New Rainbow Headquarters, Hamburg, Germany, training simulation room

0530 hours

Ever since the new operators arrive, they had to go through several training simulations to prove that they were fit for the job, this time it was for the new pair of brothers, Joseph and Thomas who were able to beat the other operators before and now they're pitted against each other.

Thomas was walking towards the bomb room where his brother, Joseph was hiding. But as soon as he got near the doorway to the room he was greeted by LMG fire and he had to run to the end of the hall to avoid the bullets.

Joseph: Might as well give it up Tom, we both know I'm winning this!

He didn't give a response and instead moved to the top floor where a hatch to enter the bomb room, he tried to flank him and catch him offguard. But as soon as he puts his breaching charge and dropped down a mine jumped up and hit him.

Thomas: Oh shi-

The explosion blew him pretty far to the point where he hit the wall.

Announcer: Defenders Win!

Joseph: Hey bro you good? Hope I didn't hit ya too hard

Thomas: Nah I'm fine, gotta say that was pretty fuckin dirty, but clever

Joseph: Well you know what they say Tom, always be two steps ahead of the enemy

Thomas: True that brother, let's get you that drink I owed you

The two of them went to get some drinks and decided to have a chat and since it was still early in the morning they had the cafeteria almost to themselves

Joseph: How's family?

Thomas: Huh?

Joseph: Your family Tom, they good?

Thomas: Yeah, why'd you ask?

Joseph: Well uhh you know... I kinda miss being with them, they're the only members of our family we have. It always seemed like you're always happy with them

Thomas: That's because I am, and yeah I miss them too, haven't seen them in more than 5 months. Best I can do is call them via video, and even then it's still hard considering we have to keep this place a secret

Joseph: Well atleast you actually have a family, I'm still here all alone

Thomas: Don't be like that man, I'm sure you'll find someone, it's only a matter of time

Joseph: And have them treat me like shit? Not a damn chance

Thomas: Listen I know it's hard for you and stuff but you gotta let that go, I know she's a bitch and all that but that's in the past now, plus I never even liked her anyways, doesn't fit you if I'm honest

Joseph: Pretty sure none of us liked her anyways Tom, and yeah I really gotta let that go, got anything to do in mind?

Thomas: Not really, might watch a World War documentary but I don't know if you're into that stuff

Joseph: Well it's better than nothing really, what kind of documentaries do you like?

Thomas: Anything, as long as it doesn't involve "History Channel" man they've really gone downhill, all they do now is talk about aliens and conspiracy and shit

Joseph opened his phone and saw the news about the Warsaw attack, he was shocked since he didn't know about it till now

Joseph: Tom? You seen this yet?

He showed the article to him, he was equally surprised as he was

Thomas: Holy shit, this happened two days ago? Why didn't we know this earlier? We could've helped.

Joseph: Well we don't exactly have a time machine so I doubt we can actually do that, besides I'm sure tha-

Eliza (Ash) suddenly greets them as they were having a conversation

Eliza: Hey! You're the new operators right?

Thomas: Yeah, why'd you ask?

Eliza: Well I just want to remind you that you and the other new guys are gonna have to meet me later today, at 11:00 pm go to the briefing room near the armory. There's something we gotta talk about

Joseph: Wait, what are we gonna talk about exactly?

Eliza: You'll know when you get there, just don't be late and tell everyone else if you can

Thomas: Alright we'll do that, thanks for reminding us, uh... (he was trying to remember her name)

Eliza: Eliza, my names Eliza

Thomas: Oh yeah thanks Eliza, we're gonna go find the rest and remind them about the meeting

And so they told both Anna and Matteo about the meeting, but Lukas was nowhere to be seen. Atleast to them

Thomas: Hey you know where Lukas is?

Joseph: Nope, haven't seen him since I woke up

Thomas: Well dammit, what now?

Joseph: Maybe he's in the rec room

They walked to the rec room only to see one man there, he was sitting on the couch sipping a cup of coffee

Joseph: Hey you seen my friend anywhere? Brown hair, blue eyes, tall, Polish?

Miles: Nah I haven't seen him, and neither have I seen you

Joseph: Oh yeah I forgot to introduce ourselves, I'm Joseph and this is Thomas, my younger brother

Miles: New pair of siblings huh? Let's hope you don't fight as much as the other

Thomas: Really? And I thought we fight too much

Miles: Man you have no idea what those two sisters fight about here, you have no idea how many times they threw swears and hands

Joseph: As much as I love to hear the story we still need to find our friend, if you see a guy like that then tell him he's got a meeting with Eliza at 11 o'clock. His name's Lukas, let us know when you find him

Miles: Aye aye, I'll let you know

Joseph: Good to hear, and Thomas? You said we're gonna watch a documentary?

Thomas: Oh yeah I just found a good one on my phone, let's watch it

The two decided to watch it on the phone since they don't wanna disturb anyone by using a TV, while also waiting for Eliza's meeting at 11 o'clock
