Luigi was enjoying his day with Daisy. They were having a great walk about the city. They did a lot of fun things.

Daisy: Well. What should we do now? Should we have nice cup of tea or a walk along the beach?

Luigi: I-a don't know. Maybe we could-a...

Luigi was about to finish the sentence until he saw some shifters flying past them, they went by at record speeds. Daisy also saw them and wondered what was going on. The two walked to were the shifters have landed. They were at Western Park, just at the city bounds where they saw the patrollers looking at the figures that have fallen from the sky.

Luigi (Worried): What-a happened here?

A shifter pilot saw Luigi and walked up to him.

Shifter Pilot: Ah Luigi, Princess Daisy, I'm glad you've come here. There appears to have been a portal appearing out here and some figures came out of it. The people are checking up and it appears that something strange is happening.

Daisy (Confused): Like what? It can't be Teranians. They couldn't master teleportation that easily.

Shifter Pilot: No. (He gets closer to the two) I heard the captain of the troop say that these figures are from different dimensions. As I think of it, interdimensional travel might've finally been possible.

Luigi (Shocked): W-w-w-what? Impossible.

Captain (Over Radio): Pilot. He have to send these people to the castle immediately. We need to inform King Albert about this.

Shifter Pilot: I'll talk to you two later. (Running to his shifter) Maybe we could meet back at the castle.

Back on the space base, The Time Controller paced his steps, waiting for his quote on quote, helpers would arrive.

Time Controller (Slightly Agitated): Where are they? They should've been here minutes ago.

Pyrocitor: They must've saw what this dimension beforehand was like and didn't want to see it.

Before The Time Controller could even lash out at Pyrocitor, a portal appeared behind him, multiple figures stepped out and the Controller grinned.

Time Controller: You're enemies are now out of the picture. Now you shall assist me and my group in taking over this pitiful place. What will you say about that, Dr Nefarious Tropy.

: Well I must say, you did quick work of getting rid of Team Flux. I'm even more shocked that you did it in only a manner of seconds. Those bliffering skunks, especially that Tannen, wouldn't even know how to tie a simple note to hold Flux at bay.

Time Controller: Now I was only able to get the name of one member of the team, that being this Ms Kitty. Could you please tell me? Who are the others?

: Very well. Team Flux consists of a bunch of interdimensional people. Now you know about Kitty, she's from Dimension 003. She's stated to be a former member of an agency called the Turbo Undercover Fighting Force, or TUFF for short. I recruited her enemy, The Chameleon after I received word about Interdimensional travel being perfected. Next, there's Jim. He might look strong, but that is just a suit, he's actually an earthworm piloting the thing, his enemy is Psycrow. The both of them are from this dimension, just from a far off place. Next, is Ace Hart, a smart detective that works in Dog City in Dimension 004, his enemy is Bugsy Vile. Then Brandy Harrington, she's from Dimension 006, she was trapped in the middle of a jungle when Team Flux came and she joined them. Then, there's Coco Bandicoot, she's smart, too smart. She is my enemy.

Time Controller: So, you and her are from Dimension 001 right.

: No. She's from Dimension 005. The person of Team Flux that's from Dimension 001 is called Martin. But everyone calls him Marty. His friend, a man called Doc Brown created a new device that can make someone travel through not just time and space, but also through dimensions. The first test was to go to way back through time in Dimension 002 and then when he was going to go back to his home, lightning struck and he ended up Dimension 003, that's how he met Ms Katswell. And after that, Team Flux was officially formed.

Back on Earth 2, Shifters landed outside the castle, King Albert looked out and watched. The troops walked in with Team Flux in tow. The team looked around.

Coco: This place looks weird. I've never seen a castle this big before in my life.

Ace: I might say we're no longer in America or anywhere we all know.

Marty: Keep your cool. Maybe the person running this place might tell us about what is happening.

Albert: Welcome Captain Wilmington

Wilmington: Your Majesty, we found these six just outside the city limits, we don't know how, but they appeared out of a portal. We're suspecting that interdimensional travel might be possible. Has there been anyone in Earth 2 that've made any ground-breaking discoveries about the many multitude of dimensions and alternate universes?

