Ooh-Whee Chapter 3! This chapter is a little smutty- just so you know! ;)
With electricity now introduced (re-introduced?) to this version of the world, they all had a common goal, they all wanted to be able to use the electricity to make life more comfortable, less scavenging, more security, which Joy understood but as she stood in the middle of the blood dome she looked around it with interest.
"You actually fought in here?" she asked Morty who was standing to the side, drinking some water.
"Yeah, it was kinda therapeutic."
"I bet." she replied as she looked around it again. "I kinda wish Rick had brought me here earlier, it sounds like fun."
"Eh," Morty shrugged. "It was pretty intense Joy."
"Oh I believe it," Joy replied. "But god that sounds like fun."
"Baby!" she turned, hearing Rick call her and grinned as he approached the blood dome. "Get out of there, we need to take it apart for the metal."
"No, Rick," she whined, wrapping her arms around one of the bars. "Can't we take apart the cars?"
"What?!" she heard Hemorrhage say in the distance before being placated by Summer who assured him that Joy had just been kidding and didn't mean it.
"No, but tell you what, you let us take this one down, I'll let you become the new blood dome super star," he offered and Joy thought about that for a moment before climbing out of the blood dome.
"Okay, fine," she said before walking over to see what Summer and Hemorrhage were up to.
"Uh, Rick," Morty said as Rick started to unscrew bolts holding the blood dome together. "Do you think Joy's been acting a little differently lately?"
"How do you mean?"
"I mean, she's been more… Like you." he said and Rick looked up at his grandson from where he was kneeling. "I mean before, sure she'd let you kill a bunch of guys, but she never participated in it, and the other night she slaughtered those people at the castle," Morty pointed out. "And I don't know, she just seems a little more… not herself."
"Eloquently put as usual Morty," Rick said as he looked back at what he was doing. "But I do see what you mean. The truth is, the more time Joy spends getting in touch with her abilities, the more god-like it'll make her. Human life isn't going to have the same appeal as it did when she thought she was a human, and she's going to figure out more and more that her abilities make her something more powerful than humans are going to like," he explained to Morty who looked nervous about that.
"Will she- I mean- will she want to kill us?" he asked as he looked over at Joy, Rick casting a glance at his wife who was sitting on the hood of Morty's car and then laying back on it, smiling as she basked in the sun.
"I don't know Morty," Rick admitted. "It's possible that if she gets too into being a god she won't care about any human life- but I think Joy's one of those people who cares about certain people- even if she isn't technically a person."
"Well she's a person, she's just not a human." Morty pointed out and Rick nodded. "So- So what are you going to do?"
"Hm?"
"If Joy tries to kill us, what are you going to do?"
"I guess it depends on the situation Morty," Rick shrugged as he stood up and pulled one ofthe bars off of the blood dome before tossing it to the side and moving to work on a different one. "But no god has killed me yet. Ours or anyone else's. And I don't plan on letting one now."
"Even your wife?"
Rick looked at Joy who stretched her arms and felt a small pit of dread churn his stomach at the question before looking back at what he was doing, unscrewing the bars from the blood dome. "Even her." Rick said loud enough for only Morty to hear, but not quite convincingly enough.
That night Rick walked into the shelter he'd put together for him and Joy while they were in this version of Earth, sipping from his flask as he did.
"Hey," Joy sat up on the mattress they'd put inside. "I've been waiting for you,"
"Oh yeah?" he asked, slipping the flask back into his pocket. "W-what for?"
She stood up, showing that she was wearing only his lab coat and grinned at him. "For this," she said as she walked over to him, wrapping her arms around his neck and pulling him into a long kiss. Rick barely kissed her back, and when she pulled back she looked up at him curiously. "What's wrong?"
"Do you feel like you're losing yourself?" he asked, Joy frowning at the question.
"What do you mean?"
"Morty pointed out to me that- well since I got you from Feeloria, you've been different," he explained. "You've been more… like me."
"And is that a bad thing?" she asked with a grin. "I happen to love you." she leaned forward to kiss him again but Rick caught her shoulders and held her in place.
"And I love you," he told her as he looked down at her. "But he's concerned about you losing your humanity- and I gotta admit Baby, I am a little concerned about you."
