Chapter 3: Getting to Know Equestrian Gang and Precures
Sun, and her friends along with everyone else is surprised to see the girl who is with Mágico and Kumonosu has Sun's appearance, especially for Sun.
Kumonosu says, "Now then, I must leave to attend some important affairs, but do feel free to ask Mágico if you need anything. And I do hope you make Sunset feel very welcome."
Kumonosu then walks back inside the castle and closes the door. Sunset and Mágico turn to see the group before them. Sunset is looking very nervous about this.
Sunset whispers to Mágico, "Mágico… I'm… I'm not sure about this. I… I haven't really talked to too many people in a long time, and this is well a big crowd."
"Do not worry Sunset, I'll be with you and these look like very nice people," Mágico says with a reassuring smile.
That is enough to give Sunset a smile on her face, and feeling a little confident. Sunset and Mágico walk down the stairs so Sunset can introduce herself to everyone. Sun and her friends decide to gather together to discuss the matter at hand.
"Sun, that girl looks exactly like you. Is she your twin sister?" Sonata asks.
"Of course, she's not her twin sister. It's obvious that this girl is probably the Sun from this world, but she has been called by her original name," Aria says.
"Aria is right. That Sunset Shimmer must be me from our home world," Sun says.
"I never thought there could be a version of, well… you," Rainbow says.
Rarity firmly says, "Rainbow we met two versions of Twilight Sparkle, Falling Star, and well, us for that matter. Then there surely must be a Sunset Shimmer in our world somewhere."
"Touche," Rainbow comments.
"I like to know what in the hay is going on here. It's clear that this Mágico and Kumonosu both have some kind of magical abilities. I mean the one with the other Sunset has wings…" Applejack says.
"Yeah. And this Kumonosu has spider legs on his back," Twilight says.
"It does seem kind of obvious at this point," Pinkie says.
Sun calmly says, "Hmm, maybe it will be best to you know, get to know them, and see if they know anything about the castle, this world, or any well, means to get home."
"I agree. Besides, Sunset seems like a good gal, almost like a certain gal I know," Applejack says, turning to Sun.
"I'm guessing you mean me, right?" Sun asks.
"Yep," Applejack says.
"So then, let's go introduce ourselves to Sunset," Pinkie says.
The group turns to see Sunset has reached them, along with the others who have become guests of the castle too.
Sunset shyly waves her hand and says, "Hello. I'm Sunset Shimmer as you heard, and it's nice to meet you."
"Nice to meet you Sunset, I'm Hana. And these are my friends, Saaya, Homare, Emiru, Ruru, Harry, and Hugtan," Hana says, excited.
Hugtan giggles, making Sunset smile, "Aww, she is so cute."
Hakura walks over and says, "I'm Kakura, and these are my friends, Minami, Kirara, Towa and her brother Kanata, Yui, Pafu and his little sister, Aroma."
"I'm Hukaru, and these are my friends, Lala, Elena, Madoka, Yuni, Prunce, and Fuwa," Hikaru says.
"I'm Nodoka, and this is my partner, Rabirin. This is Chiyu and her partner, Pegitan. Hinata and her partner, Nyatoran. And this is Assumi and Latte," Nodoka says.
Sun says, "Um hello, my name is Sun, this is Regana, my boyfriend, Wire Wolf, and my cat, Nina. And my friends, Twilight Sparkle along with her dog, Spike, Applejack, Fluttershy, Pinkie Pie, Rarity, Rainbow Dash, Adagio Dazzling and her sisters, Aria Blaze and Sonata Dusk, Falling Star, and Sombra."
"Um hello," Sunset says, feeling a bit skeptical about seeing her look alike.
In fact, both the girls with the same face are staring at each other with surprised expressions.
Pinkie happily comes up to Sunset and happily shakes her hand with glee.
"It's a pleasure to meet you, Sunset. You look like my friend too," Pinkie happily says.
"It's uh, nice to meet you," Sunset says, feeling a bit embarrassed.
"So Sunset, darling, do you have many hobbies?" Rarity asks.
Sunset's eyes begin to wonder a bit, "Well, not much, I do like to draw and sing, and write some song lyrics. I did a little bit of dancing sometime ago."
"Those are nice hobbies, what do you like to draw?" Hana asks.
"Well, I like to draw stuff from outside my window, and well, things I've seen on TV, and sometimes draw things that I like. Like my pet cat," Sunset says.
"You have a cat?" Fluttershy asks with a smile.
"Yes. Her name is Cream. Well, she's actually a kitten. She is very sweet and well behaved, and she is very playful," Sunset says.
"She sounds like fun," Sonata says.
"Yeah. She is," Sunset says.
Then flowers her head with a sad smile, "But I haven't been able to play with her much."
