Chapter 1
October 10th
Outside of Konoha near a small lake is a gathering of leaf shinobu known as Anbu, they all wear animal masks are the most highly trained in there fields for a reason for they only do missions that require either stealth, assassinations or protections from the shadows without anyone knowing they were there being lead by one Orochimaru of the Sannin, three shinobi who surivied a battle that decimated a plantoon during the last war, so the reason they were hear is that near the lake is a cave where the Nine Tails Jinchuriki Kushina Uzumaki is about to give birth to not one but three children which was a shock to everyone.
Because of this the cave had every security seal in it as well as a squad of medical shinobi being led by one of the Sannin the Lady Tsunade Senju granddaughter of the first hokage and his wife Mito Uzumaki who from losing her loved ones in the wars came back from her grief imposed exile to help with the delivery of her cousin, while she was busy helping Kushina with her delivery, her partner and notorious Pervert Jiraiya of the Sannin and mentor to the fourth Hokage who is helping with security seals, the fourth Hokage Minato Namikaze and soon-to-be father was beside his wife and soon-to-be mother Kushina with his hands on the Tail Beasts seal to prevent escape.
"AAAAAAAHHHHHHH"
"Come Kushina the first one is nearly out just another push"

"WWAAAAAWAAAWWAAA"
"And it's a boy, Shizune hurry and clean the screaming brat we've got two more coming"
Lady Tsunade saying with her blonde hair tied to back of her while she passed the unnamed boy to Shizune her assistant and only living relative of Dan Kato deceased lover of the Senju who treated her like a sister.
"Come sweetie two more and were done"
Came the words of Minato with his short blonde hair with his ocean blue eyes.
"SHUT UP MINATO YOUR NOT PUSHING OUT THREE INFANTS ARE YOU"
Came the response of his wife Kushina with her red hair covered in sweat and violet eyes screaming murder at her husband for saying that.
"Minato focus. the seal"
The perverted Jiraiya with long white hair who was more concern with seal beginning to fail.
"RightRightRight"
Came Minato response as he forces more of his Chakra into seal keeping the Fox at bay.
"Nearly Kushina two more pushes""AAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHH"

With the second baby delivered and handed off to shizune

Kushina screaming to her self after taking seven more deep breaths.

"What is something wrong... Lady Tsunade is something wrong with my baby" Kushina saying with worry.
What Lady Tsunade was trying to say was that their infant in her arms with his tail moving wildly was
"Cursed... your son has a... tail"
With this news everyone took a deep breath to register what she just said
"What do you mean curs..."
Jiraiya who before finishing saw the tail moving infront of him and what looked like dark red hair on the infant, Lady tsunade immediately refocused on the crying infant in her hands
"Shizune come here and clean the last one"
"Right"
Shizune having the seen the infant in her master's was shock at the revelation and immediatley focused herself, she herself have never seen a Cursed Child before but heard of them as having no Chakra or ability to use any Jutsus and yet have the ability to transform at the sight of the full moon.
Lady Tsunade hands the infant to Shizune and in the light of the fire that was illuminatingthe cave she could see the infant already having short spiky dark red hair which was odd coloring to go with his brown tail which was wrapping itself around arm, in the meanwhile Minato was focusing on repairing the seal with jiraiya monitoring him just incase something were to happen, while this was happening Lady Tsunade was bringing over the first infants in her arms.
"I got one healthy boy and one healthy girl in my arms what are we going to name them"
When she said this Kushine looked over to her children with a smile.
"The boy we decided to name him Naruto after one of Jiraiya books the one that was called The Tale of the Utterly Gusty Shinobi and as for the Girl Nasumi will be her name" "And what for the and I mean no disrespect Hokage but what about the Cursed Child"
Spoke one Orochimaru whose solid black shoulder length hair nearly covering one of his golden slitted eyes.
"Menma his name is Menma after my older brother who born a Cursed Child but died because of some stupid LAW"
This Law Kushina spoke about was that any Cursed Child born would either be banished or put to death a Law that all hidden villages abide by.
"Oh I wouldn't worry about little Menma... Jinchuriki"
These words came from a surprise visitor who was wearing a cloak while his face hidden behind a white spiral mask covering all his face except for a single hole for his right eye to see, this caused everyone to immediately look at him holding the infant Menma.
"SHIZUNE SHIzzz..."
