Years later we see a meteor splitting into one heading south the other heading to the kingdom. The people and creatures of this planet are in for a deadly surprise. The meteor lands on a forest. Then at the orphanage we see Max sit at the roof, see the meteor fall and make a wish.
Max: I wish I had a friend.
The next day Max is being chased by a noble's guards due to him stealing their coin bag. Now Max believed he lost the but by one wrong foot step and fell into the trench hitting his head on a rock which turns out to be the meteor. But then some black goo comes out of the rock and gets inside max.
Guard: Where the brat gone too?
Guard 2: I don't know but I am sure we will be losing our jobs.
Meanwhile Max was on top of a tree and he somehow Climbed really fast.
Max: What is happening? He asked himself before falling.
Suddenly he is feeling hot almost like his insides are boiling. One thing that goes through his head and it goes to the ocean. Nothing else.
Dark voice: Max.
Before Max's body touches the water blacking out again. Then when Max wakes up he is laying on a beach surrounded by shells of crustaceans and bones of fish.
Max: What the hell! He says freaked out
In the ocean news has traveled of a black creature eating almost everything in its path. Most believe it is a creature from the abyss swam up and getting a large meal. It was also confirmed that a human ship was attacked and it tossed all the bodies with each one lacking a head. Max then throws up some fish bones.
Max: Holy shit!
Then some black creature came out of him.
Black creature: Hello Max.
Max, scared he wanted to scream, was muffled by black substance covering his mouth yet still able to breathe.
Venom: I am venom and you are mine.
Then he talked about his species with abilities and the price to having this power and its that you don't stay fed you die.
Max: Are you going to eat anyone else?
Venom: Most likely.
Max: Ah god. He said Disgusted
Venom: But the creatures under the water were tasty but not as filling so keep eating fresh fish then there will not be as many problems. Said the symbiote's only nicer option.
Max: Fine just don't eat innocent people.
Venom: Innocent?
Max They are people who have not done really bad things.
Venom: My kind follows the rule of nature. Eat or die. That is it.
Venom Then slowly goes inside Max's body.
Max: You can eat the bad humans but never ever the innocent ones ok venom.
Venom: How do you know they are bad? It's all food too. He said in max's head.
They were walking down the street Until a young blond lady was being mugged.
Venom: Bad guy right?
Max: Yep.
Venom: Good. He said with dark glee.
Then black goo covers Max's body and grows in size.
Right when the bad pulls the knife a black tentacle wrapped around their hand and then dragged into the shadows of night. The lady heard that scream until it stopped in a wet crunch. But then max in his normal form runs from the scene. The lady found a nearby oil lamp and lit it. When illuminates the alley, see the body of the mugger but lacks his head. She has thankfulness and fear but fear won. Her scream was heard through the town.
Man: What happened?
The lady points to the body and that is all that he needs.
Man: Call the guards and send that town on alert.
A little boy hugs her leg.
Boy: Are you okay mommy?
Lady: I think so sweetie.
She then looks at the moon. Skip a year and rumor of a carnivores shadow demon stalks in the dead of night. We see Max walking on the street. Surprisingly he dressed like a Nobel huntsman. (Add bloodborne hunter clothes here) By the rumors the shadow demon takes the guise of a nobleman to bait the ones that can cause harm. Then it then bites their heads off and leaves the body's to be discovered.
Max: Hey venom since everything is slow tonight let's go for a swim? He mentally spoke.
Venom: Sure thing.
Meanwhile King Triton was hearing the news about the black demon.
Triton: First Ursula's sister and now this creature? Thankfully that thing has not eaten any of the citizens.
Meanwhile Melody was swimming. She swam as well as she walked on land. She is currently looking for seashells under mother's nose. She always told Melody that the ocean is not safe and that shadow creature did not help things either. Meanwhile Max was swimming as well. When his body touches the water Venom takes a form that is suited for the environment. Each leg turned into four tentacles, a dorsal fin pops out from their back, and their clawed hands become webbed. As he swims he notices melody.
