Lena Luther looked through the window of her apartment, staring at the picture of her and Kara, when they were happy.

'When she lied to your face.'Lena's mind supplies, Lena was still reeling from all that's happened.

She telling Kara that she knew about the lies and the betrayal from Kara and her so-called friends, the emotional war going on in her mind trying to decide if she should go back to Kara, and try to move pass this.

But as angry Lena feels at Kara at for lying, she knew deep down inside that she was actually scared of letting anyone in again, how couldn't she? every time she lets someone in it turns badly.

Her mother drowned.

Lionel became a alcoholic.

Lex became a psychopath hellbent on destroying anything that doesn't fit his perfect world.

Andrea uses her for a magical amulet that her mother cared about.

Jack injected himself with nanobots and was used to kill people until she killed him.

Rhea used her to invade her own planet

Sam became Reign.

Eve was secretly working for Lex.

and Kara made her believe that she was her friend through it all.

Kara healed her's broken heart every time they meet for their lunch dates or when Kara would fight for her, and invite her to game nights so she wouldn't be alone.

On the first year of their friendship Lena gets why Kara kept her secret from her, she was the still the sister of Lex Luthor, but after all of the things they,ve been through, saving each others lives in more ways in one.

Lena couldn't help but believe that she deserve to know that Kara, someone she actually killed her brother for was Supergirl.

Lena drank her scotch as the thought of the super plagued her mind. Lena gets pulled out of her thoughts as her door bell rings.

Lena grabs her taser that was on the counter, preparing herself if the person at the door was trying to attack her or if they were DEO agents coming to arrest her for almost taking over the world.

Lena hesitantly opens the door, looking at the person at the door in confusion. "Who are you?"

Meanwhile Kara wasn't doing any better.

Kara sat on her conch looked at a picture of her and Lena, Kara traces Lena's smile in the picture,m s smile that Kara felt like she hasn't seen that smile in million years though it was yesterday when they were in Fortress of Solitude working together to take down Rama Khan, then after the fight, Lena revealed to Kara, her true feelings.

More tears fall as she remembers the brokenness in the Luthor's eyes.

Kara knew it was her who did this to Lena, every one that has betrayed Lena put their bullet in the gun that would break her heart, and it was Kara who pulled the trigger, bring Lena to her breaking point.

it broke Kara's heart just thinking about she had done, Lena is one of the most important maybe the most important person in her life.

Lena was the only one could truly understand her.

they both lost their families at a young age, they were both put into homes where they felt like they didn't belong, the only thing they didn't have in common was how they were raised, she and Lena were two sides of the same coin.

Kara's eyes widen as she realized how much she needed Lena in her life but Kara is brought out of her thoughts when someone knocks her door.

Kara to stunned by her realization opens the door without checking, Kara is shocked to the very person she was thinking about.

"Lena!" Kara shouts though Lena just looks at her, "wh- what are you doing here?" Kara asked.

Lena still doesn't move, Kara takes a good at Lena who was wearing a black sweater and jeans with a long velvet coat, her raven hair was down and her face was puffy and her eyes were red showing that she was crying.

'Did i do this?'Kara couldn't help but think, Lena finally gets out of her trance and walks towards Kara, who step backs.

Lena closes the door behind her and then she looks at Kara.

She just looks at her, Kara was wearing a grey/purple sweater with gray leggings and rainbow socks.

Kara fidgets with her hands nervously at the Luthor's gaze who wasn't moving.

Then Lena smiles, not a forced smiles or a fake smile by her smile that are only for Kara, causing Kara to smile as well.

Lena walks towards Kara who is frozen still in her living room and Kara gasps in shock as Lena wraps her arms around Kara's waist hugging her, Kara gasped in shock, stiff for little bit before she wraps her arms around Lena's neck and they both begin to cry. Kara didn't know what happen to Lena that caused her to hug her but she's glad it did.