Lady Tsunade her face paled as she sees her assistant and step niece on the floor using medical jutsu to save herself from the wound this stranger inflicted.
"Now everyone calm down let's not do anything reckless"
"Orochimaru get Lady Tsunade and Shizune out here"
Tsunade began to retort but the cries of the infants in her arms caused her to think things through.
"Oh I'm as calm as I can be but on't worry about the little medic she's not my prize but I have to say to see a Cursed Child infront of me, one wouldn't think that a infant can just transform into a gaint rampaging ape that rivals a Tailed Beast... but enough of that now stand away from the Jinchuriki Minato"
"How did you get pass the Anbu I placed around"
"Oh they were easy to get around"
Minato give Jiraiya a silent nod as look at each over already coming up with a plan while Kushina motherly instincts kicking in began to stand up.
"GET. AWAY. FROM. MY SON"
She yelled this her hair started to shift into what looked like Nine Tails with chains coming from her back. The stranger thinking ahead threw the infant at them and shunshined infront of the Uzumake who looked into his eye and say something.
"SHarigan"
Before she fell into a genjutsu, during this moment Minato performed another shunshin to successful grap his son.
"It's Menma Dad got you"
The infant still sleeping not recongising the danger he's was in.
"Jiraiya, Orochimaru help Kushina I'm taking Menma and the Kids to Lord third"
"You got it kid"
Minato used his Legendary teleportation technique and went after Tsunade who was with Shizune who managed to heal the infilcted wound and placed one on Tsunade shoulder while still carrying Menma and Shizune seeing this immedately placed a hand her master, within a second they were gone.
In the Hokage Office where the retired Lord Third was enjoying his final moments in the office with his wife Biwako were reminiscing the intimate times they had before deciding to make one last memory on the office desk before they were interupted by the arrival of Minato, Tsunade, a bloodied Shizune and 3 Infants.
"LORD THIRD we have a situtation"
After he had said this he immedately say two nearly semi dressed people on his desk with paper thrown on the floor.
"Really old man in my office"
Tsunade seeing this closed her eyes and prayed it wasn't happening again.
"DAMMIT SENSEI THAT THREE TIMES I CAUGHT YOU IN THE ACT"
Yelling this caused the infants to cry and shifted attention over to them.
"Let's focus on something else... seeing you lot here and the state of Shizune I take things did not go as planned"
"Delivery went of fine no problems but from two things... first is that someone came in and took Menma whos in my hands and placed a genjustu on Kushina to get the Nine Tails I immedately grabbed Menma, Tsunade, Shizune, Naruto and Nasumi"
Tsunade raising her arms showcasing the infants in her arms sleeping. Biwako seeing the infants in Tsunades came over to offer help grabbed one of them.
"Here take Nasumi"
While Lord Third came over to Minato and took Menma of his hands but seeing something else.
"Minato is that a tail"
Minato slowly lowered his head and nodded before raising up.
"I'm going back to get Kushina Lord Third plz take care of the kids"
Hiruzen nodded his head before turning to Tsunade who began to explain what happened.
Back in the cave things were not going so well.
"Dammit why cant we hit this guy anything we throw at him just goes straight him"
"Must be some type of phase jutsu"
"Hell of a defense this guy's got but what about Kushina she hasn't moved an inch I thought we stopped the genjutsu"
"Must be a powerful one to do that to her"
Just as the two Sannin were attacking the Stranger Minato teleported back causing everyone to step back.
"what did I miss" spoke Minato.
"Nothing good kid"
"Some king of phase jutsu causing any attacks to just pass through him and Kushina is still in a genjutsu a powerful one"
Hearing this and looking at his wife still frozen where she was with a emotionless face Minato looked back at the Stranger.
"Who are you some rogue Uchiha"
Hearing this the Stranger Stiffened a bit.
"How preceptive what got you that idea"
"My wife before fell into a genjutsu said one thing Sharigan and only the Uchiha possess that"
A dark chuckle from the Stranger "Very well you want to know who I am I guess you can call me Madara"
This shocked the three leaf shinobi "Hows that possible you would've died at the Valley of the End or old age"
"I can assure you I did survive that fight but in disgrace and quite healthy for my age"
"Damn it where are the Anbu i placed"
"Like I said they were easy to get around" Orochimaru quickly coming to a conclusion that they dead.
