Monday morning finally came for Rin, "ugh! Nothing yet, I need to be moving around again, don't get me wrong, it's fun to relax but on my terms not being forced to" Rin said to herself while checking her phone.

Just as she is ranting a ding comes through, "An email from InUTaishO Tech and it's from the CEO, aaahhh!" Rin says in a panic to herself. "I probably got denied, they are looking for the most prestigious, I mean I think I am the shit and all but there are so many around the world looking forward for this opportunity!" Rin said talking to herself again.

"Mom! please read this email for me, if I was denied, just don't say anything!" Rin's mother entered the room, Rin with her eyes shut and ears plugged, her mother chuckled.

"Rin honey, you were chosen". "What!" Rin responded back, "Yesss!" She jumped up and she began to tear up and her mother held her.

"Not only after completion of the internship, if they are really impressed, we are given a job opportunity and I heard it pays well".

Her mother replies, "Well my sweetheart, looks like you should be well on your way, you have chosen the path that best suits you. Your family will always be here for you not matter your choices, we have seen your drive, we gave you the basic principals in life, and you have blossomed to beyond our expectancy, and we are so proud of you. Come, let us celebrate and send you on your way!"

Rin waited until Friday to tell her friends about the celebration, and they were invited to her parent's house for a cookout. Rin's parents set up all types of games but of course Rin suggested that alcohol beverages were to be involved in which her father was all game for. Rin and her brothers were in the back playing jumbo jenga when Rin gets a call from Kagome.

She asked Rin if it was okay for her to bring her boyfriend, Rin thought why not, I got a serious of questions to ask him anyway. Kagome text Rin to let her know she is outside in the front and Rin goes to greet her.

"Rinny! Long time no see girl, I hear you moving on up and leaving us small people behind!" Rin responds,

"Oh, it's nothing like that, you know this is my passion", she says as she hugs her dearest friend.

"Rinny, this is my boyfriend, Inuyasha"! Rin looks and is surprised to see him with long silver flocks of hair and sunset golden orbs with dog ears and she is immediately attracted to them, as she is staring at them.

"Nice to meet you Inuyasha", Rin says.

"The same", Inuyasha replies.

"Could you be ruder Inuyasha, Rin is not someone that is random, she is like my family!" Kagome says frustratingly.

"Well, it was my fault, I was staring at the ears", Rin says. Inuyasha apologies and so does Rin for staring, and he then greets her in a more appropriate way. Rin walks them in and into the backyard and she informs them of all the food that is prepped and ready and where the alcohol is located.

They all were chilling in the backyard and Inuyasha begins to speak, "Hey Rin, Kagome tells me you got your internship at InUTaishO Tech? Is that all you need to graduate?" "Yes", Rin responds. "Congratulations is in order but Rin and it just may be a coincidence, but my family runs that company, my older brother Sesshomaru is currently the CEO. I do want to give a heads up, in what you are getting yourself into dealing with him that's if you were to be in contact with him, he usually doesn't deal with that sort of thing. He does not like humans first off, and second, he doesn't like anyone".

Rin looks in shock, first because she is speaking to a Inutaisho and second his brother the CEO does not like humans. What have I got myself into? he sure does not give off that impression on tv, maybe it's for show. She thinks.

"Well, I understand most Demons do not really care for humans and vice versa but I am not there to become his friend or anything, it will be a learning experience for me. He will need to look past what is on the exterior and see what my potential really is" Rin replies.

Inuyasha gives off a well okay face and shrug. Rin then asks to speak with Kagome privately. "What the hell Kagome, I was going to wait but since he made the comment, I just have to say what I need to now! First off, why didn't you tell me you were dating a demon? And secondly when were you going to let me know he was a Inutaisho?"

Kagome looked into her very serious friend face and said, "I thought if you saw him, it would leave out of a lot of explanations and if I would have told you from the start, you may not have wanted to meet him. For the Inutaisho part, yeah I kinda just found that out because he is very secretive about his family and in which we will need to talk about later because the way he just spewed that out like that".

Rin breathes and she knew needed to let her friend know she did not care who it was she was with, as long as they treated her with respect. Kagome nodded in acknowledgement knowing her friend only wanted her to be happy. "Well since he is here, let's see if he can give me anymore heads up about this Sesshomaru", Rin says.

"Use and abuse him", Kagome laughs. Going back to the backyard, "So Inuyasha….".

The weekend went and Rin was back home preparing for her big day tomorrow, she was a nervous wreck but so pumped. She got all the information she thinks she needed from Inuyasha so she was kind of prepared of what to think of her new boss.

So first off, he doesn't like humans, he doesn't eat human food except for maybe some fruits and nuts, He barely acknowledges you or speak to anyone, he is work driven and just doesn't have time for anything so if you ask anything, it has to be something that interest him, maybe outsmart him, hmmm. Damn this is too much to think about, good thing I did look up every company that I applied for and got to see some background info. Rin thought to herself.

She decided she was going to bed early for her big day and with that she took a sleeping pill to keep her mind from running rampant and keeping her up all night.
