Vegito kicked open the door as he helped Rei into his apartment.
"Can you lay me down on that couch over there?" Rei pointed to the couch in his living room. The living room was pretty big with a couple of couches.
Vegito shuffled along to the couch and plopped him on the nearest couch he saw.
Rei couldn't move a muscle after his battle. So he turned over and welcomed the long-awaited sleep he needed. "Thanks."
"No problem."
Vegito started walking around Rei's humble accommodation. It actually looked pretty good. Not as good as Vegeta's house, but Bulma was rich, so it didn't count. But did he really need this house for himself? It's sort of big for one person. Unless he had someone else staying with him. Vegito looked around and saw a couple of photos lying around. He picked one up and saw a younger Rei smiling with a pink-haired girl next to him. Family, perhaps? He blinked before putting it back.
Vegito kept walking around his house, trying to find any information that could help him understand this place. Eventually, he stumbled upon a couple of books on a shelf that might help him. While he wasn't the type to read, he had no choice right now.

Perfect. Vegito thought to himself while he grabbed the books. He went over to the nearest chair he could find and started reading.
Vegito was able to read at a faster pace because Vegeta was very adept at reading. You not only had to have power but also the brains to rule over the Saiyan race. So Vegeta studied as much as he trained when he was young to succeed the throne. But that's all in the past now.
(BREAK)
A couple of hours go by, and he finally finished the second book. Now all he has to read is unOrdinary. Rei was still sleeping on the couch. Must've been really worn out from his battle. Vegito mused to himself before going back to his book. So the basic idea is that The Authorities are an organization of this world and the ruling governmental body of said world. They enforce the laws that serve as the base to society; they favor the high-tiers over the low. Apparently, there's also an organization called EMBER that kills off superheroes or also known as vigilantes. Rei was a vigilante, wasn't he? He sure looked like one. I'm pretty sure that women called him 'X-Static' or something? Sounds like a hero name to me.
He continued after shaking those thoughts out. The Authorities are trying to apprehend them, but they haven't done shit since forever, so what the hell are they doing?
Interesting so far, I guess.
Abilities are a big play in this world as well. Almost everyone is born with a supernatural ability.
Well, this could be exciting. Vegito thought to himself. The Goku part of him made his veins pumping in excitement for a new challenge. Since almost everyone in this world has an ability, there was bound to be someone who could put up a decent fight for him.
Anyways, people have aura, which is the main source of one's ability. Kind of like ki. A person's Aura flows through Aura Channels, which regulates the flow of aura throughout the body. The stronger the flow of Aura is, the stronger the ability being used will be. Yeah. It's the same concept as ki.
Mostly.
Users are then divided into one of five ability tiers based on their ability level, which affects their social standing, reputation, and prestige. These tiers are: low, mid, elite, high, and god (Kami tier!). God is the rarest type of tier due to how high your ability needs to be.
Vegito scratched his head before continuing. Why was there so much information? At least he's smart enough to remember all of it. Thank kami for Vegeta.
There are five main traits every ability has: Defense, Power, Speed, Recovery, and Trick. Every stat is rated on a scale of 1-10, with 1 being the lowest possible number and 10 being the highest.
Your level is dependent on one's potential and mastery of an ability. It's multiplied and then divided by ten.
So if your potential was four and you had a mastery of five, then your level would probably be two.
That's pretty much how this world works. Now he has to figure out how to return home. He could use the same technique Buu used and try to open a portal back home. But there was no way to navigate his way back to his dimension. Sure, Gotenks' and Buu opened a portal in the hyperbolic time chamber back to their world. But that was because the hyperbolic time chamber and his dimension were connected. It was easier to navigate back. But here, it's all random. There's no way to navigate without somehow connecting them.
Vegito rubbed the bridge of his nose. Kami, why was everything so complicated?
He sat up from his chair and started to look around for some food. Reading made him hungry. He also hasn't eaten since forever. Hopefully, Rei wouldn't mind him eating his entire fridge stock.
But Vegito quickly snapped his head towards the door when he heard someone twisting the front door knob to get in. Who's here? Suddenly the front door creaked open before someone entered the house.
"Rei? I'm home, I got some groceries on the way ba-" Entering through the door was a girl who looked a little younger than Rei. She had pink hair and was carrying groceries in her arms. She looked like the same girl in the photo. Her eyes widened when she saw Vegito standing near her brother, who was lying on the couch bleeding and sporting bruises. She dropped her bags before turning towards Vegito, who hadn't moved an inch. She was in a state of shock before gritting her teeth and glaring at Vegito, who just stood there.
"You! What did you do to my brother!" The pink-haired girl's light red eyes started glowing while electricity formed around her.
Vegito's mind finally processed everything as he waved his hands in front of him. "Wait! It's not what you thi-!"
And then all hell broke loose.

The thing about Vegeta studying and shit probably never happened in canon. But I'm making it that way because it makes sense, I guess. If you were going to rule over an entire race, you probably needed the smarts to do so as well. Communication skills, history of the saiyans or some shit, biology of saiyans? All of it is probably important to know when ruling. If that makes any sense. If not then I don't know. Since Vegeta was the prince of all Saiyans, he probably had access to a lot of information and shit. Being royalty and all.
Also, I'm making Remi live with her brother for the time being while she's in school. You know, since he doesn't live too far from the school.
I feel like Vegito is out of character. Apologies if he is. I'll try to make him act more in character in the next chapter. He seems more mellow.
