Thechaosmaster: Well, two days and I released three chapters, this one is my longest yet.

Blossom: Well, at least you're updating this one in a decent amount of time, boss.

Chaos: What can I say? I needed a change in stories. And this is quite the story to tell.

Blossom: So, have you actually planned this story out?

Chaos: Tch, I have small ideas, here and there. But nothing solid. All I do know, is that this is a True Pacifist Route Undertale story, with Fem! Frisk x Fem! Chara as the main paring. I will say, though. In this chapter, I reveal more of Frisk's backstory, and I start to hint towards Chara's.

Blossom: Don't you think that you're jumping into backstories too soon, boss?

Chaos: Don't be mistaken, I know that exhibition dumps are stupid, and all that, but it is also a great character defining moment. Also, this chapter changes POV a lot. Like, four different times, it's always either Frisk or Chara. Please note that, Chara's seemingly, passive personality is because she already HAD her character arc. No point of putting up a SPOILER WARRNING for a game at LEAST 5-6 years old. But, yes, when Chara died, and watched Ree die, that was her arc, she realized she was a terrible person, and was no better than the humans she despised.

Blossom: Well, before Chaos has a major meltdown, lets get on with the show. Thechaosmaster does not own the rights to Undertale or it's characters. They are all owned by Toby Fox, Temmie, and others.

Chapter 2: Exploring The Ruins Pt 2: Small Revelations

I was speechless, no, I was beyond speechless. I was shocked, terrified, baffled, and, maybe even a little flustered. All at the fact that my SOUL is bound to another girls. It didn't help that she was actually a very cute girl. I blinked twice before asking, "Can you, can you repeat that for me, Chara?"

Chara nodded and she said, "I said, that bed of golden flowers that you landed on when you fell down here, that was…is, my grave."

I couldn't help the shiver that ran down my spine. Even though I knew it wasn't true, I knew I had to make myself feel not so frightened, so I looked up to Chara and asked, "So, does this mean you're haunting me, Chara?"

Chara looked at me in confusion, before giving me a knowing smirk, before she floated up to me and in a creepy voice she said, "Yes, I am, for I am the Demon that comes when you call her name, and now I will take what's mine. Your SOUL! COME HERE!" She then flew straight at me with a fake evil grin on her face.

Deciding to play along, I fake screamed and started running away from Chara, it wasn't long before our screams of terror transformed into screams of joy and laughter. After a few minutes of chasing each other around the room, acting like little kids in the backyard instead of being trapped underground.

I fell back onto the bed of leaves, breathing heavily, feeling like I had just run around my entire village. I looked up and I saw Chara was looking at me with that friendly smile of hers, and those deep crimson eyes of hers, and those rosy colored cheeks, I may have only met her a little while ago, but, god! She's so adorable, I think I was starting to see stars.

It was then that I heard Chara call out to me, "Yo, Frisk. Frisk. Hey Frisk. Stay in the land of the living, Frisk. You there, Frisk?"

I looked up at Chara and in a delirious state, I asked, "Yeah? What is it?"

Chara floated above me and said, "I know that we're having a good time and all, but shouldn't we get going? We don't want to make mom worry now, do we?"

I sighed in disappointment, finally coming back down from my cuteness overload, and said, "Aw, but I was enjoying my time with the beauty who shares my SOUL." I finished with a cutesy wink that made Chara's cheeks blush more deeply.

Then Chara playfully smirked at me and asked, "Are you flirting with me, Frisky?"

I smirked back and as I stood up, I asked, "And what if I am, Chara?" I then gave Chara a puppy dog look as I asked, "Do you want a kiss?" A simple smile appeared on my face, before I realized that I had just asked a ghost girl if she wanted a kiss. The Matron, before coming down on me hard because of my sexuality, had always told me that I needed to control my flirtatious comments, or else they're going to get me into trouble. Both me and Chara were sporting heavy blushes, and I stuttered out, "Uh, ne-never m-mind Ch-Chara. Le-let's just g-get moving."

Chara nodded dumbly at me and she said, "Ye-yeah. Let's get going, Frisk."

Chara's POV

I watched as Frisk walked up the set of stairs on the right, still sporting that blush on her cheeks, 'Why was she acting like that? And the flirting? Wait! Does she like me THAT way?' I asked myself, still being a little flustered at Frisks earlier flirting. 'And, if she was, why do I feel, like I have butterflies fluttering around in my chest?' My eyes widened as I realized what this feeling was. 'Don't tell me, I'm actually becoming attracted to Frisk! But, I just met her.' I wanted to be appalled by this revelation, but, strangely I couldn't. In fact, I felt, happy?

I watched as Frisk walked over to the next room where we saw more of those spikes, a rock, a pressure plate, and a plaque. We were just about to walk when Frisk's phone started ringing, I floated over to Frisk so I could hear the conversation. "Hello? This is Toriel. For no reason in particular… which do you prefer? Cinnamon or butterscotch?"

I knew what this was about, I turned to face Frisk, a small smile on my lips as I said, "Answer honestly. Trust me, if she is making what I think she is, you're going to love it."

Frisk looked at me, then she said, "I prefer Cinnamon, mom."

Mom seemed pleased by this response, and she said, "Oh, I see. Thank you very much!" And then, she hanged up. Frisk barely took three steps forward when her phone started ringing again. Frisk once again answered it and mom said, "Hello? This is Toriel. You do not dislike Butterscotch, do you? I know what your preference is, but…Would you turn up your nose if you found it on your plate?"

Frisk shook her head and said, "No, I wouldn't, in fact, I'm certain that, if I gave it a try, I would love it, mom."

Mom seemed so happy to hear this, as she said, "Right, right, I understand. Thank you for being patient, by the way."

And with that, mom hung up to go make her delicious ButtsPie. Frisk turned to me and asked, "What was that about, Chara?"

I smiled innocently at Frisk and said, "I have no idea, Frisk." But it was clear to me that she knew I was lying, so I smiled and said, "Trust me when I say, this surprise, you'll enjoy the most, Frisk." Frisk seemed to smile at me, then she walked up to the plaque and I did my duty and read to her what it said, "It says, 'Three out of four grey rocks recommend you push them."

We both blinked a few times, before Frisk asked, "What does THAT mean?"

I turned to her with a confused expression and said, "Well, I have no real idea. This plaque wasn't here back when I was alive, so I wouldn't know how to explain it."

Frisk shrugged her shoulders before pushing the rock onto the pressure plate, making the spikes drop from their place. Once we entered the next room, we found that it was completely covered with cracked floor tiles. Frisk looked over to me and asked, "How are we supposed to figure this puzzle out, Chara?"

I looked over the tiles and said, "Knowing mom, the answer is probably down there." I said, pointing towards the floor.

Frisk silently nodded, then she carefully started walking towards the cracked tiles, before the ground caved in below her, and she fell down, and because of our chained SOUL, I was quickly dragged down after her. "What? Hey!" I cried out as I was brought closer to Frisk.

When I stopped falling, I saw that Frisk was looking at me strangely, "What? Do I have something on my face, Frisk?" I asked her curiously.

But she quickly turned away, blushing madly, and I was starting to think that Frisk was actually embarrassed or something. 'Or, maybe, she was just flustered at me looking at her like that.' That was when I had another sudden thought, 'Wait! Is Frisk… is she, gay?'

Thinking about it now, it makes a lot of sense. First she doesn't mention anything about her home, then when she was about to introduce herself, I am fairly certain that she was going to say her real name, before calling herself Frisk. 'If her past is anything like how I think it was…' Humans are the absolute worst. 'Poor girl.'

"Chara. Chara. Oh, Chara." Frisks voice called out to me. "Do you need a kiss to wake you from your slumber?" She asked me in that flirtatious voice of hers.

I looked up in surprise at Frisk as she was blushing madly, when our eyes locked, Frisk became as timid as a mouse, and I couldn't help but think that she was cute like that. 'I may not know just what I'm feeling, but I think that I am willing to play the flirting game.'

I smiled at Frisk and with a flash of my eyelashes, I flirtatiously asked, "Oh, Frisk, are YOU the one who needs a kiss to wake up now?"

Hearing that caused Frisk to let out an adorable squeak, I swear, this girl is just too cute. Deciding that I didn't want the girl to think I was leading her on, I said, "How about we take a look at the clue and see what it says? Does that seem like a plan, Frisky?"

Frisk silently nodded and we walked over to where the sign was and I said, "Please don't step on the leaves."

Frisk and I looked at the ground and saw that there was a path made out of a clear space between the leaves, I looked towards Frisk and asked, "You want to solve this on your own, Frisky?"

Frisk nodded meekly and softly said, "Ye-yeah. I-I th-think I ca-can handle th-this."

'God, she's gonna be a stuttering mess the entire time we're down here in the ruins.' I thought to myself, *sigh* 'And I'm the reason why.' Before Frisk could move I said, "Frisk, *sigh* wait a minute."

Frisk turned to me and I leaned against the wall and patted the ground next to me, motioning her to sit next to me. Nervously, she relented, and sat down right next to me. She was starting to twiddle her fingers and looked like she was gonna pop a blood vessel in her cheeks any minute now.

"Frisk." I said as softly as possible, when she heard my voice, she looked my way, and I saw that the adventurous, and puzzle loving girl that I had met earlier today, was replaced with a frightened little rabbit. I took a deep breath and said, "Frisk, I need you to me honest with me, okay?"

Frisk looked at me nervously as she stuttered out, "Wha-what do y-you me-mean, Ch-Chara?"

'Lord that stutter, I am starting to find it to be cute.' But I knew that if I asked this question, one of two things will happen, Frisk will either clam up, and won't move for a long time, or, she will break down crying. I closed my eyes, then I opened them and stared at Frisk and asked, "Frisk, be honest will me, are you…gay?"

