I'm back with the final part of the prologue. Let's see how the heroes are doing after barely escaping the massacre of Niagara Falls. Keep your guard up, characters from a series related to Total Drama may appear.
Prologue Part 3: The seven rays of Hope, start of the final adventure
The seven made their way through the mall, completely devoid of any enthusiasm. After the total massacre in Niagara Falls, none of them were able to articulate a single word, not even Heather. Despite some stares the group got from watching Mario and Dixie Kong, the seven finally reached a table near a giant lemon.
From the lemon, which was a lemonade stand called the Big Squeeze, a girl watched the seven survivors in awe.
Just as they took a seat each, Kiyotaka broke down in tears. "Taka!" Mario rushed to the young man's side and pats his shoulder. "Are they truly gone…?" Dixie Kong sniffs, "We just saw firsthand what that thing can do! Not even that bitch of Junko Enoshima is capable of decimating our entire rag-tag yet powerful army with a single move!" Juzo slams a fist against a table, cracking it a bit.
"What are we supposed to do now…? Our loved ones are gone and that thing might be coming for us next…" Ishimaru says between sobs.
"I'll tell you what we're gonna do… We'll go and beat the everlasting shit out of that freaky being and make it revive our friends!" Heather says with a bit of tears on her face.
"It's nice to see you have hope" Mario smiles, making Heather realize what she said and quickly deny it.
"But why did Arthur say we were the ones who could do this? And what was he planning to send us here?" asks Trevor. "I think I know why" answered Japan.
"This place, along with Sunset Beach on British Columbia is the one we nations warn you, the Total Drama cast and the Ultimates to keep a low profile since in both places there is a group of teens who tend to cause trouble be it or not intentional.
And I am willing to say that the reason Arthur sent us here is to ask for help to the six teens of this mall."
Heather, who has calmed down, finally speaks, "Then I suppose he was referring to Jude, Nikki, Wyatt, Jen, Jonesy and Caitlin". "Why do you say that?" Taka, asks after finally calming down.
"Because they've gathered and have been listening to us for the last ten minutes. I guess that girl with the lemon hat told them'' the queen bee points and glares at a group of teens sitting at the table next to them.
"Cut the "we're minding our own business" crap! We know you've been eavesdropping us!" Heather scoffs. The rest of the survivors turn to see the aforementioned group quickly panicking and regaining their composure.
"Sorry!" one of the girls, Jen, said. "We just got an emergency message from Caitlin and then we saw Heather along with six other people," Jude said with his usual chill attitude. "It's weird, usually it's Owen we see a lot around here along with a boy with a weird hairdo and a soft-spoken man" Jonesy comments.
"Anyways, why exactly are you looking for us?" asks Nikki with a defensive tone.
"Take your chairs and come to our table. That way you can explain to us better what is going on" Wyatt requests.
The seven take their chairs and join the six teens at their table. Heather glances at Japan, who nods and she proceeds to answer the girl's question in the form of an explanation of everything.
1 and a half hour later
The six mall teens stare speechless at the seven survivors. They couldn't believe all Heather told them with some help from Japan. This world has personifications of its countries, there are other dimensions, one is consumed by Despair, which is merging with this one as they speak, Mario and his friends live in another and the seven heroes sitting next to them are the only survivors from a wipe out caused by the thing they saw floating in Niagara Falls.
"Wait… how has this not made it into the news yet?" Wyatt wonders, "I'm willing to bet Galeem has a hand on this. Maybe it's either altering the memories of those who saw and streamed everything or influencing people into apathy to what just happened. However, what doesn't make sense to me is why he only wiped our friends out. The last time we confronted it, not only all of us but Kirby were vaporized, the Smashverse was remade according to Galeem's vision. It's a good thing we all united and defeated it and Dharkon, the Smashverse returned to its original state after that" Mario says.
"Given the situation of the merge, it's possible that new rifts may appear, and we gotta be careful if those damn Monokuma units cross them!" Juzo growls. "Something just doesn't add up. If our worlds are merging, why hasn't anyone said something about the rifts?" Trevor inquiries.
"Maybe that scary thing you call Galeem has taken control of the rifts? And it's just analyzing when and where to open them?" Caitlin suggests, surprising her friends a bit. "A distinct probability" Dixie Kong says. "But how do the six of us come into play with this conspiracy-like plot?! You haven't answered us yet!" Nikki exclaims.
Heather clenches her fists but Japan intervenes and offers himself to explain. "We were looking for you because you have potential. Canada always tells us how you six are tested against the odds but your bonds and solid teamwork always manages to save the day in your daily lives. That's also why England must have sent us here to the Galleria Mall, so you can help us in our crusade to save our friends and defeat Galeem."
The six looked at each other, "All right, we'll do it!" Jen declared, making her friends wide their eyes. "Jen is right. These guys just escaped from that scary thing and came here to ask us for help. If that means that we can save the world we live from being conquered then we must rise to the challenge and stand against destiny and despair!" Jude delivers a passionate speech.
