Up into the night sky, further than the stratosphere and atmosphere, we see the wreckage of a large dagger-shaped spaceship. It was still functional, but it couldn't move, it was stranded above Earth as red-and-black clothed minions were placing their captain inside of a large see-through green tube.

A horrified, pain-filled road of agony echoing throughout the ship.

The figure was inserted with tubes and wires, its body was mangled and torn. Its legs were gone, one of its arms was missing and all that was left was loose sinew and muscle, its tentacled face was scarred and burned as its mouth was covered by a breathing mask as the tube was being filled with a strange translucent liquid.

The tube was quickly filled and then sealed away, powerful walls surrounding the container.

The figure inside the tube panted heavily and raggedly. His life signs were beginning to stable, but it was still in great pain. "Where? Where is...the Omnitrix?"

There was beeping from the robots before him before one spoke forwards.

"My Lord. The Omnitrix has landed on a habituated planet in the Epsilon System. On its third planet." The Minion answered nervously.

"Earth." The being snarled in anger.

"Yes, My Lord." The Minion gulped nervously, the others backing up nervously.

The figure roared angrily, shaking the ship with his voice. "FIND IT!"

The ground shuddered, the ship shaking wildly.

The robots began their work, rushing around the ship. All the while, the ship's computers began to beep.

*On Earth*

Ben was still sucking up the flames on the trees, collecting the last of it before he could leave. Gwen was amazed that Ben could keep focus on something that wasn't his videogame.

Before she started coughing from the leftover smoke in the air.

'What on Earth has Ben turned into? This is crazy.' She thought as Ben finished up absorbing the flames around them, leaving nothing but disappearing cinders and charred wood.

"There...I. I think that's all of it." HeatBlast panted as he lowered his hands.

"We should go back." Gwen commented.

"But what am I gonna do about this?" He asked, gesturing himself. "Grandpa's gonna freak out."

"We'll get to it, when we get to it." Gwen answered.

"But... I might be stuck like this." He admitted.

Gwen looked at Ben and nodded, worried about it herself. Her cousin had transformed into a fiery humanoid creature and there was no sign of him turning back. "I'll...I'm sure we'll figure something out."

"How? Unless we fireproof everything; I'm gonna melt and burn stuff." Ben answered. "I... I can't touch anything without burning or melting it!"

"Ben, I-I don't know what to do. But we're gonna figure something out." Gwen answered.

Ben's cheeks glowed from yellow to a little shade of red as he saw how she cared for him. He shook his head and then responded. "Okay, okay. I'll. I'll trust you."

"Let's go." she nodded.

The two walked calmly, arriving at the Rust Bucket.

"Gwen, you're safe! Where's-?" Max looked at her and was stunned by the fiery humanoid before him.

"Grandpa, please don't freak out." Gwen tried to calm him down.

"Who is this? Where's Ben?" Max began to panic.

"Hey, Grandpa." Ben waved calmly, trying to explain it.

"...Ben?" Max asked in shock.

"Yeah... it's me." he nodded.

"What happened to you?" Max asked as he saw his grandson as this new person.

"Okay, I went to go get the firewood...n-no puns intended." Ben began to explain. "And then I saw a shooting star coming overhead. It landed basically next to me and caused a crater."

"That must've been that loud boom from earlier." Gwen clarified, making Max nod as Ben continued.

"In the crater, there was this strange silver ball." Ben continued. "It opened up revealing this... watch-like thing! And it jumped up, getting on my arm!"

"And this...'watch thing'. Did it have an hourglass symbol on it? Because it's on your chest." Max asked, struggling to look at Ben because of the glow of the fire.

"Yeah, it did." Ben nodded, looking down at his chest. "The hourglass thing sprung up while I tried to take it off, where I felt it pulling at my skin."

"That is so weird. Something from space." Gwen commented as she sat on a log near the fire.

"I know, but now...I don't know what to do." He answered.

"It'll be-" Max tried to get close but didn't. "It's gonna be alright, Ben."

Bweep!

Bweep!

Bweep!

"Huh?" the three blinked.

"What's that noise?" Ben asked.

