Hiccup returned from the forest after playing tag with Toothless trying to put the saddle on him.
He walks in the forge and takes his how to train a dragon book and walks home.
On his way home, he is grabbed by the twins and dragged behind a house to meet Snotlout.
Snotlout scowls "I been looking for you all day."
Hiccup smiles "then it's a good thing I was in the forest and not have to deal with you or this damn tribe!"
Snotlout scowls "you stole my future wife and now I'm going to beat the crap out of you for it! Astrid is my future wife! Now tomorrow morning your going to revoke your marriage contract to the Hoffersons and they announce it to the tribe, then I'll beat you until your at Death's door!"
He begins hitting Hiccup in the stomach and face until something hits him on the head knocking him over.
Ruffnut and Tuffnut, get back home before I beat both of you."
Snotlout looks up to see Astrid Hofferson and flirts "hey babe, I was just beating useless for getting his father to buy you because we both know you want me as your husband."
Astrid scowls "I'm not your babe! I want to marry Hiccup! Now leave us alone!"
Snotlout runs back home.
Astrid careful checks over Hiccup to see him back away from her "don't come any closer. I don't know why you lied to Snotlout about wanting to marry me, but you can't lie to me" and continues limping home.
Astrid sighs bowing her head.
Hiccup grumbles "I don't know why she would decide to come to my aid for when she never did in the past and abandoned me at ten years old, that is unforgivable and her and Ruffnut talked trash about me."
He walks upstairs, but stops to hear his father call his name and asks "yes, dad?"
Stoick ask "did you start on the weapons today?"
Hiccup grumbles "no, I got tied up with other things."
Stoick sternly says "I want those weapons done on Thursday night or your going to be sorry."
He leaves the house and walks down to the hall to take care of his forming headache.
Hiccup scowls at his father's retreating form and head upstairs to his bedroom and writes in his journal about his day.
He draws Toothless in his sketch book.
Next morning, he gets up and walks downstairs to make himself breakfast and leaves heading to the forge to build gears to operate the tail fin.
Gobber arrives and sees Hiccup working on a project and says "your father told me to have you build the weapons list for the bride price."
Hiccup turns to him and scowls at him "I'm not doing a damn thing that chief tells me to and he's not my father because he hasn't been a father since I was five years old! All he cares about is this stupid tribe!"
Gobber nervous turns around and begins working on repairing weapons.
After Hiccup finished the gears and pedal, he leaves to go test it out on Toothless.
Astrid stop by to see Hiccup gone and Gobber sighs "if your looking for Hiccup, he left and he seems to have developed a hatred for Berk. And he's not working on your bride price that his father demanded him to do."
Astrid sighs "he use too try and talk to me and I blew him off. Now he distanced himself away from me and doesn't even want to see me and last night Snotlout and the twins attacked him and he accused me of lying to Snotlout about wanting to marry Hiccup instead of him."
Gobber comments "he blew up about not doing what his father demanded of him."
Astrid sighs "he has until tomorrow night to make the weapons."
Stoick arrives at the forge to see Hiccup gone and grumbles "he's gone again?! I told him to work on those weapons!"
Astrid smiles "Chief don't worry about the bride price right now, my father agreed that me and Hiccup have to work on an issue between us because of something that I don't know what happened with him."
Stoick sighs "I don't care about his issue with you, I gave him an order and he's off fooling around somewhere."
Astrid sighs wondering what to do and walks to her house.
Ingrid curious ask "Hiccup left again?"
Astrid nods her head "yeah and Stoick demanded that he work on my bride price and blew up at Gobber saying he wasn't going to do anything that Stoick ask him to do and that he hasn't been a father since Hiccup was five years old."
Ingrid bows her head "his loyalty was changed towards dragons and distancing himself from the tribe only proves that he is lost to dragons."
Astrid curious ask "what if I join him secretly?"
Ingrid sighs "you would be risking the respect of the tribe towards you."
Astrid nervous says "something happened for Hiccup to not want to be around me anymore."
By night time came, Hiccup returned from the forest after calming down from his supposedly father's demands.
He writes down in his journal still working on the tail fin and got the saddle on Toothless.