"Now that's enough question I must really be going got Fox to release and a village to destroy tahtah"
As the Stranger or Madara said this he threw mulitple smoke bombs and flash bangs against the three and grabbed Kushina using his own teleportation ability to escape. "NNNNNOOOO KUSHINA"
"KID get a hold of yourself you can still get her"
Jiraiya trying to help his student who was having his best-day-turning-worst-day before smaking him.
"Thanks Sensei... I needed that"
"Anytime kid now what's plan" just before Minato could say anthing "RRRRRRRROOOOOOOOOAAAAAAAAAARRRRRRRRRR".
Minutes before in the forests of Konoha we find Kushina tied to stone pillars infront of the Stranger calling himself Madara.
"Now that we are finally alone... lets take a look at that annoying seal"
The Stranger spoke before Kushina waking up from her genjutsu in confusion to see herself restrained and outside.
"WHERE AM I WHERE ARE MY BABIES... TALK YOU SON OF A..."
Before she could say anything her kidnapper spoke "Be silent you, you are still in Konoha and your husband took your children away probably somewhere safe but I can's say the same for you"
Kushina sighed before taking another breath "What do you want from me... I cant control the Fox I'm only it's jailer"
"Oh I know that much that's why I'm breaking the seal to release the Fox upon Konoha"
Kushina upon hearing this was shocked and anger "NO YOU CANT DO THAT THE FOX WONT LISTEN TO ANYONE HE JUST DESTROY EVERYTHING"
"That's what I'm counting on, that pitful village full of weak shinobi and traitous clansmen"
"Clansmen? who"
"Why the uchiha of course... now I believe that's enough talk for now"
As soon Madara/Stranger spoke his sharigan blazed upon Kushina causing the seal to fall apart, chakra of hate and anger immediately shot from her and Kushina stood there trying to contain the it and failing for in a minute the chakra was gone from her leaving her exhausted, the chakra spread out as much as possible before bones started to form following by flesh then skin and finally red and fur.
"Low and Behold the walking hurricane of destruction the Nine Tail Fox.
"FINALLY FREEDOM, FREEDOM FROM THAT ACCURSED SEAL AND UZUMAKI WRENCH"
Spoke the fox who looked around his gaze narrowed on his former jailer before looking up to see the Stranger claiming to be Madara Uchiha "YOU ARE NOT MADARA UCHI..."
Before the fox could finish his sentence his eyes changed to that of a spinning Sharigan showing he was under a genjutsu.
"You are mine now fox and I have plans for you"
"Pppllleeeeaasseee dont... do it... there are... innocent people down there"
Kushina spoke using what strength she has left.
"Still alive... even after giving birth to triplets and having the fox removed which would be death sentence for any other jinchuriki you are still breathing you really are an Uzumaki with your clan strong life force but matters not I got what I want so I just leave you tahtah"
With that the Madara/Stranger left, kushina looking at frozen Tailed Beast behind her gathered enough chakra to throw one her chains and freed herself before a massive dust came from behind her she looked back "No the Fox was Summoned I got to get to Konoha NOW".
Within Konoha two Shinobi were having a chat to distract them from there boring partol "Dude I'm tell you she's cheating on you"
"What your talking about" just before his friend could explain reason for question another one popped up or rather swirled infront him was a stranger with a white mask with a single hole.
"Halt who are you?" both shinobi immediately pulled out kunais from there holster.
"Now now that won't be neccesary, you got bigger problems than me coming"
"What are you talking about intruder.. TALK"
Madara/Stranger immediately began pouring chakra into his hands and with quick hand signs slammed his hand on the ground creating a large poofing sound
"SUMMONING JUTSU"
Spoke the shinobis before the smoke could cover immediately jumped away, the shinobis waited for the smoke to clear before fear gripped the for standing infront of them where the intruder was stood the massive form of their nightmares the Nine Tailed Fox.
"WE ARE SO FUC..."
Before the shinboi could finish the fox roared sending them and any trees and small buildngs flying back violently killing them, with roar of the fox everone was alerted shinobi scambled to set up defences, escort civilains to shelters, hospitals reading everthing to treat causilities that will be coming, the fox in the meantime with his master on his head began roaring again, using his massive tails destroyed builds crushing people to death all the while his master looking at the carnage he was unleashing upon this pitiful village.
"Let's give Konoha a grand fair well shall we"
With that the fox moved his tails above head and pouring chakra into giant ball everyone seeing this knew what it was because the technique is a signature of all Tailed Beasts thats called.