"Ben, that hourglass is flashing red!" Max gasped.

"What?!" Ben exclaimed. "What's going on?!"

Bweep!

Bweep!

Bweep!

"Is it going to explode?!" Gwen screamed, almost falling back over the log.

"Get back!" Ben urged as he back up, hugging himself.

Bwooop~!

FLASH!

There was a blinding red light that filled the air for several moments, Max and Gwen shielding their eyes.

Both Max and Gwen were fine, they were uninjured. Nothing had exploded...and Ben was back to normal hugging himself as he did in his fiery humanoid form.

Both Max and Gwen rubbed their eyes to get rid of the spots and saw Ben standing there...and both hugged him. "Ben, you're okay!"

"Huh?" Ben blinked. "You're right!" He looked down at himself and saw his hands. "Wait, the watch. It's red now."

"Let me take a look at it." Max asked, wanting to see it.

"Right." Ben nodded, holding out his arm.

Max looked at Ben's wrist and saw that it went halfway up his forearm. "Hmm...It's nothing I've seen before." He muttered to himself. "I can't see a seam." He spoke out a little louder.

"Yeah, I checked that. It's sort of...fused into my arm." Ben admitted.

"What?" the group asked.

"I don't understand it either. It's stuck onto me." Ben explained.

Max sighed heavily as he saw the device. "Bonded with your DNA..." He muttered.

"What?" Ben asked.

"Nothing to worry about." Max waved dismissively as he sat back "So... Not much to do now." He commented.

"So, what do we do now?" Gwen asked nervously.

"...Dinner? I think we all need some after this fiasco." Max suggested.

"Yeah." Ben nodded, looking at the now red watch.

"Ben?" Gwen asked, looking at him.

"I'm alright, Gwen. I think it won't happen now." He responded.

"Okay...D-Don't scare me like that again, Doofus." She mumbled, looking away.

"I won't." He said with a small smile "Thanks for caring... Cous."

"Hmm...I think we'll have to have some quick and easy things here. I think we've had enough fire-things for one night." Max spoke, realising that there was no firewood.

"Phew. Dodged a bullet there." Gwen sighed in relief.

"Good thing I've got some freeze-dried snake jerky. That'll do for now." Max responded.

...

GULP!

*Time Skip*

"Uggg... My stomach..." Ben whined.

"What kind of spices did you use, Grandpa?" Gwen asked, holding her stomach.

"Hmm. I guess I did go a little overboard with the flavour. But I'm sure you both will come to appreciate it." Max responded as he parked up in a tree-lined area.

"Urrggh..." Gwen groaned as she was in the toilet.

Suddenly, they heard police sirens fill the air, as a car approached them.

"What's going on?" Ben asked as he slowly got up from lying down.

"Oh, dear." Max spoke as he saw the police. "Maybe they're here to investigate the fire."

Emerging from the cop car was a stereotypical looking sheriff type, his hands in his pockets as he approached the group.

"Is everything okay, officer?" Max asked as he lowered the window to see the sheriff, keeping his cool and was being open.

"Yeah, just checking up on everyone nearby. Seeing if everyone is okay, as well as if anyone has seen anything." the Sheriff stated. "Can I have a word, sir?"

"Yes, of course." Max nodded, getting out of his seat and went outside.

The two walked away from the RV, leaving Ben and Gwen alone.

Ben looked at the door where their Grandpa Max left and then looked at the bathroom.

Knock, knock.

"Gwen? You okay?" Ben asked

"Yeah. My stomach feels like it's gonna turn inside out." She responded.

"I take that's a no." he flinched "Want me to check to see if there is any medicine in the cabinets?"

"If you would, please." She responded through the door.

Ben got to his feet and looked inside the medicine cabinets, looking for something to soothe the pain. And by good thoughts, their grandpa had stocked up on some stomach settling medicines. They were at the side but next to a medkit.

"Hmmm. Ah, here it is." he nodded, grabbing a small bottle. Walking over he set it outside the toilet, turning his back to the room "There you go, not looking!" he called.

SLAM!

SLAM!

"Thank you!" she called.