"How come? Is she too young?" Fluttershy asks.
"Oh no, I've been rather sick for sometime. More like around eight years to be exact," Sunset says.
This makes the group concerned.
"You mean, you've been very sick?" Emiru asks, concerned.
"Yeah. I've been sick for a very long time, and it feels as though I've spent a lot of my life going to the doctor, staying in the hospital, or even staying in bed. I haven't been able to go to a real school for so long," Sunset explains.
"That doesn't sound like fun," Pinkie says.
"It wasn't exactly fun, but I do the best to make the most of it, but as I continue to do the same routine, I notice that my illness continues for a long time. And I know that eight years have already come by," Sunset says.
"It must have been hard for you," Minami says.
Sunset nods her head, "It was."
Mágico places his hand on Sunset's shoulder with a calm reassuring smile.
Nodoka walks over to Sunset and says, "I know exactly how you feel."
"You do?" Sunset asks.
Nodoka nods her head and says, "Yes. When I was younger, I suffered from a medical condition and was hospitalized, but I fought to get better. It also helped that I was supported by my parents, and I got better."
"Really? That's amazing," Twilight says.
"Yes. However, things took an unexpected twist," Nodoka says.
"Why do you say that?" Falling Star asks.
Asumi steps in and says, "As it turned out, her illness was caused by a Magabyogen parasite."
"A what?" Sonata asks, confused.
"The Magabygoen were the villains that are making our world sick and have fought. Turns out that Daruizen, who is one of our enemies, used Nodoka as a host and caused her illness. Her determination to get better caused him to leave her body and take on a different form," Asumi explains.
"What? Oh, that's awful," Sun says, shocked.
"Hmm, That seems very odd, that an enemy tried to make you a host, but it's amazing that you were able to fight back," Twilight says.
"Thanks," Nodoka says.
"Does this mean you can transform and fight your enemies, which is cool because, so do we?" Rainbow says.
"Really. Twincool! Does this mean you're Precures too?!" Hikaru asks with excitement.
"Precures?" Sunset says, confused.
Rarity says, "What are Precures?"
"Never heard of something like that before," Falling Star says.
Hikaru becomes deflated, "Awww!"
Lala quickly says in a panic, "What Hikaru means is that, well…"
"Let me guess, you guys have your own form of enemies where you from, and you transform into super power females and fight against them," Sun guesses.
Hikaru gasps, "How do you know?"
"Cause my friends and I can transform and fight wld magic or evil magical creatures in our home world all the time," Sun says.
"Really? Twincool!" Hikaru cheers in excitement.
Sun and her friends giggle, even Regana and the pets are giggling.
Sunset asks, "So, all of you really have to fight monsters, magic and enemies on a daily basis?"
"Yeah. It's kind of a long story," Sun says.
"Well, the ball won't be starting until tomorrow, so I say we got plenty of time. I do like to know about you and your friends, Sun. However, I do have a question?" Sunset asks.
"I'm guessing you're wondering why Sun looks exactly like you," Wire Wolf says.
"Yes," Sunset answers with a nod.
Sun nervously giggles and says, "Well, it's going to be hard to believe, but I'm actually you from a different world."
"Eh!" Everyone, excluding Sun's group, turns to Sun in shock.
"You're me?" Sunset says, confused.
Sun turns to Sunset, "Yes. I know it's hard to believe. You see, a long time ago, I actually came from a different world from a portal in the statue of Canterlot High school, it is called Equestria. Back then, I was a personal student of Princess Celestia, training to learn magic."
"You can do magic?" Emiru asks, surprised.
"Yes. Back then, I was her most promising student and I lived with Princess Celestia as well. However, one night, I decided to take a walk in the castle wall. Someone who was Queen Chrysalis was planning to take Princess Celestia's place, but my interference caused her to start a fire, and I was caught in it. I survived when I fell through the portal and ended up in the world I live now. I ended up getting caught in an accident, lost my memory and remained there for years," Sun says.
"That sounds terrible," Sunset says.
"Don't worry, thanks to Twilight's pony counterpart and her crown that was stolen by the Pony version of Falling Star, Sun gains back her memories and we all have magic. We also met the Dazzlings who were merponies before they were cursed to become sirens and banished to our world. We were able to beat and befriend them too. Then we met the human Twilight who ended collecting our magic and manipulated into releasing the magic that almost tore the world apart. Then the Falling Star who ran away after being bullied and affected by wild magic. Sombra was an Umbrum from Equestria bent on revenge and Wire Wolf was from a different world than both Equestria and our city, and we ended up in his world by accident and fought a robot vampire," Pinkie says, fast, but understandable.
Everyone blin their eyes with confused looks on their faces.
