"Liv, I can take your statement whenever you're ready." Chief Dodds had a recorder in his hands.

"Let's get it over with." Olivia sighed. "Fin and I got the junkyard. We split up to look for Emily. The next thing I knew I woke up in the shed. Emily was bound by her hands to a post and I was tied to several, in order to have my legs open. Ricky was standing in front of me. He was taunting me. I told him to let Emily go but he said she could work for him. There were plenty of sick people out there."

"Then what happened?"

"He pointed out how protective I was of Emily and how much she looked like me. He asked if she was my daughter because Jim told him that she was adopted. He pulled out a pocket knife and said 'why don't we see what Emily will look like when she's older?'" Olivia took a deep breath.

"We can take a break if you need." Chief Dodds took note of the anxiety in Olivia's voice. He doesn't hear it very often.

"I told him he didn't need to but then he cut my shirt open. He commented on the scars and joked that I was into some crazy stuff. He must have noticed something in my face because then he asked if it was from work. He told Emily to watch and that she should learn a thing or two. He um, started to kiss my neck and touch me. He undid my belt and pants. But before he could do anything else, Emily had knocked him out with the crowbar."

"She broke free?" Chief Dodds asked, stunned.

"She told me that he threw the knife on the ground and she used her feet to grab it and cut herself free. She helped to untie me and I got her out of the shed and called Fin." Olivia finished and watched Chief Dodds turn off the recorder.

"Emily's a smart girl." Chief Dodds stated.

"Yes. She is." Olivia nodded. "How is she?"

"She's alright. She has a sprained wrist and some broken ribs. She also has a concussion."

"Did he?" Olivia was afraid to know the answer. She was missing for 3 days. A lot can happen in that time, she would know.

"She refused to do a kit. So we don't know just yet."

"Ms. Benson? I have your discharge papers. I just need you to have someone stay with you tonight to monitor your concussion." The nurse handed her the papers and Fin walked in behind, followed by Carisi and Amanda.

"You can stay with me." Fin offered.

"Thanks Fin. But I already called someone." Olivia had made a phone call after her CAT scan while no one was around.

"Who did you call?" Fin asked and almost as if on cue, there was another knock on the door. Everyone turned and saw Elliot Stabler in the doorway. "Stabler, what's good man?"

"I'm good." Elliot shook Chief Dodds's hand. "You must be Amanda, Carisi, and Chief Dodds."

"It's nice to meet you, we heard a lot about you." Amanda shook his hand.

"Good to meet you man." Sonny greeted.

"Why don't we give you two some privacy?" Chief Dodds suggested.

"Wait." Olivia stopped him. "Can someone go check on Emily please? I don't want her to be alone."

"You got it, Liv." Fin agreed and they all left.

"Is everything alright Liv? I mean you told me not to come after the kidnapping situation but you call me to come stay with you at your apartment to watch you for a concussion?" Elliot didn't waste time.

"There's something that I never told you. I never told anyone about it honestly." Olivia started. "And you're probably going to be pissed off at me and I deserve it."

"What the hell are you talking about?"

"I was pregnant El." Olivia blurted out. Elliot looked at her, not fully understanding. "When I went to computer crimes."

"Why would I be pissed about…?" Elliot drifted off as he calculated the time and made the realization. "It was mine, wasn't it?"

"Yes. I was going to tell you but you told me that Kathy just found out she was pregnant and I just couldn't tell you after that." Olivia confessed. "I was going to have to be on desk duty anyways and I knew we needed time apart after that night and it just kind of worked out. I gave the baby up for adoption."

"And why is all of this coming up now over a decade later?"

"Because the girl that I helped to find is our daughter." There was no taking this back now.

"How do you know?"

"Amanda found the adoption papers and her original birth certificate."

"But there hasn't been a DNA test? Because you know documents can be altered."

"El, I don't need a DNA test. I know it's her. Emily is our child." Olivia looked and saw her phone on the counter. "Grab my phone. Go into my pictures."

"What am I looking for exactly?" Elliot questioned but answered his own question when he saw the latest picture that Olivia had saved for the case. Elliot stared at it. It was Olivia but with his eyes and lighter brown hair. "Oh god. She looks just like you."

"You really want a DNA test?" Olivia sassed.

"The adoptive parents are?"

"Dead in the attack after Emily was kidnapped on her way home from school."

"Did he touch her?" Elliot changed the conversation.

"El. I don't know. Dodds said she refused to do a kit." Olivia looked at him. She saw the rage in his eyes.

"What about you?" Elliot asked.

"What about me?"

"Did he touch you?"

"El…"

"Did he?"

"He kissed my neck and cut my shirt open and groped me. Emily beat him over the head with the crowbar before he did anything else, ok?" Olivia spat, not wanting that to be the conversation right now.

"Liv, I'm so sorry."

"Don't, El. I'm fine. I've been groped on the job before. It's not like it's anything new."

"Bullshit, it's not anything new. Liv, he assaulted you."

"Yeah and so did Lewis and Harris!" There was no going back now. The conversation was definitely going to be about her now.

"Harris? Wait from Sealview, Harris?" Elliot stopped in his tracks. "You refused to tell me what happened in that basement."

"Yeah, because it was none of your business."

"Did he rape you?"

"No, but at that point it was the closest I have ever come." Elliot moved to sit down in the chair next to the bed.

"Please tell me what happened in the basement." Olivia stared at him for a minute. She never thought she would be telling Elliot about this.

"He took me to C block, there were no cameras. There was a mattress on the floor and he told me I was going to give him what he wanted. I fought like hell. Eventually he got me cuffed to a door. He pulled his pants down and told me that if I bit him, I would be dead. Fin came in and told him to get away from me before he forced me to give him oral sex." Olivia recalled.

"That's why you could verify Ashley's story about the mole." Elliot took Olivia's hand. "I'm so sorry I wasn't there for you. It should have been me there, not Fin."

"I'm glad it was Fin. I don't know how I would have been able to face anyone else if they found me in that position."

"I wish you could have talked to me about it back then."

"I know El. I should have but it was just something I didn't want in your head."

"Will you ever be comfortable enough to tell me about Lewis?" Elliot questioned gently.

"I can't answer that. Maybe one day but not today." Olivia sighed. Elliot stood up to gently kiss the top of her head comfortingly.

"Let's take care of the paperwork to get you out of here so we can see our daughter." Elliot picked up the paperwork and pen. He filled out the information needed with no input from Olivia, because it wasn't needed.

"I'm gonna go change, I'll be right back." Olivia got up and grabbed the hospital issued sweats she was given since her clothes had to be processed as evidence. She was getting really annoyed over how many clothes she never saw again after certain cases. The nurse stopped by to see how the papers were coming and Elliot was able to give them to her.

"She's good to go when she's ready."

"Thank you. Wait, what room is Emily Peters in?" Elliot stopped her before she went too far.

"She's in room 340, down the hall and to the left."

"Thank you." Elliot thanked again and the nurse left. Olivia emerged a minute later. "Ready to go see Emily?"

"Yeah. Are you?"

"Of course." Elliot grabbed Olivia's bag for her and handed it to her. "Let's go."