And there was the response I was afraid of, Frisk sat straight up and froze solid, not even a twitch, I became very worried because I knew that she must have thought her as disgusting. I tried calling out to her, "Frisk. Frisk! Listen to me, I don't care if you're gay or not. We're still partners, right?" I tried to comfort Frisk, to let her know that I didn't care what team she played for.

Nothing, not a single response, oh, damnit, Ree, why couldn't you be here, you were WAY better at comforting people than I am. I looked at Frisk and yelled, "FRISK!"

The sudden yell shocked the girl to her core, and she started at me, tears in her eyes, I could tell that she was terrified, that was when I gave her an apologetic smile as I said, "I'm sorry, Frisk, I didn't mean to scare you."

Frisk gave me a stiff nod, as she rubbed her eyes, she looked down to her hands and she sadly said, "Go ahead, make fun of me. Say I should burn in hell because of my sexuality. After all, it's what THEY did." My god, what did her village do to this poor girl.

'Frisk, how long have you been afraid?' I thought to myself, looking down at the small girl who was breaking down in front of me.

Then, as if to answer my question, Frisk looked up at the wall, staring at nothing as she said, "It happened about four months ago, I saw this cute girl, around my age, she had light blue eyes, and matching colored hair tied into pigtails, and was wearing this cute dress, walking down a pathway, and I just felt, attracted to her, I think that was when I discovered that I was gay."

'Jeez, finding yourself after almost twelve years, yet you come down here, your village must have been horrible, Frisk.'

"Anyways, because I didn't want to cause a scene, I chose to ignore my feelings, but, for the next four months, I've been finding myself staring more noticeably at girls, some around my age, and others much older. Deciding that I needed to talk with someone, but not knowing who to trust. I decided to talk with the Orphan's Matron, she was like an older sister to me, her name was Briana, and we used to tell each other everything. And I was certain that she could help me through my feelings, help me, understand them better. But…"

When Frisk halted her speech, I could see the tears build up in her eyes, and, even without having to say anything, I knew that something must have happened to her, and it probably broke her.

I watched as she held back the tears, trying so hard to stay strong, trying not to cry, I put a gentle hand on her knee and gave her a single smile, letting her know she could continue. After she took a deep breath, she said, "But, when I confided in Briana, she screamed at me, telling me that, that 'the faggots are a disease, and will burn in the deepest pits of hell when they die.'"

Oh my god. They didn't abuse her physically, they denied her the right to express who she really is, and pretty much told her that she would burn in hell for what she was. And I was considering calling MYSELF a demon. Humans are the real demons. The ones above ground, not me. And certainly not Frisk.

"After hearing that, from someone I thought of as a sister," Frisk said between her sniffles, hearing this made me really upset at myself for bringing this up, when she clearly has been denied the very rights to be who she wanted to be. "the one person who should have been supportive, tell me that I was doomed to burn in hell, I couldn't stay. But, I didn't know where. But, the longer I stayed, the worse it got for me. It wasn't long before the whole village knew I was gay, and they started to call me names like 'dyke' or other more colorful words, then the adults convinced the kids to start throwing stones at me."

My god, what the hell is wrong with people, what's wrong with HUMANS? It's no wonder why this girl was so terrified of admitting that she was gay, her village pretty much made her think that it was a sin. Insulted, outcasted, AND stoned? What the hell is wrong with people? 'It must have been some kind of religious heavy village.' I thought as I watched this poor girl break down in front of me.

Then she put her hands over her eyes to hide the fact that she was crying, then I heard her say, "It was then that I remembered the tales of Mt. Ebott, and how anyone who goes there disappears and dies. I decided that, that was what I wanted. I didn't care which one was true, death or disappearance. It didn't matter to me, both would have been a blessing to me. Because that would have been a whole lot better than being treated like I was a freak. And add the fact that I had red eyes, and a love for anything related to the knowledge of monsters, I was the outcast of my village. So I decided to head to Mt. Ebott. Oh, yes, I knew of the tales of monsters, and I thought that, I would get lucky and one of them would kill me. But when I tripped, and fell down that hole, and landed on those bed of golden flowers…well, the rest, you know."

God damnit, no wonder this girl seems so happy being down here, in just one day she had been shown more kindness by a goat monster and a dead girl, than her entire village has ever shown her. "And it's all thanks to you and mom that I felt so safe, Chara." I looked at her in surprise at hearing this, then she said, "You asking to be my partner while I'm down here, it made me feel, special, like I was important, and something worth caring for, and not just a piece of garbage waiting to be thrown away." Then the tears started falling again.

Okay, I decided that, no matter what, this girl will NOT be treated like her village treated her. I put my hand over Frisks, I wanted so bad to hold this girl so that she would know that it was okay. But because I couldn't. So, instead I sighed and said, "Frisk, I'm sorry."

Frisk sniffed hard as she rubbed her eyes and asked, "What for? For being my friend?"

I looked Frisk in the eyes as I saw the fear building up inside of her, growing outta control. "No! I'm sorry for scaring you like that. I'm sorry for making you relive all of those horrible memories. I didn't know. I lived down here with monsters for a few years, and I forgot how badly humans treated each other. Especially those who are, different, than the rest." I said to Frisk, who still looked confused, then I said, "Look, I won't pretend to know how you feel, Frisk." The little girl seemed crestfallen after hearing that, but I wasn't done. "But, that doesn't mean that I have to treat you like you're a freak."

Frisk looked at me, tears still in her eyes, but there was confusion written all over her face. I brought my hand to her shoulder, and for a single moment, I actually felt myself stop on her shoulder, then I said, "Down here, monsters are made up entirely of magic, so, when they want to have a kid, it doesn't matter if one is a male, another is a female, or if both are male, or both are female. Down here, genders don't really matter. I don't know how things are up with the humans anymore because of how long it's been since I've died, they may have something against same sex marriages. But down here, that's just part of the norm. You don't have to be afraid of being who you are, Frisk. And you don't have to be afraid of me hating you. We're partners, right? I could never hate you."

Frisk looked up at me with wide eyes and asked, "Really, *sniff* even though I'm…gay?"

My god, this girl's self confidence has been torn to pieces. Without knowing how, and not really caring either, I grabbed Frisk and brought her into a tight hug, and then she started crying into my shirt, which, thankfully, didn't get wet as I was still a ghost. Wanting to be the comfort that she needed, I softly said, "Let it out, Frisk. It's no good to bury your emotions, it's not healthy."

I didn't know why this girl was affecting me like this, I used to hate all humans, but when this girl woke me from my eternal slumber, I just felt the need to help her some way, now I know why. "We're the same." I said softly, while I gently brushed Frisk's hair out of her face.

Frisk looked up at me and softly asked, "What do you mean, we're the same?" Those ruby colored eyes stared into mine, and I felt something warm in my heart, but I decided to ignore it, Frisk was more important than wondering about my feelings.

I inhaled through my teeth, I wasn't ready to reveal my past to a girl I had just me, but I knew that if I was going to make Frisk feel any better, I had to tell her, at least, enough of my story for her to feel comfortable.

I decided to try something, so I took my hand and I rubbed Frisk's head, which caused her to squeak out in surprise as I started to mess up her hair. Hearing that adorable squeak brought a smile to my face. Then I leaned against the wall and Frisk once again asked me, "What did you mean that we're the same, Chara?"

I sighed and closed my eyes as I said, "Exactly that, Frisk. Like you, I ran away from my home because of how they treated me. The difference is that it wasn't because of my sexuality. No, it was because of my red eyes. Just like yours, they feared me, but they also wanted to use me."

"Use you how, Chara?" Frisk asked me, the tears in her eyes have finally dried, and she looked to be curious about my own past.

"I won't tell you exactly what they did to me yet, because you're not ready to hear that, but I will say that, they wanted to use me to destroy the monsters of the Underground. They tried to break my spirit and turn me into a red eyed demon. But, because of my Determination SOUL, I fought against them every step of the way, until one day, I escaped from them, and I ran to Mt. Ebott." I said, then I looked down sadly as I remembered the day I broke free. But, no matter how long it has been, the scars still remain.

"I had hoped, just like you, that I would die if I came here. But I was saved by Toriel's son, the Prince of Monsters, Asriel Dreemurr. He found me, and he brought me to mom, and she healed me up. And it wasn't long until I had fully became a part of the Dreemurr family. I came here to die, and instead, I found a new life of happiness." I hugged Frisk tightly, and said, "And if I can find myself a new life down here, than with you, we can create a new life for monsters, a world where they can see the sun once again."

Frisk snuggled into my arms and asked, "So, you don't mind that I'm…gay?"

I hugged her tightly, this feeling in my chest, this unknown feeling, told me that I had to protect this girl, and I said, "Just as long as you don't mind that I'm technically dead."

I watched as Frisk rubbed her eyes, then she smiled at me and said, "Well, I guess there is one thing we can both agree on, Chara."

I looked at her with a raised eyebrow and I asked, "Oh, and what's that, Frisk?"

Frisk smiled warmly at me, then she said, "Humans suck."

I was quiet for a short time, before I started laughing, which then Frisk soon joined me, it was true, besides Frisk, humans simply sucked. "You got that right, Frisk. Besides you, humans are the worst. That's why I prefer the company of monsters better than humans."

That was when Frisk looked up at me with a face splitting smile as she said, "Chara let's do it. Let's find a way to free the monsters!"

I smiled at the girl, but I knew that she didn't understand how to break the barrier, I did, but I'm not telling her that, she does not need any more burden placed on her shoulders. Frisk stood up then she offered me her hand and asked, "Shall we leave the Ruins now, partner?"