"Hey, you're the one who encouraged me to go Old Testament."
"That was a hologram,"
"A hologram of you, a hologram you programmed to be just like you." she reminded him as she crossed her arms. "So what's the problem? You think I'm going to just turn into you?"
"No, I just want to make sure you don't lose yourself," he told her. "I've been told I can make people lose themselves and become more like me."
"Well, I don't care what anyone says," she said as she looked up at him. "I love you, and I'm fine with being a little more like you."
"Even if that means you start to like killing, and becoming a more cold and unfeeling person?"
"Rick," she sighed as she uncrossed her arms and cupped his face, turning his gaze so it was off of the floor and on her. "Honey, you're not unfeeling. You feel more than some people I know, but you're brilliant, you know you are, and sometimes you're not willing to put too much concentration into things that don't matter," she explained as she stroked his cheek with her thumb. "That's not a fault, humans hold us accountable to their own feelings, and make us responsible for their preconceived notions."
"I know," Rick said as he moved his hands to her waist.
"And you and I aren't exactly like most humans," she pointed out, Rick pulling her a little closer as she spoke. "If while coming into my place in the universe I act a little differently from humans like Summer and Morty, is that entirely a bad thing? I'm not human like them, I'm not even human like you." she pointed out, Rick wrapping his arms around her tighter. "If I'm a little more enthusiastic about finding my place in the universe and connecting with my abilities in a way I haven't before- is that really a bad thing?"
"No," Rick told her and she smiled.
"Do you not want me to use my abilities outside of Feeloria?"
"Baby," Rick said as he put his hand on her cheek, tilting her face up and grinning down at her. "I want you to do whatever your little gold heart desires."
"Even killing people who piss me off?" she asked with a small pout, Rick groaning softly as he ran his thumb over her bottom lip, Joy parting her lips and sucking on the tip of his thumb gently.
"Oh fuck," he said softly. "You kill whoever the fuck you want." he told her before leaning down and kissing her deeply, Joy kissing him back readily.
Rick pushed the lab coat she was wearing off of her, tossing it to the floor before he pulled back, pulling his shirt off and tossing it to the ground with the lab coat while Joy started unbuckling his belt.
Rick kicked off his shoes before stepping back, moving to push his pants down, and then slipping out of his socks at the same time. Rick moved to lay down on the mattress before patting the spots next to his head."Come on Baby," he said with a grin, Joy grinning as she moved to straddle his face.
Rick's arms wrapped around her thighs, pulling her down closer, running his tongue over her eagerly. Joy bit her lip at the feeling, looking down at Rick with a grin before he continued, Joy's hips moving as Rick's tongue moved.
Gasping as he made her moan in only ways he could, Joy's breath came out in soft pants as she rolled her hips, Rick moaning from between her legs.
Her hands gripped his hair tightly, whimpering as he moved a hand to rub her clit firmly, pushing her over the edge, a cry of pleasure escaping her as Rick continued his mouth watering assault against her.
After Joy's body relaxed she moved off of Rick, grinning at him before leaning down to kiss him deeply. After the kiss he grinned at her lazily before looking down at himself, Joy following his gaze and grinning when she saw just how excited he was.
"Oh does big boy Rick need a little help there?" she asked with a grin as she moved to straddle his hips.
"Oh I always need your help Baby," he said as he watched her. "That's right, get on that cock,"
"Yeah?" she asked with a small grin. "You want to take me on a ride?" Rick grinned even more before nodding.
"Hop on Baby," he grinned as she positioned herself above him. "Oh I'm gonna take you on the ride of your life."
"I'm gonna hold you to that," she told him as she started to sink down over him. Rick groaned as she sank down over him, his eyes rolling back slightly as she sank down over him completely.
"Oh fuck," he groaned. "Oh that's it Baby, fuck, ride my cock."
Joy started to move her hips, putting her hands on his chest as she started riding him, slowly at first and then started to move a little faster.
Joy bit her lip as she continued to ride him, moaning softly as she felt him move in and out of her easily.
"Oh fuck your pussy's so fucking good Baby," Rick said as he looked up at her, Joy smiling as she started to move a little faster.
