Seth POV:

Ahhh the smell of La Push. Nothing beats the smell of it when you're a wolf. Fresh ocean sea salt, minty evergreens, and the wet dog smell that comes with being a wolf surrounded by other wolves. Thing is when I run though from Forks, I drag Nessie scent and whatever's left over from the Cullens with me to La Push. Which can lead to some mix up.

"Collin! There's a vamp right on the border!"

Like right now….

"Opp. False alarm it's just Seth."

"Wow Brady. You sound almost disappointed that I am not a vampire."

"Eehhh kinda. A vamp at least gives me something to do. Running like a bullet through the woods gets kinda boring after awhile."

"At least it's better than school! That shit be boring!" Collin 'inner voice chimed in my head like a cuckoo clock. Unpleasant and loud.

"HEY! I heard that!" Collin wined. I rolled my eyes at his childish (or should I say puppyish) behavior and let out a light hearted bark.

"Ya! Then shut up and maybe I'll be nicer to you." I joked as I nudged him on the light with my body. I had a nice connection with the younger wolves of the pack. As in, there the only ones I get to boss around sense I'm no longer the pup of the pack hehe. That said… I don't talk to them often.

"If you're not talking to us…"

"Then who in the hell are you talking too?" Both Collin and Brady asked at the same time...scary. I let out a small growl of annoyance.

"Is Jake home?" I had to change the subject and fast.

"Yeeeaaaa. Why?"

"Thanks. I'll catch ya later!" Was all I thought before dashing off towards the Black household with the confused thoughts by the twins slowly fading from my mind as I phased out, not wanting to risk my thoughts getting out. I was on edge after all, I don't know how long I could have kept the mind lid on Barry. Plus Collin and Brady were the last people I wanted to know about the imprint frist.

From where I was it was nothing more than a hope, skip and a jump to the Black household and unfortunately I could already smell the sad, gut wrenching smell of alcohol…. at least there weren't any smell of salty tears. No, about a year ago those were replaced with waves of anger that any one of the pack members can feel.

I felt my body tensen as I got closer to the old, rundown shack that sat next to the cute log cabin. A gush of wind below and it made me realize that facing my most likely druck alpha…. maybe required a pair of pants first. Thankfully (or completely disgusting) a pair of sweets were hidden in the bushes that smelt of Paul Lahote were nearby and I had nothing else to wear. Adding to my fear the garage door was closed today, not the best note to start off with. Well here goes nothing.

"Hay. Umm Jake you in there?" All I heard was a low growl that served as the warning.

"Can I come? I need to ask something really important!" Silence was never a good sign with Jake now and days. I was about to knock again before a loud bang of metal harshly hitting metal was heard from the other side of the door. Before I knew it the door was forcefully slid open with a yellow eyed shaking Jacob on the other side.

"Make. It. Fast. Seth." My nose wrinkled as his beer ridin breath wafted into my nose, and my heart dropped a bit as a pile of beer cans was just out of my eyesight.

"Well… I was wondering if I could take the midnight shift tonight. I kinda have something to do today and-"

"Was that all?" Jacobs' voice was icy cold. His body stopped shaking but his eyes still gleamed yellow meaning he was still on the verge of phasing right now. I gulped down a big ball of nervous spit as I backed up a bit.

"I mean…. ya. I-I some-something came up an-"

Jacobs' eyes quickly darted over to something behind me and his shaking started to pick up again as a wave of rage washed over me while he growled loudly. That can only mean one thing.

"Why don't you ask someone who gives a damn!" With that, Jacob slid the door shut with a loud slam and some wood splitters flew off it. It was quite for a moment before I heard the small crackle of a beer can being opened.

"Hey pup! What's ya doing here?...And are those my pants!?" Paul asks with a suspicious growl which I get. His wolf never liked the thought of another wolf being so close to Rachael, not like he had to worry about me falling for Rachael. She was Leah's age and as of a few hours ago I am gay I guess. Maybe? Uggg why is imprinting so hard!?

"Helllllo! Someone in there!?"

"Sorry Paul I had to ask Jacob something and didn't bring extra with me."

"Okay. Just maken' sure. So what got baby alpha in such a bitchy mood? Besides the normal."

"I just need someone to take over my patrol later so I can do the midnight shift. Something came up and well-" I rubbed the back of my neck to hide my embarrassment.

"Ohhhh I get it." I felt Paul's large hand hit my bear shoulder and looked up to find a scary smirk on his face. "Looking to be Fork's village bicycle I see!" He said as he poked my ribs with his elbow with raised eyebrows.