I smiled at the young girl, then I took her hand, and surprisingly, she was able to grab me and pull me up, I cried out in surprise, causing Frisk to giggle at me, then I playfully glared at her and said, "Careful, Frisky, remember who won our previous game?"

Frisk giggled once more, then she proceeded to walk, but then I said, "You remember the pattern on the ground, right, Frisk?"

I watched as the light bulb appear over her head, before she studied the layout of the ground for a minute. Then, as Frisk was moving, a small gelatinous creature slithered in front of her, having her enter a FIGHT. "Moldsmal blocked the way!" I said with my usual cheerful narration.

I watched as Frisk went to Check the Moldsmal, then I said, "MOLDSMAL – ATK 6 DEF 0. Stereotypical: Curvaceously attractive, but no brains…"

This got a slight chuckle out of Frisk, I watched as Moldsmal started launching out balls of slime, which then broke up into smaller balls of slime, Frisk tried dodging each attack, but one attack hit her in the shoulder, I flinched at the hit, but it looked like Frisk was okay.

I watched as Frisk started wiggling in front of the Moldsmal, which then proceeded to wiggle back. "You wiggle your hips. Moldsmal wiggles back. What a meaningful conversation!" I said with a grin on my face.

Frisk giggled, then she selected the SPARE button, and extended her arms out and said, "I have chosen to SPARE you."

"YOU WON!" I said cheerfully. "You earned 0 EXP and 1 gold." Once the battle was over, I giggled at Frisk and slyly asked, "Why, Frisk, I didn't know that you liked flirting THAT much."

Frisk blushed deeply as she asked, "I flirted with that Moldsmal?" I swear, if her cheeks got any redder, they'd start steaming.

I nodded with a barely restrained smile and said, "Sure did, kid. Gotta say, that was pretty entertaining."

Frisk blushed as she then ran out of the room, her cheeks a deep red, I followed after her because I wouldn't stay to far away from her. 'Ah, Frisk, I think this is the start of a beautiful friendship.'

Frisk's POV

As I headed towards the stairs, my blush still burning on my cheeks at learning that I had just flirted with what looked to be sentient Jell-O, my thoughts kept returning to Chara and our conversation. 'I had thought that everyone would hate me because I was gay, but Chara… she not only proved me wrong, but still wanted to remain partners. Maybe, we could be more than just partners.' My blush deepened as I remember that hug that Chara gave me, once I was back on the upper level, I started at the cracked floor and remembered how the leaves were laid out. I walked over the very edge of the room, touching the wall, before putting a cautious step forward, and no breaks in the tiles yet.

'Okay, so far, so good.' I thought to myself while Chara kept a close eye on me. It felt nice to have someone care about me like she and mom do. I continued to walk down the path that I was on, until I saw another sign up ahead, carefully taking one step at a time.

I made it to the sign, which Chara read for me because I still didn't understand monster language yet. "It says 'Didn't read the sign downstairs?'"

I looked at Chara in disbelief and I asked, "Mom?"

She simply nodded in agreement, no need to answer with words at this point. We finally made it to the next room where we found three more rocks and three more pressure plates. Starting from the top and working my way down, I pushed the two rocks into place without a problem, but when I went to move the third one, it spoke. Yes, you heard that right, a ROCK SPOKE.

"WHOA there, pardner! Who said you could push me around?" The rock said in surprise.

I stood up straight and said, "I'm sorry, but could you move for me, please?"

I heard loud laughter coming from Chara, who said, "I can't believe that you're talking to a rock!"

Ignoring her, I heard the rock say, "HMM? So your asking me to move over?" I silently nodded and the rock said, "Okay, just for you, pumpkin."

Then the rock moved, by a foot, 'This is gonna take a while.' I thought to myself. "Excuse me, can you move a bit more, please?"

"HMM? You want me to move some more?" The rock asked me, as if it was a nuisance to even move for a little girl.

"Yes, please." I said as politely as possible.

"Alrighty, how's this?" He then moved again…in the wrong direction.

Meanwhile, Chara was laughing her dead ass off, I sighed and turned towards the rock and said, "Excuse me, but that wasn't right."

"HMM? That was the wrong direction?" The rock asked me.

"Yes, can you please go to that pressure plate for me?" I asked as politely as I could muster. When people say the expression 'It's like I'm talking to a rock' I can honestly say that, rocks are more stubborn.

"Okay, think I got it." The rock said, then he moved onto the pressure plate, allowing the spike to drop.

I sighed in relief as I was able to leave the room now, I walked towards the bridge, only to have Chara pull me back just in time to watch the spikes shoot out of the bridge again. I was breathing heavily, holding my chest, as I turned to Chara and said, "Thanks' Chara."

The ghost girl nodded at me, then turned to glare at the rock and yelled, "YOU IDIOT! YOU COULD HAVE KILLED HER!"

But the rock didn't respond, so I walked up to it and said, "Excuse me, but when I asked to move to the pressure plate, I meant for you to not move from there."

"HMM? You wanted me to STAY there?" The rock asked me, almost as if he, it, they, were tired.

"Yes you idiot!" Chara yelled at him, which he promptly didn't hear.

I decided to speak before Chara found a way to throw the rock into the water. "Yes, I need to cross the bridge and I can't do that unless you're on the pressure plate."

I heard the rock sigh, how can a rock sigh? It has no lungs! Deciding to ignore the strangeness of it all, I paid attention as the rock said, "You're giving me a real workout, you know that, kid?" But the rock still moved back to the pressure plate, allowing me to pass once again.

I waved goodbye to the rock and said, "Thank you, Mr. Rock. Have a great day." Although, I could have sworn that I heard the rock mumble something under its…breath? I think I heard it say, 'What a drag.' But I had no idea why it said that. 'The rock is probably just really lazy, polite, but lazy.' After passing over the bridge, we entered into a new room, a long hallway, with a mousehole, a piece of cheese on a table, and another Save Point.

I walked towards the mousehole, and heard a soft squeak, then I walked over to the table tried moving the cheese, but it wouldn't move, at that, Chara said, "This cheese has been here quite a long time. It's stuck to the table…"

Hearing her talk like this brought a smile to my face, then I went to the Save Point and touched it, then I heard Chara say, "Knowing the mouse might one day leave it's hole and get the cheese…It fills you with determination."

I smiled softly at her, then we proceeded to walk into the next room, only to stop and stare at the ghost that was lying down in front of us. It looked like those old bedsheet ghosts that kids used to dress up as. I walked up to the ghost, when I heard Chara say, "zzzzzzzzzzzzzzz… zzzzzzzzzzzzzz… zzzzzzzzzz… (are they gone yet) zzzzzzzzzzzzzzz… This ghost keeps saying 'z' out loud repeatedly, pretending to sleep."

I blinked a few times at this strange ghost, then Chara asked, "Move it with force?" I watched as the depressed looking floated upwards and stared at me. "Here comes Napstablook." Chara said with that cheeky grin on her face.

I selected ACT and chose to Check on Napstablook, that was when Chara said, "NAPSTABLOOK – ATK 10 DEF 10. This monster doesn't seem to have a sense of humor…"

But, when I was about to retort on how rude that was, Napstablook said, "oh, i'm REAL funny."

That was when me and Chara both said, "WAIT! YOU CAN HEAR HER/ME!?"

Before we could get an answer, Napstablook started attacking me, with his tears, at first they seemed harmless, but that was when some hit me, and it burned like acid. "Ouch!" I cried out in surprise.

This seemed to cause Napstablook to stop attacking, and Chara said, "Napstablook is wishing they weren't here."

Hearing this, I gave the timid looking ghost a patient smile, which seemed to make the shy ghost a little happier, at least, that was until Napstablook said, "REALLY NOT FEELING UP TO IT RIGHT NOW. SORRY."

But Chara's voice settled me down as she said, "Napstablook looks just a little better. Why not try telling them a joke?"

I decided to try just that and asked, "Hey, Napstablook, why do ghosts have such a hard time getting dates?"

Napstablook looked at me and he said, "i've heard one like this before, was it because they didn't have the spirit to ask anyone?"

I actually chuckled at this and said, "That is a good one, Napstablook, but no. It's because they had nobody to ask."

Hearing this made the nervous ghost smile softly at me, and I saw that Chara seemed to have enjoyed my joke as well. I dodged more of Napstablook's tears, when Chara said, "Cheering seems to have improved Napstablook's mood again." Then Chara said, "Napstablook wants to show you something."

I looked over to Chara and smiled at her, then I turned to Napstablook and said, "We would be honored to see what you have, Napstablook."

Blooky smiled weakly at us and said, "let me try…" He then started crying again, but instead of coming to attack me, they flew up to Blooky's head and formed a cute little top hat, to which he said, "i call it "dapper blook. do you like it…"

Chara looked at me and said, "Napstablook eagerly awaits your response."

I looked towards Chara, and we both nodded, then we said, "Blooky, we love it."

Hearing that caused Blooky to blush in embarrassment as he said, "oh, gee…" Once the FIGHT ended, Blooky said, "i usually come to the RUINS because there's nobody around… but today i met two nice people… oh, i'm rambling again. i'll get out of your way."

Chara was about to stop him, but Blooky was already gone. "Damn. I wanted to ask how he could hear me."

I looked towards Chara and said, "Maybe it's a ghost thing? You know, maybe ghosts can see and hear other ghosts, or something like that."

Chara nodded at me and said, "Yeah, that makes sense, I guess. So, which way should we go? Straight or up?"

