Three minutes after Izuku entered the apartment he and his mother live in the Bakugou family entered to see that Inko was lying on the couch and Izuku was bring in another chair for someone to sit on for the coming discussion. Katsumi walked up to him and kissed his cheek before saying "I know what's coming with this information and I want you to know right now that I'm sorry for not remembering this before babe."

Izuku smiled at her and kissed the top of her head before saying "You have nothing to worry about and if it's the same information that I'm thinking about then this discussion was coming in a week but I wanted to talk to our parents about it before you and I sat down to talk about this."

Katsumi smiled up at him glad that he wasn't upset with her about this and knowing that he probably already knows about what's coming. She also knew that if he was going to talk to her about then that meant that he was going to try a way around it because he would feel that she was cheated out of a proper relationship with him. That just proved to her that he was the best boyfriend she would ever have.

Izuku sat down in the chair he brought into the living room and was surprised when Katsumi sat down in his lap. He looked at her and asked "Why are you sitting in my lap and not beside your mom babe?"

Katsumi looked at him over her shoulder and said "Even after what you just said I have a really good idea what you're going to do. I also know that with me sitting you won't risk hurting me by accident."

Izuku kissed the top of her head before looking at Mitsuki and waiting on her to say everything that needed to be said. Mitsuki looked Izuku right in his eyes as she said "There is a law that we found. It was passed a few years before you were born Izuku. There was another male that had a quirk so the government passed a law that makes it so any male with a quirk has to have multiple women in order to ensure that the man has higher chances of having a boy that will also have a quirk. The law will be taken away after there is enough male Pro Hero's to match their female counter parts. Unfortunately the boy died when he was ten so you'll be the first one to be under this law."

Izuku wanted to jump up and start ranting while he paced. Izuku knew that Katsumi knew what he wanted to do and that was why she sat in his lap. Izuku just had one question and that is whether or not she knew why he wanted to rant. Izuku asked "Babe do you know why I want to rant about this law?"

Katsumi leaned back into his chest while smiling when his arms wrapped around her waist before she said "Yes, you want to pace while you rant about how unfair the law is to women and more importantly how unfair it is to me because of you being a male with a quirk."

Izuku sighed and said "I'm sorry about this love. I wish that I could-"

Izuku couldn't finish his sentence because Katsumi had turned around in his lap and kissed him gently on the lips. She pulled back after a few seconds and said "Don't you dare apologize for something that you can't control babe. I know you don't want this because of me but I will not let you break the law. If you did then that would mean that you can't become a Hero. I will not allow you to throw away your dream before we can actually talk about this."

Izuku sighed and smiled at her before kissing the tip of her nose and making her smile. He then said "Alright let's talk about this babe."

Katsumi said "I want you to pick girls that you actually care about even a little like you do for me but I get final say about this."

Izuku smiled and said "Deal but I need to tell you that there might be two girls that are going to talk to you about that if they get in to the same course we do."

Katsumi said "I knew when you called earlier that there would be one but when did the second one come in?"

Izuku said "I saved another girl from being raped after I got off the phone with you."

Katsumi smiled and said "I should've known that you helped another person. So tell me their names so I know who to wait on after school starts."

Izuku said "The first one is Tsuyu Asui, she has a frog like quirk and it has her whole family looking like human frogs. The second one is Toru Hagakure and she has a quirk that makes her appear invisible."

She said "So look out for frog legs, and ghost girl. I got it babe."

He smiled and said "I knew you would now I need to get up and start on dinner if you all want to eat."

Katsumi smiles and gets off of his lap before saying "I'm helping you cook."

Izuku nods and walks into the kitchen with her. They start cooking and they were able to move around each other like they had been cooking together for years. Their parents watched with smiles on their faces at seeing how well those two knew the other even without talking to each other about it. Inko said "I can't wait to see what their kids are like in the future."

Mitsuki said "I just can't believe that Izuku is going to go through with this stupid law without fighting it."

