A/N Oh well here it is after long deciding what story I should update this one won. I hope you guys enjoy please forgive any spelling errors, grammar, and punctuation. Well I won't keep you guys from reading so enjoy.

Chapter 3

It was a great week with his kids. They watched a ton of movies, they had a dance party and they ate a bunch of sugar. The only reason why he wasn't going off the deep end with work is because he had his kids and work was just not as important as them. It was a friday morning and Ichigo just dropped his kids off and was heading to work. While driving he got a call from Maki he answered with a quick 'what's up'.

"Dude this Kugo guy is pissing us off he's saying he's going to replace us with his own crew he can't do that he's already gotten in an argument with Ikkaku and Ashido what the fuck is going on?"

Ichigo sighed as he drove, "I'll talk to Byakuya about it. None of you guys are going to get replaced I promise you."

Maki and Ichigo talked about their livelihoods and the crew and what Kugo even thought he was doing. Ichigo quickly parked in his driving spot and ran into the garage. When he got there he was greeted by Kugo yelling at his men and he didn't like that. He walked up to them to see what the problem was when he noticed Rukia was standing next to Kugo holding his hand. He rolled his eyes and stood in front of Kugo asking what the problem was.

"Ichigo you're thirty minutes late where have you been?" Kugo growled out.

Ichigo scuffed, "Dude I don't answer you and why are you yelling at my crew?"

"Because they're all lazy sacks of shit none of you do your job." Rukia answered.

Ichigo heard Ikkaku start to scream, "Bitch what the fuck are you even doing down here?"

Ichigo sighed, "Guys let's just do our work and call it a day I don't have time for this today."

The men all looked at Ichigo and nodded and went about their day and did their work. Kugo didn't dare speak nor did Rukia; they simply just went upstairs and left the garage. The day went by after that pretty well and the guys got a lot done. Around three like always when Ichigo had the twins he started to pack up and leave. The guys all said their normal goodbyes and told him to say hi to the kids. While packing up Kugo and Rukia decided to make an appearance everyone ignored them and continued doing their job. As Ichigo was leaving Rukia decided to open her big mouth.

"Where do you think you're going? It's only three-ten."

Ichigo frowned "I'm leaving I'm off."

Kugo laughed, "No you're not you see you're here till nine-thirty since you got here late."

Ichigo packed up the last of his tools, said goodbye to his crew and walked out. Rukia and Kugo were about to follow but the guys all stopped them telling them to leave him alone. Ichigo smiled; he really did love his men. When he got in his car he loaded it up and drove straight to his kids. They were always waiting for him at the front of school like all the other kids were for their rides. Ichigo honked his horn and they immediately ran to him and hopped in the car. Kuro was the first to speak screaming how he was exhausted from school and Mia started going on a rant about how this girl was talking about stupid boys saying they all wanted her. Ichigo gave a small smile as he listened to his kids. He drove them home, deciding to fix dinner instead of going out especially since he's been taking them out all week everyday to different restaurants. The kids dug through movies as Ichigo made his world famous grilled cheese and tomato soup. Mia ran in the kitchen followed by Kuro, they gave two big smiles and held up Lion King. Ichigo groaned asking if they wanted to pick something else like anything else of course they said no and went to put the movie in asn Ichigo made the plates. He sat on the recliner while the kids sat on the couch and started the movie while they ate. Ichigo knocked out once he was done eating within thirty minutes of the movie. All in all it was a good night. When the kids were ready for bed they brushed their teeth. Mia put her hair up while Kuro did his homework. It was around nine when Ichigo tucked them in and kissed them goodnight and then went to his room to end the night.

The next day was Saturday and fortunately for him he was off weekends thanks to Byakuya understanding that he had to watch his kids. Saturday went on like Friday did and Sunday went on like Saturday did. Ichigo had a great weekend he slept in too the kids to the park he took them shopping and they went to the movies and to watch this stupid cartoon movie. Ichigo didn't want that weekend to end unfortunately he had to go back to work and make money. As per usual Ichigo got the kids ready for school and Nozomi was always on time. The kids ran to her, hugged her and then shot straight for the car. Nozomi looked at Ichigo with a small smile.

"So how's work?" She asked.

"I got demoted."

Nozomi gasped, "What! Was it that little bitch girl? You didn't do anything. It was her fault."

Ichigo shrugged, "Oh well it's fine I'm still getting the same pay so it's whatever to me."

"That's not fair, you shouldn't be demoted. I'll go and explain to Byakuya."

Ichigo shook his head, "No no no it's fine now you go have fun at work and make sure the kids and you call me."

Nozomi sighed, nodded, and kissed his cheek. Ichigo waved as they left then ran to take a quick shower and head to work. It was a nice ride there, the air was crisp, the sun was high not a cloud in sight dare he say he believed it was going to be a good day. When he got to work he unloaded his truck and headed into the garage where his crewmen were blasting rock music and making quick work with the cars. Ikkaku and Shuuhei walked to Ichigo and both had very weird smiles on their faces. Ichigo tilted his head and quickly asked what was wrong.