I looked to where the cross roads were, then I said, "Let's see what's right in front of us before we check up ahead." I joked, which caused

We went into the next room, and we saw some spider webs and a sign, which Chara stated said, "Spider Bake Sale. All proceeds go to real spiders."

I decided to help out these little guys, and went to the smaller web, and a tiny spider held up a sign which Chara translated for me. "Will you leave 7G in the web?"

I looked at how much gold we had, and counted a total of 30G, so, I took out 7, and placed them carefully into the web. "Some spiders crawled down and gave you a donut." I walked towards the bigger web, and a slightly larger spider crawled across the web and held up a sign, which Chara translated, "Will you leave 18G in the web?" Doing the same thing as before, I counted up 18G before placing them carefully in the web. "Some spiders crawled down and gave you a jug."

I looked at the donut and the jug, which, if the label is right, says it's called Spider Cider, I left the Spider Bake Sale room, and was feeling hungry. I was going to eat the donut, but then I remembered that I had that Monster Candy. Chara floated up to me and she said, "Monster Candy. Heals 10 HP. Has a distinct, non-licorice flavor."

I unwrapped the candy and ate it, while I was chewing, I said, "Huh, tastes like licorice." Me and Chara then both started laughing at this, then as I went to swallow the candy, I felt it suddenly vanish.

I guess Chara must have noticed my confused expression, because she said, "Monster Candy, in fact, all monster made food, and drinks are made up of magic. Once they pass down your throat, they vanish into healing energy. Healing any and all kinds of damage that has been done to you. Coincidently, because it instantly turns into energy, there is nothing to digest, meaning you don't ever need to use a bathroom while you're down here."

"That's an interesting thing to know, Chara." I said to my spiritual narrator. Then I remembered the HP thing and asked, "Hey, Chara, what does HP mean? Because based on EXP and LOVE I doubt that it's as simple as 'Hit Points' right?"

Chara looked at me, almost as if she was curious about something, then she asked, "Can you summon your SOUL once more, please?"

I nodded, then I did what Chara had taught me, and in less time than before, I had my SOUL floating in front of me, Chara then floated in front of me, as she gave the red heart a long look, as if she was investigating it, then she said, "Well, Frisk, you are right, HP does not stand for 'Hit Points' but instead 'Hope Points.' What that means is, as long as you have even a shred of hope, and have a strong desire to live, you will have a decent amount of HP. Most humans have a base of 20 HP as long as they don't have any LV."

I nodded at this and said, "That makes sense." But I saw that Chara was frowning at my SOUL and I asked, "Uh, what's wrong, Chara?"

Chara looked at me with a small amount of worry in her eyes as she said, "Frisk, I don't know how to tell you this but, your maximum HP rests at 15."

My eyes widened and I asked, "Is that, bad, Chara?"

Chara shook her head and said, "Considering what you have went through, I would be more worried if it rested at 10. But at 15, while it's nothing to be dreadfully worried about, you should still be careful, because like I said before; Determination SOUL's greatest strengths are their ability to defy death. But that same Determination is their greatest weakness. As long as they stay determined, they can't be killed, but if they stop being determined, well, death is certain."

I swallowed hard at hearing that, Chara really didn't pull her punches when she's talking about stuff like this, but I think I like that about her. Unlike the people of Ebott Village, must have been named by Asgore, who all looked down on me for who I am, both in preferences in who I was attracted to, as well as my interest in monsters, caused them to despise me, but with Chara, she has been nothing kind and accepting of me, she is brutally honest with me, but she is also helping me through the Underground, and that is something I am grateful for.

Chara then looked down at my SOUL and said, "That being said, you should still be careful, Frisk. I understand that you didn't have such a great life with the humans, but that doesn't mean that you have to let them haunt you while you're down here."

Hearing this made me realize Chara really did care about me, so, I smiled brightly at her and said, "Thank you, Chara, that means a lot to me."

Chara floated close to me, then she rubbed my hair playfully, something that I wasn't used to, but not something that I minded in the slightest. Then she turned to the large doorway and asked, "How about we keep moving? It feels like we've been here forever."

I nodded and said, "Very well, let's get going." The next room we entered had three Froggits and another sign.

I walked up to the sign and Chara, being my 'narrator' read, "Did you miss it? Spider Bake Sale down and to the right. Come eat food made by spiders, for spiders, of spiders!"

I walked up to the first Froggit, which ribbited, and Chara said, "Ribbit, ribbit. *sigh* My friends never listen to me. Whenever I talk, they skip my words by pressing B. That's right…. Pressing B… …. Well, at least you listen to me."

I was confused as to what that frog was on about, so I went to the next frog who, according to Chara said, "Ribbit, ribbit. I heard using 'borders' can add some color to the world. It seems you can choose them in the 'Settings' menu before you load your game. However, there isn't a frog-themed border. So it's just pointless. Ribbit."

As we walked away, I turned to Chara and said, "I think we found who wrote that strange sign earlier."

"You mean that one that told us how to read signs?" Chara asked me.

I nodded silently as we walked up to the last Froggit who said, "Ribbit, ribbit. I have heard you are quite merciful, for a human…" Gee, that totally didn't sound offensive to me at all. "Surely you know by now a monster wears a YELLOW name when you can SPARE it. What do you think of that?"

Okay, I didn't know that, but… "I find it very helpful." I said truthfully to the Froggit.

"It is rather helpful. Remember, sparing is just saying you won't fight. Maybe one day, you'll have to do it even if their name isn't yellow." Chara translated to ribbits of the Froggit.

As we walked away from that last Froggit and left the room, I turned to Chara and asked, "Did you understand anything that those Froggits have said?"

Chara shook her head and said, "No idea."

Before we were able to make it past the doors entrance, a strange creature that was pretty much an eye with arms and legs, and large teeth appeared in front of us. "Loox drew near!" Chara instantly replied at the new arrival.

I selected ACT and selected Check, which Chara said, "Loox – ATK 6 DEF 6. Don't pick on him. Family name: Eyewalker."

I held back the laughter at the name, for fear of retribution, and the fact that the Loox then said, "Don't pick on me." He then started his attack, which, after enough time, I was able to dodge.

Chara then said, "Loox gnashes its teeth."

I gave the Loox a gentle smile as I said, "Don't worry, I'm not gonna pick on you."

"Finally someone gets it." Loox replied with a small smile on his face, before he started his attack once more.

After his attack ended, Chara narrated, "Loox is staring right through you."

I smiled warmly and I said, "Loox, I have chosen to SPARE you." Loox smiled back before leaving.

"YOU WON!" Chara's cheerful voice cried out, "You earned 0 EXP and 5 gold."

But, before we were able to even move an inch, my phone started ringing, I picked it up and said, "Hey, mom."

"Hello?" Mom's voice came through the speakers, "I just realized that it has been a while since I have cleaned up. I was not expecting to have company so soon. There are probably a lot of things lying about here and there. You can pick them up, but do not carry more than you need. Someday you might see something you really like. You will want to leave room in your pockets for that." And with that, the phone went silent.

"Okay, I am starting to think that mom is being a little over dramatic right now." I said to Chara while looking down at this old phone.

Chara nodded lightly and she said, "Yeah, you might be right about that, Frisk. But, c'mon, we're almost at the end of the ruins."

I turned to the stone plaque and attempted to make out the words myself, "Let's see, uh…"

Chara floated up beside me and asked, "You want me to read it, Frisk?"

I didn't want to keep relying on Chara to read for me, but this language was beyond me, so I sadly nodded and said, "Yes please."

I felt Chara rubbing my head as she said, "Hey, don't be so down in the dumps, Frisk. It took me a few months before I was able to pick up the ancient language of the monsters. You handle getting through the puzzles, and I'll handle translating for you." I nodded reluctantly, as Chara said, "There is only one switch. That's what it says, Frisk. Where do you want to start?"

I looked around and simply entered the pitfall that was closest to the sign, and the room was completely empty, besides what looked to be a carrot, I went to pull it out of the ground, when it suddenly attacked. "Vegetoid came out of the earth!"

I blinked at this strange carrot monster and selected ACT and used Check, and Chara said, "VEGETOID -ATK 6 DEF 6. Serving size: 1 Monster. Not monitored by the USDA."

"Uh, what does that mean, Chara?" I asked Chara, but she didn't answer me.

Instead I got the Vegetoid saying, "Part Of A Complete Breakfast!" It then started pelting me with carrots, many of which it tried to avoid.

Once the deranged carrot monster was done, I heard Chara say, "Vegetoid cackles softly."

I turned to her and asked, "Chara, any tips on how to handle this one? Please?"

Chara looked at me with a gentle smile and she said, "Pat your stomach, it will cause the Vegetoid to fire GREEN carrots, eat those and you can be healed of any damage that has been dealt to you."

Deciding to trust Chara, I patted my stomach, and I watched as the Vegetoid smiled widely, then Chara said, "You pat your stomach. Vegetoid offers a healthy meal."

"Eat Your Greens." The living carrot said to me as he pelted me with more carrots, but I saw a single GREEN carrot, and I grabbed it and ate it, and, even though I don't really like vegetables, it tasted really good.

I turned to Vegetoid, and with I smile I said, "Thank you for the meal, I have chosen to SPARE you."

And with that, the Vegetoid buried itself underground once more and Chara said, "YOU WON! You earned 0 EXP and 4 gold."

After looking around, I noticed that there was nothing else in the room, so I climbed up the stairs that were nearby, then I went towards the pitfall that was directly across from the one I had just fallen into. After landing on the dried leaves, I noticed something across from me, it looked like an old, red ribbon.

I picked it up and Chara said, "You found a Faded Ribbon."

I looked at the ribbon and asked, "Did this belong to you, Chara, by any chance?" I was terrified of the implications that would be realized if she didn't own this ribbon.