For the second time today I felt my checks flare up with embarrassment, just the thought of being pre-imprint Paul almost made me gag.

"What! NO!-" I pushed myself away from the older wolf but his smirk never left his face.

"Awww don't worry. I understand. You just want to shed your puppy fur and join the true wolves circle. Gotta say I never thought you would sweep you V-card before baby al-"

"CanyouttakeoverformePaulotnot!?" I quickly got out before he could finish his teasing. I couldn't look him in the eye. I was so embarrassed by what he was suggesting.

"Hahahaha ya sure! I had the midnight shift anyhow with Jared but it will be worth it to help a buddy out."

"Thanks Paul." Was all I could say as I just needed to get out of here. Within seconds I was in the forest and before I could phases I head-

"-keep the pants for good luck pup!"

There were scraps on the forest floor within seconds.

My paws stood in the river that stood as the dividing line between vampire and wolf lands. It was here that I was going to meet Barry again and to say I was nervous was an understatement. My fur was damp with sweat and my mind was racing with thoughts on just…...everything!

First off, inventing a vampire to werewolf territory where the leading alpha wanted all vampires to burn in hell (and that's putting it lightly) is going to go over like a atom bomb. I just hope Jake can put a muzzle on himself before he goes and tries to rip Barry apart…. that is if I can keep myself from ripping Jake apart if he even so much as lunges towards Barry!

I shock my head to try and get my wolf's thoughts out of my head. I would never hurt Jake like that. Besides I barely know what Barry can do, heck I barely know Barry at all! So why would I hurt my alpha for some random vampire?

" Cuz he is MY MATE! !" Wolf me growled internally.

"Hey cool it! We don't even know if he wants us! Were just going to have to meet him here." I tried to calm him down, but he only let out a whin from our muzzle.

Second off, me. It just seems like every choice I make would just complicate my life. I could one, offer to be nothing more than friends and leave it at that. I could just ignore it but….Sam already tried that, so no. Me and Barry could just hang out like bros and maybe the imprint will recognize that and I can still date a girl. As after looking though some ummmm "questionable'' sites only to test the water I can confirm that I still like girls.

Although legend does say that once you imprint you can't see any other girls faces the same so there a chance the same could be said about my current case. Besides there's a chance that I could actually fall for him. I mean it wouldn't be the worst idea. Barry is kinda handsome and not to menti- AWW HELLL NO!

That has to be an effect of the imprint. There is no way I am thinking that way about a gay- I mean guy! Besides, even if I did, I could never work. While the pack would be fine with a vampire imprint, seeing how they were when Jake was imprinted to Nessie, there was no way that me dating a guy would be just as easy. As far I know there is no gay people down here in La Push and I don't want to be the one to find out where on the homophobic scale we are one!

Thankfully a familiar honey scent wafted into my nose and like mist all my thoughts just disappeared as an equally familiar figure walked out of the woods. Barry wore the same sleeveless denim jacket from early today over his bare chest. While simple baggy black sweatpants hung loosely from his waist saging a bit to reveal where his toned stomach le- NOnonononononnononononononono! No Seth, get your mind out of the gutter.

I turned away to try to hind my blush (can wolves blush? I don't care, I was still embraced). Each step he took towards me made my heart rate speed up and I could feel my tail start to wag as he got closer. If any one else saw me like this I would die…. JARED!

Just before I could faint I felt a warm pair of hands cup my muzzle and start to pet me like I was a dog. I was a wolf, there's a difference.

"Gods your mind running at the speed of light." Barry chuckled as forced my eyes onto his bright golden one's. Spirits I could just swim in those golden pools.

"Don't worry Seth, your friend can't hear your thoughts." He said softly as he petted my fur, I couldn't help but nuzzle into his hand. I looked at him and a smile started to make its way onto Barry's face.

"Wow your fur sure is thick. Perfect." Whining as I lost Barry's warm hands on my muzzle, the vampire dug into his pockets only to pull out a strange blue stone hanging on a large piece of rope much like the red stone he had around his neck. "My I?" He asked with his smooth voice, gesturing to my neck. I could only nod my head.

Smiling, Barry walked over behind me and wrapped the stone necklace around me, making sure to pet my fluffy neck for good measure, and all too soon his warm hands left my fur and the wind seemed a bit colder.

