And I am back again for the 3rd chapter of this story, I hope you are all enjoying this story so far because this is going to be the last chapter in this installment.

Also, for people who are confused 'means they are thinking it '' means they are saying it out loud.

I am starting to get bored writing this so I'm going to write this up and then have a break from writing for a little bit.

Also this last chapter will be in 3rd POV.

Anyway, let's get into it.

Chapter 3: Who can I trust

When the bars broke Metal Sonic walked in and pulled the girl up. Amy shook him off and looked at him questioning what was going on, before she had the chance to say what was going on he replied "I know your confused and are wondering why I am busting you out of here and I will tell you all about it later but for now if you want to stay alive and get out of this place then you will have no choice but to do as I say… Unless you don't trust me"

Amy thought while concentrating on the ground below her 'If I stay here then Eggman will just put me in an even more secure cell and I may never have the chance to escape again, but Metal Sonic has been against me for years, now he wants to help me?'

"Were running out of time Amy, my circuits are telling that Eggman's robots are going to arrive in less than a minute" Amy looked back at the robot and nodded her head at him.

"Good, now hold on tight" And with that MS (I'm going to shorten his name from now on) took hold of Amy's hand and blasted through the opening to what they were hoping was freedom.

Amy was screaming from the sudden acceleration, she looked forward to see a lot of Badniks covering two different paths but this didn't look like it effected MS's speed "WHAT ARE YOU DOING" she shrieked.

"I have a plan" He calmly said. He waited for the right opportunity and then jumped over the creatures and was now standing on the side off the wall, he sped off the right while he springed off the wall onto the ground.

Amy couldn't progress what was happening all at once, she just saw blurs in front of her and was relying on Metal Sonic not to run into a dead end 'He better know what he is doing'

Metal Sonic a narrow door and ran over pushing Amy inside he went in as well and closed the door "HEY" Came the feminine voice "Be quiet or they will find us" The metal Hedgehog whispered as low as he can muster.

The listened to any noises that were outside hoping that the creatures lost them, after about 20 seconds "We lost them, ha those pathetic minions have such low intelligence"

The room pitch black apart from MS's eyes which saved them from having to find the light switch, Amy flicked it on so they can see where they were in "urgh what is that smell" it turns out that it was from the dirty water that was in a bucket "Were in the janitor's cleaning room, I need to think of a plan of getting us out of this base before they find us"

Amy narrowed her eyebrows towards MS "So your telling me you don't know where the exit is and how long have you been living here for?" She couldn't believe what he said.

"Eggman gave me commands that were based around that centre of the building, however I downloaded a copy of the map using my memory chip that ca" He didn't get to finish his sentence because Amy spoke over him "Look there, that's the design of the whole base" She pointed to a picture of the map which MS thought 'Saves me having to upload it'

She went closer to it and saw a red arrow showing them where they currently were "Were near the centre so it may take us awhile to get to the outer edge of this building depending on how far it covers"

The robot turned his head towards Amy and looked down for a split second "Before we travel, there is one thing we need to do" he put one metal finger up like he was counting " The outer walls have lasers blocking the door that connects the outer world, we will need to go the control room and turn it off ourselves luckily there are only around 1-2 badniks protecting from the outside so it's nothing that I can't handle"

Amy's brows narrowed "Well I'm not waiting around anymore, let's get to it" "Agreed" and with that MS took a hold of the girl's wrist and shot through the door with minimal damage.

It took around 5 minutes before they saw a big metal door with 2 Swatbots protecting it (I know Swatbots only appeared in the STH TV series but whatever), They both hid behind the wall with MS saying "Stay here I'll take care of this" as he disappeared before Amy knew what happened. She turned her head aside from the building to see the Swatbots destroyed and MS in between the two of them with a cocky grin "Too easy come on"

They both went in to see that the control's room was big, there were loads of different coloured buttons that were used for different things & loads of monitors that watched not only the base but populated areas as well. While MS was trying to find the button to turn all the lasers off Amy walked over to the screens to see one familiar house that she remembered all too well, it was the house that belonged to Sonic The Hedgehog.

