While everyone was waiting for Monty Harper Emori Echo and Madi to arrive Octavia had her people start working on removing the rumble so they can find the entrance to the bunker. Bellamy left with the rover to go and pick up the others and bring them back.

As of now, Diyoza holds Eden and now that she has her army at full strength just like us, she will be guarding the liveable area. So, from now what's left of the grounders and Sky crew have to make do with the desert wasteland until a solid plan can come into play.

"You said we needed to talk," Niylah asks softly sitting down next to Clarke on a large piece of rubble. Everyone else is off being busy helping with the recovery or standing guard. Octavia Indra Abbey and Kane are off to one side making plans on how best to defeat Diyoza and rescue our people. They asked her for her input but she refused.

At the moment Diyoza thinks she's dead or will be shortly. That's an advantage they can use against her later. She needs to believe that Clarke was shot three times in the chest and died. She knows her moves far too well and if she was to get involved in the planning aspects of her tactics will show revealing that she didn't die from the bullets. At least that's what Clarke wants believes.

She just doesn't want anything else to do with that woman. She's had enough to last a lifetime.

Clarke lets out a deep sign hoping to breathe out some of the anxiety building within her at having this conversation. When she used to imagine about their reunion having this kind of talk was something she never thought would happen. Then again many man and woman also believe that they will never have to have this kind of conversation. Sadly, some do.

"Yeah, we do." Clarke says in a defeated tone ignoring the look of concern from Niylah she stands up and starts walking in the opposite direction to where everyone else is milling about. She doesn't need to look behind her to know that Niylah's following closely behind. Climbing up one of the sand dunes she takes a seat at the top so she can look down on everyone making sure no one can interrupt them. She also walked so far away so they can have some privacy for this conversation. Even if both of them start shouting the people gathered below them won't be able to clearly hear them. She would like to keep this as quiet as long as possible.

When both of them are seated away from the crowd the silence between grows thick. What can Clarke say about what she endured with Diyoza. How does one start a conversation like that. Words become trapped within Clarke's throat as she struggles on what to say. She struggles to vocalise what she suffered only hours ago by the hands of the woman who now holds her friend's captive and is doing who knows what to them.

"Klark." She gently pushes. Her hand strokes the top of my knee and suddenly it's like a dam breaks within Clarke. Everything she's been keeping in just breaks through. Her throat feels tight like she's being strangled again. Each breath more like a wheeze as if her lungs aren't able to take in any oxygen but she doesn't hear the heart wrenching sounds she makes. The ringing in her ears drowns out the rest of the world. She squeezes her eyes shut begging the images of her time as a prisoner away from the front of her mind. It feels like she's being pulled back into that dark cell with Diyoza stalking her by. Taunting her. Mocking her. She can feel the way her hand roamed her body like a phantom. Like she's still there. Almost as if Bellamy coming to save her and reuniting her with Niylah was just a dream. Vaguely she can hear Niylah call out to her. She can't be here. She needs to escape. A soft hand cups her cheek as she feels Niylah's head resting against the side of hers whispering calming words into her ear.

Slowly taking measure deep breath Clarke starts to take back control of her own body. One of her arms reach out for Niylah's clasping it tightly it will probably be painful for the other woman but right now she doesn't care about it as she anchored herself to Niylah. Her hand still trembles even with Niylah griping her hand tightly reassuring her she's there.

Lifting her head up she manages to open her eyes the world slightly blurred as she focusing her eyes solely on Niylah. Her thumb traces under Clarke's eye wiping away the tears she failed to keep in. "I'm sorry." Clarke just about manages to gasp out. She can feel the pressure building with her chest again threatening to escape. "I'm so sorry." A part of her doesn't understand what she's apologising to Niylah for. For breaking down on her. Or for being tainted by Diyoza.

"Klark. Ai hodnes." Hearing her name of endearment towards her causes her to pull away from her. Tearing her eye away from Niylah's she looking towards the sand. Anything else other than seeing the hurt shinning her in her eyes. Pain that she has brought her.

"Something... Something happened..." Clarke tries to get the words to come out but each word is like a blade to her chest. "When... Diyoza had me. She did something to me..." She can feel Niylah's pained gaze resting on her. "She made me... made me do something to her in return..." Risking a glance toward her love Clarke see's Niylah's face change from pain and a need for understanding to realisation. She didn't need to say the words out loud. She doesn't think she can yet anyways. Niylah understands what Diyoza did to her. What she still wants to do to her. Distraught and agonising pain over take her otherwise breath-taking features

Clarke doesn't say anything else. What else could she say. She just sits there silently weeping waiting to see how Niylah responds. Each second felt like an eternally as her already rapidly beating heart pounds against her chest. Niylah herself seems to be lost in her own mind. Her eyes are trained on her but seem as if she's a million miles away. What Clarke wouldn't give to understand what was going through her head right about now.

