The Legend of Zelda Ocarina Of Time: A Twist of Fate: The Original

You see, this all came as a surprise to me. I thought I had saved the Deku Tree. But killing him? I never wanted to do that. Now I'm being f exiled rom the forest by Mido, Saria is no where to be found, and no one will speak up to defend me.

Tearful Goodbyes And Promises

The next morning Navi and I had to leave so we could find the princess of destiny. Even though we left early I was not very happy at the thought of leaving the only home I had ever known. I entered the bridge that would lead out of the forest but I was stopped by a familiar voice calling out to me, "So your leaving already Linkette?" Saria asked with teary eyes as I nodded sadly. "I knew that you would leave the forest someday Linkette, but that's okay, because we'll always be best friends right? And remember this is your home Linkette! Ohh and one mor thing before you leave hold on..." then Saria yelled as loud as she could, "HAY FADO!!! COMe OVER Here!" A few secons later Fado came running, she looked away from me embarrassed as she spoke sadly. "Linkette... I'm so sorry... I should have stood up for you, and..." she trailed off as I pulled the now crying girl into a comforting hug. "I'm sorry to Linkette!" Fado's fairy Medly spoke up as she landed on my shoulder. "Dawn and Willow are sorry to... I'll go get the two girls!" Saria said yelling once more. A brown haired girl came to the bridge followed by a red haired girl and two fairy's. Dawn's fairy was named Summer and Willow's fairy was named Lulu.

"We're sorry to Linkette!" I smiled kindly as Saria exclaimed. "You three finnally figured it out just now? Did your fairy's know?" At Saria's question they all smiled sheepishly. I smiled, because I knew I was now closer with three more Kokiri, then Willow said playfully. "You know Linkette, Dusk is sorry to... but he's to nervous to approach you, because he has a crush on you!" At that we all started chatting about girly stuff. Then Saria said. "But I'll call for his fairy... because if Midna comes, then that means Dusk has to follow!" we all grinned mischievously as Saria called for Dusk's fairy partner. As Dusk came running after his giggling fairy partner, he stopped in his tracks, and his face went bright red as he saw me. I tried my best to keep from laughing but I failed when the others started laughing. Then after we all calmed down I smiled Impishly as I spoke. "What's wrong Dusk? Are you to shy to tell me you're sorry?" I used a bit of sass, with made all of us go into another fit of giggles. "Hay! Link you're stalling aren't you? Come on we need to go!" I pouted childishly as I spoke. "Do you have to break the happy mood Navi?" I said turning away from my fairy in annoyance. "What!!! You're leaving the forest?" Willow exclaimed with teary eyes as she looked at me. "But we just all started having fun!" Dawn said as Fado nodded in agreement. I looked down at my feet as I gave them one final look, "I promise, I'll come and visit!" And with those final words I turned and ran out of the forest.

I ran out of the forest as tears still ran down my cheeks, I ended up tripping on my own feet as I fell to the ground sobbing. "W-why d-do I-I h-have to leave t-the Forest N-Navi?" I asked as I looked up at my fairy with tear stained cheeks. My fairy floated down to be level with my eyes as she spoke, "Link please calm down we need to find the princess of destiny so please... Link? Link!!!" Navi screeched as I began hyperventilating. I curled up into a ball as I cried myself to sleep a few hours later.

"Link! Come on! It's almost night, we need to find a place to stay, there are monsters at night!" I scrambled to my feet as Navi's words finally registered in my mind. "Hay! Link? What's with you, are you okay?" Navi asked as I silently nodded, I didn't trust my voice to speed, for if I did I would breakdown in tears once more. So with that, we quickly made our way to the dirt path, but I wondered away from it by accident and a bunch of stall children attacked me, I screamed in fright I brought out my sword as I slashed at them. I looked down at my sword, horrified at the sight of blood, I screamed once more as I fainted. The last thing I saw was Navi flying around me in a panic, as my whole world went dark.

I awoke a few hours later, in an unfamiliar room. I looked around in fright as the door opened, I jumped and I let out a startled. "Eep! W-who a-are you? A-and w-where's N-Navi?" I tried to hide but the person pulled my hand and I let out a startled scream. "Fairy Girl calm down please! I'm not going to hurt you." I calmed down as I looked up to see a red haired boy staring at me. I blushed as I looked away, Kokiri don't no that much outside of the forest. "I-I want t-to go home! I-I m-miss S-Saria!" I lowered my head as tears ran down my face once more. "Link! You're okay!" Navi's voice cheered as I curled up in a ball mumbling. "My name is L-Linkette!" Malone smiled as he said, "Linkette, that's a pretty name. Now Fairy Girl why are you crying?" Malone asked as he sat on the loft with me. Then before I could reply a knock came at the door and I hid behind Malone, "Oh good she's awake! What's you're name dear!" Me and Malone looked to see a tall and faired skinned woman with the same fiery red hair as Malone. "L-Linkette! I-It's L-Linkette!" I said shyly as I hid behind Malone further.

Later that day, Malone introduced me to a horse named Epona, and he even taught me Epona's Song. However once I lerned Epona's Song Malone spoke kindly. "Now Epona knows your a friend... and she knows that song is only for friends, now she won't leave you alone!" I laughed quiatly as Epona nipped at my emerald green hair. "Ouch! Malone? Why is Epona trying to eat my hair!" The red haired boy laughed as he spoke. "Maybe because she likes you... and she's not trying to eat it, Fairy Girl, that's how Epona shows affection for people she likes!" He said laughing as I silently scream for joy in my head, that I have another new friend.

The next morning, I awoke early so I could get to Hyrule castle, at around midday. So I quietly brushed my hair as I put my forest green headband on I herd a knock at the door. I jumped, but I soon relaxed as Malone entered. "Wow! You're up early Fairy Girl, are you going some where?" Malone asked as I finished putting on my forest green boots, I looked up at him. "I'm heading to Hyrule Castle, I was told by The Great Deku Tree to find the princess." I was still trying to get over the fact that our only father figure was dead. "Great Deku Tree? is that the forest guardian?" I nodded as he smiled. "I read a book about the Kokiri forest when I was really little, Ma never had seen a Kokiri until she met you Fairy Girl!" I smiled shyly as I ducked my head, "Well Navi and I better get going... it was very nice to meet you Malone! I hope we meet again." I bowed kindly to him as I left, it was a formal manner that I learned from The Great Deku Tree.
