Author Notes- Hello again reader, here's part 2 of the prologue. I have decided to add some pics to the fanfic every now and again to make it a bit more interesting, I also added some more pics to the last chapter as well. Ok, that's all I got for now. I hope you enjoy it!

Hikari quickly stands up to run to the living room to get away from the creepy looking black and white bear, who was coming after her but slowly while laughing. " W-WHAT THE HECK IS GOING ON, WHY IS THERE A FREAKING BEAR HERE?"she says in her mind. She made her way through the living room to get over to the dining room table. She grabbed one of the chairs to use as a weapon and held it up in front of her,swinging it around a little while trying to keep her distance.

" STOP!, BAD BEAR!, STAY BACK!." Hikari yelled out to the bear but it kept coming toward her. Seeing that this is not working she throws the chair at the bear hoping it would stop it but before the chair could hit the bear does a quick swipe with his clawed right paw and slices the chair in half. She looked at the bear with shock and a nervous smile (and an anime sweat drop near her head) , " W-Wow!, you'd totally be a beast at Fruit Ninja hehe."

The bear once again started to make its way to her, Hikari yelped and quickly ran away with the bear following behind. It chased her all around the apartment for a minute, she ran into her room next " Come on Kari, if you don't think of something you're gonna be bear food" thought Hikari. An idea came to her instantly ," Wait, Grandma said that if you want to scare a bear off you have to make yourself look bigger than it is." She dodges the bear's clawed paw by jumping onto her bed, the bear leaps at her but she jumps off the bed and runs into the living room.

Hikari jumps onto the dining table, she turns to face the bear standing in her bedroom doorway and stands on her tip-toes and raises her arms " ROAR!," she yells trying to scare the bear, the bear stares at her for a sec as if it was saying " Are you kidding me right now?". Hikari stares back nervously(anime sweat drop) , " I …..don't think it's working." she says in her mind. The bear starts to charge toward the table and leaps up to attack her, she screams and quickly jumps off the table and lands on to the couch next to the table before the bear could get her. The bear crashes onto the table and slides off onto the floor. Hikari starts to sit up and as she looks up she sees the use- to- be locked doorway of the apartment and mentally smacks herself. "Duh Kari!, you're not trapped anymore, you can leave now!" she says out loud to herself.

She turns her head to look behind her when she hears the bear move around, it gets up off the floor and lets out a roar as it makes its way to the couch. Hikari jumps off the couch and runs out the doorway, finally able to leave her prison. But as soon as she leaves she is met with the hallway filled with smoke and fire.

Hikari quickly covers her mouth and looks to see that the path infront her was filled with fire so she couldn't go that way, the path on her right looked clear even to run to so she makes her way down the path on her right. " First a creepy looking bear is trying to kill me, now the building is on fire? What the heck is going on? As Hikari runs down the hall she can hear the black and white bear's creepy laugh and heavy footsteps,making her aware that she has two problems to deal with.

She turns the corner on her left to another path, she tries her best to call for help" HELP!(COUGH)SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME! (COUGH)" but no answers. She turns one more corner and sees that at the end of the path was what it looked to be elevator doors."Elevators? Yes! I can get out and leave this nightmare."

Hikari runs towards her only hope of escape, she makes it to the elevator lobby and runs to the doors. She presses the elevator button repeatedly hoping it would make the eleavoto come up faster."COME ON!,COME ON HURRY UP!" she yells, stops for a sec to look behind to see the bear coming toward her, ready to end her hears the elevator ding once it reaches her floor., she starts banging on the doors " PLEASE OPEN! I DON'T WANT TO DIE!"

The doors finally open, but as soon they do inside the elevator are a group of men in black suits. The man in front of her had short blond hair with glasses, he didn't have on black shades like the other men did. Hikari looked at them in shock, the blond man looked at her for a second with his piercing blue eyes, then he looked behind her and raised what looked like a megaphone. It began to charge a big bright blue light and then the light fired right above her head toward the bear.