And, to confirm my fears, Chara shook her head and said, "No, Frisk. In fact, I've never seen that ribbon before in my life. Why?"

I swallowed hard as I asked, "Did I ever tell you of the other kids who disappeared around this mountain before me?"

Chara's eyes widened in shock as she asked, "You mean, there were others?"

I nodded solemnly as I said, "Yes, six others before me. Four boys and two girls. The first was a young boy around the age of fourteen, named Nathen Malark. He vanished more than thirty years ago while on a bike ride with some of his friends. The second was Triston Dinklage, he was sixteen when he vanished, it was just two years after Nathen disappeared, people say that he came to this mountain on a dare, no one has seen him since."

I had to stop for a moment as I remembered how each of these kids vanished, it was all over the news, history books, everything, I had read everything about these kids, part of my own interest/fascination of the mountains history.

"The third was a little girl named Amanda Belrose, she was only seven years old, she had a fascination of gardening and all things regarding plants. She heard of a special golden flower that only blooms around here and wanted to find it herself. She went missing just ten years after Triston. A year later, a young boy named Mike Denbrough, age thirteen, he looked after Amanda until she went missing, after a year had passed and she hadn't turned up, Mike went to investigate the mountain, and like the others before him, he never returned."

I watched as Chara's face grew more and more pale as I spoke, but I knew I had to continue, "After Mike vanished, that was the time that the tale of the mountain began, about how people, specifically kids, vanish when they go exploring the mountain. Then, two years later was when a twelve-year-old boy named Justin Quinn decided to investigate the mountain himself. He was a very intelligent kid but believed that there was more to the story than what others have told and wanted to investigate the place himself. But, no one has seen him since."

I took a deep breath, because the next kid who vanished, happened very recently, "Lastly there was Tiana Grey, she vanished very recently, say about a year ago. She was twelve years old. The story around town said that her mother was supposed to show up for her dance recital, but when she didn't show, Tiana ran away, and many believe that she ran towards Mt. Ebott. And now, here I am, holding an old ribbon, that looks like it has been here for at least a decade, you thinking what I'm fearing?"

I watched as Chara swallowed hard, as she said, "Are you saying that, these kids were…killed while they were down here?"

I shook my head and said, "No, all I know is that these kids vanished over the course of thirty years. So, while I won't throw out the idea that they could have been killed, either on purpose or accidentally by a monster…"

I watched as Chara seem to glare at the idea, but then I said, "But I won't throw out the idea that they are either still alive down here, or they died accidental deaths. Hell, for all I know, this probably just fell down from above ground. The only thing that I know for certain is that, in the past thirty years, kids have vanished while being around Mt. Ebott, and now I found a Faded Ribbon. I won't say that I blame the monsters if they did kill these kids."

Chara looked at me in sadness, then she asked, "Why didn't you say anything earlier?"

I laughed humorlessly and asked, "When would that be a good time to talk about THAT? 'Hey, Chara, you know how I fell down here not to long ago? Well, did you know that six other kids may have fallen down here and died?' Yeah, because that's a good conversation starter."

Chara's POV

As much as I hated to admit it, Frisk was right, I have been dead for at least a hundred years, so maybe talking about other kids, who may or may not have died down here wouldn't have been a good way to start a conversation. I looked down to the ribbon that Frisk held, and I asked, "So, what do you want to do with that ribbon, Frisk?"

Frisk looked up at me, then back down at the ribbon, and she said, "I, I would like to see if there is anything else that the kids might have had, something that they must have dropped, and, if possible, return to them. If they're still alive, but, if they aren't, then…" I could see that Frisk was looking sadly down at the ribbon, before she tightened her fist around it and said, "Then, I would like to place their possessions with them in their graves, that is, if the monsters were respectful enough to actually give them proper graves. It's the least I could do for them."

I had to give it to Frisk, instead of being enraged at the possible idea that the monsters could've killed the kids, she instead wants to return whatever possible possessions that the kids owned, to them. I floated down to Frisk and said, "Frisk, dear," The young girl looked up at me as I said, "that is a very sweet thing to do, and I would be proud to assist you in returning the kids items to them. But, at the moment, I think they would like YOU to utilize them to help you on your adventure."

Frisk looked up at me with wide eyes and asked, "Are you sure that they wouldn't mind, Chara?"

I nodded and said, "Frisk, I am certain that, if the kids were here, they would be honored to assist you in any way they can. And if that means lending you their most cherished possessions, then who are you to deny their help. Who knows, maybe we'll see them one day, and you can return the items to them. What do you say?"

Frisk seemed to smile softly at this, and she said, "Can you help me put it in my hair, Chara?"

"Sure thing, Frisky." I said with a pleasant smile as she handed me the ribbon and I said, "Faded Ribbon – Armor DF 3. If you're cuter, monsters won't hit you as hard." Frisk lightly giggled at that, she was also sporting a cute blush, definitely teasing material right here, but I'll save that for later, then I had Frisk turn around so I could help tie the ribbon in her hair, once I was done I asked, "Well, what do you think, Frisk?"

Frisk twirled around and said, "Well, I definitely FEEL cuter. How about you, Chara? Do YOU think I'm cuter?" She then started flashing her eyelashes at me and caused me to blush at her relentless flirting.

"Careful, you're getting real, Frisky, there with your flirting, kiddo. Because you may make me want to squeeze those cute cheeks of yours." I playfully flirted back, causing her to blush a deep red that matched her eyes. "Oh, you are so adorable, I could just eat you up, Frisk!" I said as I playfully rubbed her hair.

Frisk then blushed an even deeper shade of red as she stuttered out, "Yo-you're ju-just sa-saying th-that, Ch-Chara."

I softly smiled at Frisk and I said, "Frisk, why would I lie about something like that?"

Frisk started twiddling her thumbs as she softly said, "Because, you're being nice. No one would really find me cute, especially since…"

I decided to place a caring hand on her shoulder, causing her to lock eyes with me, and it was then that I saw how much fear was in her eyes. 'My god! Her village broke her. It's not just that they mentally abused her for being gay, they also convinced her that no one would actually find her cute!'

I brought Frisk into a deep hug and said, "Frisk, no matter what, always remember that, I'll always be here to comfort you, and forget what those bastards of people who call themselves humans have told you. What matters most isn't what everyone thinks about you. It's what those who you cherish think about you. And let no one else tell you that you aren't cute. Because to me, you really do look cute."

Frisk looked at me in wide eyed surprise, before she jumped on me without any warning, then she kissed me on the cheek, causing me to blush deeply, at the sudden show of affection, then she blushed in embarrassment and said, "That's for making me feel better, Chara."

I smiled softly at Frisk and said, "Think nothing of it, Frisky. Now then, how about we keep moving? Where do you wish to investigate next?"

Frisk looked towards the pitfall right next to us and said, "How about we try that one?"

I looked over to the pitfall and said, "All right, besides, we might as well check all of them. Who knows we might find something interesting, right, Frisky?"

Frisk nodded, then she fell down the next pitfall, and I followed shortly after her, and we soon find a familiar looking bedsheet ghost lying down on the leaves. "Blooky? Is that you?" I asked the only other being who can see me. "What are you doing here?"

To which the ghost said, "i fell down a hole… now i can't get up…" Me and Frisk looked at one another in confusion as Blooky said, "go on without me…"

"Uh, you do know that you're a ghost, right?" I asked the depressed ghost.

"wait, ghosts can fly, can't they…" Both me and Frisk nodded silently as Blooky said, "oh well…" Then he vanished into thin air.

"HEY, WAIT!" But it was too late, Blooky was gone once again. "Damn! I just wanted to ask about being a ghost."

"Well, maybe we'll see him again somewhere along our travels, Chara. You could ask him then." Frisk told me, giving me that cheerful smile of hers.

I nodded, then I asked, "Well, shall we keep moving?" Frisk nodded, and we proceeded to search the last three holes, besides finding the lever to lower the spike trap, and encountering another Moldsmal and a Migosp who was with the wrong crowd, and another Vegetoid, we didn't find much of anything else of interest.

The next room seemed to be, odd, if the plaque "The far door is not an exit. It simply marks a rotation in perspective." Was anything to go by, it was a weird room, to be certain, something that I couldn't explain, even if I tried. Soon we reached a fork in the road, so to speak, we decided to see what the path to the left leads to, and we found another Froggit, who said, "Ribbit, ribbit. Just between you and me… I saw Toriel come out of here just a little while ago. She was carrying some groceries. I didn't ask what they were for… We're all too intimidated to talk to her. Ribbit."

Frisk looked at me and asked, "Do YOU know what she's up to?"

"Yes I do." I told her truthfully. But I had a large smile on my face, because I knew that this was going to be a good surprise for the girl.

But it appears that she wanted to know more, "Can you tell me, then?"

I smiled at her playfully and asked, "And ruin the surprise? I don't think so, Frisky." I then pointed to the doorway and said, "C'mon, you want to see what's through here, don't ya?"

Frisk followed me up a flight of stairs and she gasped in shock at the sight before her. "Welcome to Home, Frisk. The place where all monsters once lived."

Frisk was speechless at the sight before her, buildings as far as the eye could see, and a castle in the center of it all. I then noticed that Frisk seemed to have found something. I floated over to her and asked, "Hey, Frisk, what did you find?"

Frisk carefully held up a plastic, toy knife and said, "This."

I gasped in shock and said, "Frisk, you do know what that is, right?"

Frisk nodded, then she said, "Yes, but, I think it belonged to the same person who owned the ribbon, Chara."

"What makes you so certain, Frisk?" I asked the young girl.

