The room was silent, Danny looking at the goddess in caution and weariness, inching closer to Caimy and indirect path to Percy should quick escape be necessary.
"Percy" Hestia began to talk, with her soft and motherly tone "I… want to first say we are sorry"
That surprised Danny and Caimy, and Percy "Umm… I accept your apology?" he half answered half questioned. Danny snorted in amusement and Caimy giggled at his answer.
Hestia just sighed "Percy, I am truly apologetic, for your father. I cannot defend the actions of your father, but his hands were tied by the ancient laws, laws that if broken will result in a punishment that will be worst than not being there for you"
Percy looked at Hestia unsure how to respond "Who is my father?"
To that Hestia bit her lip "I… cannot say, you must either discover it yourself or have him claim you. But the latter may be… ill advise, as of now only I and my other brother Hades know of your existence" Hestia looked on with a saddened gazed.
Percy for a moment looked blank, but then his face was contorted into anger "Why?! Why can't I know who he is! It's bad enough he left me and mom with... that bastard of a human being Gabe, but not even letting me know who he is?!"
Hestia let Percy vent his anger before responding "Percy… no matter what you say about your father, he truly cares and loves you"
Percy snorted "Yeah, he loved me so much he let me dumpster dive for weeks…" Percy looked down saddened "I… I just want to be happy, is that too much to ask?"
Hestia's heart broke at the look the young boy was giving her "No, Percy." She then brought something and handed it to Percy "Here, this was supposed to be given to you at a later date, but your father thought that now is a good time to give it to you now"
Percy then looked at the outstretched hand of the child goddess, and nearly sweat-dropped "Is that a pen?" Percy asked, looking at the writing tool with mirth "What? Did my father think I'm dumb not to know how to write? Guess we both know how to piss someone off because I am pissed off if that's his goal" Percy scoffed but picked up the pen.
He looked at the ordinary pen in rage 'why? After years of missed birthdays, and being away he gives me a pen?' his thoughts of how neglectful and bad of a father his father is was interrupted when he took the cap of the pen off.
The small pen turned into a nearly 3-foot sword.
"Woah" was the response from everyone in the room, apart from Hestia, who giggled at the awed looks the children were giving the sword.
"Anaklusmos, Riptide a sword of the sea," Hestia said.
Danny's and Caimy's eyes widen and looked at the sword then at Percy, seemingly realizing something as each looked at one another and nodded.
"It's a sword wielded by great heroes of the Greeks, and it will serve you well Percy, it will help you protect the happiness you found yourself" Hestia then looked at Danny and Caimy "Please, no matter where the three of you go, know that you have each other, help Percy and help one another" Danny and Caimy nodded, while Percy was still looking at riptide in awe and a seeming familiarity.
Percy tested swinging the sword from side to side, getting a feel for it, soon a massive grin plastered itself on the young devil-demigods face "It's perfect" he mumbled. Percy then turns to look at Hestia and smiled "Thank you for giving it to me"
Hestia shook her head "It was given to me by your father and asked me to give it to you, thank him"
Percy once again scoffed "I don't even know his name, and you are the one that gave me Riptide in person, you were the one that apologized not my father, and you're a goddess, same as him and he has no time to do it himself?"
Hestia once again sighed "Percy, I will not say to you not to be angry with your father, you have every right to, but please do not hate him, hate is the one that makes good people bad, it was hate that drove many into insanity even the gods, hate will drive away the people you want to protect so please Perseus. Do. Not. Let. Hate. Define. You." Hestia warns.
Percy looked at her in thought then looked at Danny and Caimy, giving him smiles as support, then looked at Riptide 'protect' was the thought in the forefront of his mind. Percy closed his eyes and breathed in a heavy sigh.
When he opened it again, he looked at Hestia with the eyes that shone with conviction "I will not hate my father, but I will never call him like one, even if I discover who he is" he looked at his new friends "I have people I want to be with, people I would remain loyal too and I am not loyal to him. Only to my friends and family" Percy finished.
