Decepticon Base, day

The Ground Bridge successfully brought the Autobots and Dominic to the Decepticon base.

"Classy joint." Dominic said after a whistle.

"Indeed. It seems that the Decepticons have been tunneling for quite a while." Optimus said as he pulled out a scanner. "The energy signature is that way." he said, pointing in a direction.

"So. Do we go in quietly, or effectively?" Dominic asked in a serious tone, something that was rare for him.

Optimus stayed silent for a few seconds. "The odds of us keeping our presence hidden until we have acquired what we seek and are ready to return to base are almost nonexistent with how large our group is. I believe doing this quickly from the start is the best option."

"Sounds like my kinda plan." Dominic said with a devious grin. In his right hand, a red traptanium katana appeared with a flash. Dominic ran faster than the eye could track and bisected a Decipticon before anyone could process what had happened.

The boy jumps into the air soon after and creates a mini-meteor shower to attack the Cons. A little trick he learned from an old teacher. Then, he used an attack he's wanted to use for a long time. His blade flashed between blue and orange rapidly before he swung it too fast for a GIANT METAL BEING to dodge. Then again, if they knew the rules...maybe they'd have lasted longer. "Holy fudge, i'm awesome." he says to himself.

"The signal is coming from...here." Optimus said. He stopped in front of a mangled piece of scrap metal.

"Correct me if i'm wrong, but is that a Vehicon Drone?" Dominic asked.

"It used to be." Bulkhead replied.

"Ratchet did say the signal was corrupted. Maybe some sort of fueling experiment went wrong." Arcee suggested.

"Either way, it'll be better if it wasn't in their possession." Dominic said as he snapped his fingers, transporting the former Vehicon to the base.

Or at least, that's what was supposed to happen. The drone lunged at Dominic's face just before his fingers touched. "WHAT IN EON'S BEARD!?" he yelled as he melted the thing into a useless puddle. "Great. I have to deal with zombies again."

"Again?" Optimus asked.

"Let's just say there's a reason I don't screw with time and leave it at that." Dominic took some of the metal and shaped it into a bottle so he could store that strange liquid he saw. He had a feeling it would end up being important.

"PRIME!"

The group looked up and saw Starscream holding a bomb, likely powered by Energon. "I'd stick around, but i'm squeamish." He activated the bomb and dropped it.

"Run. Now." Dominic said. "And get Ratchet to turn on the Ground Bridge."

The Autobots shifted into their Vehicle Forms as Dominic summoned his Land Vehicle: The Dark Barrel Blaster.

Hopping in, he turned on 2-Wheel Drive and stomped on the gas. Seeing the portal in sight, he cranked the stick shift until it reached "CRAZY BABY" levels of speed. Once the group got through, Ratchet quickly turned the Ground Bridge off.

As soon as Dominic got out of his Vehicle, Miko started screaming. "How come he could go with you but we couldn't!?"

"Dominic has extensive combat training and experience you lack." Optimus said.

Dominic vanished in red light before reappearing close to Ratchet's face, giving him the vial. "Here. We found it at the mine. I don't know what it is, but it brought a piece of a Vehicon back from death. At least, before I killed it again."

"Did it now? Interesting." the medi-bot replied.

"I'm sorry. But are we just going to ignore the fact that DOMINIC JUST TELEPORTED!?" Miko screamed again.

"What, my Shortcut? Nah, that's not teleporting. Trust me, I wish I COULD teleport." Dominic explained.

"Shortcut?" Raf asked.

"Oh, are they not teaching this in schools? A shortcut is a special route a person can take that brings them to their destination faster than if they went the normal way." Dominic said condescendingly.

"Yes, we know what shortcuts are." Jack said, not happy with Dominic's antics. "But that still doesn't explain how you appeared next to Ratchet."

"Ever heard of Magic?" Dominic asks with a grin.

Miko got excited from this. "You mean you're a real-life Harry Potter!"

"Well, I can't do as much stuff as he can, but I can control fire in any way I desire." Dominic said. 'Among other things.' went unsaid.

"The Decepticons never stood a chance, did they?" Jack asked.

"Nope." Bulkhead said.

"I can't believe we have an actual wizard, and he goes to our school! Are there any others like you here?!" Miko asked at speeds that would make Sonic dizzy.

"Not to my knowledge, but i've been wrong before."

"I can't decide whether i'm relived or worried to hear that." Jack said as he checked his phone. "Uh, Optimus. I hate to bug, but, no bars."

"A safety precaution. The walls of the silo block radio waves." Optimus explained.

"Well, if I don't call my mom now, i'm pretty sure cops will be looking for me."

"Have you broken a law?"

"Curfew, it's after 10PM."

"I better get home too, or i'll be grounded for a year." Raf added.

"Earth customs, I hadn't considered. But the issue of your safety remains. Bulkhead! Accompany Miko home." Optimus commanded.

"Awesome! My host parents will freak!" Miko yelled.

"You DO know we have to keep the Bot's existence secret from humans, right?" Dominic asked rhetorically. "Apart from you three and Fowler. (And maybe a small part of the Pentagon)"

"Aww." Miko said as she got into Bulkhead's Vehicle Mode.

"Bumblebee, you'll watch over Raf. Arcee, you'll accompany Jack." Optimus said to the other Cybertronians.

"If you excuse me, i'm gonna take a 90-minute nap." Dominic said as he headed to his room, exhausted from the battle.

Q: Will there be any Skylanders character in this story?

A: I intend to include Eon at some point, but only in his astral form. As for other characters, I have plans regarding two Trap Masters.

Q: Will Dominic use Traptanium to trap Decepticons/Can Traptanium work on Cybertronians?

A: Maybe. If I can alter the circumstances enough, I can do it, but I doubt it.

Q: Is Dominic a Fire Element Trap Master?

A: Yes.

Q: Does Dominic have a Skylander form?

A: Next chapter.