"Alright, go ahead and call in your pack I'll take it from there." Barry's voice was soft and reassuring like he was trying to burn away all my dread. With nothing more then a pat on the head, I whimpered as he walked back towards the woods and the sad moment he was out of view, I let out the warning howl.

Barry POV:

It was a clear night, without a cloud in sight, and with the moon so bright it was just the most picturesque location for a werewolf howl. I heard heavy footsteps come up around me and soon enough I was the attention of one huge wolf, a large white eagle, a slightly bigger than normal white and black striped tiger, and a normal sized snow-white ox, all coving my back.

Then a large wet nose pressed against my neck and my team was complete.

"Hey Sensei. Everything looking alrigh'?" I asked the old grizzly sized, muscle bounded, scar reden, and dark color wolfy to my right as I pet his large head. Sensei let out a low affirmative bark as he nodded his big muzzle up and down before moving over to his position to the right.

"Animals, the lot of ya'." All of them made their respective animal noises at the notion, as I squeezed the stone in my hand. Soon a faint red glow emanated from the plum of my hand and with in a blink of an eye new voices filled my head.

"Seth! What's wrong?" One older unassuming voice rang out in my head. Must be that friend Seth was partoling with.

"A lot wrong! I caught the scent of a umm...new leach around the border line" Leach huh? Whoever gave that name to new vampires must really hate them. Although it is heartwarming that Seth struggled to call me a leach.

"Then why the HELL are you twiddling your paws for!?" A new louder, obnoxious, angry, and just over all unpleasant voice rang in my head.

"Sorry Jake! I-I just caught wind of it!"

"Bullshit Seth, you had from now on to catch them! If someone dies tonight it's on you!"

"Hey got off my brother dick Black!" A female shifter? Haven't seen one of those in a while, how can the boring Olympic Peninsula like this be so interesting? Soon more and more of the pack entered into the pack mind and in no time a group of about ten wolves were in the clearing. All bickering like a wired group of old married couples.

"Umm Seth? Did you really smell the scent?" A light gray wolf with dark dots said, and a hint of confusion and concern in his voice.

"Yaaaa…Why?" Seth asked like a child just got caught stealing a cookie. It was kinda adorable. Dots started to sniff around some more as his pack waited anxiously for his findings.

"What is Embry?" One deeper, more authoritative voice ordered. My eyes found its way to a large black wolf standing tall over the others. Found the alpha. Also the name of the gray wolf….I like Dots better. Either way there was a show that had to go on.

"Modoruy!" I shouted making sure my voice rang out to catch everyone's attention. As I walked out of the woods the La Push packmind was just a huge mix of 'what's,vampire, leach, a very colorfully word by I can't say because if I said it I would have to have my tounge cut off, and just everything in between.'

"Be careful!" Seth thought, and for someone forced to care about me for the rest of his life he sounded way too attached to me already.

"Always am."

The La Push pack had their fur prickled up, ready to fight at a moment's notice with most of them crouched down so they could attack with ease. I could practically feel the tension in the air as my wolves regrouped behind me standing like the royal dogs I taught them to be, their chest all puffed at and all that.

Deciding it was only fair that I do this in the most 'legit' way possible I let go of my stone and let it dangle unlit around my neck, making sure my mind silent from all the racket going on.

"Sorry if my friends gave you a bit of trouble. Normally they would have found dinner by now, but you know how ungratefully beasts are right?" All I got was a wall of threatening growls from the La Push Pack which caused Sensei growl back, ready to fight for me. Like I needed him too.

"HAY! I didn't reveal myself to only be caught in the middle of a dog fight!" I shouted to get the attention back onto me. An ocean breeze blew through as the woods stood quite for a bit. All the growling and barking stopped but I could still feel the thick tension and anxiousness coming off the La Push pack, Seth in particular as the sandy wolf worried eyes never left me the whole time I stood between the packs.

"I just want to speak to your alpha alright!" A sneaky smirk made its way on my face as I watched the La Push pack turn to each other, thinking about their next move.

It must have only been a minute but it was still too long. How hard is it for the large black one to go phase, put some clothes on and talk to me!? It's a simple yes or no action. You would think these puppies would be a little more respecing on their intruders. But I digress as soon enough the rustic one-wait what?

To say I was disappointed would be like saying…. no I was just really disappointed! There is no way that was the alpha. Beta I can kinda see but only barely. Thankfully my disappointment was soon washed away with a giddy feeling. As a bulky rustic skin guy walked out of the forest with nothing more than pants, practically shaking with anger with his fist all balled up and the way his jaw tightened like he was biting into his teeth. Combined with the smell of alcohol coming off of him. As Black walked closer to me the more I felt like a kid in a candy store.