Feeling the silence starting to suffocate her she goes to say Niylah's name only to choke on her breath making her hiss out in pain. This sound seems to snap Niylah out of her own head. Her eyes bore into Clarke's. "It wasn't your fault Klark." She says her tone coming out steady and soft. "it doesn't change how I feel about you. Klark. Yu laik ai tombom." Hearing her say you are my heart feels liberating. Her hand strokes against Clarke's face. All the fear she was feeling about telling her dissolves into peace. She knows what happen. She knows and she doesn't care. She still loves her.

"It didn't start right away." She tells her pushing past the tremble in my throat. "The first day was just beating when I kept answering her questions with the same response. It pissed her off." Clarke lets out a weak chuckle at her anger.

"What did you say to her." Niylah asks taking hold of my hand again tell me that she's here for her.

"Ai nou badan yu."

"Of course, what else would you say." Niylah laughs which in return causes a slight smile to grow on Clarke's face.

The smile doesn't last long as Clarke goes back to her story. "She wanted to know if there were more of us. Where we came from. What happened to the earth. Why my blood is black. Things like that. The more I refused to answer the angrier she got. The first time she... it happened. She had just punched so hard the chair she had be bound to tipped over. She started to laugh. She said I was one hell of a woman... she said that physical punishment just made me more defiant. That she will have to punish me in other ways. She said I might even enjoy it." She says bitterly. Niylah grip tightens around Clarke's hand pulling her out of her memories. "She promised that she wouldn't make it quick. That there's was no fun in that. Every time she came into my cell it happened again and again and again. She thrived in knowing that my body reacted to her. I think she saw it as I was enjoying it. But I wasn't. I swear to god I wasn't." Clarke tells's her frantically. Panic quickly consuming her.

"I believe you Klark." Niylah tells her gently. "I know you."

She probably knows Clarke better than anyone else. A thought that used to scare her but now brings her comfort. "She got off on watching me... on... you know..." Even now she still can't say the words. It's like there's a barrier stopping her from saying them. "She needed more from me. She wanted something real for us." She sneers at the word real. "She told me that if I didn't take part and give back to her what she's so generously giving to me then maybe her men should go and seek Madi out. Maybe my daughter will make me more willing." The very thought so something happening to Madi still enrages Clarke's. She can suffer all anyone cares but no one. No one can touch her daughter. "So I.. I.. I did what she wanted."

"Again, Klark it wasn't your fault. None of this is your fault. It's her's and her's alone." Rationally she knows this but there's that voice lingering in the back of her mind telling her lies. Making her doubt herself. She really wishes that voice would go float itself. She can't bear to look into Niylah's eyes afraid of what she will be reflecting back on her. Disgust. Pity. Disappointment. She isn't sure which emotion she would be most destroyed by.

"She destroyed a part of me that I can never get back. It will always be with me." It was a tragic realisation when she first made. Diyoza wanted Clarke to remember her. What to occupy a part of her and she does. What happened will always haunt Clarke. It will always be a part of her. Diyoza wins the battle. Something they both know. "I'm.. I'm.. She... she broke me Niylah. And she will do everything in her power to break more of me."

"You're not broken Klark." Niylah passionately defends. "Your hurt but she didn't break you." She pauses thinking something over in her head before continuing. "And if this is you trying to make me back off because you think you're not good enough for me. Stop. I love you, Clarke. I'm not going anywhere."

"Even after everything I've done." That guilt from all Clarke past actions will always haunt here. It's not something she can escape from.

"Even then," Niylah promises.

The two of them sit there in peace for a while before the sight of the rover comes into view.

"Madi," Clarke says jumping up offering Niylah her hand. The two of them then take off heading back to the rest of the group.

As soon as the rover pulls over a small figure throws open the door darting towards where Clarke was standing ready for Madi to catapult herself into her arms. She isn't sure what the future might hold for the three of them with Diyoza on the loose but she does know that she will do everything within her power to make sure that Diyoza doesn't harm anyone else. Clutching Madi tighter she promises that Diyoza wouldn't make it anywhere near Madi or Niylah. No matter what happens to her they will be safe.
