I know it's been a long time. But, Iam back now. I really missed this so much and every one of you

(Hayaka's Pov)

"I am Max Tate! Iam a transferred student from USA. I am so happy to meet you all again" the blond haired half American finished his introduction. The blunette girl who sat beside me was shocked a bit. She turned to me,

"Max studied here from 1st to 3rd grade," I said to her. I know, she is wondering why he said the 'again' word. Mariam doesn't know Max. because, she came here in 4th grade. I remember that Max used to be the cheerful guy around.

It's been ten days, since the arrival of Ten and the Hiwatari brothers. I found myself getting close to Ten and Finn. I'll occasionally talk with Ten these days. And Finn also walks with us after the tutor finishes. He is such a sweet Kid. I thought that he was some shy guy when I saw him for the first time. But, after getting close with him, I found that he never gets tired of talking. But, Who won't listen to such a cute Kid. And yeah, Poor Raul! he wished Finn to be his section mate. but unfortunately, Finn was neither Raul's nor jess's Section mate. Since every class contains three sections in our school. But what amused me the most is Kai is in Julia's Section. her expression was priceless when she found out that. I remember Julia saying to me about Kai's first day of school.

FlashBack ( Julia's pov while talking to Hayaka).

Today when Kai came to our class for the first time. He was asked to Introduce himself. He shrugged and went towards the Teacher's table and turned to face us. You won't believe me, he is worse than you. all he said was.

"Kai Hiwatari"

But, you know how teachers are. Mr Bill continued asking him questions. like,

"Where are you from?" Mr Bill asked him.

"Russia," he said.

"Want do you want to become in future?"

"Film Director," he said sarcastically, shoving his hands in his pockets. Like that he was asked so many questions to which he only gave one-word answers. He sat with Tala, you know the one with red hair and blue eyes. He is also in the SGFI team. The girls were already gossiping about him. they said something like,

"He is so hot, right!"

"yea and he sat with another hot guy Tala"

"you think he is a player"

"Dunno! but he has got some real attitude".

" yea, he looks cool"

"I wonder if he has Girl friend"

"Mee too".

was all I heard.

He didn't even glance at the girls for once. Some girls even tried to talk with him but failed.

And After some time when the Bio period started and the Bio sir was teaching the Natural vegetation concept. He looked at Kai. Who happens to have his beauty sleep. Bio sir got very angry on him and threw a chalk piece at him. which he surprisingly caught with his left hand. and lazily Opened his amythyst eyes. Of course, I saw so many guys who sleep during class. But no as sharp as him. Bio sir furiously glared at him. But boy, he wasn't scared at all.

" Name the plant which can reproduce through its leaf " he asked. Kai smirked before saying,

"bryophyllum"

Everyone gaped at him in disbelief. How can he answer when he was actually sleeping? (I know It's a lame question to ask an 8th grader. hehehe, can't help it. sorry) he is indeed a smart student.

(Flashback ends)

(Hayaka's POV)

It's Lunch now, everybody's is heading to the cafeteria to have their lunch. I packed my stuff and headed to the cafeteria as well. Mariam, Hilary and Ten came along with me. Iam getting along with Ten pretty good. she seems like a nice girl to me. she is even good at academics.

I went to the place where Julie is and chit-chatted a bit and then came back. By the time I came back, the trio were talking about something very seriously. so I decided to ask what's going on.

"What happened guys" I asked them in my usual calm tone.

"It's about Mariam, Haya" Hilary said to me.

"What about her" I inquired.

" The guy sitting over there is looking at her very creepily" Ten said to me, indirectly pointing the guy sitting with some other guys. they are our seniors.

"Avoid " I said simply, not caring at all.

" you don't know Haya, he is stalking her from some days now and it's creepy." Hilary said, her tone full of concern. I didn't said anything and continued eating my meal.

Soon the bell rang and everybody started going to their classes. after I thought it was the right, I stopped the guy at the entrance.

" Hey bro, why are you staring at my friend" I asked him. Hilary and mariam started looking at with horrified looks. while Ten tried to stop me but she failed. He started laughing crazily. he started messing his already messed up dark hair. he stopped for once and smiled at me and said,

"my eyes. my wish. I look at whatever I want"

I lost it now. I glared at him as he flinched a little bit. " if you care about your eyes, then stop staring at my friend" I warned him and folded my hands. I heard mariam saying 'that's enough Haya, let's go' but I ignored it. he became angry now, and just started to say something, but kane along with max came in between.

"What happened Haya " Kane asked me. his face is mixed with horrified and concerned looks. I turned to him and said, " this guy is troubling mariam" Max glared at the guy and fisted his plam ready to punch. but Kane stopped him by placing a hand on his fist. Max was shocked but nonetheless obeyed him and stayed behind.

Kane glanced at mariam at once and then back to me. " Haya, you don't have to make a scene just for that" he said suddenly. I was taken a back. and stared at him like he was mad or something. he turned to the black haired guy and said, " Charlos, iam sorry for her. but it's not right to trouble my friend. I hope you won't do it again," Kane sounded so polite. It was very different from the Kane I know. Usually kane is the one who is so overprotective, but now he is acting all different. The charlos guy pushed kane rudely and left the place along with his friends. I heard him saying 'He ruined all the fun' to his friends. I glared at Kane.