Needless to say I was going to have fun with this pup.

"Make it fast leech." Black said with a venom in his voice that could kill a human faster than any vampire could

"Ah straight to the point I see. Well I can't do business with someone I just met." I held out my hand with a smile that said "nothing wrong here" hoping to gain a reaction, but sadly it seemed that Black had more control then I gave him credit for. As he took my hand, he made sure to add a death grip.

"Jacob Black."

"Barry Amaterasu. It's a plea-" Like I was a rag doll, Black pulled me up to him so we were mere inches away from each other's faces. His eyes held a fiery rage, with his hot breath hitting my as he spoke.

"What. Do. You. Want." Black made sure to emphasise every word like he was trying to dig a sword into my heart. Speaking of my heart… it was feeling something. It slightly tightenined as a could sweat run down my neck while my hands were balled up. Not angrily like they normally would be, more sudden, more….nervous. Was I scared? What did I have to be scared about? Black was not threat to me, hell I could take on his whole pack if I had to. Well minus Seth who- that's it!

I looked over to the sandy wolf and saw big wide, scared eyes staring me us down. His tail was frozen and judging by the amount of times his stomach went up and down Sethy was breathing rapidly to calm himself down. I wasn't scared, but Seth was terrified for me. Cute. Taking a deep breath to calm Seth down, I unclenched my frist and focused on the mater at hand.

"I want to call Forks home." A smirk grew on my face as I looked Black in the eye. His face went from confusion, to realization, to me being thown back frist onto the grassy floor. My pack growled, but I held up my hand signaling them to calm them down.

"Never! Take your cursed pack and get the HELL out of here!" Black voice was getting deeper with each passing word to the point were it almost grew into a growl in a attempt to threaten me.

"You knoooooow I'm only asking here out of courtesy. Forks has only a fading smell of a vampire coven, and a slight stench of your pack. By all accounts I didn't even have to ask."

"Guess again Corpse. One of mine is stationed in Forks. That's our land. Now Go." Black spat before turning to rejoin his pack.

"Really? Cuz there seems to be a single strong smell of a halfling. I'm sure if one half vampire is fine another one is no problem." I couldn't help but smile as Black's body tensed up at the mention of the halfling. Color me surprised when the pup's body stopped shaking.

"Last Chance. Leave. NOW." Black's voice rang out into the cold night, bouncing off the trees as nearby animals made a run to safety. I felt Seth's panic rise in me again but I couldn't be any more the happier. Black's voice was that of pure controlled rage, that was the voice of an alpha wolf on edge. An alpha who had nothing under control and was just an explosion of rage waiting to come out and rip everything to shreds.

In other words, the perfect play thing.

"Alright, how about we do this the old fashioned way then? A good ol' fight for supremacy." A wicked grin grew on my face as Black back was to me. "All we gotta do is fight, and whoever wins gets what he wants."

Black turned to the black wolf (ha) as if asking it something. Big wolfy huffed out air as he turned to face me, a thinking twinkle in his eye mixed with worry. I was a bit disappointed that I wasn't fighting the one calling the shots but whatever. Black looked back to me and that was the only answer I needed.

I walked back towards my clan as the sounds of heavy paws fell behind me. Sensei looked at me with the same one Blacks head alpha gave him, thing was the worry was not for me.

"Don't worry you old mut! I'm not gonna kill him. How much damage I do is totally up Black." I assured the gray wolf with a good ol' neck rub as I tossed my shirt to one of the younger ones.

Black was back in wolf form and stood ready to pounce on the other end of the clearing. Aww his determination was cute, sad I had to bet it out of him. Strancing out my legs and other parts of my body, I took one glance at Seth. It was hard to tell if he was even breathing or not, but I could feel his heart racing so at least he was alive. I looked back to my pack with a grin on my face as the stone around my neck started to glow once more, as I ghosted my hand over my waist to reveal my most crucial tool. A black steel katana, that would guarantee my victory.

"Baishū!" Was all I said as I got on all fours and ran towards my target.

Seth POV:

I

Don't

Know

Whats

Going

ON!

First off, my head hurts from trying to compress so many feelings in the span of like thirty minutes. For the first, like, ten minutes things already went south. I didn't expect four wolves to come out and attack us! Hell I don't even smell any other wolves around, I was too distracted by Barry's honey scent. They just came out from the woods and attacked us. Thing is…. they all avoided me. Even at times making sure I was okay as the large, old, gray one kept checking on me with quick glances.

