Chapter 3 The wish of the world

It had now been a week since Yu was in Kuho Academy and it was...well not hard for Yu just different. I mean it wasn't even that long ago when he was living in a small country town with a moderate sized school building. But he's living in the city with the school building being as huge as one of the dungeons he traversed through. The Kuho building was actually pretty impressive to say the least he could tell someone invested a lot of money into Kuho Academy he just wishes the same was done for his last school. Yu had definitely gotten lost a few times in the school and he was almost always having to ask for directions on where to go. And during one of those times he ran into someone very... VERY unique to say the least. He ran into non other then issei hyoudou the heavily perverted second year of kuho Academy. Yeaaa Yu was warned about issei on his very first day by the student council. It was said that he is part of the perverted trio and that they will always seek an opportunity to see a woman naked which was more than enough to disgust Yu to his core. So when Yu saw issei running through the halls he could only guess a few reasons why. 1 he's really late 2 he forgot something and is rushing to get it ...or 3 he's running from a group of girls he was snooping on. Annnd judgeing by the seemingly huge stampede of angry girls running after him its most definitely the third. Yu could only sigh in disgust and disappointment for his lower class men. He could go over a help him but Yu assumes that what ever he did to anger that many girls he more than likely deserved it so he just decides to ignore it and continue to find where he's going.

The few days turned out pretty much as Yu expected. On the first day when Yu entered his class he could already hear all kinds of rumors about him both good and bad with the good being from the girls side while the bad on the men side. From the girls side he heard stuff like " wow he's really hot, " where do you think he's from? ", " I hope he's not like the perverted trio ", " he honestly looks like some kind of Prince ". Annnd from guys side " jeez look at this smug asshole ", " who does this guy think he is Prince charming? ", " why the hell does someone like him have to be here? "...and Yu now knows how kanji felt. Yu can pretty much guess where the hostility from the guys came from anyone could to be honest but Yu didn't care it's not like he was looking for their approval or to make any of them there friends he already has amazing friends in inaba that he would never replace or trade for anyone or anything.

But to be honest the most unbelievable thing that happened to Yu was his living arrangements. Yu was living in a medium sized apartment with moderate sized kitchen, bedroom, and living room. It had one bathroom and a spare bed room. It wasn't bad by a means but what the real problem was when he looked at the not his parents left him.

Yu's mother: Dear Yu as you know me and your father are away for work and we won't be back for another year. And seeing as how your going to be 18 soon we thought it was time that you learned how to live on your own. And don't worry we're not letting you out on the street with no money as you can see we found you an apartment and we left you some money to get started but you'll have to get a job to pay for everything else the food the bills everything. We do hope by the time we get back that you've become more of an adult we just really want what's best for you my son. Signed your mother

To say that Yu was a little irritated would be an understatement. They really expect him to live off and pay for everything with only a hundred thousand yen for a whole year? I mean yeah they said that he should get a job but come on. Yu knew this was beyond unfair Yu's parents had more than enough to spare I mean they weren't super rich or anything but they were definitely loaded to where they could have spared more than one hundred thousand yen. But Yu didn't let that irritate him for long he remembered that he had more than enough money on his own mostly do to him selling many rare items that were found in the tv world and also do to his great many fights with shadows in the tv world. The shadows would almost always drop money after they're defeated and the stronger the shadow the more money they would drop including boss shadows. But where he really got his huge some of money was from those rare types of shadows called golden hands and if your lucky which Yu surprisingly was they would drop a really huge chunk of cash if you defeat them fast enough. And this wasn't just Yu either all of the investigation team made big bank by the end of there journey. By the end they each made over nine million yen, yea they couldn't believe it either. And so before yu left they all had a discussion on how to make sure they were gonna use all that money properly mostly cause Naoto insisted we should. And it was somewhat obvious what the other members were gonna do with it. Yosuke was gonna use it all to make better improvements on junes, Yukiko was gonna use the majority of her's to improve the amagi inn, Chie was more than likely gonna use some of it to get more kung fu related stuff but she's also gonna use alot of it to pay for her police scholarship, Teddie...well...yosuke decided to hold one to his just so he wouldn't do anything stupid with it, kanji actually thought of using it to start his own business someday good for him, Rise said she didn't really need it with her being a well known idol and all and she thought about giving it away but then she decided to put it all in savings for her future husband and her numerous kids...yea she outright said she wants numerous kids good luck with that I guess, and Naoto decided to stash it all in case of emergencies which was understandable. But it seems Yu will have to some of his own money for the majority of the year ehh oh well its not the end of the world... well anymore.