Amy started questioning herself 'How long has Eggman been spying Sonic and does that mean Eggman has been spying on me as well' Before she thought how there was a yellow kitsune that flied onto screen who was known as Tails, He knocked loudly on the door to which Sonic opened 1 second later. Amy could hear the 2 talking to each other, Tails sounded stressed out while Sonic stood waiting for Tails to finish his sentence

"Sonic have you seen Amy around at all, I went to her house earlier and couldn't find her anywhere, it's also been 2 weeks since we last saw her" Sonic replied back calmly "No I haven't seen her around which is a great relief for me" Tails narrowed his eyes "What if she's been kidnapped or something" "Tails please just calm down for a bit, Amy is going to be alright & besides even if she did get kidnapped I can't go and rescue her" Tails Eyes grew wider "WHAT! Why not?" "Well 3 reasons: Number 1 I don't know where she would be since there is so many bases Eggman has made, Number 2 I am busy for today & number 3 is quite frankly I can't be bothered"

Tails Looked at Sonic with bewildered with the response he hot. He never expected the great hero of Mobius to say something like that, the same person that would always risk his own life to save others even those he didn't particularly like "But Sonic Amy is your friend, she might be in trouble, she could be dying and you're her only hope of" Sonic cut him off with his hand in front of him "Amy is not my friend ok she just hangs out with us because she loves me but I always say I don't love her back but she refuses to believe it, Amy is to self-cantered to care what others tell her or give her advice. I'm glad if she is in jail so she can learn the truth overtime".

Amy moved both her hands into her chest hearing the beating of her own heart. MS saw her looking at the screen and flew next to her, he heard the whole conversation that took place and turned his head to Amy's "I knew about this the whole time" Amy turned her head to his and was completely shocked to hear that from him, "I lied about having to turn off the lasers, the real reason I took you here was so you can discover the truth about Sonic, He's been like this for months but nothing happened of notice, I have seen you used and lied too and it wasn't right so I took the opportunity to catch you and bring you hear so you can know what's happening behind your back, Eggman also knows this but doesn't want to help you out, the reason why I'm helping you at all is because I believe you can help me beat Sonic when the time is right, you wouldn't have believed me if I told you back in the forest… so… do you believe me now?"

Amy watched the ending with Sonic saying "If you really are my best friend you will not mention her name again and not try to rescue her understood?" Tails closed his eyes and sighed 'I'm sorry Amy' "Understood" And the two walked into the house with Sonic closing the door.

Amy looked down for a minute then back at MS with a determined expression "I believe you" Even though the robot couldn't produce feelings he was happy to hear that answer "Then our time here is over" MS took Amy's wrist with his metallic hand and told her to "Hold on tight" as he powered up his rocket shoes and jetpack as he started to fly up and break the ceiling that hold the base from escaping. Amy was afraid of hights but saw that the base was covered around a snowy area that exceed as far as they can see, MS looked down at her "I'm taking you home" he said to which Amy replied "No… there's somewhere else I need to go to first."

(2 HOURS LATER)

The two of them were behind a bush that leaded to Sonic's house. Amy had a note written in her left hand that was a message for Sonic, MS looked at Amy "Are you sure you want to do this? There's no going back after you knock on that door" Amy looked down at the note wondering if this was a smart decision "I need to do this, Sonic has broken my heart for the last time, it's time I do what is necessary"

Amy got out from the bush and walked to the front door, it was night time so there was a good chance that they both were asleep. She placed the note under the door mat so it doesn't get blown away by the wind then knocks twice before sprinting back to the bush where MS was still at.

They both sat there patiently before the door was opened to reveal the fox known as Tails, he looked left and right then down to see the note sticking out and bent down to retrieve it then he turned around and went back inside whilst shutting the door and locking it up again.

Amy turned to see the whole moon shining up in the late sky "We should get going, I can't stay in my current house now since the others could check up on us, I will need to move to another place" The metal robot turned to her an grinned "Or another building" Amy gave him a quizzed look "What is on your mind" "I know where we can hide for the time being" And with that they both left the spot and were both heading into the forest.

'I don't care what happens from now, you made up your mind and I have made up mine. I will get back my revenge that I have the right for and you will be no more to me'

And there we go this story is done and put in the collection of stories I have finished.

There isn't going to be a sequel to this story as well so no questions about that.