Then Barry comes out of the woods saying something and all the wolves came to him like he was the alpha. Maybe he was the alpha! Well my imprint is something strange ain't he?

For the next few minutes all I could do was stand there trying to survive as I fought my wolf back, be it from running over and protecting Barry from Jacob, and fighting down wipers and growls to keep my secret up. Still did Jacob have to be so rough with Barry!?

My heart stopped and my control nearly broke as Barry challenged Jacob to a duel!? Jacob could rip him in half in minutes! All this was for Barry and his Pack to stay, and at times like these I wished that Sam would just take control again.

My fur felt damp, and gross, and I was trying to breath all the air my heart needed to beat this fast. I felt Leah nose me on my side to get my attention and I met her "what are you hiding?" face which was much more intimidating, thing was…. my head was empty. I couldn't hear my pack, I was only left with my thoughts and empty space. So I sadly have to deal with the consequences of ignoring her as my fur got damper hearing an angry huff of air behind me and focused my attention on the incoming duel.

Before too long both Barry and Jack ran towards each other with murderous intent and - HOLY CRAP BARRY HAS A SWORD! What would Barry need with a sword!? He wasn't seriously going to kill Jack would he? Should I do something? I can't just do nothing, but what would I even do! I can't let my imprint get hurt, but I got just let Jake get killed!

I was panting as the air around me felt hotter then normal, only forced to watch as the two ran towards each other, and in seconds both jumped for the finishing blow. Either Jake will bit Barry's head off, or Barry staps Jake through the heart, but neither thing happened as Barry jumped way over Jake's head and was blanked in moonlight and then it happened.

Like in slow motion, Barry's body began to change. It was hard to make out due do him being a shadow in the sky, but all I could make out was a bright red light the shined out from the dark starry sky, then my packs voices were all back in my head.

"Saaaaaaaaam! The hell is happening!?"

"Hell if I know Paul, I can't see a damn thing. Jared? How about you?"

AHHHA! Jared had the best eyesight! If any one could see in the dark th-

"I REALLY wish I couldn't see what's happening now Seth!"

"Jared keep your head one! What do you see!"

"See for yourself Sam! Cuz if this is for real, then I don't know what to think any more."

Before long, a wolf landed gracefully in front of us taking Barry's place. This wolf was as large as Sam if not slightly bigger than him but just as bulky. This wolf fur looked soft to the touch and was flowing freely like grass in the wind. It's fur was pure white and the moonlight made it seem like it was sparkling like a vampire in daylight.

"There's no way!"

"Is that even effing' possible!"

"It doesn't matter what he is!" Jake chimed in with his inner voice holding a grow in it as his wolf looked livid with all his teeth showing and drool dripping down as he growled low to the ground. "In fact, he deserves death even more! He's an abomination!"

Honestly I would have growled if my focus was on my pack, but Barry's wolf had me lock in a trance. He stood so regally under the moonlight. With his chest puffed out as he stood tall but across his muzzle was a wolfish smirk. I guess it would be more of a Vampwolfish smirk.

Barry POV:

I could practically hear Seth's heart beat rise as I throw a smile his way, and the confusion in his mind was kinda cute. Ahhh the many ways I want to see this boy blush but there is a much stupider matter at paw here, as a large growl came from the opposite end of the forest that came from one rabbid looking doggy. Hehe he looked way smaller from where I stood.

I light out a playful bark much like that off a small puppy would make at a playdate at some kind of dog park. This wasn't a fight for me,this was more akin to a soft play date at some nice sunny backyard of some LA celebrity or something. Anwho what was I doing again?

All the sudden Black lunged towards me and went for my neck. Thankfully I am kinda a glutton for pain, and sadly Black could not deliver as his teeth were only able to penetrate all the way into my neck and it felt like a little pinch. Heck! I even let him throw me against a rock from ten feet away from where we were standing and my back made an audible creaking sound and still nothing! As I got up from Black's 'attack' some of his pack let out yelps of joy and encouragement but all of that fell on deth ears as Black growled murderously as he stocked towards me,freakin adorable that he thinks he's scary. I shifted my lips into a smug wolfish grin as I got in my fighting position with my legs placed study into the ground.

"Hey Black! We don't have all night so we best make this quick!" I sarcastically called out to his brain. Oh vampire magic ya just gotta love it. Although judging by the louder growling, Black did not love it.