It wasn't until on his third day did things start to go a lot more crazy. Yu was walking home from another day of school when he decided to take a detour through the park and it was quite which to a normal person would be completely fine but Yu knew better he's been through way too many battles to know that absolute silence was a really bad sign. Yu now alert decided to call out to anyone waiting to ambush.

Yu: I know you're here! There's no point hiding any more! So just come out already!

Then all of a sudden the sky just went purple and the air started to shift like a barrier was put up. And then out of nowhere a figure appeared from above and it looked like a woman. Well...a very busty and revealing woman, she had long black hair that went down to her lower back and had...basically black leather everything from her arm length gloves to her thigh high boots and leather straps that only cover her nipples and she also had a shoulder guards with spikes on one side and a chain hanging off the other. But what mostly got Yu's attention was that she had huge black wings. She floated down on the fountain with a smug smile on her face with black feathers flying everywhere.

Mysterious women: well well well aren't you something. I almost impressed no wonder they want you dead.

Yu looked at her confused

Yu: who are you? What do you want?

Mysterious women: *chuckles* I'm raynere and what i want is for you to die

Raynera manifested a spear of light and threw it at Yu's direction. But Yu managed to dodge out the way do to his many battle experiences.

Raynere: *chuckles* impressive little human but your luck is not going to last

She then manifested two more light spears and threw them both at Yu. But Yu still managed to avoid them both and moved quick to hide behind a tree.

Yu: damn it is this girl for real? And I can't do anything, not without my weapon or even my personas but they don't work in reality *sighs* I'm really screwed aren't I?

Just as he asked that he felt something hit the tree hard which he assumes is one her light spears. And he feels it again and again and again.

Raynere: *laughs evily* there no point in hideing little human. I'm going to kill you weather you like it not.

Yu could feel the tree start to tip over and he ran as fast as he could to avoid getting crushed. And Yu did managed to not get crushed by the falling tree but now he was out in the open where raynere could now kill him. Yu tried to run as fast as he could to get out of the park but he felt something slice through the side of his knee stopping him in his tracks.

Raynere: *laughs evily* there's no escape from me human *chuckles* don't worry ill try to make it quick!

She flies at Yu quickly as she says with a light spear in her hand ready to him down. Yu now terrified for his life desperately tried to think of a way out of this situation but nothing came up. Raynere was closeing in on Yu even closer by the second. Yu now absolutely terrified tried to desperately hide his to shield himself for what ever is about to happen. And then all of sudden Yu herd a voice that sounded familiar.

Mysterious voice: I am thou, thou art i, open thyn eyes once more and call apon the great power which you have earned.

As the voice says that a card appeared and descended down to Yu and as it does raynere stopped and looked at the floating card

Raynere: w-what the hell is that?

As the card descended on Yu's hand he saw something strange about the card. First off the symbol was different it wasn't the fool like it always is. And Even though he hasn't seen it in a while he recognized its symbol as being the world arcane.

Yu: The world arcane. But what happened to the fool?

Mysterious voice: you have exceeded far beyond the fool. You now have the power of the world. That power Will allow you to change the world however you wish. Now use that power to vanquish this foe before you!

Yu was definitely surprised about what he just heard at first but he needed to take a deep breath to calm his mind and find the right words to say which he soon did.

Yu: I wish for you izanagi to awaken ounce again this time in reality to help me defeat this foe before me!

As as he said those words and crushed the tarot card. Raynere can feel An explosive wave of force originate from yu and soon saw something unbelievable.

(ENTER PERSONA 4 OST - REACH OUT TO THE TRUTH)

A Pillar of blinding blue light and heavy wind surrounded yu. and then a shadowy figure started to appear behind yu. The figure after a few seconds was now visible. It was a humanoid being with a black jacket with buckles on its collar. It also wields some kind of sword in the shape of a spear. And it Don's a silver mask with only its yellow eyes showing. It emerged towering behind yu at 12 to 13 feet high looking like it was ready to take on anything. When the light began to dim yu had a big smirk on his face looking at raynere differently.

Raynere: w-what in the world is that thing!?

Yu: this is izanagi my other self and you will back down if you know what's good for you

Raynere:*grow* don't get cocky with me you little brat your still gonna die!