He rubs his forehead "everyone is going to be shock after I call off the wedding at the altar and rehonor the Hofferson's name fearless. It might hurt Astrid, but it hurts more when everyone wants you to leave and go live somewhere else."
He blows out the candle and goes to sleep.
Next morning, Stoick comes in Hiccup's room and yells "GET UP HICCUP HORRENDOUS HADDOCK THE THIRD!"
Hiccup wakes up in surprise and ask "what the heck is your problem?!"
Stoick scowls "you are not doing anything in the forest today! You will make those weapons for the bride price so I can marry you off to Astrid so she can keep you in line!"
Hiccup scowls "I don't want to marry! I don't even like her anymore and I'm sure as hel not going to bed her or any other girl in any of the other tribes! Now just leave me alone like you always do! Go take of your damn village!"
Stoick gasped at Hiccup's retaliation and leaves the room.
Hiccup grumbles "lousy father, at least I would take a day off from chiefing to spend it with my family if a girl would like to date me, but no girl wants a hiccup for a husband!"
He gets up and gets dressed and leaves heading to the forge.
On his way to the forge, he gets grabbed by Tuffnut and Ruffnut with Snotlout leading them and scowls "I'm not in the mood for this morning!"
Snotlout scowls "you didn't revoke your engagement to my future wife! So now I'm going to send you message to revoke your engagement to my future wife, Astrid Hofferson!"
Hiccup scowls and low blows Tuffnut in the groin, then punches Ruffnut in the nose before round house kick Snotlout in the stomach and punches him in the back of the head causing him to fall on the ground face first.
He continues punching him in the back of the head until he's unconscious and looks to Ruffnut and Tuffnut gaping in shock and yells "you want put your hands on me, you'll end up like this asshole?!"
Ruffnut and Tuffnut sat on the ground in fear of Hiccup.
Hiccup continues to the forge after taking his foot and kicking Snotlout in the face busting out a couple of teeth and broken nose.
He works on a few weapons before leaving heading to the forest to be alone and feed Toothless.
Villagers come across Snotlout unconscious and the twins looking scared.
As Gothi treats Snotlout's wounds, Stoick ask "the twins "who beat up Snotlout?"
Ruffnut whimpers "he said if anyone put their hands on him, they would end up like Snotlout."
Tuffnut whimpers "Hiccup change for the worst, he knocked Snotlout unconscious and then decided to bash his brains in."
Stoick gasped and looks at unconscious Snotlout "he snapped and possibly a threat to Berk."
By lunch time, the who village heard of Hiccup bashing in Snotlout's brains.
Girls who were thirteen and fourteen years old were crushing on Hiccup now because he beat up Snotlout.
Astrid was concern about Hiccup's behavior change to aggressive force.
Ruffnut and Tuffnut still were traumatized by Hiccup snapping at them.
Spitelout demanded that his brother take action against his son for beating up nephew.
It was near sunset before Hiccup returned to the village looking happy and calm.
He entered the forge to see Gobber working on a bented sword and smirks "great job on beating your cousin, now girls are crushing on you."
Hiccup sighs "I'm not interested in dating any girl for the rest of my life."
Gobber comments "that's right, your going to get married to Astrid Hofferson tomorrow.
Hiccup walks to his private room and sighs "they don't know what I plan to do tomorrow. Sunday, I'm quitting dragon training. Me marry Astrid Hofferson? She and Fishlegs walked out of my life and now Stoick wants to put her back in my life? Nope, not happening, she can stay out of my life."
Unknowingly, Astrid and Gobber heard him and gaped at Hiccup statement.
Astrid turns around and walks back home feeling sad "I guess I have alot of makeup to do with Hiccup."
Gobber nervous walks over to Hiccup's private room to see it organized and drawings of night Fury, weapon plans for a sword called inferno which was able to stay ablaze and not melt the sword inside the holder.
Stoick walks in the forge and sees Gobber standing in the doorway of Hiccup's private room and ask "Gobber, have you seen Hiccup anywhere, Spitelout is pressing charges against him for attacking Snotlout?"
Gobber turns around and ask "Spitelout Jorgenson is pressing charges against Hiccup?"