"No worries." Ben shrugged as he sat down again, noticing the Watch's hourglass symbol had turned green again. Meanwhile, the vents and buttons had returned to white, no trace of red left at all! "Wow, it's back to normal!" he blinked in shock.

"Really?" Gwen called from the bathroom.

"Yeah." he nodded, twisting the black dial... and nothing happened "Huh? Weird." he blinked, his thumb brushing the small green button on his inner arm.

SHUM~!

The dial arose from the watch once again, alongside the black ring around it. The four buttons around the black ring light up as the hourglass symbol shifted and inverted, making the screen mostly black with a green diamond in the centre.

A diamond that was producing a small amount of light was taking the shape of a silhouetted figure, the fire-man from before. The strange swirling shape around the head was the obvious giveaway, the flames that burned around the skull. The silhouette was made of green... something and hovered a few micrometres from the cylinder's surface.

"Wow!" Ben gasped, nearly falling over "Gwen! Come and look at this!" Ben called.

"Seriously? I...Okay. Give me a second." Gwen responded, as she took the medicine and took the amount needed before walking out. "What is it?"

"Look at this! The watch has-it's got this hologram that's showing the creature I was." Ben gestured to his wrist.

"What? That's impossible. Holograms only work on certain surfaces." Gwen looked at it and saw that Ben was right.

"Yeah, but this is real. I wonder-?" Ben twisted the dial of the watch and the hologram shifted, changing into a jagged but also crystal-like shaped humanoid. "Another creature?!"

"Another one?" she blinked "Do you think if you pushed it down, you'd turn into another one?"

"Maybe." He blinked before turning the dial in the opposite direction, making the hologram shift back to the fire being "Oh my god! It does have multiple aliens, in some sort of list!"

"Wonder how many there are." Gwen asked.

"No idea." Ben shrugged and twisted the dial twice. It showed the crystal-like being again before showing the third one. It revealed a strange, almost dinosaur-like creature that was weirdly slim.

"That's a slim creature." Gwen commented.

"Yeah, kinda weird." Ben twisted the dial again once and it showed a silhouette of a strange, hunched animal-like creature, quadrupedal with an open mouth. "Some weird hyena looking thing." He turned it again.

Now it showed a strange humanoid with webbed hands and feet, a strange protrusion on its head and fins all along its back.

"Now a 'Creature from the Black Lagoon'?" Gwen pondered.

"You watched that movie?" Ben asked.

"I know pop-culture, Ben." She pouted.

"Huh. I thought you were allergic to fun." he smirked.

"Shut up." She stated, shoving him playfully.

"WHOA!" Ben yelled as he fell back a bit. As he did his fingers moved the dial, his hand involuntary rotating the ring backwards as it slipped away from the device. And as he fell against the coach, the dial hit the wall of the RustBucket and was pressed in...

FLASH!

Gwen was pushed back as she saw the flash, having spots in her eyes as she was that close. "Urgh, Ben? What happ-oh my god!"

"Roawraroo?" A strange animalistic voice 'groaned?' as it was now in Ben's current location.

It was a roughly five-foot-tall, quadruped alien hyena-wolf creature. Orange furred with red quills protruding from its back, slightly prominent yellowed tusks in its black-lipped mouth. No eyes, three black gills on either side of its neck, black clawed limbs on its 'fingers' and toes.

'Ben' raised his head, 'looking' at Gwen with its lack of eyes...

*space*

RRRRRRRRRRRRNNNNNNNNNWWWWWWWW!

"Sir! We have found the Omnitrix!" One robot called.

"Finally! Send in a drone! Collect it!" The figure demanded from inside the tube which was covered by a protective metal casing. "I shall finally have my prize!"

*with Ben and Gwen*

Blink

...

Blink

...

"AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHH!" Gwen screamed, stumbling back.

"Raaoorooo! Rargh-Rarroo." Ben roared at her, not loudly, but it was enough to terrify her.

Outside, the police officer came in through the door and saw the creature and the girl on the floor. "What the devil IS that thing?!"

KABOOM!

And just behind them a large orange... thing crashed onto the ground.

"What now?" The officer panicked, pointing his gun at the orange creature before running outside to see what the commotion was.