Hestia then looked down, with a small smile on her face 'it's a start' she thought. She looked at Percy again then to Danny and Caimy.
"Miss Caim, may you retrieve your little compass?" Hestia said, Caimy looked at her in confusion but nodded and got her compass, the compass was swirling widely like before, until it stopped suddenly, pointing East out to sea by where they are.
"Hmm, it appears your next journey will take you the Europe" Hestia stated eyeing the Compass while her eyes glowed flaming green.
The trio looked surprised "How do you know that?" asked Danny curious.
Hestia giggled "I am goddess young Phoenix, though not as well known and powerful as some, I am a goddess non the less" Hestia informed with a kind smile.
Danny rubbed his head in embarrassment "Oh, forgot… sorry"
Hestia waved him off "It's alright, now then as the journey for the three of you will be difficult without support, I will give you these" she then manifested items on the bed.
On the bed were a bag, $3000 and Documents?
"In the bag are food and clothes, it will last you all-around a few months as the bag stores more than what it can carry, the documents are enchanted so it will take the form of whatever identification any of you may need, and well three thousand dollars will go a long way," Hestia said.
The kids look on with surprise and gratitude towards the goddess.
"Thank you, lady Hestia, you are truly the kindest Olympian," Caimy said happily.
"Think nothing of it child, though I must warn you not to take to the sky. Go through the ocean once you make your way to Europe, only then can you breathe in relief as the Olympians have no jurisdiction there" Hestia gave her warning "That is all children I must go, or my prolonged absents will alert my youngest brother Zeus, I have also taken upon myself to shield your presence so you can take off the erasing charm Caimy, my protection will cover you until you board a ship set to leave the US, goodbye and be safe on your travels"
Soon green fire sprouted and Hestia was gone, leaving the three kids to look at one another.
"So… we have a goddess our age?" Percy said with a hesitant laugh.
Danny and Caimy just laughed amused by their new friend.

"Soo, I am a demigod devil human?" Percy asked looking like he was having a headache.
Danny rubbed his eyes in annoyance at the sixthly younger boy "For the 16th time moss face yes!"
"Hey! Shut up umm, dufus!" Percy countered.
Danny laughed "Oh man! Dude, you got to work on your insults"
Percy rolled his eyes, "Whatever, I'll get dirt on you someday…" Percy promised.
"Boys…" Caimy called out "we have two hours before the ship that is set for the UK leaves so… Wanna have fun?" she smirked wide.
Percy mirrored her smile while Danny though on board with goofing off said "Isn't it better to, I don't know have Percy practice his newfound devil powers?"
Percy rolled his eyes "Oh come on! Don't be such a prude"
"You probably don't know what that even means!" Danny protested.
Again the two friends engaged in petty childish squabbles, with Percy failing to find a funny enough nickname for Danny.
Caimy looked on with a contemplative look "I wonder…"
She then stood up and went in between the two boys "I have an Idea!" she said puffing out her chest cutely. "Let's turn this into a game! Come on there's an abandoned warehouse close by"
Danny looked at his king with an eyebrow raised "How do you know there's an abandonware house?"
Caimy scoffed "Every port has an abandoned warehouse! I saw it in a movie once" Caimy explained.
Danny deadpanned "Why are you my king again?"
Caimy just smiled "cause I'm so amazing!" she giggled with a smile you can't say no to.
Danny shook his head in amusement, while Percy silently looks on having a sort of epiphany a smirk soon gracing his face 'oh, soon Danny, I'll get you back soon' he laughed mentally at his plan to get back at his friend.
"Forward!" Caimy laughed as she led her merry band to find a warehouse.
Coincidentally they did find an abandoned warehouse, with an opening towards the water to boot.
"See! I told you there's an abandoned warehouse!" Caimy said looking at Danny with a smug
Danny rolled his eyes "Yeah, yeah, now then" he turned to Percy "Do you trust me?" Danny asked with sincerity.