Masaru said "Well he does have Katsumi's approval so that must be what allowed him to say yes. Plus she does get the finale say in any girls that might be added into their relationship"

Inko said "Well she does know him the best out of all of us so maybe all he needed to hear was that she wasn't mad at him about this and that he wouldn't have to make this decision alone."

Mitsuki smiled and said "That sounds about right."

They all smiled while they continued to watch them cook together. About an hour later dinner was done and everyone was sitting at the table about to eat. They had a nice meal and talked about their days. Everyone smiled as Izuku told them about how he helped two little girls and a young woman today. They also talked about Izuku looking for a job to help his mom out until he became a Pro Hero one day. They sat and talked for hours and when they realized what time it was Izuku said "The three of you should stay tonight Mitsuki because it's been getting dangerous for people around here at dark lately. We have a guest room for you and your husband to stay in while Katsumi takes my bed."

Mitsuki asked "Where are you going to sleep?"

Izuku said "I'll take the couch tonight."

Katsumi asked "You don't want to share your bed with me?"

Izuku smirks and said "I know what you're trying to do and it won't work on me babe. Now I think the both of us need to get to sleep because we have final exams tomorrow."

Katsumi blushed at being caught by Izuku so easily and said "Fine but if I score higher then you on those exams then you owe me one night of cuddling without you backing out of it."

Izuku smiled and said "When I score higher then you on these exams then you owe me one day of no training with our quirks."

She nodded her head and turned around to get to bed. Izuku turned her back around to him and pulled her into his arms before giving her a heated kiss. Izuku pulled back and said "Goodnight baby girl."

He smirked as he watched her walk away while saying "Goodnight Izuku. Damn that was one hell of a goodnight kiss."

Izuku lay on the couch and was asleep in ten minutes. Katsumi was the same way in his bed and curled up in his blanket.

Izuku was the first one up the next morning so he got up and quietly slipped into his room to get his clothes for a shower without waking up Katsumi. Ten minutes later and he's in the kitchen making breakfast for everyone. The parents were sitting at the table waiting for him to be done. Katsumi walked out while drying her hair and she froze when she saw Izuku in a pair of school uniform pants and an apron cooking. Izuku finishes and takes the apron off before noticing Katsumi. He said "Babe if you stare any longer then I will have to tell you that a picture will last longer."

He hears someone's phone click and heard Mitsuki giggle before saying "Which it appears your mom has now done so just ask her to send it to you."

With that said Izuku puts his shirt in and sits down to eat while Katsumi shakes her head and does the same. Thirty minutes later and Izuku is running down the sidewalk with Katsumi on his shoulders yelling at him to go faster. Izuku decides that he's had enough of her yelling for him to speed up so he jumped up to the roof of the building next to them before he started jumping from roof to roof. Five minutes later and he lands on the ground outside of their school with a smile and lets Katsumi get off his shoulders. They walk to class holding hands. Izuku mainly does this to keep her from harming anyone dumb enough to piss her off. Katsumi does this to show that he's taken. They sit down and wait for class to start.

At the end of the day Katsumi is walking next to Izuku and asks him "I'm going to the arcade, want to join me dear?"

Izuku smiled and kissed the top of her head before saying "I'd love to but I have to get some things from the store for my mom. Sorry babe."

She smiled at him and said "It's alright just don't get into trouble."

He smiled and said "I promise to do my best not to get into any trouble that I can't handle without you."

She smirked and said "Good because if you did I'd kick your ass."

He smiled and let her pull him into a kiss. When they broke it he turned and started to walk in the opposite direction of her while waving over his shoulder. She watched him until he turned a corner and vanished from her sight.

An hour later Izuku is walking under a tunnel that leads to a quicker way home. He didn't hear the manhole cover move but he did sense something under him. When the manhole cover got launched in the air he spun around and saw a tall green sludge creature looking at him with a huge smile. It had a weird but feminine build and big red eyes surrounded by yellow sclera. She said "Well look at what I found, a very handsome invisibility cloak to wear while getting away from her."