"TAILED BEAST BALL EVERYONE TAKE COVER"
With that answer the fox unleashed it as it moved across the village leaving a trail of destruction in it's path before sudden disappering in an instant 'WHAT?' everyone thinking what just happened before massive sounds of summons causing everyone to look where it was coming from standing in the trail of destruction left behind by Tailed Beast Ball was a massive toad, a massive snake and a massive slug and standing on top of them were the three sannin and their Hokage.
"JIRAIYA, OROCHIMARU BUY ME TIME TO RELEASE THE FOX FROM MADARA TSUN..."
"I KNOW WHAT I'M DOIN GAKI I'M A MEDIC NOW GET TO IT"
With that everyone roles were made.
"JIRAIYA YOU OWE ME ALOT OF SAKE FOR THIS... THIS WONT BE EASY TO DO HE'S THE STRONGEST FOR A REASON"
Spoke Gamabunta Chief Toad and Jiraiya and Minato's personal Summons.
"OROCHIMARU PRAY THAT I DONT KILL YOU FOR THIS BEFORE THIS FOX DOES"
Spoke Manda Boss of the snakes and Orochimaru's personal summons
"LADY TSUNADE I DO WHAT I CAN TO HELP BUT THAT FOX WONT MAKE IT EASY"
Spoke Katsuyu who immediately began to deconstruct into small versions of herself to everyone needing medical help while the toad and snake went off to fight the fox.
As this happening a stray tri prolong kunai came at Madara who grabbed it, before letting a small chuckle escape his lips he was teleported to a small clearing where Minato the Fourth Hokage was waiting.
"Do you what you just did Madara, all this destruction just for what petty revenge"
"Oh Minato you say petty revenge I say retribution"
After they spoke they immediately run towards each Minato dodging attacks and Madara phasing through of Minatos 'Dammit what's it take to hit him any attack I use against him phase through and I'm just blocking...' with that thought a realisation came up 'He needs to remain solid to attack that the moment to hit him' with that Minato lauched one of his tri-prolong kunai at his opponent and followed it with a new technique he was working on the Rasengan in one hand 'the foul think that kunai and that attack will work' as they both thinking this Minato's kunai phased through Madara's head and after clearing it and before Madara could stab him Minato teleported in the air above Madara stretched his arm with the rasengan straight into Madara back slamming him into the ground creating crevis into the ground where there was none.
Minato then slammed a paper talisman into Madaras back "WHAT DID YOU JUST DO"
"Simple I released the Nine Tails from your control and stopping you from teleporting away I hope , now let's see what you really look like"
As Minato said this a chain came from his left and took his mask of his face.
"YOU AND ME BOTH" spoke Kushina who managed to find them.
Immediately Minato went to his wife and embraced her "KUSHINA"
"MINATO NOT NOW WE NEED STOP HIM"
"Too late I think I'll take my leave till next Minato"
Spoke Madara who stood up his back facing the couple before disappearing into a swirl like vortex.
"DAMMIT the mark I left on him didn't work he got away and I can't track him"
"Minato let him go we got more important matters to deal wi..."
"BLASTED UCHIHAS AND THERE ACCURSED SHARIGAN"
"Oh right that"
"Yes that and I got a plan".
In konoha the fox was restrained by the massive snake Manda who giving it all while being covered in bite marks and toad Chief Gamabunta who recieved a nasty wound on his eye, in moment they felt the fox loosing up and shouting.
"BLASTED UCHIHAS AND THERE ACCURSED SHARIGAN"
Even after hearing this they refused to let got "LET ME GO YOU OVERSIZED CATERPILLAR AND FROG"
"WHAT DID YOU JUST CALL ME"
Hearing this Manda pulled his head back slammed it into the fox and Gamabunta followed with powered fist to the head as well
"I'M A TOAD YOU OVERSIZED STUFFED FOX"
After this the Fourth Hokage and his wife teleported on top of Gamabunta
"GREAT NINE TAILED FOX I KNOW YOU HATE THIS VILLAGE FOR GOOD REASON BUT I GOT A DEAL FOR YOU"
spoke the Fourth Hokage thinking the fox would thinks things threw first now that he was free 'Deal with a human the nerve of him... but what choice do I have that uchiha is still our there, even though the thought of being sealed away revolts me it's the only way that uchiha can't control me but maybe' as the fox was thinking this Minato turned to his wife.