Hiccup laughs "oh, I finally beat the shit out of that asshole and his father comes to his defense, maybe I should attack him at night when he's sleeping to teach him some manners as well?!"
Stoick complains "Hiccup this is serious, you almost killed your cousin!"
Hiccup scowls "tell them both, I said they can piss off. Have you started wanting to be a father figure, dad? Well it's too late! You all push me away and now I'm not going to let you all back in!"
Stoick leaves the forge feeling depressed by his son rejection and separate from the tribe.
Alistair walks up to him and says Snotlout woke up and is having memory problem- uh Chief, what's wrong?,"
Stoick sighs "I lost him. I losted Hiccup. He is angry with Berk and me for abandoning him when he needed me."
Alistair smiles "don't you worry, we're working on a plan to win back Hiccup loyalty."
Stoick gaped "loyalty? What do you mean he's not loyal to Berk?!"
Alistair sighs "He changed sides, right now, he's been drawing pictures of dragons in a friendly way. Astrid lost his love for her and so she has clue on how to fix that."
Stoick sighs "he won't even make the bride price."
Alistair sighs "Astrid came up with a backup plan incase something happens tomorrow and it's okay with me if you find her in Hiccup's bed in mornings."
Stoick gaped in shock and nods his head and returns to Chief duty.
Hiccup walks home only to be stopped by girls at the age of fourteen and fifteen years old and curious ask "can I help you girls with something?"
The girls blush and giggle.
One girl smiles seductively at him "it was just amazing that you beat up Snotlout and Tuffnut due to your size of being a trig."
A voice freezes "and if you want to keep breathing, you'll leave my fiance alone."
The girls leave seeing Astrid Hofferson.
Hiccup shakes his head at seeing Astrid act possessive over him and continues walking home.
Astrid grabs his hand and turns him around and punches his shoulder that is for walking away from me" and punches him in the stomach "and that is for refusing to talk to me" and grabs his collar and kisses him on lips wrapping her arms around his neck.
She breaks the kiss due to the need for air and says "I'm sorry I walked out of your life, but I won't walk out of this marriage."
Hiccup sighs bow his head "you can't stand me, call me Hiccup the useless and when girls show an interest in me because I beat up Snotlout and the twins and act possessive over me and save me from Snotlout and the twins. You have a lot of thinking to do about your feelings because you and Fishlegs left me" and leaves her standing there and says "thanks for the kiss, wish you would have gave it to me after your tenth birthday."
Astrid walks back home wondering what Hiccup meant by me calling him useless and by I should have kissed him after her tenth birthday.
She walks inside her house confused.
Ingrid and Alistair look at their daughter wondering what was wrong.
Alistair curious ask "what's wrong daughter?"
Astrid sighs "I kissed Hiccup and he wasn't happy about it."
Ingrid curious ask "tell us how it lead up to the kiss and after."
Astrid sighs and explains about girls approached her fiance and him act like he was not engaged to her punch him and kiss him to him saying she didn't want to marry anyone else who is better than Hiccup the useless to her saving him from Snotlout and the twins-wait, he didn't know- he couldn't have eavesdrop on our conversation after the first day of dragon training."
Ingrid ask "what did you say about him, sweetie?"
Astrid bows her head and says "Ruffnut started brainstorming on reasons for me to divorce Hiccup like how he can't do anything and would grow to be a lousy husband.
Then Ruffnut brought up the part of consummate our marriage in bed and said that would be a great reason for divorce that he isn't great in bed and I laughed at it and said I would marry anyone who is better than Hiccup the useless and then I said the only reason why I'm going along with the wedding was for financial benefits."
Ingrid screams ASTRID GIGGLES HOFFERSON! I can't believe you and Ruffnut Thorsten would say that about him!"
Alistair sighs "that's why he wasn't making the weapons for bride price. He doesn't want to marry you or any girl for that matter and the girls early, he was being nice to the out of manners and Gobber didn't make your axe for your tenth birthday, Hiccup did because he wanted to win back your friendship, but he just handed to me and said you can get it sharpened for free.
I think one time I heard him say that if let him court you, that he would build you any weapon to wow you."
Ingrid sighs "Hiccup won't forgive the tribe unless the tribe gives him a reason to forgive."