Raynere throws a light spear at yu but it was deflected by izanagi which definitely surprised her.

Yu was now non shallottly unbuttoning his shirt uniform

Yu: that's not what's going to happen

Yu then waved his hand at rayneres direction mentally commanding izanagi to advance on her which he did. Izanagi flew fast at her direction weapon ready. Raynere tried to fly away in order to avoid an attack but was to slow as izanagi had completely slashed off her right wing makeing her scream in pain. Raynere was now incredibly pissed by the fact that some human was able to summon something that could actually wound her. At she going to throw another light spear at izanagi but then saw that the human was now seemingly valuable and got ready to throw it at yu. But yet again she was proven to be too slow as izanagi came in and kicked her hard in the side of her body. And in being hit by such an impact made raynere cough up blood which more than surprised her it horrified her. She bled! By some humans plaything? Impossible! Izanagi then grabbed raynere by her leg and threw her hard into the fountain causing a big splash. Izanagi then landed by Yu's side watching raynere now try to get out but izanagi already had his hand in rayneres direction ready to cast a spell.

Yu: IZANAGI!

And with that call izanagi casted ziodyne on raynere while she was in the fountain causing her to scream in incredible pain. And then she collapsed face forward with smoke still rising off her.

Yu walked up to raynere with cautiously she maybe knocked out but not dead. When he got to the fountain he took a few steps back to be more careful. Yu then commanded Izanagi mentally to pick up raynere by the neck which definitely woke her up. He also told him to not squeeze to hard he wanted her secure but not chocking he needed her to still be able to speak to get some answers and IS going to get answers.

Yu: you are going to answer my questions weather you like it or not

Raynere was still trying to get out of izanagis grip but she was not able to move his fingers an inch. And after she heard Yu's demands she could of only laugh.

Raynere: *laughs* YOU make demands of me? YOU? You think you can make demands of me? A weak human with some sort of sacred gear backing him? *laughs* do what ever you wish I'm telling you anything. Not to some pathetic human like you.

Yu was now beyond irritated. This woman really had the nerve to keep talking to him like that? Especially with being in the position she's in right now? If yu wasn't already tempted to kill her already he was definitely more motivated. But yu needed to take a deep breath and calm him self down cause even though he's killed countless shadows they were just mindless monsters on a rampage. This is different as unhuman like this woman is she still looks, acts, and talks like a living person and...and he was never going to cross that line no matter how hard he was pushed. He's never going to stoop that low not even for someone like her. He would like to just drop her somewhere but he's still determined to answers from her.

Yu: call me what ever like your still at my mercy. And can change that whenever I feel like it. So I'm gonna say this one more time. Your going to answer my questions for real time.

As yu was saying that he was also mentally commanding izanagi to point the sharp end of his weapon to her stomach.

Raynere was a little taken aback by what just happened but only for a second. When raynere looked into Yu's eyes and analyzed the situation more she laughed even harder.

Raynere: *laughs* I see now I get it. You've never killed anyone. Sure you've probably been through many battles but you've never actually dealt the final blow *laughs* as expected from a weak human like you.

Yu had about enough of her. She seriously still has the nerve to say things like that? Then he might as well knock her out and just leave her somewhere. But as yu was just about to do that raynere started speaking again.

Raynere: but fine go on ask your questions they won't help you in the long run anyway.

Yu really didn't expect that to happen. He honestly didn't know if that was just some joke or if the answers she give him will be truthful. But it's not like he had any other options plus he still had the Orb of sight with him so it's not like she can lie anyway he just hoped he didn't have to use it to make sure it was well kept hidden. Yu thought for awhile what his first question should be until he came to a conclusion.

Yu why did you attack me out of nowhere? And what was that sacred gear you were talking about?

Raynere was about to tell yu a bunch of half truths to keep alot of information hidden but she suddenly felt overwhelming urge to tell the whole truth and she really doesn't know why.

Raynere: I attacked you because someone on my team told me you had great power and humans with any form of power deserves to be killed and as for the sacred gears they powerful objects given to weak humans by god which is another reason why I attacked you I thought a human like you had a sacred gear which holds great power.

Yu hung his head knowing full well what was going on. Of course, the Orb can only makes people tell the truth it doesn't make them any nicer. But whatever yu was getting answers thats all that matters

Yu: now what exactly are you and where did you come from?