"Are you sure this will work"
"It's the only option we got we can't put the fox back in me the seal is gone and i'm running out of time"
as she said this tears were running down her face Minato seeing this and hearing this embraced her.
"ALRIGHT HUMAN YOU WANT TO MAKE A DEAL THEN LET'S HEAR IT"
Hearing this minato was shocked that it would work at all "Okay he's the deal I'll seal into one of our children"
As he said this both parents grip tightened.
"The new seal will stronger and will give you a more room to move about and in exchange for this we of the hidden leaf will hunt down and kill the so called Madara Uchiha and following that after the passing of our child Konoha will no longer seal you we'll just let you leave peaceful"
The fox hearing this started thinking sure humans can't be trusted but what choice did he have here he was in the middle of the leaf being restrained by two powerful summons sure he could break out and continue destroying everything but that force a seal on him the one thing he cant break out immediately as it would take too long. "OKAY HERE'S MY COUNTER OFFER YOU SPLIT ME INTO YIN AND YANG AND SEAL EACH HALF INTO YOUR CHILDREN AND IN TIME WHEN THEY ARE READY I'LL HELP THEM WITH MY CHAKRA HOW ABOUT THAT I'LL EVEN SEND THAT UZUMAKE SOME OF MY CHAKRA BEFORE THE SPLITING TO SAVE HER LIFE"
The fox said thinking that this will be hard for Madara to get him if he was split in half and in two bodies who knew how to use his chakra, the couple meanwhile was shocked by this offer but new this was better offer for Kushina she would get live to raise her kids and see them grow and for the Fourth Hokage not only would konoha get two jinchurikis but his beloved would live, as they were think this through Jiraiya, Orochimaru and Tsunade appeared on toads head.
"What's going on kid"
As Minato explained the situtation to them there left shocked that the fox was offer such a deal
"HAI FOX WHAT DO YOU GET OUT OF THIS"
Yelled Tsunade The fox give her a glare before he responsed which caused to step back a bit.
"WHAT DO I GET YOU ASK LET ME THINK ON THAT... MMMM BESIDES THE FACT APART FROM HAVING MY CHAKRA PAINFUL RIPPED APART INTO TWO APART FROM THAT I GET TO MAKE SURE IS THAT WHEN MADARA WHOEVER COMES BACK HE'LL RECEIVING PAIN FROM MY TWO HALVES WHO USE EVERYTHING THE HOSTS CAN DO TO PROLONG HIS SUFFERING WHICH WILL FAR OUTWAY THE PAIN I'LL BE RECIEVING IS THIS GOES AHEAD SO WHAT DO I GET, SWEET SWEET EXHILARATING REVENGE AND I'LL SPARE THE VILLAGE" Tsunade was lost for words on this one
"Minato I'm not being mean or cruel but I would take the offer and put the halves of the in your boys, I know a Jinchuriki is not a pleasent life but with you two there and me and Tsunade and Orochimaru they will get a better life than most"
Kushina hearing this knew to Toad Sage was right even with her own experiences it was rough, with Tsunade and Orochimaru nodding there heads in agreement both Minato could say yes this however.
"WAIT I DONT KNOW IF THE SAIYAN CAN USE MY CHAKRA, BEST TO USE THE GIRL INSTEAD"
Hearing brought confusion to the group "What do you mean Saiyan?"
"YOUR YOUNGEST SON MENMA I THINK FATHER TOLD US THEIR ARE SAIYANS NOT HUMANS, APPARENTLY HE WROTE SEVERAL BOOKS ABOUT THEM BUT THE CLANS WARS STARTED CALLING THEM CURSED CHILDREN AND THE BOOKS WERE LOST"
hearing this the Toad chief chuckled a bit drawing attention to him "HAI MINATO BOY IS IT TRUE IS YOUR YOUNGEST ONE OF THE CURSED CHILDREN"
hearing this Minato and Kushina slowly nodded "THEN DONT WORRY THE TOADS HAVE A COPY OF THAT BOOK, WE HAVE WAITING FOR THIS SINCE THEY FIRST CAME HERE, WE WILL HELP HIM IF HE NEED IT BUT BEFORE THAT HURRY UP AND TAKE THE DAMN DEAL I CAN'T HOLD HIM FOREVER" Even the snake telling them to hurry, with this both parents looked at each over and nodded.
"Okay Fox you got a Deal".