Hikari falls backwards as she hears a big explosion behind her, she slowly looks behind her to see the black and white bear was completely destroyed. It was nothing more than a head now.

" W-What? w-what was that? Hikari whispers in shock

" You must be Hikari Naegi", Hikari turns to look at the blond man that said her name. He looks at her while he lowers his megaphone gun and continues" Future Foundation 14th Division Byakuya Togami" Hikari just stares at him in shock and confusion. The man who called himself Byakuya Togami steps out of the elevator along with the other men in black quickly backs up to get a little bit of space as the men go around her to check the area for more stands up and narrows teary her eyes at Togami,not fully trusting him

" Who are you guys and how do you know my name?" She asks in a nervous tone

Togami rolls his eyes and says" Don't get the wrong idea and start crying kid, I'm not the one who imprisoned you here." " Actually … I'm here to rescue you"

Hikari continues to stare at him,waiting for her questions to be answered

Togami signs " Fine, to answer your first question I will say again I'm Byakuya Togami,I'm from the 14th division branch of Future Foundation," " To answer your second question we had received intel that a Captive was imprisoned somewhere inside this building."

" Ok, Byakuya Togami…..Future Foundation." Hikari says as she takes in the information. "And you said that someone told you I was here right?

" Yes and it would appear that the intel was correct, however." Togami says as walks away from Hikari to walk over to the head of the bear, he looks at it in disgust." What is the meaning of this? What are all these vermin Monokumas doing here.?

"Monokuma?" Hikari asks in confusion.

Togami shakes his head continining to look at the bear " No matters how you look at it, the timing is just too perfect"."Strange how as soon as we show up, a riot breaks out," " No, they must of known we were coming," he says to himself

" Wait a riot!?, what riot? Hikari asked, but Togami continues to ignore her and talk to himself

"Could it be that the intel we received was a trap to lure us here..?"

Hikari makes her way over to the blond to have him cure her confusion." Hey. excuse me Mr. Togami, what do you mean by a riot? What's happening outside? She asks in panic, " and the black and white bear thing that tried to kill me. What was that? hey!

Togami finally looks at Hikari with a raised brow" So you don't even know about Monokuma? that kind of ignorance be nice" he said in a condescending tone" " He was just like that the first time i met him".

" Him? him who?you're not making any sense like at all!" Hikari says as she is starting to get irritated with the lack of information.

" You really don't l know anything,do you?, I guess I'll tell you" Togami says " but it we have to save it for later, now's not the time to talk,"

" But wait, I-" Hikari was about to argue when they hear shouting,one of Future Foundation agents came running from the hallway to them.

" SIR!,WE GOT TROUBLE DOWN THE HALL!" the agent said in a panic.

" What's going on?" Togami asks as he walks around the corner to see what's happening, Hikari also follows to see as what they see is pure horror. The rest of the agents were being attacked by a group of Monokumas. The men tried to fight them off but it was no use as there were too many bears began to tear them all limb from limb, killing them.

"AHHHHH" Hikari lets out a scream of fright.

" Great, more of these vermins," Togami said in disgust. He turned to the agent" Get her to the meet up point, I'll handled things here and catch up later,"

" But sir-" the agent tried to say but was cut off when a monokuma came rushing toward them, it leaped up to attack but Togami stepped forward and shot the bear with the megaphone gun, destroying it.

" THAT'S AN ORDER!" he yelled as he continues to shot the Monokumas down,

The future agent looked hesitant but listened to Togami's order, he turned to a scared looking Hikari and says "Come on Miss Naegi, it's time to go." He quickly guided her to the elevators,The doors open and they go inside.

Hikari and the agent watch Togami continue to shoot down Monokumas one by one as the doors close to take them to the first floor.

Author Notes- Ok,that is part 2 of the Prologue, next will be Hikari seeing the outside world for the first time after her imprisonment and getting induction to the ring leaders-the Warriors of again thank you for having an interest in my alternate universe fanfic for Ultra Despair Girls, I hope I will be able to keep your interest in this till the end.