"Shut up and fight me, and stay the hell out of my head!" With that the rustic wolf was heading full speed towards me. I stretched out my legs and finally made my first move.

" Yamauchi!" I shouted in my head, but to the outside world it was nothing more than a howl, but in a matter of seconds my ears were being filled with the heavenly sound of music. The melody in my mind started out slowly with pianos and drums, once the bass guitar kicked in the whole melody picked up into a face tempo, and my body was filled with a rush of energy.

I focused my eyes on the ranging rustic wolf rushing towards me, waiting for the right moment to strike and on beat with the drums the top of my skull collided with the side of the rustic wolf and the sound of Black's bones cracking were in tune with the banging of the dumbs in my head. My attack sent Black rolling on the dirt.

" Let me play too damn it! The bass solo almost up!" My inner wolf wimped in my mind.

"Fine. Just don't bite him. We need his pack's trust, just break him." I commanded my wolf, who gave me a disappointed sigh, as Black just began to recover. I thought it was time to let the wolf have his fun. Soon my world turned red as the beat of the melody began to pick up and the wolf fully started to take over.

Black wobbled onto his paws with a shaky snerl escaping his mouth as he shook his head to clear it from any dizziness Black no doubt was feeling, but before he could even stand I rushed over to him and head butted his stomach once again with more force to hear he's bone re-creak to the beat of the song, and sent him rolling into a tree. I'm sure that Black's pack made some sort of snarl sound about his safety and all that crap, but Black was dumb enough to challenge me so it was his fault his rib cage was breaking.

As I ran towards the rustic wolf my eyes quickly met the unsure eyes of a sandy wolf. I only gave him a wolfish grin as my nose picked up the heavy smell of iron, and my spined tingled as some slight drool started to form in my mouth.

Black was bleeding.

" Wolfy. Calm down a bit for me 'ight." In my vampire form I was fine around blood, but Wolfy was still a bit iffy on that subject when he got really into a battle. My wolf shook his head to shake away the smell of blood around him, and lunged frowed with his paws hitting the ground on beat with the guitar in my head.

I was halfway to Black when all the sudden I felt him sink his teeth into my stomach, and slammed me into the wet grass below, and before I could even move he moved his teeth to around my neck a bit down harder than before while sinking his claws into my stomach were his teeth were a few seconds ago. As Black bit down hearder the stone around my neck shined dimly, as Black's inner voice began to speak to my mind.

"How do you like being beaten into submission you freak!"

"Wowewowwow Black! Freak is the best you could-Shit!" I howled out in actual pain as Black teeth around my neck dug deep into my body, breaking through all my skin, and touching a bone.

"Stay the fuck out of my mind! You monster!" He snarled into his bite, while increasing his grip, his teeth getting deeper into my neck bone.

"Once you died. I'm burning your ashes down to hell!" I let out another pained howl as my head was filled with Black's angry thoughts, but in the back of my mind the medley in my head was playing a slow bridge with only a piano as the only instrument. Which could only mean one thing, my victory was near.

"O come on now! I'm not the only monster here! I'm just the most different one!" Before he could bite down even more, the melody in my head hit a powerful drum beat and Black let a loud howl as he let go of my neck while my claw made a fast slash across his stomach, cashing him to stumble backwards and leave him wide open.

As Black's blood dripped into the grass, the melody's started a sick bass solo and in tune with the beat I ran towards the bleeding puppy and as the dumbs kicked in I slid under him and using the full force of my body launched Black large wolf into the air.

Just as the piano joined the melody with the bass and the drums I winked at my pack and along with my vampire speed zoomed past them and picked up my discarded clothing and quickly phased back into vampire form, my 'human' form I guess, and pulled my clothing back on before making a made dash back to the battlefield and to just my luck Black was just reaching the apex of my toss as he was high enough more than a silhouette in the moon.

With a smirk I ran towards the rock I was smacked into at the start of the battle and jumped off it to meet Black in the air, the look on his face was priceless! So much confusion and anger that it was almost sad. Key world almost.

With a chulke I wrapped my left hand around the hilt of my sword while my right hand grabbed Black's furry throat and threw the pup back to the ground, while the melody in my head reached its climax and Black's back made a loud cracking sound. I pulled out my sword and pointed the blade down at the pup, and dove head frist back to the ground.

I heard growls and whimpers coming from the La Push pack as my blade came closer to a badly humiliated Black. Finally when the last drum hit, and the piano finished it's last note, the melody in my mind came to an end as my blade cut into the soft ground just mere millimeters away from Black's muzzle.