Frisk pointed to the handle and said, "Look, it has something etched onto the handle."

I carefully looked at where Frisk was pointing and saw that the name 'Amanda' was etched into the handle. "I guess that means that both the ribbon and the toy knife belong to Amanda. So, that does mean that, at least at one point, Amanda was here." I watched as Frisk swung the knife around harmlessly, but I said, "Frisk." She looked at me, still holding onto the knife, and for a moment, I saw it covered in dust, before it becoming clean once more. I swallowed my fear as I said, "Frisk, I want you to promise me that you will never use that against a monster, do you understand me? Because, as I said before about a branch, a single strike from anything, even a toy knife, could kill a monster."

I watched as Frisk stiffen up a bit, before she went into that satchel that she was carrying and pulled out what looked to be a roll of medical wrappings, before tearing off a small amount, and wrapping it around the knife, and putting it away. "I made a promise that I wouldn't harm any monster, and I intend to keep that promise."

I smiled at Frisk and said, "I'm happy to hear that. C'mon, we're pretty much at our destination."

Frisk followed me as I walked towards the exit of the ruins, and there it was, that old home that I had spent at least a few months here, before moving to New Home until I… 'No, it's all in the past. That was then, this is now. And I'll be damned if I let something happen to this girl. I may hate humanity, but this girl seems to be the only exception. And I won't allow any harm to come to her. She's already had enough done to her, she deserves all the happiness in the world.'

I watched as Frisk approached the large tree in the center of the room, when mom's voice spoke out from behind it, "Oh dear, that took longer than I thought it would." Mom then walked out of the house and stopped at the tree, before pulling out her phone and began calling Frisk, before she noticed her in the hallway.

She quickly ran up to Frisk and asked, "How did you get here, my child? Are you hurt?" She noticed a few cuts and bruises, but nothing life threatening, before saying, "There, there, I will heal you. I should not have left you alone for so long."

Frisk shook her head and said, "Nonsense. I had fun while traveling through the ruins, and I even made a few friends while I was at it."

Mom seemed to smile softly at this, before shaking her head and said, "Still, it was irresponsible to try to surprise you like this."

Frisk looked up at mom in confusion as she asked, "What do you mean, 'surprise me,' mom?"

Mom instantly began blushing, before saying, "Err…" She then smiled brightly at Frisk and happily said, "Well, I suppose I cannot hide it any longer. Come, small one!"

Mom then ran up ahead, and Frisk looked at me and asked, "Are you ready, partner?"

I nodded at Frisk and said, "Whenever you are, partner."

Together, we headed towards the house, but first Frisk looked at the large tree that was bare and had its leaves all on the ground. "Every time this old tree grows leaves, they fall right off." I said, remembering the days me and Azzy played under this tree, before we moved to New Home.

"Huh, guess that's where all those leaves that broke my fall came from." Frisk said, pointing out the connection between the leaves from this tree and the others.

I nodded, then I noticed another Save Point and said, "Hey, Frisk! Save Point at twelve o clock."

She looked up and saw the golden star, she walked up to it and I said, "Seeing such a cute, tidy house in the Ruins gives you determination."

Frisk smiled softly at hearing this, then we both entered the house, it was exactly as I remembered it, then mom said, "Do you smell that?" Frisk stopped where she stood, before sniffing the air around her, and I saw her eyes widened, that was when mom said, "Surprise! It is butterscotch-cinnamon pie."

"Or as I like to call it, ButtsPie!" Frisk silently giggled at this, and her smile was brighter than the sun, and knowing that this may have been the first time that she has had anything close to motherly love in her life, I smiled at her. 'That is the look that should be on a young girls face, not worry or fear, but happiness, true happiness."

"I thought we might celebrate your arrival. I want you to have a nice time living here. So I will hold off on the snail pie for tonight." Mom said while smiling at Frisk.

The reaction to hearing her signature snail pie was instantaneous. Frisk looked like she was going to hurl, which was my same reaction when I first heard that. But, before I was going to respond, mom happily said, "Here, I have another surprise for you."

Mom then led Frisk to the hallway on the right, and she said, "Here it is…" She then gently grabbed Frisk's hand and led her to the first door and said, "A room of your very own. I hope you like it!" Mom then rubbed Frisk's head gently before sniffing the air and asked, "Is something burning…? Um, make yourself at home!"

At that, mom ran off into the kitchen, I looked to Frisk and asked, "Well, what do you think, Frisk?" But I saw tears in Frisk's eyes and asked, "Frisk? What's wrong? Are you hurt? Why are you crying?"

Frisk shook her head and said, "No, it's not that. These aren't tears of sadness or pain, they're tears of joy. I never had anyone care this much about me, that they would instantly allow me to live with them. I just…it's just too much is happening so quickly."

I smiled at Frisk at hearing that, then I said, "Want to take a look at your new room, or do want to do some exploring first?"

Frisk silently turned and headed down the hall and walked towards the second door, when we went in, I saw that it was moms room, covered in bright blue pain, a queen-sized bed, bookshelves filled with books, and much more.

Frisk walked up to mom's desk and found her looking at mom's diary. "It's mom's diary. Read the circled passage?" I watched as Frisk hesitated for a single moment, before nodding, I smiled and said, "Why did the skeleton want a friend?" Frisk shrugged her shoulders as I said, "Because she was feeling BONELY…"

Frisk held back her giggles as I shook my head while smiling lightly. 'Who knew mom liked terrible puns?' I looked down at the page and said, "The rest of the page is filled with jokes of similar caliber."

Frisk walked up to the bookcase and pulled out one of the many books and I said, "It's an encyclopedia of subterranean plants. You open to the middle… 'Typha' A group of wetland flowering plants with brown, oblong seedpods. Known more commonly as 'water sausages.'" Wait, that's what those plants outside in the hallway are. I thought those looked familiar.

Frisk walked over to the cactus in the corner of the room and I said, "Ah, the cactus. Truly the most tsundere of plants."

Frisk turned to me with a smile and she said, "You're enjoying this much more than you should be, you know that, right, Chara?"

I smiled oh, so innocently before saying, "I have no idea what you're talking about, Frisk." Frisk then rolled her eyes, before taking a look in the bucket that was just to the side of mom's desk. "It's just a regular old bucket…of snails."

Frisk simply shook her head and softly said, "You're weird, Chara."

I smiled at the girl before we left mom's room to continue our little adventure at home, Frisk walked up to the third and final door, this one had a sign on it that said, "Room under renovations."

Frisk shook her head, before noticing the mirror, and looked at herself. I noticed that I didn't see my reflection, but that was to be expected, me being a ghost and all, so, I simply said, "It's you!"

Frisk shook her head, before heading back to the room that mom said was hers, she extended her hand before hesitating, not certain what to see in the room before her, but I gently grabbed her hand, letting her know that she's not alone on this, then together, we opened the door to her, to OUR new room and stepped inside.

It was light red, a single bed, a lamp in the far-left corner, and a toybox. Frisk walked up to the toybox and I said, "Look at all these cool toys!" But Frisk didn't seem too impressed by them, so I said, "They don't interest you at all."

Frisk shook her head, before yawning very loudly, I lightly giggled, while Frisk blushed in embarrassment, "Hey, we have been traveling for a long time, I think you earned a nice long rest, don't you agree?"

Frisk nodded as she said, "Yeah, I guess so." She then walked over to the lamp, and turned it off, then she placed her satchel on the bed frame and walked to the bed and slid under the covers. Before she closed her eyes, she blushed rather cutely before asking, "Do, uh, do you want to share the bed with me, Chara?"

She was just so cute, looking at me with crimson-colored cheeks, then I decided to tease her just a little bit, "Why, Frisk, asking another girl to sleep in the same bed as you, have you no shame?" I asked with a fake gasp of surprise.

This had the intended reaction, as Frisk started blushing up a storm, and she became a stuttering mess. "Wha-What? N-no, th-that's not…"

I lightly rubbed her head and softly said, "Aw, c'mon, Frisky, you seem to be able to flirt like a pro, but you can't handle it when someone flirts with you?" She then started to hide under the blankets, then I said, "Scootch over, Frisky."

"Wha-what?" Frisk asked me.

"I said, scootch over, I don't mind sharing the bed with you." I said truthfully. Wanting to make Frisk feel as comfortable as possible. After all, it was just like a sleepover.

Frisk smiled brightly at me, before pushing herself back in the bed a bit, and I snuggled up next to her, and I heard her squeak, I looked at her in the eyes and I said, "Sleep tight, Frisk, after all you've been through, you deserve it."

Frisk slowly wrapped her arms around before whispering, "Chara, thank you for being so supportive to me. You're a true friend."

I smiled and gently gave her a kiss on the forehead as I said, "Don't mention it, kiddo."

"What is our next step after this, Chara?" Frisked asked me, sleep deep in her voice.

"Sleep first, we'll worry about what's next when you wake up. So, for now, rest." Frisk didn't seem to have the energy to make anymore complaints, as her breathing soon became slow, and even, signaling that she has fallen asleep.

I looked down at the sleeping kid holding onto me tightly, like I was the only thing keeping her on the bed. I gently rubbed Frisks head as I thought, 'Oh, Frisk. You sweet, innocent, little flower, you. I know that one day you will learn that, unless you have a monster's SOUL along with your human SOUL, you will forever be stuck here.'

"Six, right? We just have to get six… And we'll do it together, right?"

I closed my eyes and thought, 'Why did I ever think that was such a good idea? Look what it did to me. I'm dead and Asriel is… I can't believe that it happened. Because of my own hatred against humanity, I got Ree killed. That's why my revival HAS to be kept a secret from mom and dad. If they were to know, all it would do is bring back terrible memories. Oh, Ree, why didn't I listen to you? If I didn't try to force you to fight back, sure I would still be dead, but at least you'd still be alive.'