Max: Wait is that the princess? He asked mentally.
Venom: Who?
Max transforms into his normal form and gets out of the water. Melody thought she was being watched. Once she turned around no one was there. She then rises from the water. Once she's at shore she talks to Sébastien until she remembers that she is late to the ball back at the castle. Max decides to go to the party. Using Venom's shape-shifting ability he blends in with the noble.
Max: Man I hate nobility. Their pompous attitude and the waste of money. He mentally said.
They then see Melody going down the stairs. To Max he sees that she is nervous but that changes when Venom gets the smell of something amazing.
Venom: Is that...no it can't. sounding like he found love.
That is where they see a table loaded with chocolate.
Max: Venom don't pounce on the chocolate and eat it crazy like you did last time He mentally said.
Venom: Uuuhh, come on. It's been since we came across this. *lip smacks* Delightful *slurp* chocolate. He said almost like he is in a hypnotic trance.
Max: Okay but don't go super crazy on it.
Venom: I hold no promises. He said being honest.
They both get a plate and stock a normal portion of chocolate. At the same time Melody is dancing with the heir of another kingdom. Max really doesn't care.
Boy: Ow.
Then he sees Sebastian on his finger and he then freaks out.
Max: How did a crab get here?
Venom: Don't know but it looks tasty.
Then chaos ensued when the cake that is as tall as a tent blew up. A piece of the cake went to his mouth it was vanilla. It all ends with the young nobles laughing at the princess.
Max: That's harsh.
With the ball officially over and people noticing a good portion of chocolate that Venom took and hid in their clothes. Max walks to the beach and talks to his parasitic neighbor.
Max: I don't get it. He said while Venom was eating some of the stolen chocolates until he ate a chocolate that didn't taste good.
Venom: Yuck! I hate walnuts.
Max: Why did they make fun of her?
Venom: Beats me. If it were us we would be set on fire and die which we do not want. He said eating more chocolate and filling Max up.
They then see Melody getting on a boat.
Max: Where is she going?
Venom: I don't know. Let's follow them.
They then notice her talking to undertow.
Undertow: To Morgana.
Melody: And she'll tell me about this locket.
Undertow: Sure kid.
Max and Venom: Locket?
Then the boat moves.
Max: Ready venom stealth.
Venom: Okay.
And so they swam. It was hours but thanks to the chocolate from the ball venom controls the body while Max sleeps.
Venom: Max wake up.
Max: What where are we?
Venom: Don't know but wherever we are it is cold.
They are in an ice Castle.
Once they are near the entrance they use their tenants to climb and stay on top of the ceiling and shadow to listen to what happens in Morgana's place. Melody was talking to morgana. The octopus woman offered her some fish-like assortments. To Max they don't look good but to Venom he's drooling. Thankfully her minions believe some of the ice is melting. Meanwhile some silver goo travels and gets inside undertow.
Voice: Hello Undertow.
Undertow: Huh, who is there?
Voice: Patience, my gilled friend. I will introduce myself to your associates later. Until then, wait.
On the ceiling Venom for one second felt a presence but came to pass and shrugged his shoulders.
Max: Venom I think you're going to break the ice.
Venom: Sorry. Said the symbiote calming down and the ice remains intact.
They continued to listen to the conversation.
Morgana then turns melody into a mermaid and she leaves venom following her.
Undertow: Morgana someone wants to talk to you.
Morgana: who is it?
a silver symbiotes head comes out of undertows body.
Silver symbiote: Greet amphibious humanoid.
This scared the sea witch.
Morgana: Who are you? She asked freak out
Riot: Translating it to your language. I am riot and I also heard that your shark friend is having a small problem.
Morgana: What do you want riot?
Riot: For one, I need to contact some of my kind your world is quite sustaining. Second with my help I can do this for your assistant.
Undertow: Oh yes.
Morgana: Hmm, I accept your offer riot.
They then shake hands.
