Soon, they reached the spot to where the bathroom stalls were. They saw several cars that had people sleeping in them.
Keebo parked the bus and leaned back in relief. "Is this the place, Rantaro?" he asked.
Rantaro went to the front to where Keebo is and looked around.
"Yeah, this is it." he confirmed. Everyone's ears perked up.
"All right then," Kaito piped up. He too walked to the front.
"What should we do now?" Ryoma asked. The question was more of Shuichi than to Rantaro.
Shuichi cleared his throat and stood up from his seat.
"Okay. We've all agreed that this is the spot to sleep for the night, right?" Everyone nodded. "So, the first thing we need to do is to change out of our hospital clothes." Everyone still nodded.
"Okay first of, we need to get out by groups, just for safety and protection. So, who's the first group to go?"
Silence filled the bus. Then Ryoma spoke up again.
"Maybe I could go first? Though, just as Shuichi said, I need someone by me. I'm just 3 foot 5 inches. I look like a child," he stated.
No one spoke up again till Kirumi filled up the silence. "I may accompt him to the bathroom stalls. I can pretend that I am his mother and we'll be in and out in a minute."
After some talking, they all agreed to the plan and the people who would go. First would by Kirumi Tojo and Ryoma Hoshi. Then Gonta Gokuhara, Rantaro Amani, and Kokichi Oma, much to the despise of Kokichi, would go after them. Next, Korekiyo Shingugi and Angie Yonaga would go after them. Tenko Chabashira and Himiko Yumeno agreed to go after them. Maki Harukawa and Kaito Momota volunteered to go after them. Finally, Shuichi Saihara and Kaede Akamatsu will go lastly.
Everyone agreed to the plan and it was set in motion.
Kirumi and Ryoma went outside and at once went to the bathroom stalls, where thankfully they were gender neutral bathrooms, so both Kirumi and Ryoma went in together.
The minute they walked in, they went into bathroom stalls to relieve themselves and change into the clothes they have gotten from the store. Ryoma groaned as he glanced at the clothes he had chosen. Ryoma groaned as he glanced at the clothes, he had chosen for himself.
It was mostly preteen clothing, since the adults clothing wouldn't fit him. So, he put on black pants, a long-sleeved shirt, and white sneakers. It fit so well despite him not trying it out beforehand.
Ryoma went out to see Kirumi dressed in black, white and purple outfit. She was washing her face as he walked over and tugged in her pants. She stopped and glanced down at Ryoma.
"Oh, you're finally out," she sounded relieved that he was alright. "Are you alright?" He shook his head at her.
"It's fine," he said, struggling to get to the sink to wash himself.
"Is it alright that I..." the question was left unheard by Kirumi, but Ryoma understood what she was asking. He lifted his arms and she lifted him onto the sink. Ryoma nodded in thanks and started to wash himself.
They stay in silence for a few minutes preparing to leave when Kirumi spoke up.
"I'm sorry," she said. Ryoma's ears perked up.
"For what? Is it because of the killing game? It's fictional, okay? You didn't mean to kill me, okay. It was the damn motivation video that had forced you to-"
"I've killed you because of the video!" she shouted. "I've thought my country was in trouble without me, so I've killed you. Turns out my country was fine and loved my execution and torture." She glanced down at her scarred hands she'd gained from climbing the vine rope from her execution. The people who were executed or killed suffered some kind of injury from the stimulation.
"Hey," Ryoma grabbed her hands tightly with his own, feeling the scars she had.
"You're not the same woman who signed up for the killing game. You're Kirumi Tojo, one of the most intelligent, hard-working, observant, and loyal friends this group has ever had." He gives her a hug, being unformattable because of his height, but they made it work.
"Besides," he said, after they release the hug. "I have the group beside me. That's worth fighting for, right?"
Kirumi nodded, letting a little smile slip. "So, it would seem," she said.
As they were finishing up, Kirumi said," By the way, I've heard you like cats. If we managed to get away from Team Danganronpa, we might buy you a cat someday."
Ryoma let out a laugh. "That be nice," he said.
"Hey, you're finally out," Kokichi yelled through the window. Several of the teenagers shushed at him to stop.
"Sorry for the trouble. My height makes it difficult to get things done," Ryoma explained as he and Kirumi got onto the bus.
"Of course, the degenerate male got into trouble again," Tenko croaked from her seat. Shuichi nodded in acknowledgment.
"Okay, who's next?" he questioned.
From then on, the groups of two or three had made their way to and from the bathroom. They went in the order they agreed on before; Gonta, Rantaro and Kokichi, Kiyo and Angie, Keebo and Miu, Tenko and Himiko, Maki and Kaito, and Kaede and Shuichi.
As everyone settled down for the night, Kokichi called everyone to remind them of the plans when they woke up.
"Can I have everyone's attention?" Kokichi yelled from the back. Everyone turned to the front.
"What do you want degenerate male?" Tenko asked.
"Geez, we need to talk about what we're going to do when we wake up," Kokichi groaned.
"I thought we had agreed that we'd go to Shuichi's uncle to hid out," Maki retorted, flipping her hair and black hoodie.
"That's the plan. But what if Team Danganronpa went and put security in our families to make sure we don't back to them?" Kiyo questioned.
"My uncle lives in the outskirts of Tokyo, Japan. And I don't think that Team Danganronpa will be founding out where I lived," Shuichi noted. "Just in case we need someone to keep an eye on my uncle's place."
"I'll do it," Maki said. "I'm the 'Ultimate Assassin', so it should be easy to me."
"Okay, so security is set up with Maki Roll. What's next sidekick?" Kaito said.
"I've been thinking and I don't think that we should stay here tonight," Shuichi pondered out loud to the group of teenagers.
"What do you mean?" Now it was Rantaro's turn to be surprised. "I told you that the place is safe. Me and my little sisters always stay over all the time."
"That's probably it though," Keebo replied. "Since Team Danganronpa probably knows the places that we might have gone to before applying to the show, that might have been the first thing they searched about. But since I don't see any personnel belonging to Team Danganronpa, then it's safe to assume that they might search for this place next-"
A knock at the door and a familiar voice froze the students to their seats.
"Hello, my fellow comrades," Tsumugi Shirogane said outside the door. "Please let me in the bus. This is Danganronpa property."
Everyone froze and got down on the floor of the bus, except for Kokichi, who couldn't because of the wheelchair, but instead curse quietly
"Shit!" he yelled, throwing himself on the ground, finally.
"What are we supposed to do now?" Keebo hissed from his seat besides Miu.
"I'm going to do something that I should have done when I first woke up," Maki grabbed at the stun gun from Shuichi, and crawled her away to the front.
"I'm going to kill her."