I closed my eyes for a few seconds, but I must have fallen asleep, because when I opened my eyes, there was a slice of pie sitting in the middle of the room. I turned to face Frisk, and saw that she was still sleeping, but she had a soft smile on her face. I lightly placed a hand on Frisk's shoulder and gently began shaking her, while softly said, "Oh, Frisk. Hey, Frisk."

Frisk groaned softly before saying, "Oh, five more minutes…"

I chuckled at Frisk, before softly saying, "C'mon, Frisky, we have to get up. We still have a mission to accomplish, don't we?"

I watched as Frisk's eyes slowly opened up and she stared at me, "Oh, what time is it?"

I shook my head and said, "Hard to tell, down here. What I do know, is that today's the day we've got to go."

"Go?" Frisk asked in confusion. "Go where?"

I rubbed her head as I said, "Did you forget that we still have a mission to free all the monsters in the Underground? We can't do that if we stay here. Which means, you're going to have to convince mom to show you how to leave the Ruins."

I watched as Frisk slowly sat up on her bed, before sniffing the room, and asked, "Hey, what's that smell?"

I pointed towards the pie on the floor and said, "Mom made her famous Butterscotch-Cinnamon Pie. Or as I call it, ButtsPie." Frisk got out of the bed and picked up the pie. "If you're not hungry right now, that's okay. Monster Food never spoils, never goes bad, and never expires. So, you could basically have it in your bag for months and it will still be as good as the day it was made."

Frisk seemed to nod at this and opened up her satchel and gently placed the pie inside, probably going to save it for another time before throwing the satchel over her shoulder. We then walked out to the living room, and found mom sitting in her chair, then I had a sudden thought, "Hey, Frisk, before you talk to mom, can you go and check the fridge for me?" Oh, please let there be chocolate in the fridge.

Frisk, deciding to humor me, walked into the kitchen and she opened up the fridge and I saw it, "YES! SHE STILL HAS CHOCOLATE! AWESOME!"

Frisk covered her ears and softly said, "Hey, Chara, not so loud, please? Mom may not be able to hear you. But that doesn't mean that you can blow my eardrums off. Inside voice, please?"

I blushed brightly as I, in a much more softer voice, said, "Sorry, Frisk. You think you can grab me some chocolate, please?"

Frisk raised her eyebrow and she asked me, "Aren't you a ghost? Can you even eat chocolate?"

She wasn't wrong. "I know I may be a ghost but, can you just do this for me? Besides, if I do, somehow, get my body back, the first thing I want to taste is chocolate. And, if I don't get a body back, then, once we free the monsters, you can have it, okay?"

Frisk didn't answer me, instead, she opened her bag and put the chocolate inside it, I smiled at her, then I said, "Okay, now let's go try to convince mom to let us leave."

"This shouldn't be too hard, but, what should I say if she doesn't allow me to leave?" Frisk asked, a small hint of worry in her voice.

I knew that there could be a possibility that mom doesn't allow us to leave without a good reason, so I rubbed her head and said, "Well, just tell her that you want to go home. I know that you'd rather stay here, Frisk, but if we stay here, the monsters will be forever trapped. Sometimes, the best intentions, can cause the worst kind of pain. Does that make any sense, Frisk?"

Frisk softly nodded her head and said, "Yeah, that makes sense. I guess."

Frisk then walked up to mom, who was wearing her reading glasses and reading '72 Uses For Snails.' She then noticed Frisk and asked, "Up already, I see? Um, I want you to know how glad I am to have someone here."

'But, why are you here all alone, mom? What happened to dad?' I didn't really voice my question, because for some reason, I had a bad feeling about it.

"There are so many old books I want to share." Mom said happily to Frisk. "I want to show you my favorite bug-hunting spot. I've also prepared a curriculum for your education. This may come as a surprise to you…But I have always wanted to be a teacher… actually, perhaps that isn't very surprising." She then squinted her eyes as she said, "STILL." I chuckled at how mom was acting, at least she didn't change THAT much from when I last saw her. "I am glad to have you living here."

'I'm glad to have a nice place to call a home, and a woman to call a mom, even though she's a monster. I just wish that it would last a little longer.' I heard Frisk's thoughts, which made me feel somewhat terrible, the girl has finally found a place to call home, and I am pretty much forcing her to leave it.

That was when mom asked, "Oh, did you want something?"

I looked towards Frisk and I said, "Frisk, if you want, we can stay here a few days. Why don't you wait a few days and get some more rest, before you ask how to leave."

Frisk quickly responded and said, 'No, we have to do this. The monsters have been trapped down here for long enough.'

Mom looked down at Frisk and she asked, "What is it?"

Frisk took a deep breath, getting herself psyched up for what she is going to do, and she asked, "When can I go home?"

Mom blinked in surprise as she asked, "What? This… this IS you home now. Um… would you like to hear about this book I'm reading? It is called '72 Uses for Snails.' How about it?"

I knew that mom was a stubborn old goat, literally, then I said, "Remember, Frisk, she's just worried about you. But you have to try to get her to understand that you NEED to leave the ruins."

Frisk shook her head and said, "While I would like to spend more time here, mom, I want to know, how do I exit the Ruins?"

Mom began glancing sideways as she asked, "Um… How about an exciting snail fact? Did you know that snails… Make terrible shoelaces? Interesting."

I could tell that Frisk was really starting to lose her composer, when I gently placed my hand on her shoulder, giving her my support, and a bit more strength to try again. "Mom, how do I exit the Ruins? Please, tell me."

Mom put her book down on her chair and said, "…I have to do something. Stay here." She then quickly stood up and ran out of the room.

I was nervous about what she was doing, and it seemed like Frisk was going to follow her, until she went outside, "Uh, Frisk you're going the wrong way."

Frisk shook her head and walked over to the Save Point before saying, "Something tells me that, I should do this, just as a precaution."

I didn't fully understand what she had meant, after all, the Save Points are usually there to mark progress, that's why they are called save points. But, I chose to trust Frisk on this one. Once we got back inside, Frisk quickly ran downstairs, and we saw mom waiting in the hallway.

"You want to know how to return 'home,' do you not?" Without waiting for a response, mom said, "Ahead of us lies the end of the Ruins. A one-way exit to the rest of the underground. I am going to destroy it."

"WHAT!?" Both me and Frisk exclaimed in shock.

"Mom, you don't have to do this! Please, for once, listen to me! It's me, Chara! Your daughter!" But nothing, she couldn't hear me, and so, my voice fell only on Frisk's ears.

"No one will ever be able to leave again." Mom said stoically, "Now be a good child and go upstairs." Mom then walked up ahead of us.

I turned to Frisk and said, "Frisk, mom doesn't understand, but we can't let her destroy the exit, we have to stop her!"

Frisk nodded, then she ran to catch up with mom, once we did, mom said, "Every human that falls down here meets the same fate."

"No, there really were other humans that fell down here?" I asked out loud.

"The one who stayed here the longest was a young man who had terrible eyesight, he needed to wear glasses, he was a massive book worm. He promised me that he would be safe, and he would only view the other monsters from a safe distance, but once he reached Waterfall… I have seen it again and again. They come. They leave. They die. You naïve child… If you leave the Ruins… They… ASGORE… Will kill you."

"No! That's not true. Tell me that isn't true mom! Dad would never harm a kid! You have to be mistaken!" I cried out, not wanting to believe that to be true.

"I am only protecting you, do you understand? …go to your room." Mom said as she once again headed down the hall.

Frisk quickly ran after her, once we reached the corner of the hall, where mom was, mom said, "Do not try to stop me. This is your final warning." Even though, she didn't really sound so sure of herself.

And once more, we had to run after mom, we sound found ourselves at the very end of the hall, where a large purple, double sided doors stood proud, and mom stood before the door and said, "You want to leave so badly? Hmph. You are just like the others. There is only one solution to this."

"Talk things out like civilized people?" Frisk asked halfheartedly, even though she knew that wasn't really going to happen.

Mom shook her head and said, "Prove yourself… Prove to me that you are strong enough to survive!" It was then that the room turned dark, and Frisk's SOUL manifested in front of her.

I took a deep breath as I turned to Frisk and softly said, "Toriel blocks the way!"

I watched as Frisk placed her hand on the ACT button, and selected Check. I knew that I had to remain calm and collected as I said, "Toriel – ATK 80 DEF 80." I looked over to Frisk and weakly said, "Knows best for you."

Mom then started throwing fireballs at Frisk, she was taken by surprise at this, and got hit in the arm by twice by fireballs. I was slightly worried, because now Frisk's HP rested at 6. "Frisk, you have to defend yourself! If not, you could die!"

Frisk shook her head, so I rubbed my eye when I found that I was crying, I was scared for Frisk's safety. "Toriel prepares a magical attack. Please be safe, and please, don't hurt her."

Frisk stood up tall and held her arms wide open as she said, "I refuse to fight you, mom!"

Mom didn't answer and proceeded to launch more fireballs at Frisk. But this time, Frisk was ready for it, and began to dodge her attacks, but Frisk still refused to attack. "Toriel is acting aloof." I said, afraid of who to truly cheer for. 'Do I cheer for my mom, and hope that she doesn't hurt Frisk? Or do I cheer for Frisk, and trust that she isn't going to hurt mom? Damnit! Why did I have to be stuck to the one human that actually CARES for monsters, and not some idiotic one who would be easier to cheer for their loss?'

