The Trickster
Chapter Three: Nick Fury.
When Ellie stopped in her movement she stood before a man with an eyepatch she knew was Nick Fury.
"Hello Mr. Fury I hear from my friends that you want to help me get to my version of earth?"
"Of course I want to help you but we found a security tape from our office when the first machine broke I think you should see this Tony if you please."
He gave Tony a disc and it played showing everybody… Loki destroying the first machine to send me home…
"No! No this can't be.. Loki tell me that you didn't do that please tell me you didn't destroy my first chance to go home to my brothers… You know how important they are to me you know that! How could you do that!?"
"Because I saw how that world made you miserable Ellie your Mother died all your friends you ever made Dead your father died he went to Hell Dean had to be pulled from Hell after he sold his soul to save you and Sam. Monsters nearly killed you Angels Demons all of them were against you except Jack and Castiel your friend Jack is the son of the devil and a mortal who died after she gave birth! Do you want to keep living day after day the life of a hunter waiting for that moment where you die a painful death?! You don't deserve that life."
"You think I don't know that?! You think I don't want what Dean would always call the apple pie life?! A Husband kids a dog a home no monsters to hurt me anymore?! You know me Loki I'm a hunter a legacy of researching hunters called the men of letters my best friend is dead I should have been there to stop him but I wasn't there I was here learning from my new family what it's like to be an Avenger and loving it because I spend time with you I- ow." She sat down holding her stomach whimpering. "Bruce to the lab please."
She got up slowly and walked to the lab. When she sat down Bruce ran some tests and came back with a positive. "Ellie your pregnant."
"Oh gods of Asgard I'm pregnant with Loki's child. Nat! Wanda to the lab please I need you guys."
When the girls came into the lab Ellie was smiling with tears. "What happened Ellie?"
"How do I tell the trickster I'm pregnant?"
"You're pregnant? With his baby?" She nodded wiping her cheek. "Loki get your Asgardian ass in here Thor you too this is a family thing."
When the boys arrived Nat Wanda and Bruce left us alone.
"Ellie what's wrong?" Thor asked. He watched her curiously.
"Um..I'm pregnant.." Both men were shocked but Loki smiled and held her as did Thor.
"My child is growing inside the woman I love." Ellie smiled burying her face in his body as he held her.
"This is amazing a child of a mortal and an Asgardian."
"I just wish the boys were here too." She grabbed her mirror from the table nearby. "Dean Winchester." Both boys showed up on the mirror as were Jack and Cas.
"Guys! Oh god you won't believe it. I'm pregnant!" She was excited about her baby but Sam and Cas were not showing as much excitement for me as Jack and Dean were.
"Pregnant - with Loki's child? Ellie I - thought you were - smarter than that." Her heart sunk.
"Sam - leave her - alone she's with - child don't make her - cry she's happy - and I'm happy for - her." Dean defended her.
"Thanks Dean… um Jack Cas what's your opinion about my pregnancy?"
"I get to be an uncle to my best friend's baby I'm ecstatic about this Ellie." Jack smiled. It was heartwarming to hear that. "Do you know if the baby is a boy or Girl?"
"Not yet Jack I'll tell you when I know." He nodded agreeing with me.
"I think you should have thought this through before you got pregnant Ellie." Sam and Cas left the room she cried in Loki's arms.
"It's alright love don't worry yourself about what they said."
"He's right - Ellie enjoy this time - with the baby - growing inside - you." Dean smiled. "I'll fix Sam - and Cas for you - I'll call you - before you sleep tonight - alright? Love you sis."
"Love you Ellie take care of yourself." The call ended and she sighed.
"Thank Asgard for Dean and Jack being on your side love." Loki sighed holding her close. "I'm sorry about the machine but if you had left before I knew about our child would you have told me?"
"Of course darling I would have told you first then my brothers I can forgive you for the broken machine just don't do it again please?"
"I can't make promises but I can try."
"Thank you."
"Ellie there's a question you need to ask yourself do you want to go back to monster hunting pregnant with a baby where you could die? Or do you want to stay with us?"
He posed an interesting question did she want to go home where she's pregnant and could die? Or stay?