"I win." I simply said with a smell, half expecting a growl or something but on closer examination it seems he was knocked out…. Dang. I looked over to my pack and to my Sensei and he stared at me with blank eyes as if telling me 'I told you so". While the La Push pack was furious now. As most of them were growling at me but two. Pne was the tall black one who was undoubtedly the alpha, and Seth who was just looking at me with nervous eyes.

"Okay so, judging by the moon it's like 11:30-ish and I'm guessing some of the puppies here have school tomorrow. So in the sake of not burning moonlight I want to talk to alpha this time."

My eyes met the big black wolf as he looked over his pack, seemingly ordering them to stop growling as they all went quiet, before walking off into the woods with both the silver and brown ones joining it back into the woods. Before long three handsome young men, who looked physically older than me, walked out with nothing more than simple cut-off shorts (guess I'm the only one with some common courtesy). I'm guessing the one in the middle was alpha as he was the tallest out of them all, and us alpha's just seem to like being the center of attention. Both of the other guys looked me in the eyes with disgust before both went over to the knocked out wolf and picked Black up and walked away leaving Alpha guy and me in the middle of the field…. who just kinda looked at me like I was a freak…. which I am.

"Okay, then let's get this over with. I'm Barry Amaterasu." I was bored of this bullshit, being looked at with murderous intent. It's not my fault Black is unconscious.

"Sam Ulay, and trust me the feeling is mutual." Sam shook my hand with a firm grasp. His eyes bored into mine, as we let go of each other's hands, if trying to see inside my mind.

"Alright. Then let me clear the air. What I said is true, my pack and I just want to find a home, and we got whispers that Forks was rip for the taking, and I won the duel so I think that means Forks is our Territory now?"

"It seems so but-" there's always a 'but' "-What I just witness from you, I think some more information on what you are is needed, for the safety of my tribe." Sam's emphasis was not lost on me. I guess it was all fair. I did just beat up his pathetic beta.

" Alight. I'm a hybrid vampire and werewolf. As you could guess from my eyes I drink purely animal blood, so you can keep your pants on about me drinking human blood. How old me and my pack are is none of your 'frickin business, my smell won't trigger any wolf genes, and I'm the only werepire in existence. That covers all the basic information."

"You call yourself a 'werepire'?" Sam asked as he tried so hard to keep a smile from forming over his hard frown.

"Yelp. Cuz it sounds cuter than 'vampwolf'" I said with a grin. It's true who's going to say 'ohh no run! There's a werepire on the loose!'. Werepire, is as non-threatening as non-threatening gets.

"Alright, how about them? Two packs could cause trouble."

"Ahh no need to worry. I promise all of them are perfectly trained."

Sam looked at my pack one more time before, pinched the bridge of his nose as he let out a long sigh before looking up at the sky then back to his pack, then into the woods seemingly looking for the clearing where the trees parted that lead to the packs homes and family, before turning his attention to me.

"Name your rules." Sam said defeatedly. I smiled as his pack growled in protest, but out of my sight Seth's eyes seemed to twinkle.

"I have none. After all I was only after the title not the land itself. So all of you can hang out around Forks, doing whatever the hell you want. Within reason of course."

Sam's eyes turned dark and serious as went over his rules. "One, everything west of the Bogachiel River is Quileute land and don't even think about crossing it without a reason, and two-" Sam locked eyes with me as they shone a beastily yellow, his voice on becoming a growl. "-you bite a single human, this treaty is null and void and we won't hesitate to kill you and burn your ashes."

I narrowed my eyes to glare right back at him, before a smirk grew on my face as I walked over to where my katana was sticking out from the ground. Sam followed my every movement as I pulled out the blade the soft earth and with a cocky smirk I flicked it up into the air to make it spin like a helicopter blade and as it came down time itself seemed to slow down, as the tip of the blade was a inch away from slashing Sam in two, but just before the katana could stab the ground I caught it by the hilt and pointed it towards Sam with a wild smile.

"As my honor as a samurai, you can trust my words." I said with a straight face, which surprised me, I could never say that without bursting out laughing for the past few centuries now. Although it left Sam a little confused.

"Touch the damn hilt Ulay." Sam did as he was told and grasped the top of the helt, selling the deal between the Amaterasu and Ulay packs. Sam let go and simply nodded his head before walking back to his pack. I watched Sam walk into the woods and one by one his pack followed him, but unsurprisingly Seth did not leave. Content with staring at me. How cute.

