Disclaimer - (Cause fanfiction is tricky ground and I hope not to offend the creator of the original story and get sued)
I do not own "Nura Rise Of The Yokai Clan", it belongs to its original creator Hiroshi Shiibashi. Well "Miraculous: Tales of Ladybug & Cat Noir" belongs to Thomas Astruc. This is only a fanfiction that I was inspired to write by the original work. Please support the official release. Most of the media - such as the art and illustrations, gifs, video's, etc. used in this fanfiction - are from the web. Thus, most of them aren't mine (because I really, really can't draw) unless mentioned. To fit the story, images are also edited by various apps and websites. So they aren't mine, just edited.
Also if you own a picture or Video that I found online, and you either want your name added, or me to take it down. Please contact me and we can talk it out.
P.s. I also ask that you do not copy my work and publish it onto any other website. If you're gonna use my idea, please ask me (I'll 99.99% say yes unless you're super duper rude). If I don't contact you within a week, then just assume I'm giving you the all clear and go for it. Just remember to credit me.
I will be writing out scenes even if my Oc isn't in them. As long as she's mentioned, or influencing the characters in some way. This may seem a bit annoying. But that's just how I write. I like to embed my characters into the story line. Because of this, most of the dialogue/scenes will come from the original work.

It's time to start something new and trust
the magic of beginnings.

Marinette stormed up the stairs enraged, ignoring her parents worried cries.
Tears of frustration and anger flowed freely down her cheeks.
Marionette threw her bag against the wall. Tikki flying out just moments before the two made contact, barely managing to avoid what could only be described as a painful collision.
Marionette fell onto her bed, her muffled sobs shaking her entire body.
"Marionette. Are you okay? What happened? Please tell me what's wrong?" Tikki asked, pleading for her friend to share her burdens with her. Since Tikki was in Marionette's zipped bag, she couldn't clearly hear what was being said. But she could tell that they were arguing. And that it was not a fair fight. With the entire class ganging up on the seven kids who had practically become like children to her.
That was it!
She was officially done with Liela and her lies!
They weren't her problem anymore!
Sure she would miss Adrien, Chloe, Kagumi, Nino, Juleka, Max and Luka who had been her only friends through this ordeal, but she could still easily keep in contact with them through virtual means.
Her parents had been making her this offer for some time now.
But now, she was going to accept it.
"Honey. What's wrong?" Her mother asks, as she walks into the room.
"I'm done mom. I can't stay here anymore. Were you guys serious when you offered to move. Because I do wanna move." Marinette says, sitting up on her elbows, her pillow still clutches desperately to her chest.
Sabine's eyes softened, as she pulled her daughter close. "Of course we were serious. We can leave within three days if you want."
"3 days? Can you guys really find a house in 3 days? I don't want to rush you." Marinette said, suddenly filled with guilt. She was literally asking her parents to uproot their entire lives and everything that they had built here.
"Oh don't you worry about a thing honey. We already have a place. Me and my brother inherited a large house in a lovely little town in Japan. He already knows the situation and has been willing to welcome us there with open arms. He's always told me that, that house was made for the 2 of us, and not just him. This will also be a great opportunity for you to get in touch with the other half of your heritage." Sabine says, her voice turning soft at the mention of her brother.
"He even has a son your age. I'm sure that the two will get along well. He's a little too enthusiastic, but he's a good boy at heart. We can even get the two of you enrolled at the same school. How does that sound?" She asked.
"That sounds great mom." Marinette smiled.
"That's great to hear." Sabine said as she unwrapped her arms from around her daughter. "Now why don't you rest for a while. And then you can start packing, well me and your father look for someone to take care of the shop well we're gone."
"Alright. Is it ok if I have some friends over to help us pack?" Marinette asked.
"Of course honey. I see no reason why not." Sabine smiles at her.
As her mother leaves, Tikki flies out into the open again. "So this is really happening huh? We're finally moving."
"Yep. I'm sure they have crime where we're going. And perhaps unlike Paris, they'll appreciate a hero." says Marinete as she picks up her school bag.
"Of course. Wherever you go. I follow." Tikki nodded. "But what are we gonna do about the akuma's? Ladybug needs to be there to purify them."
"I already have that covered. I'll have my friends ship them to me once a month, disguised as care packages for a dear friend that they miss." Marinette says jumping onto her bed as she opens her phone. She quickly goes to the group chat that her and her friends share.
Can you guys come over?
Within a minute all of them have sent their responses. They were all available and would be here within half an hour.
As this went down. An unknown sensation filled Marinette's body as she realised that this was happening. This was really happening.
Marinette fidgeted with the edge of her shirt as she waited for the last person, Adrian, to arrive. "Sorry guys." The blond apologised. "Got held up by a gig."
"It's fine." Marinette smiled at him from her computer chair.
"So what's this about exactly?" Chloe asked, filling her nails.
Marinette took a deep breath, and began. "You guys know how things have been getting worse and worse lately right? And my parents have been offering this for a while now. I've decided that I'm going to leave Paris." Marinette and expected her friends to be outraged and maybe even a little angry.
But instead, the group smiled. "Where happy for you Marinette." Juleka smiled at her.
Nino nodded from next to her. "You've been through more than enough. Honestly, I'm surprised you lasted this long."
"So… you're not mad?" The girl asked.
"Why would we be mad kid?" Plagg asks, coming out from Adrians bag.
Adrian nodded. "We are happy for you. You're finally getting out from this crazy show."
Luka raised his pen in the air, as if in class. "Uh guys, I don't want to be that guy. But what about akumas?" He asks. "Ladybug is the only one who can purify them."
"Are you going to be choosing another ladybug?" Chloe asks.
Marinette shakes her head. "No. I intend to remain the guardian as well as the ladybug. In fact, getting the ladybug miraculous out of Paris can also be a good strategic plan."
"Then what about the akumas?" Kagumi questions, raising an eyebrow. "How exactly are we supposed to deal with them?"
"Simple. You're going to collect the akumas. Then once every month. You're going to ship them to me, under the disguise as a care package for a friend." Marinette answers.
Max nods, "That could work. But we're going to have to do it in a rotation. So Hawkmouth doesn't get suspicious."
Marinette shakes her head, "He shouldn't really get suspicious in the first place. I intend to not use my miraculous in the first place. And when I purify the butterflies, I intend to do them in secret."
"Meaning if Hawkmouth somehow does get his hands on my cat miraculous, he'll have no idea where yours will be!" Adrian exclaims.
Chloe shots the other blond a weary smile, "Let's just hope it doesn't ever come to that."
Kagumi nods, "And that we can defeat him for good long before something like that could happen."
"The next thing. I'm going to give you all miraculouses to keep." Marinette says, getting the miracle box out. They each reach out and grab their miraculouses.
Chloe grabs the hair comb of the bee miraculouses, Luca the ouroboros bracelet, Max the glasses, Kagami the choker, well Nino the bracelet that was used by the old guardian, and Juleka the mouse themed pendant.
Marinette smiles, as she stretches her arms above her head. "You guys definitely took that a lot better than I thought you would. Now, any chance I could get some help packing all this stuff up?"
The group smiles at each other, and nods.
As everyone takes a section of the house, Marinette looks out the window and smiles as the sun begins to set.
Knowing that tomorrow really will be a new day.
Because...
It was time for Marinette Dupain-Cheng and Ladybug to leave Paris and take a one way trip to Ukiyoe.
I do know the difference between Japanese and Chinese. But for the sake of the story just pretend that Sabine has Japanese roots.
