I know that I'm late. I'm so sorry, I don't have time but the chapter is longer c:

I hope you like it.

Yuuki woke up early, before the sun made its appearance, and dressed in silence. He sighed as he yawned and absently buttoned the last buttons of his all-white shirt.

Lighting a candle he left the room, making sure that Runa hadn't been kept awake by his movements, in the direction of the kitchen. There he selected an apple as his breakfast, today was going to be a pretty busy morning.

Sensing that it was time to head to the meeting point, Yuuki extinguished the flame as he placed the plate on the table in the living room. He was going to be "missing" all day, busy in the deepest and most secret levels of Free Guid.

As he walked through the dark, deserted streets of Ingrassia he made a mental note to contact Sakaguchi to entertain Runa. At this rate Yuuki owed the brunette too many favors… What he did for love.

Yuuki, humming lightly, stood in front of the automatic doors, which opened upon detecting his presence. He almost smiled at the elf's disgusted face, sure that she wasn't happy that she had to get up early because of the questionable acts of her boss.

"Good Morning". Yuuki greeted her with his typical smile, the one he used to face the public, enjoying how the blonde immediately corrected her posture and hid her emotions behind a serious face. Ignoring what he had seen, he stepped deeper into the reception area.

"Good morning, Grand Master. Everything is ready and the guests are waiting for you". The elf indicated the elevator with a practiced wave of her hand. Humming, Yuuki followed his secretary, knowing his good mood wouldn't last long.

"Make sure you contact Sakaguchi to distract Runa, I don't want Runa to come near here. Tell Hinata I'll make it up to her later". In a second, they changed rooms without either of them being the least bit affected.

"Yes, Grand Master." The elf stayed behind, knowing that Yuuki would need her later and that her job position should have already been covered. Besides that, she had to save energy for teleportation to the secret dungeons of the Free Guild. Plus, she wouldn't need to contact the swordswoman for a couple of hours.

Yuuki went through the last door in the hall, the one that was almost always kept closed to the public and only contained a couple of bookcases full of manga, a table and two chairs. He was greeted by the sight of a bored LaPlace and Tear, who was carelessly reading one manga.

"Paper is a rare commodity and Runa-chan can't produce more manga anymore. Be careful with that". Yuuki warned her as he took a seat on the left chair "Let's start this meeting".

Tear relocated the tome as the other man sat across from what was now their provisional boss. The girl gave a couple of turns before settling on the table, swinging her feet, waiting to give them her opinion.

After a tense silence, Yuuki decided to speak; with an abnormally serious face "They keep trying to contact and weaken Runa-chan's soul spell. The transformation hasn't been completed and… ".

He was interrupted by LaPlace "Ah… The Free Guild Grand Master of twisted wishes shouldn't worry so much, his princess isn't going to escape from the castle". The man appeared to be abnormally calm.

"That's true! She has the best dragons!"-. Tear jumped down of the table, while doing an imitation of a great dragon spitting fire from her jaws "Also… We have good news, very good! ".

Laplace nodded, letting the girl rest her full weight on him. "That so... interesting that you keeps guarded has taken human form and, most importantly, can be eradicated without your princess suffering any lethal injury. I can assure you that she will only feel a slight chest pain".

Yuuki felt his cheeks stretch against his will, distorting his expression into one full of malice. He rubbed his hands together before quickly checking the watch, an hour had passed. "I think it's time to visit the Great Sage".

Meanwhile, at 9:30 in the morning, a tired Rune opened one eye before closing it again and snuggling in the bed. In her half-asleep state she didn't notice the lack of another warm body, which should be next to her. Just as she was about to fall back into Morpheus's arms, sharp, powerful knocks echoed at the front door.

After a few minutes of that annoying noise and no one came to attend to the unwanted guest, Runa crawled out of bed "Stupid Yuuki. Always leaving me alone". She complained as she shuffled, her eyes narrowed. When she was in front of the door, she yanked it open.

"Hinata?" Surprised, both women stared at each other for a few long seconds, one blinking rapidly and the other with her fist raised "What are you doing here? Yuuki is not here". Runa tripped over the blanket as she tried to roll over to the side of her so Hinata could enter.

"Did I woke you up? I come to keep you company". For once, Sakaguchi was dressed in civilian clothes. Black pants and a plain navy blue short-sleeved T-shirt "It's almost ten in the morning."

"I didn't want to get up, I'm not going to and I don't want to go out." Runa walked back to her bed, knowing that the other woman would follow after closing the door. She hoped that Hinata didn't insist too much on going out, she wasn't in a good mood after another abandonment of her beloved boyfriend.

The brunette sighed before entering herself, closing the door and leaving her shoes at the entrance. It seems that her presence wouldn't be necessary after all, although she would stay the same. You never know what could happen and, besides, she had many manga to read while the youngest one went back to sleep.

Hinata went to the extensive library of her colleague, swearing that each time Yuuki had more and more different volumes. She absentmindedly wondered where Yuuki would get them from, as his main source was no longer… operational. She shrugged her shoulders and settled on one of the sofas, with the second volume of Boku no hero in her hand.

Half an hour later she began to hear movement… followed by something falling to the ground. She looked up as her instincts warned her that something was up. This was almost confirmed when a greater din came through the closed door.

Hinata got up quickly, putting the book on the table and hurrying towards the room where the youngest was sleeping and the source of the noises "Runa? Everything is alright?". She knocked with her knuckles, putting her ear to the door so she could hear more clearly what was happening on the other side.