I looked down at Frisk, her cloths lightly singed, but nothing too bad, I clenched my chest, wishing that I still had my locket, because then I would have been able to at least feel comfort that Ree assuring me that things wouldn't go wrong. I watched as Frisk once again stood up tall and said, "I know that the monsters are trapped down here, and I want to help them, please, just let me go, mom."

"Ironically, talking does not seem to be the solution to this situation." I watched as Frisk continued to dodge more of moms magic, but she got struck right in her SOUL, bringing her HP down to one.

"Frisk! Please, eat something! You can't survive another hit!" I begged her, I was scared as to what might happen if she were to die, would mom absorb her SOUL and go fight dad, and take the six other human SOULs that I know he must have? If what mom said is true. Would I die once more? Either way, I was terrified, I think Frisk was just starting to feel like a real person, and now she's close to death. 'And it's all my fault!' I realized in great shock. 'I am the one who pushed her to leave the Ruins.'

Instead, Frisk extended her arms outwards, a weak, but bright smile on her face as she said, "I won't attack you, mom. I refuse. Nor will I run away. I made a promise that I would find a way to free the monsters, and I will keep that promise." Frisk then closed her eyes as she said, "I have lived with the humans for twelve years, but I never felt like I was one of them."

I knew that Frisk HATED to bring up her past, so, for her to be talking about it to Toriel, must mean that she's trying to convince her that she's strong enough to face the outside world. "In fact, I am an orphan, my mother died in childbirth, and my father died in a car crash. I never got to know my parents. And four months ago, I discovered that I was gay, found myself attracted to other females, but when I came out to the women who had taken care of me, who was like an older sister to me, she made me feel horrible, and soon, my entire village was looking at me in disgust, and the parents convinced their children to throw stones at me."

Frisk looked ready to start crying, and mom had stopped throwing fireballs at Frisk. Frisk then stood up tall, while holding her arm in pain, she fought through it and said, "I had finally had enough of them. So, during the storm last night, I ran to Mt. Ebott, hoping that I could escape the nightmares of humanity. And then, you saved me from that evil flower. And I met a person who shown me more kindness and love in one day, then anyone I have ever met. But, I need to do this. So, mom, please, stop this. It doesn't have to be like this."

Mom then began crying, then she looked down and said, "I know you want to go home, but…"

Frisk shook her head and said, "I am home, mom." Mom looked up in shock at hearing this, then Frisk said, "But, I can't sit back and watch as Monsters continue to spend their lives, miserable trapped underground."

Mom rubbed her eyes as she said, "Please, just please, go upstairs."

Frisk shook her head and said, "I can't. I just can't. I want to help the monsters down here. I want to help set them free."

Mom seemed to be trying to convince herself that what she is doing was right. "I promise I will take good care of you here."

Frisk smiled sadly at this, "I don't doubt that, mom. But I can't stay here. I wish I could, but…I feel like that this is something that I need to do."

Mom shook her head as she said, "I know we don't have much, but…"

"Mom, I don't care about the fancy things." Frisk said with a tearful smile, "All I care for are the simple things in life. And that's all that I could ask for."

Mom looked very sad at Frisk, "Why are you making this so difficult?" She asked Frisk, who looked sad at having to do this.

"Because, I can't just stand by and watch as monsters lose hope in seeing the light. I feel like, the answer to the monsters freedom is somewhere out there, but if I stay here…" Frisk said, tears falling onto the ground.

"Please, go upstairs." Mom said, her resolve slowly breaking.

Frisk shook her head and said, "I can't, I WON'T!" Mom was silent, unable to respond to something like that, and here I was, terrified as to what might happen. "Please, mom. Once I find a way to free the monsters, I'll stay with you. Just, please, let me do this."

"Ha ha…" Mom was starting to laugh at this, but I could see that she was still sad, "Pathetic, is it not? I cannot stop a single child."

Frisk rubbed her eyes and said, "It's not pathetic! You're just being protective! Like any caring mother would be!" Mom was silent again, as if, touched by Frisks kind words. "If that barrier was already gone, I would love nothing more than to just be here, with you, mom."

Mom shook her head and she said, "No. I understand. You would just be unhappy trapped down here. The Ruins are very small once you get used to them."

"That may be so, but I wouldn't mind. Not if it meant that I got to spend some time with someone who loves me very deeply." Frisk said to mom, and I was starting to see her true self. Someone who cares very deeply for others, and would do anything to make them happy, even if it means that she, herself, has to suffer for her own decision.

"Be as that may, it would not be right for you grow up in a place like this. My expectations…My loneliness…My fear… For you, my child…I will put them aside." With those final words, the FIGHT ended, and we returned to the normal world.

"If you truly wish to leave the Ruins…I will not stop you. However, when you leave…Please do not come back. I hope you understand." Mom said sadly. Frisk nodded as well, and the two shared a heartfelt hug, when the two separated, mom said, "Goodbye, my child."

Mom started leaving the room, when Frisk called out, "I promise you, once I break that barrier, I will come and find you, and we can go see the surface, together!" Mom didn't say anything, but I saw her smile softly at Frisk. "So, I won't say goodbye, instead, I'll just say, see you sometime soon, mom!"

Before mom was gone completely, I floated up to her and hugged her tightly, she seemed to have stopped in her tracks, and I whispered, "You may not be able to see me, or even hear me, but I promise you, I am here, and I will protect the kid with my entire essence. Nothing bad will happen to her. So, for one more time, mom, put your trust in me. Put your trust in your adopted daughter, one final time. Goodbye, mom. I love you."

Before I turned away to leave, I heard mom sniff in sadness as I heard her softly say, "Chara? If…if that was you, my child, please, just please, keep her safe. I don't want to lose another child. Because, I don't know if I'll be able to live with myself if another child was killed."

I was speechless at this, but I couldn't say anything, then she was gone, and I was left standing there in shock. 'Mom…I promise, I'll protect Frisk. What happened to me and Ree won't happen to Frisk. And I'll make sure that, no matter what, no matter what, nothing bad will happen to them. I won't make the same mistake twice.'

Thechaosmaster: Whoa boy, that was an epic chapter, 15,000 words, that's right, over 15,000 words. Now then, how about we get the biggest subject out of the way first, Frisk's backstory. Believe it or not, but I was actually starting to tear up writing it. That's right. I was TEARING Up while WRITING THE BACKSTORY! Did I make it too much? Possibly, but I wanted to make it tragic, before I hinted at what Frisk's life on the surface was like, but now I have shown you what she has went through. Also, Briana, just a name that I had come up with, same with the last names of the other humans. Also, please, please, PLEASE note that I do NOT use the word 'dyke' humorously. I used it the way I did to show just how single minded and arrogant the Undertale humans are.

I also have nothing against any kind of religion, even though I am not religious, nor catholic, or even an atheist, I have no religious backstory. But that does not mean that I am throwing shade on any religious people, that is the LAST thing I want to do. But I did it to show that, while my Frisk is still that cheerful and loving pacifist, she is also a very broken, and abused kid. I think that was why I decided to have it that in this story, I would have it that Frisk was gay, and why she would be afraid to even mention it to Chara, the girl whose SOUL is attached to hers.

And speaking of Chara, he backstory is just as tragic, in fact, you can almost see my backstory for Chara, to be why she became what she became in the Genocide run. Because it was HER OWN VILLAGE who tried to turn her into a monster killer. I swear, I'm only on the third chapter and I'm already shedding so much light on these two characters. Another note, how did Chara figure out Frisk was gay? Well… it is kinda obvious, even in the games, you can have Frisk flirt with almost every monster. And I decided that Frisk would be extremely flirty to those she's attracted to.

And, the Hinata styled stuttering? Well, her self-confidence has been slightly destroyed by her villagers. Now, I know that I may have kinda based Frisks backstory on Naruto's, but it is nothing, in the CANNON MANGA all that Konoha did to Naruto was ignore him. They denied his existence, and that caused him to become a prankster. Frisk had people who cared for her, the Orphanage Matron was like her older sister. But, once Frisk confided in her about her sexuality? Well… you get the point.

Next thing to talk about, HP or Hope Points, I read this in one of the many Undertale fanfics that I have read, but because I've read like, I don't know, like thirty of them in the past week ALONE I can't remember where I read it from, anyways, the reason why I chose 15 is because well, she had met Chara and Toriel. Chara became her guide/friend/partner through the Underground, and Toriel became the one thing Frisk never really had, a mother.

Now, some might wonder why Chara couldn't be touched by Frisk last chapter, only to have Chara playfully rub Frisks head, hug her, and kiss her on the forehead in this chapter. Well, they share the same SOUL, but they hadn't really had that friendship, at least, until Chara had Frisk admit that they were gay. Now, I may have written Chara as a bit of, tactless, but she has spent four years with monsters, and she tries to forget her days with humanity. And yeah, Chara's backstory ain't much prettier that Frisks. But I did show that, underneath her cold shell, she is a very caring person, which I think she really is in-game. She was willing to poison herself in order to help free monsterkind.

And, as for the timeline for the humans to have fallen down, I'm not certain which order they fell, or how long they had fallen before Frisk ended up in the Underground, there is only one name that is an Easter Egg, and that is Tiana Grey. While the first name ain't the EE, it is the last name, Grey, which IS the easter egg. She is meant to represent Jessica Grey's daughter from the AMAZING Animated Undertale AU series GlitchTale, I did this easter egg because GlitchTale is what got me into Undertale. So, watch it if you haven't or if you have, what was your favorite part, mine, was Love part 1, and Animosity. Camila Cuevas, oh, man! I have never found a more entertaining series to watch in my life.

Anyways, I think I have talked my head off long enough, please let me know what you guys and girls think about this new story. And do you all think about my interpretation of Frisk and Chara, later.

CHAOS CONTROL! ! !