Percy looked on for a moment before answering "Yeah I do"
Danny smiled "Good"
Suddenly feeling like he flew, Percy saw himself falling, with a smirking Danny looking down. A splash was heard soon after.
"Umm, Danny was that a good idea? Percy might drown" Caimy asked worriedly.
Danny looked at her "Caimy if what we both thought off was true when Lady Hestia arrived, then I doubt water of all things will do Percy in"
Seconds later a jet of water broke the water's surface and stood right back up in the warehouse was an angry and surprisingly dry Percy.
"What was that for!" Percy screamed angrily and feeling betrayed.
"Dude, are you that dense?" Danny asked
Percy forgot his anger when Danny asked him "Huh?"
Danny sighed and Caimy giggled again "Dude you really are a moss head," Danny said exasperated.
"The hell does that mean jerk!?" Percy yelled
"Dude, think, you have a sword from the sea, you fell into the sea, was pushed out right back here and you're dry like you never fell, what does that mean?" Danny was now pointing out the obvious to Percy who still looked confused, while Caimy just smiled.
"Percy, you have a green devil wing that collects water, you have a sword named Riptide, and" she then pointed at Percy's back "You're controlling a pillar of water you shot out off"
Percy blinked and looked back, and sure enough, a pillar of water was behind him, moving side to side as if following Percy's gaze.
"Woah" was Percy's only response.
"Now then, do you know who your dad is now? Cause I'll tell you what dude, even though I've been studying devil magic for a few weeks now I could only imagine doing something like that" Danny said pointing at the pillar of water.
Percy looked at the pillar of water in concentration, as if it will tell him who his father is.
Soon it dawned on him.
"The fork water dude is my father!" Percy yelled in awe finally knowing who his father is.
Danny laughed and Caimy well she was on the floor holding her stomach in laugher.
"PFF! Hahaha! To call the lord of the seas in Greek mythology Fork water dude! Priceless!" Danny said in between breaths.
Caimy has wiped the tears forming in her eyes due to hilarity.
Percy blushed "S-shut up! I forgot his name ok!" he sounded embarrassed and Danny and Caimy only laughed more.
"Oh dear Maou Percy, that was hilarious!" Caimy said finally reigning in her laugher.
"Man Perc, we really need to have you read on some mythology, can't have you going in blind in situations we need the knowledge now do we?" Danny said in amusement.
Percy pouted.
"Are you pouting dude?"
"N-no…"
"I really want to laugh again but I don't think my sides can take it"
Caimy smiled as the two interacted, it was like Danny and Percy were brothers from different mothers.
Caimy stood up, dusting her clothes, and declared "Alright! For the remainder of the time, we have will play with Percy's newfound demigod powers!"
"Yeah!" Percy yelled in excitement.
"Sure, it might be fun seeing moss head talk to a pufferfish" Danny smirked.
"Why a pufferfish?" Percy asked.
Danny shrugged "They look cute"
"your weird man"
"We are three child devils, with a demigod-devil that can control water and maybe talk to sea life on top of going to the UK cause we were told to by a magic compass and warned by a goddess not to go by air" Danny listed the oddities of their situation.
"Point taken" Percy shrugged.
"enough chit-chat! More finding out what can Percy can do!" Caimy ordered, looking on with excitement.

A few hours later they are on a cruise ship on the way to the United Kingdom.
Danny was groaning, while Percy was ecstatic.
"Come on dude! The sea is amazing!" Percy yelled excitement clear in his voice as he looked over the railing gazing upon the vast oceans.
"Too *belch* loud, I threw up in my mouth…" Danny was green and he was wobbly, holding on the railings for dear life.
"Ha! Who's the moss head now barf breath!" Percy teased.
"I can *groan*still kick your seahorse ass" Danny replied, but he looked like passing out.
