Chapter 3: New friends and a new world
(Littlefoot) Mother, what are those things?
(Mother longneck) I don't know.
Littlefoot ran to the creatures to see if they're alright. He realized it was them from the letter that carter from GCS Island sent them
(Littlefoot) Hey. Are you OK?
Mario and his friends looked around when they heard the voice of a young boy.
(Mario) We made it guys
(?) Mother. They can talk.
(Luigi) Who said that?
When he looked around, he saw something in front of them. In front of them was a sauropod. And then something happened. It spoke.
(Littlefoot) Are you OK?
(Luigi) AAAAAAHHHHHH!
Littlefoot jumped back as Luigi yelped at him. He moved back until their backs were on the flat front of a rock. Then he pointed his finger at the sauropod.
(Luigi) D-D-D-DINOSAUR! D-D-DINOSAUR TALKING!
(Mother longneck) It's OK. We won't hurt you.
Luigi regained control over his body as the sauropod from behind spoke in a young ladies voice.
(Littlefoot) Uh. What's your names?
(Mario) I'm Mario
(Luigi) I'm Luigi and this is Yoshi
(Yoshi) Yoshi (I'm Yoshi)
(Peach) I'm Peach
(Daisy) I'm Daisy
(Toad) I'm Toad
(Toadette) And I'm Toadette
(Mother longneck) Oh. And are you 7 from the mushroom kingdom?
(Peach) We are from the mushroom kingdom
(Grandpa longneck) Did you say you're from the mushroom kingdom?
Littlefoots's eyes got wider as he heard the sauropod in the left speak in the voice of a wise old man.
(Grandma longneck) As far as I live. I thought all the stories of kingdoms were myths
Mario then got more up as the sauropod on the right with the voice of a wise old lady said that she heard of humans. Peach felt the same way.
(Mario) Ok. First of all, how do you know what kingdoms are? And where are we?
(Littlefoot) Well right now we're in the middle of nowhere. But we're on our way to The Great Valley. Do you want to come with us? Oh. And my name's Littlefoot.
(Mario) Well we do need to find the great valley but I guess we could tag along.
(Peach) I was thinking the same thing.
(Littlefoot) Mother can they come with us?
(Mother longneck) I don't see why not.
So the herd of 11 started walking. Some time later, Mario and Luigi were getting tired from walking. They haven't walked so far in their lives. Littlefoot saw how slow they were getting.
(Mario) Sorry. We don't have your stamina
Mario Rode on Yoshi's Back
(Littlefoot) You can ride on my back.
(Luigi) Uhh what about that leaf on you?
Littlefoot looked at the tree-star. He knew that he didn't want to ruin it and putted it on his head. He got on Littlefoot's back. But they he had a hard time staying on him. Once or twice he nearly slipped off him until he found out how to stay on him. And he on the fact that they're riding a dinosaur. The walk kept going until it was time to stop for the night.
(Mother longneck) It's time to stop. The bright circle is setting from the sky.
(Mario) Bright circle?
(Littlefoot) You Know. The big orb shines in the daytime.
(Peach) Oh. You mean the sun.
Littlefoot then got confused.
(Littlefoot) You mean you call the bright circle something else?
(Mario) Yes. And the night circle (if that's what you call it) is the moon.
(Littlefoot) Ok. So let's keep going