"So Kugo isn't here so we had time to actually finish up that sports car. Everything is perfect and it's purring like a kitty!" Shuuhei exclaimed.

Ikkaku smiled, "And we got two new cars both are Mustangs shot to hell it should be fun fixing it up."

"Well that's good I guess today really will be a good day." Ichigo stated.

The crew all went to work and started talking about their lives and how they were doing. They were comfortable with each other enough to rant and vent together. Kugo's arrival seemed to put a damper in guy time but since he wasn't in sight and Rukia wasn't bothering them the day was going smooth. Maki and Renji were on top of a car announcing that they were going to the new club that just opened up and everyone was coming and better be there. Everyone laughed and it was such a great day. Time flew by quickly and it was time to pack. The guys all stretched and started heading out of the garage. Waiting for them was Kugo and Rukia smiling hand and hand.

"Well there you are, I was waiting to tell you all that I was looking at your files and your schedules. It seems here Ichigo you've been a little too lenient. But no more tomorrow I want all of you here at eight and you will all be leaving at ten for now on. That way we'll get a lot of things done." Kugo announced.

Rukia smiled, "And if you don't abide by these rules you're all fired."

Everyone looked to Ichigo who was glaring up a storm towards Kugo and Rukia. He took a deep breath then looked at his men with a tired smile.

"I'll see you guys there okay I need to take a quick shower and change."

With that Ichigo walked away and that caused his men to ignore Kugo and Rukia and leave as well. Ichigo got home and quickly washed up and changed into jeans and a black shirt. He got his phone out and texted Byakuya a simple text.

'Byakuya Kugo is being a dick and my men can't take it anymore...also meeting at that new club you should come.'

Byakuya for the first time was quick with his texts, 'Yes you and many others have complained about him. I apologize for his behavior. I'll be meeting you at the club to speak more about this.'

Ichigo closed his phone, locked his door and started driving to the club. The club unlike the one the guys usually went to no not at all. This club was packed; the line was all the way outside; you'd have to be VIP to avoid the line. Ichigo groaned as he texted the guys to see where they were. They all stated they were in their cars and kinda intimidated to go in. Ichigo chuckled and met them all in the middle of the parking lot. The gang was all there along with Senna, Rangiku, Orihime, and Yumichika. Ichigo asked how they were going to get in. Yumichika rolled his eyes and started walking to the VIP section everyone followed behind not saying a word. Yumichika looked at the bouncer who simply looked like a gorilla of a man and whispered something to him. The gorillas eyes bugged open and nodded as he let them in. Ikkaku asked what that was about but he shook his head and kissed his cheek. Maki and Shuhei made gagging sounds. When they entered the club it was intoxicating the atomoshere oozed sex, alcohol, and drugs.

Everyone was dancing or for better lack of words humping each other. The guys all found a big booth in the very back away of the club and all sat down. Rangiku and Senna were smiling as they looked at the dancing. Yumichika was trying to get Ikkaku to dance and Orihime just looked like a deer in headlights. Ashido and Shuhei were trying their hardest to avoid the dance floor while Maki and Renji went to get drinks. Chad and Ichigo were trying to keep Orihime calm and comfortable. Ichigo checked his phone and saw Byakuya was on his way. Renji and Maki came back with a bunch of drinks in their hands. Everyone aside from Orihime immediately started taking shots. Rangiku took three shots and pulled Shuhei on the dance floor to dance. Senna followed by taking four shots and dragged Ashido to the dance floor. Everyone laughed, not noticing Ikkaku and Yumichika had snuck away each having six shots , Chad, and Renji kept Orihime interested by talking about work. Ichigo was drinking a beer when he saw Byakuya walking in and he stood and waved them to where he was. Byakuya nodded and walked towards them. Ichigo noticed someone following behind him with their hand in his hand and his eyes went bugged eyed as well as Maki and Renji's who were now watching. Chad and Orihime were too into the conversation about different foods to notice who Byakuya was holding. Byakuya got to the booth and gave a small bow and the woman by his side gave a big radiant smile. Ichigo frowned as she sat down next to Orihime.

"Good Evening everyone."

The men at the table all glared as they looked at the woman, "Rukia."

A/N All right so hope you guys liked it I'm going to be honest I didn't like this chapter but eh whatever I hope you guys did. Also tell me how you feel about the characters who is your favorite and who is your least favorite. Tell me if you feel another character should enter the story. Comment and Review you know tell me what I should fix and what I should keep. Oh yes also Gang of Roses is wanting another Grimmichi but this time I have full writers control I don't know if I should I mean I kinda have an idea for a story but I don't know let me know how you guys feel about it.