Caimy hummed "I never would have thought Danny being seasick…"
"there's no way seasickness is real! The water is amazing!" Percy declared
Caimy pinched his arm "Percy… you're the son of the sea god, of course, you will love anything with water…" She looked at the blue cookies he was eating "and the color blue"
Percy yelped when Caimy pinched him "Ow, that hurt you know?" Percy wined.
Caimy rolled her eyes "Come on Percy, help me with Danny, he's heavier than he looks" she said while wrapping an arm around her shoulders having a small blush as she felt Danny's heat.
Percy looked on hesitant "Umm, you sure? Don't want to have Danny all to yourself?" Percy teased.
But he underestimates the denseness of his Friends.
Caimy asked innocently "Why?"
Percy sighed "Never mind" he picked up Danny's other arm and wrapped it over his shoulders, the kids then made their way to their room.
Opening the door, they saw a simple-looking room, with two beds.
With the way Percy was looking at the bed next to a window overlooking the ocean it was obvious where he wants to sleep.
"I call dibs!" he yelled still dragging the groaning Danny with him and plopping him down the bed.
"I'll get you back Jackson," Danny said having a playful scowl on his face.
"Pft, yeah right barf breath," Percy said looking at the window gazing at the passing waves.
"I and my mom used to go to the beach when my birthday comes around," Percy said sadly.
Danny hearing the sadness fought back his seasickness and said "You have us now dude, I'm not saying to forget, no the opposite actually, keep remembering your mom and think that she is happy with you having us as friends" he encouraged before suddenly standing up and ran towards the bathroom to barf in.
Caimy then approached Percy, "Danny's right we are here for you, that's what's friends do for one another" Caimy gave Percy a wide smile.
"Thanks, Caimy… You too Barf Breath!" Percy yelled for Danny to hear, but the sounds of groaning and moaning were the only response.
"Jeez, he really has it rough huh?" Percy asked feeling sorry for his friend's condition.
Caimy nodded "I'm not good enough with healing magic to help, hey Percy can you go out and see if you can find anything that can help?" Caimy requested.
Percy gave a salute "Sure thing boss" and walked away and try to find something that can help.
"Uhh, I think I'm gonna die" Danny moaned coming out of the bathroom.
Caimy looked at him in worry and walked near him immediately, her hand glowed a soft murky green "sorry… this is the only thing I can do to ease your sickness"
Feeling a bit better Danny smiled as he laid himself on the bed "Thanks Caimy, you're the best…" he then closed his eyes and slept.
Caimy looked at him, his soft but wild black hair and smooth pinkish skin seemed to glow as the light raze filtered in the room.
A healthy blush made its way to Caimy's face 'no, he's your friend, and your only 10! Stop' she reprimanded herself.
She has no illusion that she was seeing Danny more than a friend, having the Talk before her family died made her aware of the birds and the bees.
The comment Percy said about having Danny to herself nearly made her faint, but being the last heiress of an entire devil clan, he needed to control her emotions, not too much just enough.
She absentmindedly brushed Danny's hair 'they're soft' she thought before a yawn escaped her as she cuddled up to Danny's body, her eyes slowly growing heavy and soon drifted to sleep.
Once Percy returned with a bottle of pills and some syrup for headache, he saw Danny and Caimy asleep, in each other's arms.
He smirked at them 'blackmail!' he cackled madly, he brought a small camera out of nowhere and took a picture 'thank you Lady Hestia' he silently thanks the goddess for adding the camera in their bag.
Danny and Caimy stirred and tighten the hold on each other, sighing content as they did, complete with small smiles.
Percy saw this and smiled genuinely 'goodnight you two' he silently said, laying on the empty bed next to the window, the soft rocking of the ship and the sound of the waves lulled him to sleep.
It was quite Funny for Percy when he woke up a few hours later, starring at two blushing kids both turned the other direction, refusing to look at each other's faces.