"Nakunatte!" I called out to my pack telling them it was time to leave, before turning around one last time to wink at the sandy wolf, in hopes he would follow me.

Seth POV:

My imprint is a hybrid.

Not only that but a vampire and werewolf hybrid.

A werepire as he put it.

I have so many questions to ask, and it seemed I was going to get some answers as Barry winked at me and how could I not just follow him into the woods. Besides I live in Forks so I had to go that way anyway. So I took a step towards the other end of the woods before a sharp pain shot through my body through my tail! I let out a squeak as I turned to find an angry Leah with my tail in her mouth.

"What the heck was that for Lee-Lee!?"

"Don't play dumb with me Seteth Clearwater! What the hell was wrong with you tonight!" Leah shouted in my mind, if we were in human form I bet her face would be red.

"What nothing! I was just a little shocked that's all. There was a new vampire in town. I didn't expect him to be a werewolf too. Heheh" I hoped my fake laugh would convince Leah...it didn't as she bit down harder on my tail.

"Seth! I'm serious! Your mind was blank the whole time that… thing was here, and it was just you, and don't think I didn't notice how you stared at it the whole time!" I used the rest of my self control to suppress my wolf's anger. No one, not even my sister, get's to call my imprint a thing .

"Leah! Let Seth go." Sam's voice said in our head as his wolf trotted up to us. " Like most of us, he was probably ju-"

"Stay out my shit Sam! He's my brother an-"

"And you're obviously attacking him for being a little scared! Honestly I can't blame him after what happened to Jacob. So let him go home." Sam said in his alpha voice, and like most of the time Leah was alpha ordered she scoffed before leaving.

"Thanks Sam."

"Your welcome, but Leah still had a point. We'll talk about it tomorrow but for now just have a good night Seth ."

"Night Sam!" Was all we said before we parted ways. Making sure I was in the clear, I phased back to human form, and followed the honey scent of Barry. I knew I could catch up with them faster as a wolf but I was afraid of what the pack might do if they say I went to go find Barry intentionally.

I was halfway to Forks when all the sudden the honey scent made a hard turn left. I followed it through the forest, and before long I was running along the smell. Before long, I was in a small clearing and covered in the broken moonlight Barry sat on top of a large rock and he looked absolutely beautiful. He was waiting for me, and soon his yellow eyes met mines with a similar smirk when he beat up Jacob.

"H-Hi."

Barry let out a soft chuckle as he jumped off the rock. "H-Hi to you too!" He said, mocking my nervousness.

"I gotta say Seth, you did well back there. Even as I beat up your pathetic beta you were still able to...somewhat kept his mind shut off." Barry said slyly as he walked closer to me. "Now, I beat you have questions and all the zazz. So go ahead and ask."

"Did- did you really have to beat up Jake like that? Like I understand ruffing him up a bit, but sliced his stomach up! I know we heal fast but still! And-and what's a werepire! I-I just-" I felt myself running out of brain cells as I was just really tired for today's events, but I just kept rambling as Barry stood there with the same shit-eating grin on his face.

"Then what about us? How are we going to handle the imprint? Today I basically just found out I may be gay, then turns out my imprint is some kind of hybrid. Hell I don't even know if you li-" All the sudden I felt Barry's warm hands cup my face and a pair of even warmer lips were on top of mine.

My whole body shut down as I quickly gave into the kiss. I closed my eyes as I pushed back slightly, which in turned caused Barry to push back to increase the passion. I felt my hands slow wrap around his waist before my hands slowly making their way up his body. Feeling the texture of his lean muscles below his shirt, as pushed back as we kept our lips locked. Sadly however just my hands was just about to gasp his hair to bring hims lips closer, Barry pulled away leaving me feeling cold

"Did I do something wrong? I-ifi-If i did i'm sorry! It was my first kiss and-" I was stopped when a paper was shoved into my hands.

"For a first timer you did great, but it will take more than a simple kiss to tame me." Barry said jokingly, as he walked backwards towards the woods. "I'll be gone for a week or two so don't panic alrigh'?"

All I could do was nod up and down like a dumbass, as Barry chuckled with a smile that never passed his ears. "Ohh and if it helps you sleep tonight. I swung that way long before the word existed."

Soon after he said that Barry ran off with vampire speed lines flying behind him, leaving me in the clearing alone. Still reeling from my first kiss.

Man, what a night.