"Oh no." Max's eyes widened as he whispered in shock at this.

CLUNK!

CLANK!

WHIRR!

Coming out of the ground was a large spider-like orange robot with dark red eyes and black gears.

BWAAAM!

"Gaaaaaaaah!" Before he was reduced to dust by a red energy blast from the spider robot, the officer yelled.

Max rushed into the RV and buckled in. Gwen was screaming as she saw this, seeing a man being vaporised by this strange robot. "GRANDPA, WHAT'S HAPPENING?!"

"We need to go, now!" Max answered, going full pelt down the road but Ben was already out of the RV.

"What? Where's Ben?" Max shouted, looking behind him.

"He's running into the forest! I think he's leading that thing away!" Gwen gasped.

*In the Forest*

Ben was running on all fours, feeling the natural flow of his body running like a beast. He had no eyes, but he could see. The gills on his neck acted as sonar or thermo-scanning. The trees he could grip onto and leap through the woods like a wild beast. Not relying on his eyes, but on some sort of echolocation, it was such an experience...if it was under better circumstances.

Because the large robot was rushing through the forest, carving the trees down to close the distance between itself and Ben.

It had sawblades deployed before it, swinging and slashing at the trees before it.

Ben's jaw dropped as he heard the sounds of saws cutting the trees. First things falling from the sky; and now killer robots? He saw the large trees in front of him and leapt upwards, using his speed and claws to climb. He had to think of something quick...and he had one.

The robot soon caught up, but only found the tree where Ben launched himself up. It carved through the tree, trying to get him, before it looked up and saw the gaping maw of an animal creature roaring and tearing into its metallic body, wrenching its sawblade arms from its hinges and threw them to the forest floor.

"ROAR!" Ben roared as it was savagely tearing into the robot.

He used all his might, biting and stabbing into the robotic being.

Ben could feel his tendons and muscles working as hard as they could, all he could do was rip into this thing.

The Robot sparked as it tried to fight back, but Ben's mouth was over its face and tearing into its wires. It was effectively shutting down.

Suddenly it exploded below him, sending him rocketing into the sky.

Ben roared out in pain, feeling the explosion sear his fur and the propulsion lifting him over the treeline before he began to plummet down, hitting tree branches to lessen his fall.

'Ow! Ow! Ow!' He grunted with each fall.

He reached out and grabbed some branches, his new muscles were honestly stronger and sturdier than he thought, having managed to grab a couple and halt his momentum. Though he was a few branches high off the ground.

"Ben!" A female voice called, the sound of feet rushing across the ground being picked up by the weird orange beast.

'Gwen.' Ben thought as he dropped to the ground, his new agility and reflexes coming into play as he landed down on top of the remains of the robot, not that there was much left.

She came to a stop in front of him and he could hear her wild panting.

"Ben. Don't. Don't do...that. Again." She panted, looking at him, her eyes tearing up and her brow was sweaty. Not that he could see, but he could smell it.

He moved his head forwards, bumping it against her.

She gulped nervously before she gently held his head and stroked his fur. Though it felt coarse, it was reassuring; like it was just a big dog.

"This is weird." She mumbled.

Ben panted as he backed up a little and looked at himself, whining a little since he didn't know how long it would be if he turned back.

Gwen blinked and grinned as she realised the perfect opportunity as she looked at her watch, here being a proper watch.

"Roo?" Ben's head tilted as he saw her look at it.

"How long was it? Like...five. Seven minutes ago?" She mumbled, before turning to Ben.

Ben's head lowered as he sat down on the ground and what appeared to be thinking. He then nodded slowly, thinking about how much time had passed.

"If I'm right...You should be turning back any minute now." Gwen explained, trying to look at her watch and Ben. "This is honestly incredible and insane. I just...I don't know what to do."

"Grrrmmmm." The beast growled.

Gwen looked at the form Ben had taken, wondering how he could see in that form. "How? What's it like? Not being able to see?"

Ben gave some 'unintelligible grunts' and pointed to his neck, showing the gills on his neck.

"Oh. I see. This is how you're able to see?" Gwen asked as she looked at them.