The ride on the ship was normal, no weird or exciting occurrence happened, apart from Percy jumping off the ship once in a while at night to get a feel for his water powers.
'if I can follow the ship with my water then I'm both training and goofing off besides I'm a practical learner' was his reasoning.
Danny surprisingly nodded in support 'hey, I train my illusions with making people think they stole each other's fries, doing and hearing is a different experience.
Caimy was worried but knew Percy won't do something that will be more than what he can handle… she hoped.
Speaking of the king she was currently reading.
"Hey, Caimy will arrive in about a few hours, whatcha reading?" asked Percy.
"Oh, this? It's a book about wind, sky and my favorite tempest devil magic" she said proudly "these are the books passed down my family, generations of my family learned and contributed on this very book the Caims as I told you are masters of any type of wind base magic, much like the Phenix being lords of fire Caims are kings of the wind" she boasted.
"Cool, wait, I'm water, your wind, and didn't Lady Hestia say Danny was a…Phoenix?" Percy asked
Caimy nodded "Yeah, but I hadn't seen Danny make flames yet. Every time I ask him about his powers he looked… distant," she said sadly "Danny has… issues in using it because of what happened with his parents"
Percy raised an eyebrow "I know Danny said something about his parents betraying him or something but what does that mean?"
Caimy shook her head "I won't say what happened, it's Danny's story to tell not mine, ask him if you want, but the wounds those people did to him are still fresh in his mind and he might react… negatively to the subject" Caimy said hissing when she talked about Danny's parents which caused Percy to take a step back at the sudden and surprising show of hostility from what he thought was a kind and goofy female friend.
"Woah, if these people manage to anger you this much means they are a real piece of work huh?" Percy said having a frown "I don't want to know already"
Caimy nodded "Yes, maybe at a later date, but not now, wait for Danny to open up"
Percy nodded "Sure, oh, I'm gonna go to the cafeteria on the ship, want some pizza? Danny already said he wanted cinnamon rolls"
Caimy nodded "Yup, get some apple pie instead, we had Pizza for two days straight"
Percy nodded and left.

Danny was sleeping on the bed, he felt better when he took the medication Percy brought and was relaxing contently.

Danny's eyes shot wide open, he sat up and looked around the room, it was empty apart from him.
|If you continue limiting your powers child, you will lose your happiness once more|
The voice resounded in the silent room before fading.
Danny sighed 'again with that' he thought, clutching his head for a moment, soon he reached out his hand with the palm facing upwards.
The room was then bathed in a soft emerald color, as green flames danced in Danny's palms not burning him in fact, the fire felt… cold.
Danny gazed at the crackling green flame in his hand, getting drawn in by its enchanting sway.
Then he saw red, and instead of the beautiful emerald flame, he saw the rage, disgust, and Hate of his parents, both shouting at him when he revealed the green fire to them. Telling him he was abnormal, unnatural, a freak, a monster.
Soon Danny clenched his fist, snuffing out the green flame before it could even grow, he covered his eyes and fell back into the bed, a lone tear escaping his fingers.

The voice came once again, offering comfort, and… a reminder.
Danny went stiff, but didn't make a sound and lulled himself to blissful unawareness as sleep overcame his body once more.

"London!" came Caimy's excited yell, pumping her fist in the air "Look! Big Ben!" she pointed in child wonder, the passersby's looked at her in awe and soft chuckles, to them was a child enjoying her youth but to Caimy's companions well.
They were the same as Caimy actually with Percy, being literally in an island nation surrounded by water from all sides was grinning from ear to ear, as he hasn't even set foot in another country before, same goes for Danny but, he looked more, gloomy then happy.
Percy and Caimy noticed but didn't comment, instead both having a silent agreement in dragging the young kid exploring with them. They went to the London Eye, saw Big Ben up close, and passed by the parliament building and to quote Percy 'the place where dusty old people make talk about stuff'.
But as they continue to explore the city, Danny's mouth curled up more and more.
