"No," I said as I glared at the scroll, "No more D-rank missions, I'll go insane if I have to pick up more dog shit off the ground."

The Hokage raised his eyebrow before I felt pain on the back of my head, "You stupid brat!" Tsunade exclaimed before I turned to her and glared at her, "You just don't demand a mission from the Hokage, we ask for a mission and they give us one, do you understand?"

"I'm sick and tired of these missions, I want a real mission, something that makes my blood rush," I answered as I took a step closer, "Picking dog shit and chasing fat cats may seem exciting for you, but not for me."

Tsunade gritted before she lifted me up and smacked her forehead against mine, "Listen here Uchiha," she increased the pressure on my head, "as long as you're a genin under my command, I'll be the one calling the shots here do you understand?" We growled at each other before her eyes widened.

"Hokage-sama!" The door was slid open before one Chunin ran in and breathed heavily.

"What is it?" he asked.

"The Princess wishes to return home!" the chunin cried out.

The Hokage rubbed the sides of his head, "Then let Koharu change her mind!" he answered, "Where is sh-."

"I demand to go home now!" someone shrilled and stomped to the entrance. A girl around Ryu's age, wearing a heavily decorated black Kimono with blue clouds on it and had her brown hair, said, "Hokage-sama! I have been here long enough, I'm going home!"

"But Princess!" The Hokage knocked down the chair as he stood, before walking to her, "The Emperor himself told you to stay, are you really going to go against His orders?"

"Shinobi!" she spat, "You speak out of turn, my father made no such order, he said I could return whenever I want and I want to go home now!"

"My apologies Princess," the Hokage went down on his knees, "but the Emperor has asked me to keep you here for your own safety, please be reasonable about this!"

While they were speaking, Tsunade and I looked at each other again. She clicked her tongue before she dropped me, "keep your power lust in check, Uchiha," she said before gazing at Kushina and Haruno, "kneel, girls."

I clenched my fist and hit the floor before I rubbed my eyes, I knelt beside them and gave control back to Ryu.

I created a dummy with a picture of Tsuande's face on its face before I started punching and kicking the bitch.

I ignored him and jumped on the dummy that fell and continued to pummel it.

I put my gaze back to the floor, "Thank you for giving me the chance to prove myself and loyalty to the village and imperial family, princess."

She put her nose in the air and said, "Don't make me regret choosing you, shinobi!" before leaving.

Tsunade stood and without turning her face to us, said, "Go home and pack enough for a month, and come to the gate as soon as possible."

Ryu sat and leaned back against the wall near the entrance. He hummed a song in his head to distract himself from boredom. Suddenly he heard a thump and opened his eyes. "Finally, at least you're here," Ryu said to Kushina and Haruno, "Now, where's sensei?"

Before anyone answered, the sounds of wheels and hooves made us look at the direction it came from, "Oh, there she is." Haruno said.

Thanks for stating the obvious, I snarked as Tsunade walked side by side with the horses that pulled the carriage.

"Alright brats, diamond formation around the princess's carriage," she said. We all went to our designated positions. I and Haruno by the sides of the carriage, while Kushina defended it from behind. Tsunade stayed in front with the horses.

I may not be in control but Ryu kept taking glances at the carriage, not that I blame him, the carriage was just so..,

You could legitimately blind yourself if you stared at it for long, I said with a bit of envy and awe, Imagine you have so much money that you could cover your carriage with so much gold and jewelry.

"Slight disagreement', huh?" the princess replied, "I don't know how shinobi usually solve their disputes, but I didn't think you people solved them like samurais."

"Oh no, I can assure you, my lady," I said before taking another look at Tsunade and clenched my fist, "this is not how shinobi usually solve them. This is what happens when you put a Senju and an Uchiha in the same team."

The princess hummed and looked at Tsunade before she turned at me, "May I ask you something?"

I raised my eyebrow, "I don't think I can refuse anyways."

She chuckled, "How come your tone suddenly changed?"

She rolled her eyes, "According to this file," she said as she picked up a file with Ryu's name on it, which made my eyes widen, "you've got a split personality, one called Ryu and the other called, 'The Cooler Ryu," she giggled at the name, making me blush and grit my teeth.

"I don't appreciate it when people invade my privacy," my arms shook, "princess" I hissed. "Especially when they talk about my mental health in the open like that."

"Fortunately, I'm not just some "people'", she fanned herself, "I'm your Princess and you're my soldier, shinobi," she spat back.

I inhaled before exhaling, "How did you even get a copy?"

"I said I wanted copies of files of the shinobi that will guard me," she said as her eyes glanced at the text. "Not that I really need to justify myself to my soldiers." She put the file down before she said, "May I speak to the other Ryu?"

I snorted and opened my mouth, "I'm here, my Lady."

"Wow, I can feel the difference already," she grinned before she opened the door, "Come on now, hop in. And don't mind the ladies, they work for me."

"Here, take this." She smiled as she presented a seal to Ryu, "Put it wherever on you, I would like to have a conversation with just you."

"O-of course, my Lady," he said while ignoring my pleas. He put the seal on his forehead before everything became black.

I stared at the fidgeting boy behind my fan and laughed a bit at the sight inside of my head, "Now then Ryu, I'm quite curious about a few things, will you answer me?"

"Yes, of course!" he answered and saluted.

"When did you first have contact with the other Ryu?"

He scratched his head, "I-I don't remember."

"You don't remember?"

"I mean, we have been probably speaking to each other since birth," he said.

"When did you notice..," How do I say this? "that you're different from other people."

"When I noticed we spoke a different language than the others," he answered, making me lean in interest.

"Different language you say?" Oh my, this is getting interesting, I thought as my blood pumped up, "Can you say a word or a sentence, I would like to hear this curious language."

He put his hand flats on his thighs and started rubbing them, Oh, he's nervous, he's either scared of showing it or he's lying. I put my hands together and widened my eyes, "Please? It'd make me really happy if you did that for me."

He twisted his head to the side, avoiding eye contact with me. He then kept his eyes on his knees before drying his throat, "I guess a sentence or two wouldn't hurt," he said before looking at me again, "Hej, hur mår du? (Hello, how are you doing?)"

I blinked in surprise, I thought you were lying to me, He could be lying, but it didn't sound like he made up some gibberish on the spot. "That's interesting," I said out loud, "are you willing to teach me it?" Knowing a secret language does sound fun.

His eyes widened and he coughed. After a while, he swallowed his spit before looking me with frightened eyes, "I wi-,"

"Hostiles detected!" a voice shouted, making Ryu rip off the seal and jump out of the carriage.

Well, I can just order him to do it later.