Izuku just closed his eyes and relaxed. This pissed off the sludge woman and she launched multiple tentacles at him while screaming "Don't ignore me you little shit!"

Izuku dodged all of the tentacles without opening his eyes before saying "I'm not ignoring you villain I just don't see any reason to worry when I can tell that you're not fast enough to hit me."

She stops for a second and asks "What are you talking about brat?"

He said "Well that first attack is as fast as you can go I'm not even trying to go as fast as I can."

She sneered and said "Prove boy."

Izuku sighed and said "As you wish."

He vanished from her sight and no matter where she looked she couldn't find him. She asked "Where the hell did you go?"

Izuku stops moving and is standing behind her before he says "Behind you lady."

Her eyes widen and she quickly wipes around while backing up. Her voice has a little fear in it as she asked "How can anyone without a quirk be that fast?"

Izuku chuckles and says "You have either misinformed or you didn't do your research lady because I do have a quirk but it has nothing to do with my speed. As for how someone can move that fast all I'm going to say is training, lots and lots of training."

She was about to say something when he disappeared again. She heard him clear his throat from behind her so she turned around and saw him stand twenty feet away. She also noticed that his skin was now a shiny black and that he had red lightning crackling around his body. She was about to ask about it when she heard something in the street behind her. She spun around only to see Allmight standing there with her fist pulled back. Allmight said "HAVE NO FEAR YOUNG MAN! WHY? BECAUSE I AM HERE!"

With that said she throw her fist forward and the air pressure turned the sludge villain into pieces and knocked her out. Two minutes later Izuku hands Allmight one of the empty water bottles that now holds the sludge woman. Allmight said "Thank you for the help young man but I must be going now."

Izuku said "Wait I have one thing that you need to hear first."

Allmight stops and looks at him over her shoulder. Izuku notices that he has her attention and said "I'm going to be the next number one hero and I will make the world see that it doesn't matter what your quirk is or if you even have one, I'm going to show the world that anyone can me a hero."

Allmight smiled and said "Don't lose that fire young man because the world will always need people like you."

With that said she jumped into the air while saying "I hope to see you at the top!"

What neither of them realized was that the two bottles in her pockets had fallen out. Three minutes later Katsumi is walking towards the arcade with some girls from school and one of them asked "How about we hit the bar and see if we can pick up some guys?"

The other one is pulling out a cigarette with her long fingers while saying "That sounds like fun."

Katsumi is ignoring then until she smells smoke. She spun around and grabbed the cigarette while saying "Don't smoke around me idiot! Izuku will smell it on me and then he won't talk to me for a week or more."

The girl with long fingers held up her hands and said "Sorry about that Katsumi I forgot that he didn't like you smelling like cigarette smoke."

Katsumi calmed down and said "It's alright and I'm sorry too. I shouldn't have snapped like that I'm just frustrated because Izuku couldn't be here today."

Katsumi turns around and kicks a bottle on the ground hard. It hits a wall and falls into a trash can. She turns back to the two girls and was about to say something when she saw the fear on their faces so she asked "What's wrong?"

They point over her shoulders and she turns around. She sees the sludge lady and her hands have small explosions go off. She yelled "You two need to run right now! Get out of here and get some help!"

After the two girls leave the alley the sludge lady said "I wanted a meat suit with some fire power."

Katsumi doesn't know how long she's fighting against her own body but when she can think straight again she sees that the alley she was in was covered in fire and several buildings were destroyed. All Katsumi could think was 'I hope no one got hurt because of this.'

Katsumi could feel herself straggling to breathe and saw the corner of her vision starting to turn black. She was losing the fight and all she could think was 'I'm sorry mom, dad, Inko, and Izuku. I love all of you but I don't think that I'm going to make it home tonight.'

Just as her vision was about to go completely black she saw Izuku's green hair rushing towards her. She knew that her boyfriend would save her and tears of joy gathered in her eyes as she heard him scream "Get your nasty ass sludge off my girlfriend you bitch!"