All of Jude's friends smile at his speech. "You always have a way with words dude. All right, we're in!" Jonesy grins as he and his friends nod to the seven.
"I'm glad we have you on our side. Let's do our best!" Japan smiles. "So what's the plan? We don't know shit about this thing except for what plumber boy told us" Juzo snarks. Suddenly, Caitlin's phone rang and she checked it out; the girl gaps and shows the rest of the group the news.
"There are reports of strange bear robots wreaking havoc in Vancouver!" she freaks out. The other twelve quickly pass the smartphone to check. "It's those damn Monokumas!" Juzo growls. "Never thought they would be mass-produced" Taka whispers. "Then I guess we have a plan now" Heather smirks.
"We go around the world, beat up those robots and maybe that can force Galeem to free our friends. I like it!" Dixie Kong chirps. "In that case we better head out now, before the situation gets out of control" Trevor said.
With that, Mario stands up and forms a hand stack, the six survivors deduce what this means and join him, albeit Juzo a bit reluctantly.
Japan, Heather, Taka, Juzo, Dixie Kong and Trevor put their hands in that order. "We'll save them all" Mario starts, "This world will know peace once more" Japan adds, "By lunchtime, those robots will be scrapped," Heather smirks, "Our friends are waiting for us! We must stand up against Despair once more!" Taka yells, "Galeem will be begging for death after I'm done with it for for making Junko look less of a monster" Juzo frowns, "And we'll do it together, as a team" Dixie Kong smiles, "Because our effort will lead to the one thing we've been fighting for since always" Trevor finishes and the seven look at the six teens, who joined in the hand-stack.
"That thing is…" Japan says with him and the others lifting their hands into the air as they say "Hope!".
"That was cool and all but how are we going to help you with this?" asks Nikki. "We are going to use this Mall as our headquarters." Trevor says " Good idea, since it would be dangerous to use one of the UN buildings as one since Galeem might be looking for us" Japan adds.
"And you come into play by using your knowledge of this mall and giving us intel of anything that happens around the world. Your teamwork is one of the finest around here for what I've been told" Kiyotaka says. The teens look at each other confused but ultimately nod.
After exchanging contact info with Heather, Taka and Trevor, the thirteen leave their seats.
"All right, let's-a do this!" Mario jumps out of his chair and he, along with Japan, Heather, Taka, Juzo, Dixie Kong and Trevor set out to save everyone.
With their determination and the help of the Galleria Mall crew, the adventure that will decide the fate of two worlds has begun.
Somewhere in Beijing, China
In an apartment with the number 1031, several people are watching the news on several devices.
"Ever since that deity-thing appeared four hours ago, all of our societies are going crazy about it. Haven't seen something like this ever since the Dark Lord" a vampire comments to his roomies.
"That's true, not even when that wacko who called himself Count Bleck with his giant black hole managed to make them move more than a year ago" a mummy said with a muffled voice due to bandages.
"Should we do something about it? According to the news, only seven survived and escaped to somewhere unknown" a female angel wonders.
"Not now. We're still recovering from the damage the Dark Lord caused to the world, which is still unknown to the people outside of Beijing" a cute male angel says.
The angel is hugged from behind by a hot demon who smirks. "What is weird is that there were ten people from the army cosplaying as characters from Super Mario. Hilarious not gonna lie!" he snarks.
Everyone sighs at his comment, especially his brother. "How can this change the course of the world we live in now?" a little demon asks.
"What shall we do for now? The werewolf society already sent me a message to stay alert in case they need me" a muscular werewolf who is currently in his human form said.
"Neil, Ira, Damao, Abu, Lily and Nick, don't do anything yet. We have to stay tuned to what the news and the societies say and then we can make a plan based on that. We can't afford to make any mistakes with this new foe."
"That's what I like about you, Lynn. You always have a plan" Nick tightens his hug. The angel sighs but smiles softly at his partner.
Damao stares at his phone and clenches it. Now that the Dark Lord has been defeated, he has no reason to stay in the apartment. But his pack allowed him to stay there since he made so many precious memories and awesome friends. He also has something in mind with Ira but given what just happened at Niagara Falls, he feels it's better to keep it to himself for now.
Everyone at 1031 returned to what they were doing before the news arrived.
Whatever happens next to the tenants and the supernatural creatures of this world will fall on the hands of the seven heroes.

Mario, Japan, Heather, Kiyotaka, Juzo, Dixie Kong and Trevor have formed the final team, and the teens from the Galleria Mall will assist them! 6teen joins the mix!
But wait, who were those creatures at Beijing, China? Give a warm welcome to the newcomer series: All Saints Street. This adorable donghua quickly became one of my favorites series and thus it had to be added to this adventure.
Now that the seven have regained their will to fight, nothing can stop them, or can it? Next week, a new adventure for the future of two worlds will begin!
