Chapter 3: Waves
The college party was over but the vampire's buffet had just begun.
Emily felt sick.
She couldn't believe what she was seeing. There were college students running away or being feed on by vampires.
Emily had no idea what to do and she could feel everything. The vampire hunger, the students fear and pain.
She felt sick but she had to find her sisters and friends. And Emily had to do something to stop these vampires and save the rest of the students.
So after Emily felt that she couldn't no longer puke anymore. She pushed the hunger and terror to the back of her mind. And focused on the way she felt about her sisters and friends also how they felt about her.
A soothing sensation filled her gut and Emily's vision cleared. She saw these bright sparkling silver lines in front her pointing and moving into different directions, 12 lines representing her sisters and friends.
Emily focused on the closest silver lining and it was fading in out. She didn't fully understand what it meant but she knew it wasn't good.
Elena was dying, being drained of blood by a vampire. When Emily got there, she screamed.
She was so angry and hated this being so much. Emily fell to the ground as she glared up at the vampire.
" Commutatione vitae vis ," Emily growled, she felt something in her snap. She gripped the ground and felt it dying in her hands like Emily was taking something important from it.
Water.
That is what it was. She was draining the Earth. And draining the vampire in front of her.
It dropped Elena, coughing up the blood it had taken.
Elena was healing, the wounded in her neck had closed. She opened her eyes and sat up as the vampire turned to dust in front her eyes.
"Elena are you okay?" Emily asked and her vision swam and she felt her own blood drop onto her hand and into the dehydrated grass.
"Yes. Oh my god, Emily your nose is bleeding and your eyes-" Elena trailed off as she helped Emily to her feet.
Two vampires appeared in front of them. A young healthy calm-looking black woman and a tall blonde haired irritated looking healthy man.
"Katherine and Emily, you convincing bitches" The blonde man spat.
Emily looked at the blonde man in front of her. She knew this man.
This was very bad.
These vampires were from her past life. She felt that was true in her heart.
But she had no idea who Katherine was and why they were mistaking Elena for Katherine.
"I wonder if there's still some very powerful vampires looking for you two," The woman added, tilting her head slightly.
"Let's kill them instead," the man said, grabbing Emily and Elena by the throat.
"I'm not Katherine and Emily is not the one you know," Elena choked.
"Lies, Katherine" The man spat and squeezed Elena's neck tighter. Elena was going to pass out soon.
"She's not Katherine, but I am the Emily you know and don't know" Emily choked. Whatever strength she had from killing the vampire was gone.
And she felt weak and helpless.
Emily was a witch and she couldn't save herself or Elena right now.
"Interesting, there's something different about you two," The woman noticed.
"I'm going to be so happy when I finish killing you two," the man smiled happily.
"No, we need them. I have a plan for them and this town," the woman said.
"Just knock them out," the women added. As a short redhead woman came up next to her.
The world went dark for both Elena and Emily.
And they prayed that their family and friends had escaped.
Emily woke up to Elena screams. She was seated in a chair in front of her. Blood flowing through her multiple cuts on her body.
"I wonder if this is your handy work Emily?" The black woman asked.
"Katherine is either human or this girl is spitting image of her but human," The black woman added.
"She's not Katherine, stop hurting her please," Emily cried.
"It's so strange and irritating your Emily but not the same and she's not Katherine but she looks like her," The blonde man shook his head.
"It sounds like bullshit and really you would have to see to believe it," the red haired lady said.
"It's fantastic for us and so sad for you," the black woman laughed.
"What do you want with us?" Emily growled.
"Like I said three days ago, some very powerful vampires are looking for you two and I have plans for this town," the black women responded.
"And it's just perfect you have no idea who we are and it appears that you're just a noive witch," the redhead woman grinned.
It's been three days since Emily and Elena were kidnapped.
Grams had given a ceremony for the fallen students.
And Whitmore college classes have been postponed until next month. The college counselors were available around the clock and also brought in their therapist colleagues to help if needed.
They didn't know what stopped the vampires from slaughtering them all.
Mostly the partygoers were either dead or had severe blood loss and are in the hospital.
The Mystic Falls gang found each other in the madness, a few injuries nothing too serious except Emily and Elena were missing.
When Grams came home the Mystic Fall gang was in her living room. They've been coming over for the past three days.
Lucy came up to Grams. "I think we need to call the Salvatore brothers?"
Grams scuffed. "That's not a good idea,"
Lucy smiled sadly. "I know why you feel that way but I did it already"
"They're on their way"
The doorbell rang and Grams glared at Lucy.