Both of them moaned and panted as she continued to move, Rick's hands on her hips, moving her over him faster at some points and then slower at other points until he let out a gasp. "You close?" she asked, sweat glistening on her brow, still sensitive from her previous orgasm she was close herself.
"Yeah," he grunted. "You?"
"Uh-huh." she bit her lip before looking down at him. "What do you need?"
"I need you to cum," he told her. "When you cum, it'll work for me."
"Bite me," she panted and he looked up at her. "Bite me, pull my hair, slap me, whatever, I just need to hurt," she told him and he nodded before pulling her down, gripping the back of her hair tightly and pulling her close, sinking his teeth into the side of her neck roughly, sucking and biting at her skin, the pain making Joy cry out against Rick's shoulder as she felt herself tightening around him.
As she started to orgasm Rick groaned as he moved to bite her shoulder, sucking a dark mark onto her shoulder as he started to cum, Joy feeling him unloading inside of her.
After the two came to their finish they lay together, tangled along each other, Joy nuzzling his neck as he rubbed her beck, kissing her neck and shoulder.
"You ready for a second round?" he asked and Joy smiled against his neck before pulling up to look down at him.
"Absolutely," she told him.
When Rick was helping the group of Death Stalkers making houses Joy was helping lift the roofs onto the houses. By the end of the first week they had turned this part of the desert into a suburbia.
As they settled into a better version of that life Joy could tell that Summer was starting to hate it more and more.
"Think you can push this along?" Rick asked Joy one evening as they lay in bed. "I miss our bed."
"Fuck me too," she sighed as she shook her head. "Yeah, I think we can make them both more miserable." she agreed as she moved to straddle his hips.
The next morning Summer was in an obviously pissy mood as she left, Rick grinning at Joy, squeezing her thigh.
Over the next two weeks Joy and Rick made sure to have loud passionate sex every night while Summer and Hemorrhage seemed to never spend time together.
When Summer got home one afternoon Joy was laying out in the back yard in her underwear, tanning. Rick, Morty and Hemorrhage were sitting on the couch in the living room, though Rick noticed that every now and then Morty would sneak a glance at Joy, eventually swatting his grandson's arm.
"She's your grandmother."
"No- not really." Morty said, rubbing the back of his neck. "I mean, she's my step-grandma." he said, Rick rolling his eyes.
"She's my wife you little turd."
"I'm sorry!"
"I'm home." they heard Summer call and Rick smirked as he looked back at the TV before letting his face fall so it looked like he had just been watching TV with everyone else.
"Hey, babe." Hemorrhage said simply.
"Ah, Summer's home." Rick said dully as Morty chimed in.
"Hey, there she is!"
"You haven't moved since I left to scavenge this morning." Summer looked at the three of them testily. "I mean, even Joy's moved more than you three."
"Blood Dome playoffs." Hemorrhage said simply, distracted by the TV.
"So, I can assume you haven't murdered a single person today?"
"Oh, I don't know. I-I didn't mark my murders in my murder log. I didn't know that's how we measured success."
"Oh, there he is. There's the nihilistic brute I married, except now life only means nothing when I'm talking to him and everything means everything when it's on fucking TV!" Summer screamed before turning around and seeing Joy standing inside the living room next to the couch, watching them. "Jesus fuck!" she jumped.
"Guys, we should leave them alone," Joy said as she grabbed Rick and Morty by the arm and pulled at them gently.
"Yeah, let's- let's go to the garage," Rick said.
As they stepped into the garage Joy looked at Rick who grinned at her. "You think today's the day?"
"Oh definitely." Rick said as he picked up a suitcase from under the worktable and opened it up showing off a rock of Isotope 322 in it. "Joy you got any shit you want to bring home with you?"
"Nah, I'm good." she shrugged.
"You know, I got to admit, Rick, when you guys popped this scheme, I-I-I didn't - I wasn't sure it was gonna work." Morty commented.
"Oh ye of little faith," Joy ruffled Morty's hair gently.
"Yeah, come on, Morty. No union built on running from your problems lasts more than five years, seven tops. Grandpa just sped things up with a few creature comforts of modern society." Rick explained as he shrugged before the door into the house opened and Summer walked in, looking upset.
