skyscraper
"Woah…." Riki looked at it in amazement
"Mystery…"
As he went inside the building he saw more b-daman players doing training
"Is this a training facility?" Riki asked
"To answer that question … Yes but rather than a training facility this is more of an experiment sector." Someone answered him
"Thanks.." Riki looked from behind he gasped a bit before he is in shock that someone was behind him
"Wh—Who are you?!" He shouted
"Why do everyone always gets shock by my presence?" The boy revealed to be someone who has a green short haircut wearing a hood as his hair cover half of his eyes
"Sorry about him we were supposed to be greeting you .." A girl said she looks like someone that has a long purple hair
"Reia… You're hogging all the fun.." The green haired boy said
"It's because of your uselessness that I have to step in…" The girl said as she sighed
"Now would you follow me?" The girl looked at Riki
As Riki followed he looked around and is amazed by the vast option of b-daman field
"This is a great place…" Riki said
'This building is our testing scrap here in sector 0 we test some of the b-daman stadium that is gonna be distributed by WBMA only some of the chosen can get accepted or invited here." The girl said
"Wait you are associated with WBMA?" Riki asked
"Partly but we are mostly just partnered our leader is pretty amazed with your b-daman skill and invited you here we give our invitation ID to your father a while back." The girl said as they took the elevator up and from there they can see some of the view on Sector 0
"Can I ask one thing? WBMA also had some labs just what are they?" Riki asked
"Oh that was the alpha state just some minor tick while the testing is done here in sector 0.." The girl answered
"This place is what started you could say the beta tester for the one that testing like the brick bombers." The boy with the green hair said
"That is so cool! Mystery!" Riki shouted
"We have arrived."
The elevator stopped as they are in a private room with a field that looks like a goal field and there is a large b-daman guarding
"This is one that we are still experimenting we call it The B-daman Goal Stadium." The girl said
"Let's just begin and let him test it out… I'm going to show him the rope…" The boy with the green hair said
"Sure just do your stuff timer will start now…" The girl said
"You might want to stand back." She advised to Riki
"Sure…" Riki said
"Time to start…" The boy huffed as he shows his bey it was a green dragon it has three head but it didn't extend on the face it has almost the same design as gillusion
"Tiamat are you ready?" The boy asked
"Do you need to ask?" The b-daman spoke
"Begin!"
"Time limit start at 1:30"
The system starts as the big b-daman begins shooting some b-daman balls at the boy
"Wind… Lead me to the way…" The boy opens his hood and looked serious
He shot back the b-daman's attack from him and clearly getting points but he did it only in efficient as the ball didn't get in much as it counted only like 10 balls or so from the designated time as he gathers some more marbles from the shot that has been a draw
"The special move is ready.." His b-daman spoke
"Primal Release!"
"Wind Gale Burst!"
"Blow away your target, Cyclone Tiamat!"
The other three heads comes out and gives off a green energy blast as it accumulated from the marbles swinging the incoming balls or marbles back at the b-daman goalie and all of them went in
"Perfect… time finish a score of 40 balls congratulations that makes it 80 points"
The system accumulated the points
"Could I try?" Riki asked
"Sure.." The girl said
"Time of 1:30 minute will begin now…"
The system starts
"Let's go ultimate dracyan!"
"Haaa!"
Riki is rushing in using his shots to deflect the incoming marbles which falls to the ground as so far he only got 5 balls into the goalie
"Riki calm down with your shots we only had 2 back up from the emblem charge right?" Dracyan said as Riki now realize that he was almost out of balls and the time is ticking while recovering some balls or marbles back
"So what do you think of him?" The girl asked
"He is just too stubborn." The boy sighed
"Hmm so that is how it works." Riki said as he analyzed how to play the stage
"This might be a problem…" He assess the situation seriously
"Let's go Dracyan!"
He keeps shooting at the target but only using one ball at a time he is mimicking what novu moru does in the past it defclects the ball hitting each other but the ball glided sending one or two to the the goalie post and he gets the ball back as it hits the post goal
"Hufff Huff Huff…" This position isn't what he used to but it is currently effective
"Riki only 20 second left…" Dracyan warned
"Got it!"
"Charge 1!"
"charge 2!"
"Rising Overdrive!"
"Let the wave crash down! Ultimate Rising Dracyan Haaahhh!"
"Perfect! Time up accumulating balls… count on 35 balls resulting in 70 balls in.."
" I didn't think of using only one ball shot…" The boy is amazed
"for his first time using the stadium he isn't quite bad…" The girl said
"Whew that was tiring.." Riki clears his sweat and just laughed it off
"Good job Ryugasaki-san that was good along with your achievement I get it why you are the east area b-master and the one that beat dragold." The girl said
"Um who are you two again?" Riki re-composure himself
"My name is Altergeist Reia and the one that shows you the rope is Altagranz Rekkamaru"
"You're not bad… Just call me Alta or Graz whichever you prefer tomorrow we are going to test some stuff including b-daman accessory we should get in contact.." The boy introduced himself as he and riki exchanged numbers
"Did ryuga also go here?" Riki asked randomly
"You know Ryuga huh? He is one of the locals here testing accessories he must be busy in his station today just come tomorrow if you want to see him." Reia explained that Ryuga is also a residence in sector 0
"I better get going before anyone find out I'm gone…" Riki said
"I'll lead him to the exit…" Granz sighed as Riki followed him
As Riki is in front of the exit his ID glowed
"Just what is a primal release?" Riki asked
"We'll talk about it later…" Granz sighed as Riki went into the portal and leaves
"That sure is weird but I can't wait…" Riki standing outside of the abandoned building smiled
"There are some mystery that needs to be unravel…" He smiled
After a while in Sector 0
"So what do you think?" Reia asked to the leader
"The great core is satisfied…" The leader snaps his right hand and showed the core glowed brighter
"The question is how you want to convince him to our side am I right leader?" Ryuga bolts in with a question
"Hmm that has been staged now would both of you mind bringing the tension in crestland as a start…" The leader gives them the info on the screen as a hologram
"This will be fun…" Ryuga said
"Using the b-daman as bait hmm…" Granz looked seriously
"Do you have any problem?" The leader asked
"No… Fine I'll do it…" Granz sighed
"Time to begin the blame game kuhahahahah!" The leader laughed in a sinister voice
