Why do you say Zesshi is Level 60? (I'm paraphrasing a few questions that essentially say the same thing)
Evileye appraisal of Black Scripture: (Rambling)
I won't deny her appraisal of the Black Scripture, but levelling up in the new world isn't as easy as it was in Yggdrasil, just being 5 levels stronger than someone can mean being able to take on more people in a one on one fight and it can also mean the difference between life and death. If we assume the rest of the roses to be level 40 (which I'm being generous with btw, I really don't think they're there) or so, Entoma could take out 80 percent of them with ease alone.
It took Tia and Gargaran two years to regain their five levels and they are still considered amongst the very few strong people that the Theocracy would risk saving.
Naturally as a magic caster Evileye is weak against physical attacks, even though Entoma was weaker than her (which I highly doubt was level wise) she would have still lost if she didn't have [Vermin Bane] this was made more than evident when she couldn't stand her own against Yuri who is as strong as Entoma (level wise). With both of them being undead Evileye would have lost against Yuri if she was serious ... ... ... buuuuut I'm going to be a dick and say that one level made all the difference even Shizu said that she didn't have to cover her sister against Evileye. (Not that she actually did, she simply prevented her from flying).
Black Scripture Captain (now seriously answering the question)
If the captain is stronger than Solution, who is weaker than Lupusregina, who is weaker than Zesshi I definitely think it would be a stretch to put Zesshi at Level 70, never mind 85. Personally I don't think Zesshi is stronger than Narberal that's why I said around level 60, in other words, no more than 63.
Also to Nazarick being able to take on 500 level 35 Death Knights is nothing special yet they are considered legendary undead, that would mean that the realm of hero's is around level 30, making the black scripture a party of death knight level beings. Anything from 5 to 10 levels can qualify as leagues stronger if you look at the Black having members of around level 30 - 50 and the captain being 58/59.
There was also someone who said the captain of the Black can defeat Shalltear if she was unequipped ... ... ... ... ... ... I'll leave it at that.
IQ discussions
This wasn't really a question, more a concern, so I'll break down what I think may have confused people (even though only two people brought it to my attention).
Basically by making Demiurge ask Pandora's Actor to indirectly mediate anything between him and Sebas I was throwing in a reference to the Prologue where Momonga kept the peace between Ulbert and Touch Me.
Pandora's Actor essentially told Demiurge NOT to hand over the communication network to Albedo because he knows what she wants it for, he's not trying to get in Albedo's way but he doesn't want her to get all the credit.
Pandora 'sent' Demiurge to the Holy Kingdom because he feels that that project is taking too long since their Master subjugated the Elves in under one month and Demiurge is still taking his time; also a reference to Demiurge being able to conquer the entire continent in five years (I also threw in a PA showing of his master a little bit in there from Vol14 and again in the next chapter)
When Pandora's Actor is talking about his craft he is referring to the polishing and cataloguing of magic items and the like while Demiurge is referring to what he does on his 'happy farm' and 'bone furniture'
When Demiurge asks for POW from the South and to make Sebas something he is talking about something made out of human bones which he knows Sebas will hate. He also wants to torture them to improve his own mood.
Personally I prefer the intrigue and the imagination I give the reader with nuances and vague information, I don't really want to reveal everything in the story nor do I want to explain everything, but if there comes a time when it is too vague I'll explain (using Ainz) hahahahahaha! But for now see if next chapter is a little less vague
