Monday morning came faster than Katsuki would have liked, after his hike with Kiri, the weekend seemed to fly by. Between playing video games with the group and his hours of studying, he didn't get the chance he wanted to ask Kiri who the hell put him up to the crush thing. He technically could have when the pair were studying Sunday night, but Kirishima found enough distractions while studying. Katsuki wouldn't allow feelings to get in between the boy's grades.

He would get to it though. Whoever it was that started this, was already dead. Bakugou had barely acknowledged the fact he had a crush on Kirishima, he certaintly hadn't told anyone else so whoever was doing this was able to read him, and that wasn't allowed.

Bakugou sat in his normal seat debating the various ways to kill said asshole when Kirishima burst into the class. Aizawa had just started teaching at this point, Kiri spurted a quick apology and found his seat. Surprisingly Aizawa just sighed and continued what he was talking about. Some boring preparations about graduation that Bakugou had no interest in.

No, what Bakugou was interested in the red head that was in his view. Sure he came in late plenty of times over the years, but the boy always took the time to spike his hair, even when he put it up it was spiked. Today Kirishima's hair was falling down around his face and Bakugou thought it actually looked good. The kind of hair that he could actually run his hair through.

"What is it?" Kiri finally asked as they were all getting ready for hero training. Bakugou couldn't help that he had been starting all day.

"Your hair is going to get in the way," Bakugou said instead of what he wanted, but it was less embarrassing this way. "Come here and sit down." He demanded

Kirishima did what he was told and Bakugou ran his fingers through the soft red locks. He was right, he could get used to it. He forced himself to move on though and quickly braided the front of Kiri's hair in two braids and pulled them back into a ponytail to keep the hair out of the other's eyes.

"Wow Bakugou," Kiri gasped when he looked in the mirror on the way out "I didn't know you could braid hair"

"Well maybe if I had known your hair actually looked presentable when it wasn't gelled I would have told you earlier." Bakugou growled as they headed out of the locker room towards the training area.

"Wait, you like my hair down?" Erijiro asked and Bakugou had to stop in the hallway and look at the red head to remember exactly what he had just said before continuing.

"Yes, I guess I do." Was all he managed. No matter how many times he tried to think of some smart ass comment to reply with, the honest truth was all he came up with.

The rest of the week Kirishima wore his hair down, which made Bakugou particularly quiet while Kiri was around. He just couldn't process it, all he wanted to do was play with the red hair. Bakugou's hair was a particular kind of spiky and difficult, he couldn't braid it if it was long enough. He didn't understand while Kiri bothered to put gel in it when there were so many other things he could do. Though Kiri did let Bakugou braid it for hero training everyday, it was his new favorite part of the day.

"What are you doing Saturday?" Kirishima drug Bakugou out of his thoughts and back to lunch.

"Probably studying, as you should be," Bakugou commented. He saw the boy's last test and they had another one soon. "Graduation is in less than a month."

Kiri sighed "You know I have no chance of passing that test on my own, so why bother?" Bakugou glared at the idiot's logic. "Okay, okay," Kirishima gave in to the other's strong look. "I'll make you a deal," He said with a cheeky grin.

"What's that?" Bakugou asked, piercing his eyes into the redhead.

"I'll study with you, if you go to the festival Saturday night with me," Bakugou crossed his arms.

"Nice try, dumbass. There's no way we'll be able to sneak out for that." Kiri just shook his head and that made Bakugou's stomach turn, he knew something.

"If you ever paid attention to announcements-"

"I pay attention to the important things, like class." Bakugou interrupted Kiri to point out his lack of listening. Kiri frowned though and Bakugou tched and shut up, looking away from the other. Bakugou also paid attention to Kiri, but he wasn't going to admit that.

"They're taking anyone who wants to go to the festival on a bus with chaperones." Bakugou raised his eyebrow at him "Oh come on, there's too many of us for them to actually watch us. They just want heroes there in case something happens." Kirishima smiled and without thinking, Bakugou nodded. He might remember where his kimono was stashed.

"Fine, shit hair," He fell back into his old insults out of habit "But you better study all day with me then," Kirishima cocked his head slightly and his hair fell over his eyes. Bakugou had to stop himself from reaching out and moving his hair from out of his eyes."What the hell is up with your hair anyway?" Bakugou asked with his typical pout. "Did you run out of hair gel or some shit?"

Kirishima laughed lightly and shook his head "Nah man," He rubbed the back of his head and he looked a bit shy as he continued "I just wanted to look good for you and stuff." He shrugged lightly, but couldn't stop smiling "I like it when you look at me,"

"Kiri" Mina jumped on his arm suddenly at their table from wherever she was gossiping. "You will not BELIEVE what I just heard." She gushed and drug the redhead away from the gapping Bakugou.

What. The. Fuck. Bakugou's mind went wild as he sat thinking over what Kirishima had just said to him. He liked when he looked at him. Bakugou slowly stood up and left the cafeteria without another thought. He went through the rest of the day in a daze unable to focus on anything. He was either too confused or angry, depending on the moment.