Izuku had his left arm turn black and reached into the sludge before wrapping his arm around Katsumi's waist. He twisted his body and pulled her out of the sludge villains grasp while saying "Babe blow her the hell up."

Katsumi smirked and raised her hands before a massive explosion rocked the whole street."

When the light disappeared and the ringing in his ears stopped Izuku looked up and saw that all of the fires had been put out. He also saw that everyone in the crowed was stunned silent. He saw movement out of the corner of his eye and turned his head to see that it was news reporters. He put himself in front of Katsumi and when the reporters got him one asked "How did it feel to stop a villain that managed to get away from Allmight?"

Izuku said "If she got away from Allmight than all that means is that she's able to get into and out of places that Allmight can't, all I did was stopped someone from killing my girlfriend, nothing more nothing less."

Another reporter asked "Would you have rushed in like that to save anyone else?"

Izuku said "Yes but only if the Heroes at the scene couldn't do anything without risking the civilians being in harm's way like the Hero's that were here today."

A third reporter asked "Do you have anything to say to the people who are trying to become Heroes?"

He said "Welcome to the club because we're trying to do that too. Also no matter what anyone says so don't forget that to be a Hero all you need is a good heart. Whatever your quirk is doesn't matter, nor does it matter if you don't have a quirk because Hero's come in all shapes and sizes. Doctors, cops, EMTs, and firefighters are just some examples of everyday heroes, just remember that a the hero that saves your life one day could be someone standing next to you or it could be someone you haven't seen before."

With that said Izuku wrapped an arm around Katsumi's waist and pulled her over to an ambulance so the both of them could be checked out for injuries. While he was sitting and waiting for his girlfriend to finish getting checked out a girl walked up to him. This girl was tall standing at 5'8" which is nearly impossible for a girl, she had black hair tied up in a fanning ponytail, black eyes that looked like a cats eyes, lightly tanned skin, and her body is rather matured for her age. She walks up to him and said "Hello my name is Momo Yaoyorozu. It's a pleasure to meet you."

Izuku smiled at her and said "I'm Izuku Midoriya and it's a pleasure to meet you as well."

Momo blushed at his smile and asked "Why did you run in without a plan like that?"

Izuku said "I wasn't really thinking about that. My body just moved on its own long before my mind could think about what to do."

She looked shocked at that and he said "All of the best Heroes say the same thing when asked why they did what they did. Though that doesn't mean that just because you stood frozen in the crowd that you're not going to be a great Hero. All it means is that you just haven't found your moment yet."

Momo smiled at him and said "Thank you for believing in me before you knew anything about me."

Izuku smiled and said "It's easy to believe in someone you know, but it's hard to believe in someone you don't know. Also there's no reason to thank me."

Katsumi comes out of the back of an ambulance and sees Izuku talking to Momo so she walks up and sits in lap while saying "I'm done and I want to go home now but I'm still a little tired so you need to carry me Deku."

Momo looked shocked at the nickname and asked "How can you call someone that name?"

Izuku kissed the top of Katsumi's head and said "It's just a nickname to us Momo and trust me on this but you really don't want to argue about this with my girlfriend because she will win every time."

Katsumi smiles and Izuku said "I'll carry you home but you have to sleep on the way there so that means no roof hopping Kachan."

She pouted and said "Fine but I want you to take me roof hopping everywhere we go from now on."

Izuku smiled and kissed her cheek before standing up with her in a bridal carry. She blushed and wrapped her arms around his neck while resting her head in the crook of his neck. She closed her eyes and was asleep within a minute of doing so. Izuku smiled and whispered "I'll see you at UA Momo. I see the recommended letter sticking out of your purse. Good luck.'

Momo smiled at him and watched him walk away with his girlfriend in his arms. She blushed when she remembers the law her mom told her about because her mom heard about a male trying for the Hero course at UA. Her mother did a little more digging and soon found out that the male had a quirk.
