Hey guys sorry that this chapter took so long, but here it is, chapter 3 of burning souls.

Ike's POV: When I arrived to the waiting room, I saw Pyra and I was quite surprised to see her there. "Hi Ike, great to see you." She said while smiling at me. "Oh hello pyra, it seems like we well be fighting together, you ready." I replied back to her. "You betcha!" she said extremely. And then we headed to the stadium to get ready for our fight.
As we arrived we were ready to face our opponents Capt. Falcon and Ganondarf, and Falcon began to start flirting with pyra. "Why hello beautiful." He said to Pyra. I then began to get irritated with him hitting on Pyra. Then Master Hand started to count to 3 and we began to fight. Ganondarf started to charge right at me and I dodged his attack. "Hmph not bad." He said to me. "Not bad yourself." I replied back at him. And he then he came at me with a flying kick and I was able to counter his attack. "Pyra, you ok?" I said to her with concern. "Yeah, I'm alright." She replied back to me. Falcon then began to rush at her and he began to land a good hit on her. 'Oh no, she needs my help.' I thought to myself all worried. I tried to go help her, but Ganondorf still won't let me pass. "If you want to help her, you have to go through me." He said. But I didn't have time for that so I started to charge at him at high speed and was able to get a good hit on him.
Pyra's POV: After seeing what Ike can really do in a fight, it gave me enough confidence to get back up and fight. "I'm impressed, you managed to survive my falcon punch." He said while complimenting me. "Yeah your not bad yourself." I said. "But now it's time to get to get serious." I then started to charge right at him, and was swinging my blade around till I get a good hit on him, and then I jumped in the air and swung my sword downward and managed to make him unconscious. 'Yes, I managed to hit him!' I thought to myself happily. Then Ike arrived to check on me. "Pyra, you alright?" He said worryingly. "Yeah, I'm fine." I replied back to him. But then Falcon had started to get back in his feet again. "ah great he's back up again, you got a plan?" he questioned me while getting his sword ready. And at that moment, an idea popped up in my mind. "Ike I got a plan, and I need you to trust me on this." I said back to him. Ike look concerned for a brief moment, but he was willing to listen to my plan. "Ok Pyra, I trust you, so what's the plan?" He said. So I whispered my plan to Ike.
And after a few minuets, Capt. Falcon started to ran towards. "I don't know what you two are planning, but it's not going to work." He said while running at us. Then me and Ike got our swords up and ready. "When I say now, get ready to dodge." I said to Ike. "Ok." He replied to me. Then Ike began to charge right at Falcon, and he swung his sword at him, but he repelled it back with his kick and punched him right in the gut. "Come on, did you really think you can beat me?" He said to ike while on the ground. Then ike began to start to laugh a little. "What's so funny?" He questioned him. "I wasn't trying to beat you, I was just trying to distract you." He replied to him. "Ike now!" I shouted at him. And he began to move and as I let out a powerful attack at Falcon. "Prominence Revolt!" I screamed as I send my sword down letting out a powerful explosion sending Falcon flying off the stadium.
Ike's POV: When I saw Pyra's sword and flames, I was beginning to feel a little funny as if my heart wouldn't stop beating. 'What's going on with me why won't my heart stop beating so fast?' I thought to myself. Then Master Hand showed up and announced that me and Pyra have won, and she started to give a hug. "Ike, we won!" she said with excitement. I was beginning to nervous cause no girl has ever hugged me before. Then Pyra look at me with concern. "Ike you feeling all right, your face is turning red." She said. "Oh i-it's nothing really, anyway it was really good fighting along side you see you again soon." I said as I ran off the stadium. Pyra started to look confused.
As I made my way back to the mansion, Marth and Corrin where there. "Hey Ike why is your face all red and why did you run away from Pyra?" said Corrin. I began to take a deep breath and began to talk. "Ok guys I'm going to tell you guys something and you better not laugh." I said to both of them "Hey we promise both laugh." Said Marth. "You see guys, the main reason why I ran away from her after the match and why my face was all red is because…" "Because…" they both repeated me. "It's because…I may have just fallen in love with Pyra." I Explained. And Marth and Corrin began looking with complete shock.
Welp Ike has now developed feelings for Pyra, but does she feel the same way for him, stay tuned to find out.