"Hemorrhage and I are taking some time apart." she said to them all as she kicked off her shoes and started to pull off her metal shoulder pads.
"Oh, no. Sum-sum, no. But you two were perfect for each other." Rick said as Joy cooed and wrapped her arms around Summer who wrapped her arms around Joy.
"Oh, cut the crap, Rick, okay? You proved your point, I get it. Let's just go home." she said as she looked at Rick with narrowed eyes.
"Coolsies." Rick said as Joy let go of Summer. He shot a portal into the ground and Summer and Morty jumped through it immediately.
Rick was about to hop into the portal before he paused, looking at the rock of Isotope 322 from the machine that ran the entire town's power. "Do it." Joy grinned and he looked at her with a grin.
"You're like the devil on my shoulder."
"Like you need any encouragement." she said with a wide grin as he snatched the rock from the machine, pushed Joy through the portal and hopped through as well.
As they landed in the garage Joy sighed happily before opening the garage door. "I'm going to go take a shower," she told them all, glancing at Rick. "Join me when you're done with the robots."
He nodded as he summoned the robots to the garage while Joy walked across the street to the house, undressing the moment she got inside and leaving her gross clothes at the bottom of the stairs and then going to the bathroom, turning on the shower and then climbing in, sighing as the water started to cut through her grime covered skin.
Sure they had baths in the alternate Earth but with it being dirt pretty much everywhere it was easy to get filthy fast.
When she heard the door open she grinned as she called to Rick "So you gonna get in here or what Big Boy?"
She turned to the door of the shower when it opened and opened her eyes, her smile widening as Rick climbed into the shower and he stepped under the jet of water. "Oh fuck that's good," he sighed as he tilted his head back. "Mind if I turn up the heat Baby?"
"Always," she smiled as he turned the heat up in the shower, wrapping her arms around his middle and leaning against his back as he put his hand on the wall, leaning forward and letting the hot water run over both of their bodies.
"Hey Baby," Rick said softly as she kissed his shoulder.
"Hm?" she asked and he smiled lifting his arm up, letting her move around to his front.
"Can- Can we go to Feeloria for a bit?" he asked and she looked up at him in surprise before nodding.
"Yeah, of course," she said. "Is everything okay?"
"I think I'm ready to just be with my wife for a little bit without the rest of the family." he told her, stroking her hair.
"Okay," she smiled. "You want to leave tomorrow?"
"I think I want to leave after this shower." he said and she nodded before kissing his shoulder gently.
"Okay," she said and he looked down at her, moving his hand to the back of her head, kissing her forehead.
"Thanks Baby,"
"Anytime," she smiled before they shared a kiss.
After the shower Rick and Joy packed bags before he opened a portal and tossed their bags through before he took her hand, kissing her knuckles and walking through the portal with her.
When they stepped into the room in Feeloria Rick walked over to the bed and collapsed onto it while Joy walked to the door, opening the door and calling out into the hallway of the temple "Lyra!" she called and there was a sound of scrambling and a door slamming open.
"Joy!" she said as she walked out to the hallway. "I- I didn't know you were coming-" she looked over her shoulder guiltily and Joy looked over her shoulder to see Delta pulling his robes on, Joy grinning at them both.
"I'm here for a few weeks," Joy told them both. "My husband and I both are," she said before clearing her throat. "Don't let us bother you though," she winked, Lyra's face turning bright red as Joy closed the bedroom door and walked over to the bed. "I think two of my constituents just discovered guilt," she told Rick who turned his head and looked up at her.
"They aren't your constituents," he told her. "They're your followers."
"My flock?"
"Ugh don't start quoting that Jesus crap at me." he said turning his head back into the pillow.
"I'm not," she grinned as she leaned over to kiss his shoulder.
"Okay," he sighed before pulling her closer. "Just- just stay here with me." he said. "You can go do god stuff later."
"I'm not going anywhere," she told him as Rick moved so he could lay his head on her chest, Joy wrapping her arms around him and stroking his hair, Rick falling asleep within minutes and Joy falling asleep soon after.
Alright, I hope you enjoyed chapter 3!
