~ Crystal PoV ~

Last night I cried myself to sleep. The nightmares still come, where Edward forces me to marry him and I scream for someone to help, anyone. but no one can hear me. Each night the nightmares are different. 'I wish these nightmares would end!'

Checking I have everything and giving myself a small nod at my appearance. I'm happy that I managed to hide these away from Alice, otherwise they be in the bin if she got her claws on them. At first we might of been friends but I notice she always agrees with Edward. Shame really but there something off about her anyways.

"Okay, job hunting! There is no way you can survive without money to buy food and get a small place to rent out. You need a job!" I told myself this over again. Cause it true.

'I wonder what Marko up to?'

'Seriously?! Finding a job is hard!'

I've been looking for a job all dayand not one place is hiring. I guess I'm gonna have to look again tomorrow.

The sun gone down already and I guess people tend to come more alive at night, despite all the missing posters and that the town got a name for it being the murder capital of the world.

I'm in love with the boardwalk at night it seems it much more fun. Shame Forks is boring as hell and rains all the time... walking around I spotted Laddie by himself looking around upset.

"Laddie? What are you doing all by yourself?" I askedfrowning at why he not with his brothers.

"I was with Star but she abandoned meat the concert, so I tried to go to where my brothers usually hang out. But I got lost." He sniffedsadly. 'Aww how can someone do that!? If I ever find this Star girl, she better wish she was never born'

"Well how about we go find them, yeah?" I said and he nodded smiling.

We walked until we spotted the boys sitting on their bikes.

"So which one of you boys left dear lil sweet Laddie, all alone on the boardwalk? Surely you guys are not that stupid to leave a kid unattended, so that gets me thinking who was in charge to look after Laddie?" I said walking up to them besides Laddie.

I knew who left him but I'm gonna play with them for little bit.

They looked towards us shocked and amused at what I said. I noticed Marko was grinning while biting his fingers. 'Damn that hot!'

"We didn't leave him alone. I can see Star left him alone, again!" David said scowling but can I see Dwayne was much more angrier.

"Well cutie, what do you say for a ride? To our place. After when Star turns up." Marko said.

"Hm, sure. But I wanna give a piece of my mind to this Star, for abandoning Laddie." I spoke grinning at what I have planned. Yes when I'm super annoyed at someone plans formulate in my mind very, very quickly.

"That fine by us" David said and nodded.

"So Crystal. What brought you all the way to Santa Carla?" Paul spoke from beside Marko, who thought it be sneaky to grab me and put on his bike, facing him. With my legs straddling him.

"Well it long story and very complicated. I also don't want to speak about it here" I spoke sadly. Marko noticed and hugged me which felt very nice. I felt safe around him, which is a first time in ages.

"Thanks for that Marko" I spoke looking at him smiling. "Why do I feel safe with you Marko?"

"Maybe cause you like me" he grinned.

I kissed him on the cheek. 'what are you doing Crystal?!'

"Ooo, Marko getting it!" Paul said causing David and Dwayne to look over at us. My face heated up in embarrassment.

"Shut up! Twisted sister!" I spoke trying to hide my embarrassment. This caused everyone of the boys to laugh. Great.