" What was that Kane" I asked him. Kane equally glared at me and replied to me, "that's my question, are you out of your mind, Haya!" he snapped at me.I blinked at him twice. I thought a bit. It's better if I ask him to just explain. No one dared to talk in between us. it's a rare scene to see us argue in full rage. " Mind explaining me" i said finally. it's hard to argue with a friend. " Charlos is a friend of Jhonny the SGFI capitan," he said seriously. " so" i said. I really don't care about his background, Why should I? "They rule this school Haya, what if they do something to you and Mariam. Not even teachers question them".

"Not even teachers question them, Why is it so?" Ten asked him. ofcourse, since she is new here. she doesn't know anything about the SGFI's. "They are the reputation of this school, the defending national champions of volleyball. So obviously no teacher will ever punish them. because they are always United. if one gets punished, all the members will resign the team, and so the reputation of the school is gone." Kane explained to Ten. that's true. no one can go against them. But, that doesn't mean I can't stick to the truth.

"Haya! just forget everything. He was just staring right, don't take it seriously" Kane said to me. "Kane! you should have seen his look, it's creepy. it's not just staring, that's called stalking. and I don't like people who stalk. if he likes Mariam, he should have approached her nicely and should have said it to her directly." I said to him. He just sighed and nodded his head. " If next time something like this happens, just inform us first, Okay." max said with a smile. "Oh, my god! we are late for the class" Hilary panicked all of a sudden. "Chill! Maths sir is absent, Hils!" Ten said sighing. " Iam sorry you had to deal this" Mariam apologized to us. I shook my head and smiled at her, " what are friends for" I said. "Right, Haya!" Max chirped and patted Mariam shoulder, while she blushed a little.

Ten sighed, "This was enough drama for today. let's go to play ground and hang out until the bell rings for the next class" she cheered everyone. we all agreed and went outside. Sure it was enough Drama for today.

(After School. Haya's Home.)(Haya's POV continues)

" Oh! Hi sis" my brother greeted me. His usual cheerful Amber eyes are now flickering with anger. I suppose he knows about the cafeteria incident. ' Kane I will kill you tomorrow' i thought. " Hey, Ben! what's up" I greeted him with unusual cheerfulness.

He coughed, " Cut the crap, and give your explanation about the Cafeteria incident" he asked. Now he is being the over protective brother. I explained everything to him. After listening, he sighed and placed his hand on my shoulder, "Haya! Don't get involved in this things. Because you know if you will get involved then so will i" he concluded and left to the tutor. I don't want my brother to protect me all the time. i hope he gets that i can take care of myself.

I lazily went to my bathroom and and took a shower. I selected a pair of red shorts which came till my lower thighs and a white top. i tied my hair in a high ponytail and wore my wrist watch and my regular shoes. I took my bag and hung it on my shoulders and went to my tutour class.

I was almost an hour late. my regular place was occupied by some kid. iam too lazy for an argument now. so i Decided to just leave it. I saw an empty place somewhere and decided to go there and sit. i have a maths test tomorrow, better prepare now. i sighed and took out my ruff book and math text and my click pen and started clicking it, while thinking how to slove the first sum.

(Normal POV)

The slate haired teen was so busy writing his history notes. he didn't see the lime haired girl sitting next to him. but soon the sound of a clicking pen, caught his attention. he glanced beside him and found a girl solving her math problems, her electric blue eyes focused on whatever she is doing. but then he noticed a guy apporaching her.

"Hey, Haya!" he greeted her with a smiley face. he has forest green hair and golden yellow eyes. Kai noticed her getting irritated, but somehow she managed a small smile.

"Hey Kevin!" She greeted him back. "Haya! can you please help me with this sum" he asked her politely. She nodded her head and tried to explain the sums to him. while he was struggling to understand. Kevin was in the same class as Haya, but they are from different sections. Kevin is not smart in studies. He always takes Hayaka's help in studies, but he can't understand so easily and that consume so much time of Haya and thus she can't prepare for the tests herself. but still she helps him, because he always asks her so politely. Kai somehow sensed this, " Here let me help you" he offered to kevin. "yea, sure!" he smiled and sat at the right side of him.

"Thanks!" she said and smiled at him. He just nodded his head.

"What's your name Kid!" he asked they golden eyed kid.

"My Name is Kevin, and I know your name is Kai right! though you don't talk much. you are quite popular here" kevin said to him. Kai showed no emotion on his face. " Is that so?" he asked. "Yep" kevin replied. Kai sighed and started teaching the sums to him. though Kai never teaches anybody, his teaching skills were nice. "not gone a lie, you are smarter than Haya!" kevin said to him and started solving the problems Kai explained.

Kai glanced at the girl beside him and noticed that she was struggling to solve a sum. But he also noticed that she already did completed more than four chapters. He was indeed impressed, He took her ruff book which is on her lap and solved the sum while she watched him doing so. "Thanks! Iam Hayaka Hirano!" she said and extended her hand for a handshake. "Kai Hiwatari" He said and hesitantly shook her hand. He didn't remember talking to a girl other than his mom and cousins. Kai never really talks with girls. even he didn't know why. He thinks they are annoying but this girl seemed different. " you are really good at maths, is it your favourite subject?" he asked her.

"No, It's my weakest subject. that's why I put more effort in it." she said sounding so calm. " Nice" he commented, and returned to writing notes and so does she. 'Julia is wrong, he doesn't seem like a player' Haya thought inwardly. Kai left before half an hour the tutor class ended, Haya wondered why he is on a hurry to go back home so early. she decided she will ask Finn while going home.