Raynere honestly didn't know why the hell she was being so truthful to this pathetic human. She tried so hard to resist the urge but she couldn't.

Raynere: I am now what is known by you humans as fallen angels but my people call our selves the Grigori. Our kind comes from heaven but we were cast out and are never to be able to return.

Both yu and raynere couldn't believe what was going on. On Yu's side he couldn't believe what he was hearing but he had to she literally can't lie what's so ever. This woman is an actual fallen angle. But how? The only angles he's seen were his personas which was a little more believable considering they came from peoples minds but an actual real life angle in the flesh... And now he knows why she's considered fallen no other angle real or not would never wear what she's wearing. So if angels and heaven exists does that also mean demons and hell exists as well? And not only that what else exists out there thats also hidden from the human world? Well he's gonna find out one way or another. And do they really call them selvs the Grigori? Yeash. On raynere side she's wondering what the hell is going on? Why the hell would she tell him what race she is and where she's from? especially what her race is called to each other? She just couldn't take it she begged for anyone to her stop.

Yu one more question if I'm right you must have a leader if so who is it?

Raynere desperately wanted to not answer that question. She that if she did she lose all her reasons for living considering how highly she looks up to this person. She incredibly hard resist this time but again she couldn't.

Raynere: you are right. Me and the rest of the Grigori all have a single leader. He is the governor General of the Grigori named Azazel.

Raynere wanted to scream and holler in rage and anger. Did she really just give away the governor Generals name to a lowly human? Impossible! Just what the hell is this kid? Yu was wondering where he heard that name before. Maybe in a book he read? well he's got enough information to do more research later there still more stuff he needs to know.

Yu: you mentioned being on a team. Besides you who else is in it?

Raynere at this point had given up on trying to resist at this point she knows its useless. So she's just gonna wait until he's done to then strike him for this. She just has to be patient until then

Raynere: their are three other members in my team they are Dohnaseek, kalawarna, and Mittelt.

Yu: and your mission is to kill all humans with these so called sacred gears?

Raynere: yes that is one of them

Yu: and what's the other?

Raynere: to extract another sacred gear from it's user and use it for our own benefit

Yu: and how would you do that?

Raynere: it's done by doing some ceremony. It removes the sacred gear from the original user and transfers it to someone else. The process however kills the original user.

Yu could not believe what he just heard. Do they really do this to people? Just because they were born with some powerful relic? How can they just do that?

Yu: What? do you really do that to innocent people!? How can you just do that to someone?

Raynere now had a wicked smile on her face. She could tell by the way he was acting he was one of those humans. The humans that think they can play hero which just amused her.

Raynere: yes I do and I would enjoy doing it over and over again just to see the life and the light drain from their eyes *laughs* oh what I wouldn't give to see the life drain from your eyes it probably would have been beyond hilarious *laughs*

Yu was really close into doing something he would ultimately regret. But he managed to keep his cool and have a leveled head. But that didn't mean he still wasn't incredibly pissed off at what she said. Yu could honestly get more information from her but he pretty much heard about enough from her. And with that it was like izanagi was reading Yu's thought process as he hit raynere with the blunt end of his weapon knocking her out and stopping her laughing. Yu then commanded izanagi to raynere somewhere innocent people won't find her when she wakes up. Yu just kept standing where he stood just thinking about what happened a psychotic fallen angel tried to kill him, he just summoned his persona in reality, and apparently there's more of them like her in this city and they're hurting innocent people... Danmit he thought this was supposed to over...Apparently it isn't. After a while izanagi came back to him master who was still lost in thought.

Izanagi: Are you alright master narukami?

That definitely knocked yu out of his deep thought. He hasn't heard his persona talk to him in a while it was honestly comforting.

Yu: yea I'm fine izanagi don't worry I'm ok

Yu was definitely not ok and izanagi knew it to. I am thou thou art I. That's not something personas say just to say it. It means something but izanagi wasn't going to press any further he knows his master has been through to much in the last few moments and he needs time to at least recover. And so izanagi faded returning to the sea of Yu's soul. And with that yu continued on his way back to his apartment not knowing that somewhere within the trees there was someone who watched the whole thing.

Well I finally wrote my first fight scene I hope it wasn't to boring. I hope my whole story isn't boring in general but like I said before I'm committed and I still want to see this through I just hope you guys are enjoying it at least