"Hin... Hina... My chest...". Followed by a few almost inaudible sobs, Runa seemed to be in pain. Hinata could almost imagine her crawling while she tried to alert her friend to what was happening to her.

Without hesitating for a second, she opened the door to find the girl with blue hair tangled in the sheet, terribly pale and with a hand on her chest. Runa was panting hard and at too short intervals, as if she was having trouble breathing.

Sakaguchi hurried to her side, thankful they hadn't been on the crowded streets of Ingrassia, lifting her up from under her armpits and laying her back on the bed. Unraveling her while she discreetly checked her aura; she immediately noticed that something was happening, something important and that they only had to wait for everything to end.

In a dirty little cell, a body tried to accommodate herself as she returned to twist her newly acquired wrists in her chains. This hurt, her entire body ached, as well as feeling too cold.

She was constantly worried about the fate and health of her master, who was under the spell of those monsters. She moaned again, watching the steam escape her mouth. A group of footsteps caused her to flinch from it, reinforcing her attempts to escape from there. A minute later she saw three people, recognizing that demon that had taken everything from her.

"Great Sage, it is a pleasure to see you. Are you comfortable?" Yuuki laughed with mock glee, leaning slightly to open the iron door that separated them. "I don't appreciate your taking that form, though". With a jerk he removed the piece of cloth that was preventing her from speaking.

"Rumuru-sama! Where is Rimuru-sama!? Monster!". The chains rattled loudly as she thrashed about like a furious animal, feeling anger at the indifference with which the two harlequins acted.

"Rimuru?" Yuuki put a finger to his cheek, pretending not to remember who Great Sage was talking about. "Ah! You mean Runa-chan, right?". He grinned widely as he watched the humanoid ability intently.

This seemed to paralyze the Great Sage, who had stopped pulling the metal to frantically analyze his words "W... What have you done to him? My master…".

"Your master no longer exists, now she is mine. You and those garbage are only getting in my way". In a fit of rage he unleashed a kick to the stomach of the Ability. Feeling, almost immediately, how guilt invaded him. The resemblance between the two was too conspicuous to pretend it was someone else.

"Ah… Laplace, Tear… Let's get this over with this. With that appearance I can't do anything... I would never hit my sweet Runa". Yuuki had to be the one who gave her the final blow, perhaps if the Great Sage had had another appearance the process would have been easier... who knows.

"You don't have to worry! Runa-chan is in the best hands". Tear tried to cheer her up as she began to prepare for the proper elimination of the ability. "If you had agreed to collaborate with us... This wouldn't be necessary."

The spell only took fifteen minutes to complete. After the last sentence, what appeared to be a ceremonial knife materialized and which, if the rumors were true, was capable of wiping out even the most powerful Skills from existence.

The Great Sage was completely paralyzed, her cheeks covered with tears and her red eyes fixed on the weapon that would forever separate her from Rimuru, her master. In what she knew were the last seconds of her life she sent a silent prayer to Jura Tempest, she could only hope that they were able to save him. She could no longer do anything; she had failed in her mission.

"Oh… Don't look at me like that or I won't be able to do it. Think that you are contributing to a greater good". Yuuki grinned crazily before stabbing into the Great Sage's chest.

All three recoiled from the flash from the wound and the scream of horror and pain that the skill gave before disappearing from the face of the Earth. The whole process felt… almost disappointing. Noting the lone knife on the ground, they shrugged before leaving the cell.

"I was expecting something more... It was too easy!". Tear stomped as she flapped her sleeves, going ahead of the two men.

"I have to agree, it has been quite anticlimactic. It has only consumed magic". LaPlace put a hand to his chin, following his boss to where the elf awaited them.

"Does matters? It is one less problem. I hope this helps and there is no need to resort to violence... I would hate to have to spill the blood". The two harlequins fell silent at the Free Guild Grand Master's obvious lie.

The blonde formed up as soon as she saw the group reach where she had leaned. Her face was a little pale, sure she had heard things that she would never have wanted to know about "Are you finished? Do you want to go up?".

After a collective affirmative response, they immediately moved to the floor where Yuuki's private office was located. The large windows showed that the sun was already setting, they had spent most of the day in the dungeons.

"Your payment!" Yuuki took out a heavy bag full of gold coins "A pleasure doing business with you, I will contact you again later. Now, if you'll excuse me, Runa is waiting for me at home".

Kagurazaka quickly left the Free Guild headquarters, feeling anxious about Runa's condition as she lost something so important to her former body. He hoped LaPlace hadn't lied to him and that Runa was fine.

The fifteen-minute walk seemed eternal, he didn't even have the time or wants to stop to chat with his fans. His mind was only focused on Runa.

When he finally glimpsed the building that was his home, he couldn't help but speed up. From the street Yuuki could see the light on in the room they both shared.

He opened the door as he hastily removed his shoes and uniform jacket. "I'm home!" He expected to see the sullen face of his adorable girlfriend emerge. Instead, he was met by a tired and stressed-looking Hinata.

"I hope whatever you did was worth it. Runa has fallen asleep five minutes ago, don't you dare wake her up". After a couple more exchanges, the weary woman started on her way to her own home.

Yuuki ate a quick dinner before silently entering the room. A candle lit up the aching features of Runa, who was lying on her side with one hand on her chest.

Feeling the guilt devouring his soul, he changed his clothes to pajamas, he lay on the bed and hugged the blue-haired girl "All for you, my love. Rest, tomorrow it will stop hurting".