Bweep!

Bweep!

Bweep!

"Looks like the time's almost up." Gwen backed off.

Ben nodded as he sat back, the beeping getting louder.

Bwooop~!

FLASH!

Gwen covered her eyes that time as the red flash transformed Ben back to normal. No worse for wear, but he looked shaken. "Ben? Are you okay?"

"I'm...I'm alright. That...that robot though." He admitted. "Is Grandpa okay?"

"He's alright." She nodded. "But that thing... It was after you!"

"I thought it was." He admitted.

"I can't believe what happened. It just-"

"Gwen? Can we get back to Grandpa? I just...I want to sit down." Ben asked.

"Okay." She nodded.

Both she and her cousin followed the destroyed path back to the RV.

Whatever this watch thing was...it was going to be trouble. And their summer holidays were only just beginning.

*In space*

In the large dagger-shaped ship, the robotic minions were panicking among each other...their drone had been shut down. Destroyed by the alien wolf-creature.

"Master. The drone has been destroyed. By a Vulpimancer." A drone spoke nervously.

"WHAT?" The master roared from under the metallic covering in his tube. "How is that poss-? The Omnitrix. Someone must have activated it!"

The robots backed up, clearly looking afraid.

"The Omnitrix must be in the hands of one of those damn Plumbers!" The figure angrily roared.

"Actually sir, it appears the Plumbers of Earth have disbanded for the last twenty Galactic cycles." A third robot stated.

"Then who? WHO could be using the Omnitrix?" The figure roared angrily.

"We will make efforts to find the Omnitrix, Sir. We will send more drones." The minions answered.

"No. Send the Attack Droid." The being snarled.

"Y-Yes, Sir. We will send in an Attack Droid." The minions nodded, going to the computers and began preparations to send in the droid.

'I will get the Omnitrix. It will be mine!' The figure thought darkly with its glowing red eyes.

*On Earth*

In the Rust Bucket, Max and the kids were getting ready for bed. "Are you feeling okay? I imagine that this whole day has been a lot."

"I guess so, yeah." Ben nodded and rubbed his neck, looking at his Watch.

"It's going to be okay." Max added before turning to Gwen. "Good job, Gwen."

"Thanks, Grandpa." She responded. "Good night."

"Night grandpa." Ben noted.

"Goodnight, kids." And he pulled the curtains for them to get some privacy. Max walked to the door of the RV and locked up, even pressing a few buttons on the dashboard.

Behind the curtain, Ben was tucking himself in with his blankets alongside Gwen. 'What am I doing? We almost died here.' He looked at the watch, seeing the green light once again.

"It's recharged. Right?" Gwen whispered. "Ben...don't scare us like that anymore."

"Yeah." He sighed "I promise, I'm just gonna have a look at all the aliens."

"'Aliens'?" She asked in confusion.

"What else am I gonna call them? This thing came from space and, there's about a half-dozen of them and they all look different." Ben responded.

"I guess." She shrugged.

Ben twisted the dial of his watch, seeing the various new aliens he had in store.

He landed back on the hyena looking alien and then cycled to the next one, the strange fish-looking one.

The next alien was a shrouded cloak looking thing. The being was clearly tall and almost thick like with its curved body, but at the same time it looked weirdly almost inhumanly thin in spots. It had two spindly hands with chains on its wrists that seemed to go into the cloak.

"Urgh. That's kinda creepy." Ben muttered and turned to the next alien on the right.

The next alien was a small alien with a large head, wearing some sort of robe with what looked like open-toed shoes.

"...Guess this is like those 'basic Grey Aliens' from Area 51 posters." Ben quipped.

Next was a large alien with four arms and a muscular body, with what looked like a ponytail hanging off the back of his head. It seemed to wear some of Roman style armour and a loincloth/gladiator kilt.

"Must be a fighting type, he looks pretty cool." Ben commented, before moving on.

Next Ben landed on an insectoid alien; it had two pairs of curved dragonfly wings, a large and long body, eight sharp legs, a tail stinger that splits open into a 'Y' shape to it. He has three-fingered black clawed hands and four protruding eyes.