Mario (Running into the court): Daisy called-a Peach about something with Shifters.

Wilmington: Mario. Thank goodness you're finally here.

Mario: I've-a been here for half an hour. Anyway, Luigi will be here any moment.

Albert: Good. Now, where's Peach?

Peach: Father, I was told by Daisy about…

Wilmington (Interrupting Peach): About the shifters, yes. You're father and Mario already know. And a third time would be quite enough.

Kitty: Excuse me. But um. Where are we?

Albert: Oh, where are my manners. My name is King Albert Arthur Meredith Toadstool the First, Ruler of the Mushroom Kingdom. Welcome to New Mushroom City. Now my dear, dear amall, what is your name?

Kitty (Confused): Dear what?

Albert: Amall. Anthropomorphic animals. That's what you are.

Kitty: Where I'm from, I don't call my people that.

Albert: What do you call them?

Kitty: People. Also, my name is Kitty. Kitty Katswell.

Albert: Excellent. Excellent. Now who might the others be.

There was a short silence.

Kitty: I'll do that. This is Jim, Coco, Ace, Brandy and Marty. The six of us are called Team Flux. We've been sent here from Dimension 001 because there was some time problems happening.

Mario: Wait-a-minute. Time problems. The Time Controller is at it again.

Coco: Excuse me?

Marty: You know that guy we met in space.

Mario: A-yes. He's not to be messed with. What he did to get you involved must-a not be good at all.

Then Luigi and Daisy came running through the doors.

Luigi: Mario. We came here about the…

Everyone: WE KNOW!

Wilmington: How many times are we gonna here about the shifters being here. Anyway. You six appear to have knowledge about time and interdimensional travel, right.

All six members of Team Flux nodded in agreement.

Wilmington: Well that's good. Now, do you have anyway how to get to The Time Controllers base?

Marty: There's a problem about that. We don't have our car. Also, why can't you use your machines from the future and send us there?

Wilmington: We don't know where the base is. It generates no signal at all. The only way we can find it is by shear dumb luck.

Mario: We-a might need more help. Maybe we could-a contact The New Generation.

Albert: Excellent idea Mario.

The New Generation were contacted immediately, only the 4 leaders came to the castle as the remaining few were away.

Steve: Well, what would think about it William? Working with the Mario Bros again. And now this being about time travelling. This could be our greatest adventure yet!

William: Maybe I could enjoy it if Sly couldn't stop talking about the last time about his time travelling escapades.

Sly: Hey. That was back in 2007, back when I was saving my family line. After that I got stuck in ancient times. And that was back when Carmelita never forgave me about me returning to crime all just for saving my ancestry.

Carmelita: Sly, I would later forgive you before we joined this team back in 2015. And might I add, how were you saved again because when you told me back when the old city was around, I never believed you.

William: Oh yeah. He said he was saved by some dude that drove a time travelling car. (Laughing) What a load of rubbish.

Sly: Hey William, don't be like that to me. I am older than you.

William: Yeah, because of that time curse placing you to be in your late 30's. You're older than Carmelita even, and she was born before you.

Carmelita: Yeah. I was born 3 years before you. But now after that whole time travelling thing, I'm 27 and you're 36. And we're stuck like this until we have our first child. Which wouldn't be until this team separates.

Sly: Well continuing of what I was saying. I'd have you know, that actually did happen.

The four opened the doors to the castle.

Sly (Continuing): And he wasn't some dude. His name was…

Marty: Sly!

Sly (Shocked): Marty!

William, Steve & Carmelita collectively stared at Sly.

Carmelita: Ok. What is going on.

Sly: I told you about the whole time traveling car guy being true.

Marty: It's been a short time.

Sly: Short, for you it might've been. For me, it has been 11 years.

Marty: I could tell. Who are the others?

The other three leaders walked up.

William: I'd be the one to do the introductions. My name is William. This my friend Steve and this is my sister Carmelita.

Marty: Sister? A cat and a fox.

William (Offended): Cat!? I'm a Lombax.

Steve: Ok William, calm down. We were told by Mario & King Albert about you. Could you inform us about all this?

Marty: Sure.