"Hmm, it will appear that you have a lot of adventures," Towa says.
"You could say that again," Rainbow says.
"And our buddy Sun is a princess there too," Sonata says.
"Really? Towa is a princess too!" Haruka says, excited.
"Really?" Rarity asks, interested.
"Yes," towa says.
"Which means, your brother Kanata is a…" Adagio says, putting the pieces together.
"Yes. I'm the Prince of the Hope Kingdom," Kanata says.
"But what's your story?" Aria asks.
Armora explains, "A long time ago, Kanata along with Towa, Pafu lived in the Hope Kingdom. One day the Dys Dark along with their leader. Dyspear attacked our kingdom and filled it with sadness and despair. Kananta gave us the special items called the Princess Perfumes and fled the kingdom. That is when we met Karuka who helped and used the Princess Perfume to transform. Minami and Kirara also became Princess Precures."
"Princess Precures. Sounds elegant," Rarity says.
Aria turns to Towa "What about you and your brother?"
Towa saddens and explains, "When I was young, I was tricked by Dyspear into thinking she would help make my dream of becoming a Grand Princess come true. I was brainwashed and became Twilight and believe she was my mother. But thanks to my brother and my friends, I was freed and was able to purify my Princess Perfume."
"Yikes," Falling Star comments.
"Sounds like you were in the same boat as us, huh," Twilight says.
"It will appear, but we're still fighting against her so she doesn't destroy everyone's dreams and fill them with despair," Towa says.
"I'm sure you'll beat her, as long as you have your friends with you, anything is possible, Sun says.
Applejack turns to Hana and her friends, "So Hana, what about you and your friends' story?"
Harry then explains, "Hugtan and I actually came from the future."
"The Future?" Really?" Sonata asks.
"Yes. Hugtan and I escaped to the past and got away from the Criasu Corporation. They plan on stealing Hugtan's Mirai Crystals. If they succeed everyone's future will disappear," Harry says.
"Yes. Ruru was actually an android and was part of the Criasu Corporation. However, I became attached to Hana and the others, especially Emiru. I was able to turn against then, and the girls made me realize that I can possess a human heart," Ruru says.
"Hmm, you're really a robot. That sounds amazing," Twilight says.
Then asks, "Do you think you can explain to me how you operated, what kind of parts were used, and you know…"
"I believe I can show you, but the technology will be very different from the technology you have in your world," Ruru says.
Rainbow turns to Hikaru and her friends, "And I suppose you all get to battle aliens and fly in a rocket ship to other planets, cause it sounds so cool."
"You're partly right. My friends and I travel around to find the twelve princesses. We were able to find them and Fuwa took on a different form," Lala says.
"Really? What did Fuwa look like back then?" Fluttrrshy asks, curiously.
Hikaru brings out her phone and shows the gang the photo. Fuwa was a small fluffy creature with small hands and feet, and has a tail with a star. The Fuwa back then also had two round pink and blue buns and yellow rings on it. She also has pink cheeks with stars on it. The girls are surprised and practically squealing.
The girls in Sun's team excluding Aria say, "She's so cute!"
"Fuwa. Thank you. I'm getting hungry," Fuwa says.
Prunce, "Fuwa, you just ate."
The group then laugh with smiles on their faces.
"Well, I'm really happy that I get to meet all of you and have so many fun adventures. I wish I could have adventures like that," Sunset says.
Sun says, "I'm sure you do."
"She's right. It seems that you are doing well right now, so you must be close to recovering," Saaya says.
Hana happily says, "Yeah. And we'll do our best to cheer you on. Hooray Hooray Sunset! Hooray Hooray! Go!"
"Hooray Hooray!" Hugtan happily cheers.
"Aww! Kawaii!" Homare happily says.
"Awww! The girls happily say.
The group continues to talk to one another about the kinds of fun stuff they can do. Mágico smiles and is glad that Sunset is getting acquainted with the group of friends in the garden. Unknown to the gang, Kumonosu is spying on them from the window and has heard their conversation.
The spider boy makes a smirk on his face and says, "So, that girl Sun with the Equestria Magic beings has a connection with Princess Celestia. Never expected that. I might be able to use that little information."
He then leaves from the window and walks down the stairs with the bottle in his and. He makes an evil smirk and walks down to a wooden door. He opens it to reveal a room that has five pillars in a circle. Each of them has a bottle. One has the picture of a rainbow perfume bottle on it, the second has the picture of a rainbow crystal heart, the third has the picture of a rainbow star pen, the fourth one has a rainbow stick of some kind, and the last has a rainbow horseshoe on.
"Soon everything will fall into place. And I will have more than I need to get my revenge," Kumonosu says and shows an evil smirk on his face.
