I own none of the characters you may recognize.

Shorter chapter, but I hope to post a second chapter for this part of the story a bit later today. Some more ties to other parts of this story are present here.

For those who are curious, Harry will be present in this world for a while before he returns to the Wood Between Worlds, at least 4 chapters, it may be more though, just fyi

November 1988

"How did I end up on the roof, last, I remember I was in a wooded area, how am I on the roof now, and how do I get down?" Harry asked himself as he suddenly found himself on top of the school roof after touching a tree with a weird symbol on it.

"Mr. Potter! What are you doing on the roof?" A tall thin, bald man called out after having been told by a student that they saw Harry on the roof.

"Uh, I don't know," Harry said cautiously.

"What do you mean you don't know; how did you get up there?" The man asked angrily.

"I don't know," Harry repeated.

"How do you not know how you got on the roof? No matter, I'll call the fire station and have them bring you down, and then we can call your aunt and uncle," The man said firmly before walking away to call the fire station.

May 1989

"Yes, Mr. Potter, what is it?" A tall thin dark-haired woman asked as he raised his hand as she was reading the story of King Arthur and the Knights of the Round Table.

"Ms. Green, um, King Arthur didn't pull Excalibur from the stone, he pulled the sword Caliburn from the stone," Harry said as she read about the sword in the stone.

"And how would you know that Mr. Potter, this book clearly states it was Excalibur?" Ms. Green asked rolling her eyes.

"I, uh read it in a book at the library, I think," Harry said simply.

"Well since this is just a story it can have a lot of things that are different tale to tale, but if you have anything else you think is wrong, just tell me, and I'll look into it, now please be quiet," Ms. Green said flatly.

"Okay, sorry," Harry muttered.

"Yes Mr. Potter, what is the issue you have with the story now?" Ms. Green asked a few days later when Harry again rose his hand for the umpteenth time about the story.

"I'm just confused, it says that Mordred was the son of Arthur and Morgana, and was old enough to kill Arthur, but first there was no one named Mordred, Arthur had a son with Guinevere named Mordren, who was still a baby when the battle of Camlan took place, and his children with Morgana were born after his death, and were named Lanther, and Merlanus," Harry said softly.

"Mr. Potter, again as I keep saying this is just a story so different authors tell it differently. However, in this case I must flatly disagree, Arthur was in all texts I have read, killed by his son by Morgana Mordred. I have never heard of this Mordren or the other two you mentioned. But at the end of the day none of them actually existed so it does not matter. Now, I have appreciated some of your clarification with pointing out the fact that the Lady of the Lake was named Nimue, but we need to finish this story, so I won't be calling on you anymore, do you understand" Ms. Green said firmly.

"Yes, Ms. Green," Harry said before falling silent.

December 1990

"So, in the spirit of Christmas we are going to be learning about the Norse Gods, who can name the leader of them?" A fat middle aged man asked faking kindness.

"Freyr, Freya, and Odin, Mr. Stewart," Harry offered.

"Wrong, stupid, the leader of the Norse Gods was Thor, if you were actually smart you would know that idiot boy," The teacher said coldly causing Dudley and his friends to laugh.

"Who?" Harry asked irritated as he looked at the book, which clearly said that Odin was the leader of the Norse gods.

"So, class to understand what the idiot boy does not understand we must start at the beginning of the Norse Gods, see there was first a fool named Borr who had three sons, the greatest of which was Vil," Mr. Stewart said firmly.

"No, Vil was a bastard," Harry mutter under his breath.

"What was that boy?" Mr., Stewart asked seeing Harry mutter.

"Nothing sir," Harry responded.

"Good now don't speak. Now Vil was the greatest, but his little brother Odin was jealous, so he tried to kill Vil, and he was successful, but then Vil's son Thor came and killed Odin to become leader of the Gods," Mr. Stewart said before going on to explain the gods further.

Hope none of the events that just occurred seem out of place for education in England, I have no idea what they teach.

I was planning to have a piece on Egypt, but decided since Magicians have the word Magic, it is likely they could be covered in History of Magic.
