Brooke awoke with her heart pounding. Covered in sweat. The ringing of her cellphone alarm took her right out of her fantasy. She stared down at herself surprised to find her hands between her legs and underwear disregard. The morning sun shining in through the windows.
She got out of bed and washed her hands. Pushing away the desire and impulses that lead her to think of him in anyway other then a figment of her past. A memory she needed to keep locked away.
Brooke undressed wrapped a towel around her naked body and headed straight for the bathroom in need of a cold shower.

Lucas lingered at the small dining area in his hotel suite. The hour and a half cold shower he had just taken. Didn't help get Brooke Davis off his mind. Getting reminded from his call yesterday from Nathan that Brooke would be there. Awoke something inside him. That he thought was long forgotten and buried.
The truth was Brooke and Him had no place each other's lives at all. The last time they spoke. It was an emotional turmoil filled exchange. Because they were breaking up and moving to different parts of the world.
As if that wasn't enough. There was this single incident that change their relationship and after that they weren't the same.
Lucas checked the clock on his cellphone. It was time to leave for Jamie's birthday party. And that is the only focus he would have today.

Brooke entered through the front door of Nathan and Haley's Home. She caught herself smiling happily at the family pictures on the wall.
Her favorite family unit had grown throughout these years.
Jamie. Lydia. And twins. Ronnie and Riley. 4 kids all together.
Haley and Nathan had come to the agreement that they were done having children after the surprise of the twins.
"Lydia! Let you're sister play with you. I bought that game for the both of you.!" Haley said. Sighing with frustration as she came down the stairs.
"Jamie keep you're brother away from the dessert table. You're mom just changed him again. And no opening you're presents yet!" Nathan exclaimed. As he entered the entryway.
"Naley parental unit dream team. How is everything.?" Brooke asked.
The couple looked to each other giving a knowing glance and looked back at Brooke.
"We are managing better then we thought we would. It's good to see you see Brooke." Nathan said. Engulfing her in a hug.
Brooke hugged him back.
"Right back at you Nate. Anytime the two of you want give me all you're secrets. The two of you have never looked better." Brooke complimented.
"Thanks and we have our hands full with our jobs and the kids. We aren't doing anything out of the ordinary. Plus we had Jamie in high school that helps. Anyway you look stunning."
"Have you met anyone special yet.?" Haley asked.
Brooke laughed. "Not at all. Dating is not as fun as tv and movies make it seem. The two of you had it right." She replied.
"B Davis My best friend in the world is back in town. And you don't call or text." Peyton stated. As she walked up to where Brooke stood.
Brooke engulfed the blonde in a warm hug.
"It's been way too long P Sawyer. Or should i say P Jagielski. Update me or you and Jake. Jenny. Everything." Brooke said.
"I will but you follow us on social media. Jenny is growing and thriving. And Anna Elizabeth is two years old. She's at home being watched by my dad." Peyton informed her.
"Point me in the direction of the snack table." Rachel announced. Placing a hand on her 9 month baby bump.
Mouth trailing behind her.
"I'm still in shock that Rachel Gatina McFadden."
"Is going to be a mom. You have so much too look forward too. At least that's all i hear in regards to kids." Brooke said.
"You aren't the one in disbelief about this baby. But i'm choosing to embrace it and not panic." Rachel replied.
"You have nothing to worry about. I'm going to be here. By you're side through it all." Mouth reassured her.
Rachel smiled sweetly. "Me and this baby are very lucky to have you." She said.
"I want to get you seated and comfortable. With whatever you want to eat." Mouth stated. Wrapping his arm around her protectively.
Brooke felt this ache inside herself that began to grow. She was touched by the tenderness and love between them.
It was starting to hit her. Everyone from her past was moving on.
"I found the gift table. Jamie is ready to sing happy birthday and cut the cake so he can have his second party with his friends." Lucas announced. Joining the group.