Ben couldn't tell what kind of colour it was due to the colour of the hologram, but he could tell it must've looked nasty. "Urgh, okay..." He mumbled.

Next, he landed on a strange humanoid looking alien, it had a round-edged body. It was a very basic alien compared to the others. But at the same time the way its arms bulged gave its form a liquid-like appearance to Ben's eye and its long arms and slightly hunched posture making it look almost gorilla like.

"Wonder what that guy does?" He muttered and rotated once again, which lead back to the burning headed humanoid alien "Ten... I've got ten aliens in here." He blinked.

Gwen just mumbled as she was falling to sleep, the glow of the watch unintentionally keeping her up but she positioned herself to miss the light.

Ben retracted the dial back into the watch, the light disappearing and left them in darkness. 'Guess this makes me...'Ben Ten'?' He thought to himself as a joke as he soon fell to sleep.

*Time Skip*

Screams awoke the Tennysons later in the night.

Max jerked awake as he heard the screams. He tore off his quilt and ran to the kids. "Ben? Gwen?" He called out, worried for them.

"What's going on?!" Ben yelled.

"Who was screaming?" Gwen asked, having woken up herself.

Max sighed heavily, before looking out at the windows. "Oh my god."

In the nearby camp-site chaos was going on...

With a giant robot attacking.

People were screaming as they ran away, being struck down by lasers or by being crushed underfoot.

The robot was a tall red-metal shape with four limbs and black metal fingers, large red eyes on a silver necked head and black markings.

It was also forty feet tall!

The Tennyson family looked outside in shock and fear at this thing. How did it land while they were asleep? How and where did it come from and get here?

"Help! Someone, help!" People screamed as they didn't know what was going on.

Ben frowned, quickly reading down. His thumb pressed against the green button, activating the core.

"Ben? Wait!" Max panicked.

"I can't just do nothing. They're getting killed out there!" Ben answered, choosing an alien and pushing the core down as he leapt out of the Rust Bucket.

"Ben!" Gwen yelled, grabbing his arm. As she reached out, she didn't feel Ben's arm. She felt something hard and jagged.

Ben had transformed into a new alien; it was an eight-foot-tall humanoid that appeared to be made of a silvery-white crystalline structure with pale green extremities. His muscular legs, waist, torso, chest and shoulders were made of this white material. This silvery-white crystal was almost translucent, allowing Gwen and Max to see slivers of green light crisscrossing within him. However, the crisscrossing green lines had a look like human blood vessels, but these were covered by a black and green bodysuit that is split in half down the middle, the left side green and the right side black much like Ben's shirt. The watch device was set in the middle of his chest.

His arms were large and bulky, with four fingers, made from a light green crystal. He had four slightly curved light green crystal spikes coming out of his back and a single pair of those spikes coming out of his shoulders/upper arms as if hooking the green arms into the white crystal. His head was made of green crystal, being a large bulky almost square box shape. His eyes and a singular spike that extends out of his head was made of the green crystal.

Ben looked back with a sad look to his face before running into the fight.

"Grandpa! What do we do?" Gwen asked.

"Ben's going to get himself killed." Max frowned as he saw his grandson going into danger. "We've got to help evacuate people. I know it's dangerous. And, honestly, you've both been very brave."

*with Ben*

Ben was running right into the danger, his new body felt heavy to his human senses, but he felt like he had done this his whole life. "Hey, robot!" He called out. "Leave these people alone!" He demanded as he readied his fists to fight.

The robot turned and glared at Ben, seeing the symbol on his chest and its eyes glowed. "Omnitrix found."

"'Omnitrix'?" Ben whispered, before dodging laser fire coming from the robot's eyes. He rolled around the spikes on his back cutting into the ground like butter. "Whoa! What's my body made from?" He asked himself, before looking up at the robot and saw the oncoming laser fire. "GAH! Hnn!" Ben was flung back, digging into the ground as the laser's heat was burning him...but it didn't melt his body. "Ow! Hnn! Guess I can still feel pain." He got to his feet and clenched his fists, which turned into long sharp blades. "Wow! That's cool." He blinked.

The robot looked down at Ben and lunged its spiked arms if lasers weren't going to cut it. Maybe metal will! "Retrieve the Omnitrix."

SHINK!

CZZZZZSH!

Sparks flew off the robot's arms as they were cut in two by Ben's own blades, like a hot knife through butter.

"I... am sharp! What in the world... the galaxy am I?" He blinked.

The robot looked at its severed limbs and tried to use them together, despite being separated and used them as four new weapons.

Over by the sides, Gwen and Max were helping people get out of the area, getting them to their cars or even with their phones to contact the police. But who could stop a massive robot?

'I need to hold this thing back.' Ben thought angrily. 'I don't care what happens to me!' Ben thought about his sword hands, slashing at the limbs but wanted to get closer. He had to. He stomped on the ground and felt something leave him...or created by him. Large crystals jutted out of the ground and stabbed through the robot's feet. "W-Wow..." He blinked, seeing the crystals burst from the ground into the robot's four feet, which had it stumble.

The robot stumbled, feeling its equilibrium out of whack as it tried to regain its footing.

Ben rushed forwards and jumped high, landing on the robot's arm. A horrible screech filled the air, the noise of metal ripping and tearing and scratching, as his clawed hands dug into the space material. Ben grunted, slashing into its metal and tearing the wires and circuitry out.

The robots arm suddenly exploded, sending him rocketing back.

CRASH!

Ben smashed into a nearby RV, groaning. While in a daze, Ben saw the smouldering robot arm, while the main robot was still functional. Sparking and spritzing as its circuitry tried to accumulate pieces to fix itself.

'Urgh, that could've gotten better.' He thought as he pulled himself out of an innocent person's RV.

"O-O-Omni-Onmitrix. Must. Must re-re-retrieve." The Robot sparked and glitched out.

"Come on everyone, we need to get out of here!" Max encouraged.

"What's happening? Is this real?" The people panicked as they were directed out.

"Very real, please you've got to get out of here." Gwen pointed in a different direction.

CRASH!

"Go Be-You diamond headed guy!" Max cheered while helping others around.

''Diamond Head'. I like that.' Ben thought as he heard that comment. 'Thanks, Grandpa.' He stood up once more, looking up as he saw the head of the robot began to change and reshape into a large cannon. "Oh, hell no." Ben frowned as he saw that. "Alright think. Diamonds, prisms, cannon." His eyes widened as he stood up, bringing his arms up into a cross position. A large and powerful laser shot forwards, striking Ben in the chest, but was being caught by his crossed arms. "H-Hnnn!" His feet dug into the ground, forcing back into the forest before he pushed the laser back! He blinked in shock after a moment, seeing the energy of the blast being refracted off his crystalline body.

The light was forced back, Ben using his hands to curve the light back and slice into the robot, whose mechanical eyes were short-circuiting, its body was cleaved into pieces and exploded, shrapnel flying about all over the place.

The laser energies were cutting through the robot's body. Ripping it apart, destroying it.

SHINK!

Ben quickly uncrossed his arms as the remains of the robot lay deactivated; standing exhausted as he saw the cracking of the dawn light peak through the treeline. "Oh... That's a nice sunrise."

"Hey, diamond headed guy." Gwen called out, before pointing to her watch.

'Wow... That went fast.' Ben thought but nodded, rushing off.

"Wh-where's that thing going?" A person asked as they saw the creature leave for the woods.

"I. I don't know. But I think he's leaving to protect you all." Max answered.

*Time skip*

"Here." Max spoke softly as he passed Ben and Gwen glasses of water. "It's been a long night."

"Hmm. Thank you, Grandpa." Ben nodded, taking the drink.

"Thanks." Gwen nodded.

"So... What now?" Ben asked.

Max sighed heavily, realising that this happened twice in the span of hours. "Now? You two need sleep...That or breakfast." As he looked at the time.

Ben looked down at his new watch and grinned.

Being a hero was kinda fun!

Gwen saw Ben's grin and how excited he looked. She didn't know what to say because she was so rattled from the previous night and early hours.

"Looks like we are in for one hell of a summer vacation." Grandpa Max sighed.
